539. is what does it mean to follow Jesus?

540. You sit in a church and you talk about following Jesus

541. and you sing songs about it but do you even mean

542. that you're are suffering and denying yourselves

543. the way he did?

544. Are you really following his examples?

545. Would he even have considered aiding

546. in the destruction of the church so a casino could be built

547. in its place?

548. Would he take bribes from corrupt officials

549. and run graphic tabloid photographs in his paper?

550. And would he use his God given talents

551. in a way that would lead young people astray.

552. Would he throw others out of the street

553. just so he could make a buck?

554. Would he abandon his congregation and his community

555. at the most crucial time

556. because of his own personal issues?

557. What would the world be like today if everybody tried

558. to act as Jesus did?

559. So what really is the lesson here?

560. When you find yourself struggling

561. with life's difficult decisions,

562. ask yourself one simple question:

563. What would Jesus do?

564. He's got a pulse.

565. Somebody call a doctor.

566. Where's the doctor?

567. He left.

568. How's he doing?

569. Well he's resting.

570. The doctor says he's a sick man,

571. probably in his final stages of cancer.

572. Should we get him to a hospital?

573. No the doctor is doing some more tests.

574. He says there's probably nothing we can do for him.

576. let him rest and make him as comfortable as possible.
