stomach full, can bear whips..Copy !req
409. .. wrong he quips.Copy !req
410. Now listen to your King! Go on.Copy !req
411. One who works in a mine,
knows that the angel of death..Copy !req
412. .. fears the man.Copy !req
413. One who works in a mine, the
angel of death fears the man.Copy !req
414. Now what do you say?
- What are you saying, O King?Copy !req
415. It is just the opposite.
Miners don't live very long.Copy !req
416. There are poisonous gases in
the mine, I work there O King.Copy !req
417. Go on, poet.Copy !req
418. No harm in eating less, more
food only increases flesh.Copy !req
419. No harm in eating less, more
food only increases flesh.Copy !req
420. Not true, O King, not true.
- Just keep listening!Copy !req
421. Great is the
contribution of the worker.Copy !req
422. The king of Hirak is
the supreme Provider.Copy !req
423. Take him to the laboratory!Copy !req
424. Come close.Copy !req
425. Name?Copy !req
426. Charandas, O King. I sing.
Royal guard came and said..Copy !req
427. .. don't sing.Copy !req
428. So I thought I'd go and
tell the king about it.Copy !req
429. Not sing! What kind of
order is that, O King?Copy !req
430. Not singing is akin to
not breathing, O King.Copy !req
431. Ever since I've known life,
I've known song.Copy !req
432. Go on, sing, let me hear you sing.Copy !req
433. Should I sing?
- Sing! No harm in it.Copy !req
434. Okay, start.Copy !req
435. "The world has many
shades of colour.."Copy !req
436. "O brother,
the world has many shades of colour."Copy !req
437. "Wherever I look, I'm appalled."Copy !req
438. "Wherever I look, I'm appalled."Copy !req
439. "I find no meaning to it."Copy !req
440. "O brother, I find no meaning to it."Copy !req
441. "O brother.. O brother."Copy !req
442. "The world has many
shades of colour.."Copy !req
443. Wow, well sung!Copy !req
444. What words!Copy !req
445. "Good people hide in their homes."Copy !req
446. "Good people hide in their homes."Copy !req
447. "While evil men sit on the throne!"Copy !req
448. "Good people hide in their homes."Copy !req
449. "While evil men sit on the throne!"Copy !req
450. "Gold can't be harvested

the world has many shades of colour."Copy !req
458. Stop singing!Copy !req
459. Gag him, tie his arms and hands!Copy !req
460. Tie him up and throw him in a ditch!Copy !req
461. How does it matter?Copy !req
462. Then Sanjeebak thought if
the king himself becomes the..Copy !req
463. .. enemy of his subjects,
it is a big problem.Copy !req
464. Man fears lightning and thunder,
but royal anger..Copy !req
465. ..is even more dangerous.Copy !req
466. Lightning strikes
only one place and..Copy !req
467. .. harms only one person.Copy !req
468. There is no telling how many
people royal ire can destroy.Copy !req
469. Sanjeebak thought over all
this and decided that if the..Copy !req
470. .. people had to die, instead
of dying obeying the king's..Copy !req
471. .. rules, it was better to defy..Copy !req
472. Sit.Copy !req

480. Whose name is unknown
his word carries no weight.Copy !req
481. Who decides about right and wrong?Copy !req
482. Listen. It is king of Hirak.
Listen to his words.Copy !req
483. One, who studies too much,
dies of starvation.Copy !req
484. Say it! One, who studies
too much, dies of starvation.Copy !req

angel of death fears the man.Copy !req
530. No harm in eating less, more
food only increases flesh.Copy !req

534. The king of Hirak is a God no less!Copy !req
535. The king of Hirak is a God no less!Copy !req
536. Daddy!Copy !req
537. He is ruined completely,

Don't let him get away.Copy !req
545. Do you want to return home?Copy !req
546. We still have a few days.Copy !req
547. Now that we're free from home,
why hurry, let's roam.Copy !req
548. Aren't you full?Copy !req

555. We're good folk.Copy !req
556. Who are you?Copy !req
557. We're from Shundi.Copy !req
558. Who are you?Copy !req
559. Shundi is very far.Copy !req
560. How did you come?Copy !req
561. Why are you here?Copy !req
562. Don't you have a home?Copy !req
563. What is the proof
that you're from Shundi?Copy !req
564. What is the proof
that you aren't a thief?Copy !req
565. Why are you in hiding?

574. Hirak?Copy !req
575. You mean where there
is a diamond mine?Copy !req
576. So you know about the land of Hirak?Copy !req
577. We're bound for Hirak.Copy !req
578. What do you mean?Copy !req

sons-in-law in this costume?Copy !req
589. Disguise.Copy !req
590. What if someone recognises us?Copy !req
591. What do you know
about the king of Hirak?Copy !req
592. We don't, we'll know soon.Copy !req

cruel than the king of Hirak.Copy !req
595. He doesn't let
outsiders know the truth.Copy !req
596. He is mad, as if possessed.Copy !req
597. We had a good king earlier.Copy !req
598. The present king finished
him off and took the throne.Copy !req
599. Really?Copy !req
600. Is it true?Copy !req
601. He made money from the diamond mine.Copy !req
602. All diamonds from the mine
go to the royal treasury.Copy !req
603. Miners are whipped and made to work.Copy !req
604. The hungry starve in this land.Copy !req
605. Anyone who opposes is
charmed into submission.Copy !req
606. They start parroting what
the king wants them to say.Copy !req
607. ls the king a magician?Copy !req
608. He has someone who
knows charms and stuff.Copy !req
609. I hear there is a room in
the palace for this purpose.Copy !req
610. Outsiders aren't
allowed in that room.Copy !req
611. All charms are worked there.Copy !req
612. Charms and all..Copy !req
613. I had a school, just one school.Copy !req
614. They closed it down, so
that the lads remain ignorant.Copy !req
615. Knowledge makes you think
about what's right and wrong.Copy !req
616. The king doesn't want that.Copy !req
617. Are you a teacher?Copy !req
618. He wanted to tame me too.
But I ran away.Copy !req
619. I hide in these hills.
if they find..Copy !req
620. Guards!Copy !req
621. They've gone!Copy !req
622. Thank goodness!Copy !req
623. They won't come back. L
can stay here for a few days.Copy !req
624. Won't you return to your land?Copy !req
625. I will. I must.Copy !req
626. There is no peace for me
as long as he is alive!Copy !req
627. I've to destroy him.Copy !req

629. Just a matter of a costume?Copy !req
630. Not just any costume.Copy !req
631. A very special costume.Copy !req
632. Should I tell?Copy !req
633. Yes, no harm in it.Copy !req
634. You won't tell anyone will you?Copy !req
635. What?
We know magic.Copy !req
636. We can get any costume
we want at any time.Copy !req
637. We get to eat whatever we want.Copy !req
638. And these shoes we wear,
we can go wherever we want.Copy !req
639. Yes! In an instant!Copy !req
640. When we sing, no one can move.Copy !req

643. Okay, on the rock!Copy !req
644. Now next to the pond.Copy !req
645. Next to the pond!Copy !req
646. Here we are!Copy !req
647. Now we'll come to you near the cave.Copy !req
648. Here we are.Copy !req
649. What would you like to eat?
Should we get you food?Copy !req
650. Later, first tell me if
you're with me or not?Copy !req
651. Your magic can help me.Copy !req
652. We're with the good.
- Yes, with the good.Copy !req
653. We had exposed the
corrupt minister you know.Copy !req
654. Yes, we wish you well.
- Yes.Copy !req
655. My benefit is not important.
The country should benefit.Copy !req
656. People should benefit.Copy !req
657. We want that too.Copy !req
658. Well then listen, go
as the king's guests.Copy !req
659. This is a fine opportunity.
You'll be treated well.Copy !req
660. Show your pleasure.
The king will be pleased.Copy !req
661. Ask to see the diamond mines.Copy !req
662. Why the diamond mines?Copy !req
663. There is a reason,
you'll know later.Copy !req
664. He won't show it to you
unless you ask for it.Copy !req
665. Cheat! Liar! Thief! Crazy fool!Copy !req
666. You've to get me the teacher
or you know what will happen.Copy !req
667. Brain-washing!Copy !req
668. It's been a month
the man has run away!Copy !req
669. A 100 guards looking for him
through a 100 pairs of eyes.Copy !req
670. Yet he is not found! Why?Copy !req
671. Cheats, evading work!Copy !req
672. The lot of cheats!Copy !req
673. What about the telescope, magician?Copy !req
674. It has been installed in the palace.Copy !req
675. Can you see anything?
ls there something?Copy !req
676. It has amazing strength. It
brings close all that is far!Copy !req
677. Good! Keep looking
through it at all times.Copy !req
678. That is your only task at this time.Copy !req
679. Go to the telescope room.Copy !req
680. Remember, that teacher,
Udayan, he is Hirak's biggest foe.Copy !req
681. What if he suddenly turns
up at the celebrations..Copy !req
682. .. and spoils the jubilation!Copy !req
683. He will be destroyed.Copy !req
684. He can't hide for long,
Your Highness, he is alone.Copy !req
685. Alone!
- Alone!Copy !req
686. You, state astrologer, how far
have you finished your calculations?Copy !req
687. Almost done, sir.Copy !req
688. Tell me will Udayan be caught?Copy !req
689. That is just a matter of time,
so it says here.Copy !req
690. Wow! What more does it say?Copy !req
691. What more, only this that
there will be peace and..Copy !req
692. .. prosperity all
over the land of Hirak.Copy !req
693. Very good!Copy !req
694. The presentations will begin
the day after the anniversary.Copy !req
695. Then..Copy !req
696. How long will they continue?Copy !req
697. As long as you want.Copy !req
698. But, you see..Copy !req
699. What is the doubt?Copy !req
700. Saturn, Venus and Jupiter,
these planets..Copy !req
701. What?Copy !req
702. Revolt, famine? Rebellion?Copy !req
703. Oh no! Not that, but..Copy !req
704. But what?Copy !req
705. Say it, don't fear.Copy !req
706. Brain-washing!Copy !req
707. I too want that, but whose brain?Copy !req
708. The one who is
Hirak's greatest enemy.Copy !req
709. Hey! Get a bushel of
fine diamonds and give him!Copy !req
710. We've come from Shundi, O king.Copy !req
711. I'm pleased.
- We too.Copy !req
712. I'm very eager to
listen to your music.Copy !req
713. We've composed a
song for you, O king.Copy !req
714. It's a happy occasion so
everyone will be happy if you..Copy !req
715. .. sing a happy song.Copy !req
716. But of course!Copy !req
717. Don't worry at all, O king.Copy !req
718. We two are very happy to be here.Copy !req
719. Are these diamonds?
- Yes.Copy !req
720. Is it from your mine?Copy !req
721. How many grams?Copy !req
722. Diamonds are not weighed
in grams but in carats.Copy !req
723. Good, very good!Copy !req
724. We would like to see
your diamond mine, O king.Copy !req
725. Our father-in-law told us
to have a look if we could.Copy !req
726. The diamond mine.Copy !req
727. He said you can learn a
lot from a diamond mine.Copy !req
728. He said the king of
Hirak is very kind.Copy !req
729. if you ask him he'll
allow you to take a look.Copy !req
730. Very well, you can see the
mine after the statue is..Copy !req
731. .. unveiled.Copy !req
732. Very good.Copy !req
733. Hey! Evading your tax,
is a bad thing!Copy !req
734. Evading tax is a very bad thing!Copy !req
735. Evading tax is a very bad thing!Copy !req
736. Even though your stomach is
half full, paying tax is helpful.Copy !req
737. Even though we may die,
the king of Hirak is a God!Copy !req
738. Even though we may die,
the king of Hirak is a God!Copy !req
739. The king of Hirak is a God!
The king of Hirak is a God!Copy !req
740. Who is this man, O king?Copy !req
741. Farmer. Poor thing,
he works in the sun..Copy !req
742. ..so it gets to him sometimes.Copy !req
743. Is he a farmer?Copy !req
744. These are farmers and
those are diamond miners.Copy !req
745. They come to the king's court?Copy !req
746. Why not? They're human beings too.Copy !req
747. But of course.Copy !req
748. Yes. One can't allow
cattle to come to court!Copy !req
749. Hark, one and all,
this is the moment.Copy !req
750. When celebrations will begin
in this auspicious instant!Copy !req
751. The land of Hirak, is
childlike in innocence.Copy !req
752. May the guests bless this
land in their munificence!Copy !req
753. May peace, joy and
prosperity live here forever!Copy !req
754. May the king and his subjects
enjoy good deeds ever and ever!Copy !req
755. Let the music flow
for this celebration.Copy !req
756. All guests are present
in this congregation.Copy !req
757. Two gems bring light
to this gathering.Copy !req
758. They will bring
melody to this convention!Copy !req
759. Shundi's son-in-law,
the singer Gopinath.Copy !req
760. Accompanied by Bagha,
his companion on this path.Copy !req
761. I humbly request these
two to take the lead.Copy !req
762. Please let the celebrations begin,
for delay there is no need.Copy !req
763. My drums!Copy !req
764. On this anniversary

765. Victory of confidence celebrations.
- Oh yes.Copy !req
766. We're very happy to be here for..Copy !req
767. .. the confidence celebrations.Copy !req
768. The king has asked us
to sing a happy song.Copy !req
769. Joy.
- What?Copy !req
770. Joy.
Oh yes, a joyful song.Copy !req
771. So we'll sing a joyful song.Copy !req
772. Tell them about the movement bit.Copy !req
773. Oh. The person who taught us
singing was no ordinary man.Copy !req
774. He has left many
things as his legacy.Copy !req
775. One of the things he
said was that when we sing..Copy !req
776. ..no one should move.Copy !req
777. Of course, we don't know
what will happen if you do move.Copy !req
778. He didn't say that.Copy !req
779. No, he didn't say a thing.Copy !req
780. But what if something happens?Copy !req
781. It would, wouldn't it?Copy !req
782. So I thought, you
should know about it.Copy !req
783. So please listen carefully.Copy !req
784. Please listen carefully, okay?Copy !req
785. All of you listen carefully,
okay? Don't move at all!Copy !req
786. O king, may we start now?Copy !req
787. Go ahead.Copy !req
788. "In Hirak country.."Copy !req
789. "..it glitters diamonds.."Copy !req
790. "Such hospitality.."Copy !req
791. ".. glorious is the king."Copy !req
792. "My heart is joyous!"Copy !req
793. "My heart is joyous,
that's all I have to say!"Copy !req
794. "In Hirak country,
it glitters diamonds."Copy !req
795. "Such hospitality,
glorious is the king."Copy !req
796. "My heart is joyous,
that's all I have to say!"Copy !req
797. "The king is a lover of arts,
a connoisseur."Copy !req

like him anywhere else."Copy !req
813. "That's all I have to say!"Copy !req
814. "Through our song..
that's all we have to say."Copy !req
815. Hey, where are the men?Copy !req
816. Diamond mine!Copy !req
817. Three years back, diamonds
were discovered here. Right?Copy !req
818. Right, right!Copy !req
819. Diamond discovery!Copy !req
820. I'm getting goose bumps!
Carry on with your work, go on.Copy !req
821. The diamond lies
embedded in the rock.Copy !req
822. This was found today, sir.Copy !req
823. Diamond.Copy !req
824. Who found this?Copy !req
825. So many people work here,
who knows who found it!Copy !req
826. Whoever it may be,
it's the state's wealth.Copy !req
827. Labourers don't get diamonds,
they get wages.Copy !req
828. What will labourers do
with diamonds anyway?Copy !req
829. Right. It's like a monkey
wearing a string of pearls!Copy !req
830. Don't look down on labourers,
they're the ones who slog!Copy !req
831. Right?
- Right, right.Copy !req
832. It's very hard work.
- Sure.Copy !req
833. Don't you get tired working so much?Copy !req
834. Don't you get tired?Copy !req
835. The man who works in the mine.Copy !req
836. The angel of death fears the man!Copy !req
837. The man who works in the mine.Copy !req
838. The angel of death fears the man!Copy !req
839. No harm in eating less,
eating more increases the flesh.Copy !req
840. No harm in eating less,
eating more increases the flesh.Copy !req
841. The labourers'
contribution is great.Copy !req
842. The king of Hirak is a God!Copy !req
843. Shugoto, Shugoto!Copy !req
844. Master!Copy !req
845. Tell all your friends to come
to the grounds near the statue..Copy !req
846. .. tomorrow morning. Can you do it?Copy !req
847. Yes, I can.Copy !req
848. Don't delay, go right away.Copy !req
849. And the school?Copy !req
850. It'll open, very soon!Copy !req
851. Don't worry, sir. There are
guards all over the place.Copy !req
852. if he is back
he'll surely be caught!Copy !req
853. No way he can escape.Copy !req
854. No way, no way!Copy !req
855. He must be caught,
he must be caught!Copy !req
856. It's his plot. I know his doings.Copy !req
857. He managed to come here
and even speak to the..Copy !req
858. ..school boys!Copy !req
859. Look at his courage!
He dare stone my statue!Copy !req
860. In front of so many people!
How dare he!Copy !req
861. People will ridicule me!Copy !req
862. Die, he'll die!Copy !req
863. Listen, tonight all of
you will stay in this room.Copy !req
864. No sleep, stay awake,
who knows what is at stake?Copy !req
865. I will stay in my room.Copy !req

871. No way can you sleep!
- I know.Copy !req
872. Why do you shut your eyes?Copy !req
873. Resting.Copy !req
874. Go to your research room.
There is brain-washing to do.Copy !req
875. The danger has been sighted!Copy !req
876. In the north forest.Copy !req
877. Bagha, Bagha! A light!Copy !req
878. We're here, we're here!Copy !req
879. Listen, the farmers and
labourers have been informed.Copy !req
880. They will gather at the
statue grounds at dawn.Copy !req
881. All of them are with us.
- Good!Copy !req
882. We need to overcome the guards.
- How?Copy !req
883. All state employees take bribes.
We'll bribe them!Copy !req
884. Diamonds. None of them
can resist diamonds.Copy !req
885. Where will we get the diamonds from?Copy !req
886. Go back to the palace. Find
out where the state treasury is.Copy !req
887. We don't need to look for it.
We'll clap and reach there!Copy !req
888. No, that won't do.
- Why?Copy !req
889. Clapping won't get you
to the safe or its key.Copy !req
890. The guard will have
the key to the treasury.Copy !req
891. Mostly he won't have the safe key.Copy !req
892. What if he has it?
- That will be great.Copy !req
893. Take both keys. If he doesn't
have the safe key, take the..Copy !req
894. .. guard's spear.
- Okay.Copy !req
895. Open the state treasury, break
the safe with the spear and..Copy !req
896. .. take out the diamonds.Copy !req
897. Can you do it?Copy !req
898. Yes. I play the drums, I've
tremendous strength in my hands.Copy !req
899. Very good! Take this, it
has a rope and a towel.Copy !req
900. Tie the guards face and
limbs tight with these. - Yes.Copy !req
901. Then, enter the state treasury,
break open the safe..Copy !req
902. .. take the diamonds and come to me.Copy !req
903. I'll be close by. At
the Kalbhairav temple.Copy !req
904. Kalbhairav temple.Copy !req

begins at the statue grounds.Copy !req
907. Will there be a war?Copy !req
908. We're good at
stopping wars, you know.Copy !req
909. Better not to stop
this one, it is necessary.Copy !req
910. No one will die, only
the king will be dethroned.Copy !req
911. First we've to get rid of him. Okay?Copy !req
912. Yes.
- Okay.Copy !req

917. Who are you?Copy !req
918. Charandas, I sing.Copy !req
919. Who did this to you?
- The royal guards.Copy !req
920. Yet, you sing?Copy !req
921. My life is synonymous with singing.Copy !req
922. But I'm starving.Copy !req
923. Do you want to eat something?Copy !req
924. if I could have some milk.
- Milk?Copy !req
925. Yes.Copy !req
926. Wait, I'll give you some.Copy !req

living in broken houses."Copy !req
929. "The rotten one sits on the throne."Copy !req
930. Teacher, till I don't destroy you,
there is no peace for me.Copy !req
931. This won't do. He'll
catch us as thieves.Copy !req
932. Well then?Copy !req
933. He won't suspect us in a royal garb.Copy !req
934. We're the king's guests!
- Right.Copy !req
935. He'll bow down to us.Copy !req
936. Yes. Okay.Copy !req
937. Royal robes!Copy !req
938. How are you, guard?Copy !req
939. We've come from Shundi.Copy !req
940. For the celebrations.
We're royal guests.Copy !req
941. The king told us..Copy !req
942. ..to take a
look at the state treasury.Copy !req
943. He said there is a lot to learn.Copy !req
944. if you could give us the key.Copy !req
945. Of course, if you open it yourself,
it is even better.Copy !req
946. Porwana.
- Porwana?Copy !req
947. I need proof of permission.Copy !req
948. You don't believe the king's word?
You ask for proof?Copy !req
949. You're really something!Copy !req
950. I can't let you enter the
state treasury without permission.Copy !req
951. Just one key.
- I know. I saw it.Copy !req
952. Let us go in first and
then we can break the safe.Copy !req
953. We can use this spear
to break it, what say?Copy !req
954. Yes. Since we know magic
entering is not a problem at all.Copy !req
955. Yes. Shall we enter?
- Come. - Come.Copy !req
956. "Don't stop us.. peace, mister!"Copy !req
957. "Don't stop us.. peace, mister!"Copy !req
958. "Why do you raise your hand, brother?"Copy !req
959. "Don't stop us.. don't stop us!"Copy !req
960. "Don't move.. don't move..
stay right there, brother."Copy !req
961. "There's not much time..
not much time."Copy !req
962. "Don't look this way."Copy !req
963. "Don't look this way."Copy !req
964. "We're no more the
sons-in-law of a king."Copy !req
965. "We're no more the
sons-in-law of a king."Copy !req
966. "We're going to commit a burglary."Copy !req
967. "We're going to commit
a burglary now.. a burglary."Copy !req
968. "A burglary.. overnight."Copy !req
969. "Why do you feel angry about it?"Copy !req
970. "Why do you feel angry about it?

of trouble already."Copy !req
1012. "That's enough!"Copy !req
1013. Come, let's go.Copy !req

1027. What if they take him to
that room and brainwash him?Copy !req
1028. Which room?Copy !req
1029. The magic room!Copy !req
1030. Oh no!Copy !req
1031. Come, let's go to that room!Copy !req
1032. We can stop his brainwashing!Copy !req
1033. Abracadabra!Copy !req
1034. Hocus-pocus!Copy !req
1035. Are people brain
washed in this room?Copy !req
1036. This is the room where charms work.Copy !req
1037. What is this?Copy !req
1038. This is the machine.Copy !req
1039. And the monster?Copy !req
1040. That's the cage.Copy !req
1041. Oh. if this lever is pushed
that machine spews a charm?Copy !req
1042. And the ones who are trapped
in this cage learn the charm?Copy !req
1043. That's the idea!Copy !req
1044. The farmer's chant.Copy !req
1045. The labourer's chant.Copy !req
1046. Teacher's chant.Copy !req

1067. Even if you overpower me,
my students remain.Copy !req
1068. They will grow up someday.
I've taught them for four years.Copy !req
1069. I've taught them to
tell right from wrong.Copy !req
1070. What if they are brain washed too?Copy !req
1071. Look behind you.Copy !req
1072. Listen master, this is how
traitors are treated in Hirak.Copy !req
1073. Either life

1074. But the king of Hirak
doesn't like to kill.Copy !req
1075. He doesn't send you
to the guillotine.Copy !req
1076. No noose for him.Copy !req
1077. No beheading.Copy !req
1078. Nor does he burn you alive.Copy !req
