569. - Why the fuck do you care

570. so much about this Dominican piece of shit?

571. He's putting all this shit out on the goddamn street!

572. - 'Cause he's my fuckin' husband, all right?

573. - Don't make sense.

574. You're such a beautiful woman.

575. Does he ever take you anywhere?

576. You don't go out much.

577. - Oh, man!

578. We stay home a lot.

579. - You got a beautiful daughter.

580. - All right.

581. Just let me go and do what I gotta do, okay?

582. Just let me go.

583. - You got 20 minutes, okay?

584. And bring back some more money, no 15, 16 bullshit.

585. There's a lot more than that, and I know it.

586. Don't fuckin' play with me. - I will do the best I can.

587. - Get the fuck out of here.

588. - I got it, I got it. - Okay, okay.

589. - I got it.

611. I'm trying.

612. I don't know who to call.

613. Everybody went to Puerto Rico.

614. I don't know who to call.

615. - Promise me if something happens,

616. you're not gonna let my baby know anything.

617. - Okay, baby.

618. Just be strong, okay?

619. I'm gonna do everything I can.

626. I went to see Felipe.

627. He only had 16.

628. The guy wants more fucking money.

629. I don't know what he wants.

630. He knows things.

631. He knows about Lisa.

632. - Don't worry.

633. Everything's gonna be okay.

634. We are going to find the money.

635. Nothing is gonna happen.

636. - Where is she?

637. She's in the living room.

638. Mami's with her.

639. She's sleeping.

640. Don't worry about it.

641. It's okay.

642. - No, no.

643. - I'm gonna make a phone call.

644. Where's, is Luis down, he's not here, right?

645. - No.

646. - I'm gonna make a phone call.

647. - Go to Dominican. - I'm calling again.

648. Okay.

649. - She doesn't even have a fucking dime for her fucking son.

650. All that goddamn money we sent down there.

651. I know.

652. I don't know, okay.

653. All right, okay.

654. Fuckin' bitch!

655. I knew she was a shady cunt from the second I met her.

656. - Fuckin' nowhere.

657. It was all there, laying on the table for us.

658. Can't even go on a fuckin' vacation with this shit.

659. That bitch don't come up with the fuckin' money,

660. he's got a problem.

661. Bitch better come up with the money.

662. She better fuckin' come up with the money, man.

665. out of this motherfucking,

666. piece of fucking shit!

667. - Take it easy! - Fuck you, take it easy!

668. - This is what we gonna do.

669. You are gonna get me the money, okay?

670. You gonna get all the dope, pack that shit up

671. and you gonna bring it to me.

672. Simple as that.

673. - Fuck!

674. - Get out of the car. - What for?

675. No.

676. - All right.

677. Then I'm getting in. - No, you're not.

678. - Do you wanna play fucking games with me, lady?

679. - What do you wanna get in the goddamn car for?

680. Here's your shit!

681. It's all there.

682. - I can't believe you couldn't get no more than this.

683. - Get you more?

684. Man, I got you everything I could.

685. It's a goddamn holiday.

686. What, do you want me to fuckin' cut my wrists open?

687. I just want my husband back, okay?

688. We gonna have a long conversation now?

689. - We gonna do whatever the fuck I wanna do, bitch!

690. I will murder your ass right out here

691. in this goddamn street!

692. Don't fuck with me!

693. - Is my husband all right?

694. - Maybe he is, maybe he isn't.

695. - Can you please just tell me if he's okay?

696. - He's fine, all right?

697. He's fine.

698. Now either you're gettin' out or I'm gettin' in.

699. - What the fuck do you wanna come in the car for?

700. - I wanna talk to you.

701. - He's my oldest fucking friend.

702. I met him when I was 13 years old in the Dominican Republic.

703. I went there with a friend of mine from school.

704. But we were young.

705. And then years later, he came to New York.

706. We met, we got married, we fell in love

707. and we had a little girl.

708. - That's a real touching and sweet story,

709. but it don't make no fuckin' sense.

710. You seem to have a lot of education, all right?

711. A little class about yourself, okay?

712. You out here in the fuckin' streets running around

713. with drug dealers and shit.

714. Do you think he'd do this same shit for you?

715. You'd get killed out here.

716. Dope, money, guns.

717. What are you, stupid?

718. He's a Dominican piece of, you know what,

719. he's lower than a piece of shit.

720. My boys wanna blow his fuckin' head off

721. just because he's Dominican.

722. - Oh, man.

723. "Fuckin' Dominican, Dominican."

724. It's not like he has a fuckin' stamp

725. across his head that says, "yo, I'm Dominican."

726. And so what?

727. He has a fuckin' heart, man.

728. - He ain't got a heart.

729. You know what his heart does?

730. It puts that shit on the street

731. that kills these fuckin' kids.

732. - I wanna get out of the car.

733. - Now you wanna get out of the car.

734. - Yeah, I want a pack of cigarettes.

735. Is that all right with you?

736. - We'll go on the other side of the street.

737. You change your fuckin' attitude.

738. I'm surprised he trusts you so much.

739. All this money.

740. You could have just took off.

741. You and your kid would have been set for life.

742. - This is not about the money right now.

743. It's about saving my husband.

744. Don't you have a wife or a fuckin' girlfriend or something?

745. Jesus. - It's not about that.

746. It's about you keeping him off the streets.

747. You think you can do that?

748. - All right.

749. Fine.

750. Is that what you want?

751. You want me to keep him off the streets?

752. Fine.

753. - Can you promise me that?

754. - No, I can't.

755. - I like your honesty. - Good.

756. Can I get a pack of camel lights?

757. Thank you.

758. - You really gotta know how stupid you are coming up here

759. with all this dough.

760. - You might think it's stupid, but like I said,

761. I'm just trying to save my husband.

762. - Can't he do anything outside of selling dope?

763. - No, he can't.

764. - What the fuck are you doin', actin' all nervous and shit?

765. You've been actin' cool all day.

766. - What the fuck's goin' on? - They ain't comin' over here.

767. - How do you know that? - They ain't comin' over here.

768. Come on.

769. All right, just suppose I do let this motherfucker go.

770. What's gonna keep him from comin' back

771. and trying to retaliate on me?

772. - That ain't gonna happen. - Why?

773. - Because I told you it's not gonna happen, that's why.

774. - What about your daughter, she love her father?

775. - Yeah. - Does she really

776. love her father?

777. - Yeah, she fuckin' loves her father, all right?

778. God, she probably loves him more than she loves me.

779. She's daddy's little girl.

780. - Fuck her daddy, okay?

781. What about this money shit?

782. All right?

783. I know you got more money than this shit.

784. Stop lyin' to me.

785. - Jesus fucking Christ.

786. I told you I couldn't get any more fuckin' money, all right?

787. Now, just tell me what you're gonna fuckin' do,

788. because I am fuckin' tired, and I'm cold.

789. It's fuckin' gettin' late.

790. Just tell me what you're gonna do.

791. - Okay, I'm gonna tell you what I'm gonna do.

792. I'm gonna bring it to you real, baby.

793. It's gonna be really vulgar.

794. You do whatever the fuck you gotta do.

795. You use your ass,

796. you use your pussy, you suck his motherfuckin' dick

797. round the fuckin' clock,

798. and you make him stop sellin' that shit.

799. Do you understand me?

800. - Yes.

801. - Come here.

802. Come here.

803. Closer to me.

804. Walkin' down the street, that happens.

805. What you gonna do?

806. - I don't know you.

807. - You don't know.

808. - Motherfucker.

809. - He came!

810. A party girl doll!

811. A party girl doll!

812. Wow!

813. This is the best Christmas ever,

814. 'cause I got a party girl doll.

815. Pens, colored pens.

816. Wow!

817. Here's one for her, and here's one for me.

818. There you go.

819. - All right.

820. I love you so much. - Me too.

821. Mommy! (squeals)

822. - You like your party girl doll?

823. - Mm-hmm.

824. Santa got it.

825. - Merry Christmas.

826. - Mm-hmm.

827. - Did Santa bring something for me?

828. - Wow, it's a pretty dress.

829. - All right, all right!

830. - I'm gonna tell you, man!

831. I'm gonna tell you, all right?

832. - Fuckin' tell me right now! - I'm gonna tel you.

833. - Where the fuck is it?

834. Shoot this fuckin' asshole.

835. - Give it up, fucko.

836. Do it now, motherfucker.

837. - Fuck you, he's gonna kill you, man!

838. - Where is it?

839. Tell me where it is!

840. Tell me where it is! - Shoot him.

841. - Okay, okay!

842. I'm gonna tell you, man.

843. I'm gonna tell you.

844. I'm gonna show you. - Get the fuck up.

845. - This one's for you.

846. - You want to do me a solid, man, and hold this shit for me?

847. I'll pick it up after Christmas.

848. You know what I mean?

849. Do me a solid, bro.

850. Just, you know.

851. Just feeling weird, man.

852. - Sure that's cool with your people?

853. - Yeah, man.

854. Huh?

855. - Okay.

856. - Okay.

857. Yeah?

858. Cool, man.

859. - You shoulda told me he left that money there, okay?

860. Is this something that happens normally?

861. - No, it's not something that happens.

862. I was gonna tell you,

863. but after all this Christmas bullshit,

864. everything that's going on,

865. With the Party Girl, with this, with that,

866. it's like I forgot.

867. - You shoulda told me.

868. I mean, is this something that's goin' on, normally,

869. because we can't have some fuckin' crackhead

870. runnin' our money back and forth.

871. - Well, listen.

872. You know the kid was paranoid, right?

873. Thought he was being followed, and maybe he was,

874. so that's why he left it there.

875. And the way he looked that night didn't look

876. like he should take the money.

877. - You know, what about fuckin' Trey, man?

878. You go and tell him you're going to get me a gift

879. or some shit.

880. - Listen, the thing with Trey was me and him were tryin'

881. to put together a new spot.

882. I wanted it to be a surprise for you.

883. That's what I told you inside the car.

884. Remember I told you the last time, inside the car?

885. I told you that,

886. "I have a surprise."

887. That's what it was.

888. - Are you telling me the truth?

889. - Of course I'm tellin' you the truth.

890. (stammers) I'm looking at you, right?

891. Telling you the truth.

892. - Yeah, I know, maybe, but, (sighing)

893. the money in the Dominican Republic's fucking gone, right?

894. That's your mother.

895. You go meet with Trey, you don't want

896. to tell me what's goin' on, nothin'.

897. I can't know anything.

898. Pablo leaves money in the fuckin' place.

899. I mean, I don't know what I think.

900. I'm the one who's paranoid now.

901. And you're here.

902. You're fine.

903. You look fine.

904. I'm, this guy, he was just fuckin' weird.

905. The whole, the whole thing is just,

906. making me swear that you were gonna

907. stay off the street and all this, just, weird shit.

908. He knows what Lisa fuckin' looks like.

909. I don't think he knows about this place.

910. It was just weird.

911. I don't know.

912. - So, are we gonna keep selling, or what?

913. We gonna stop?

914. What's going on?

915. - (scoffs) I don't know.

916. I don't know what to do.

917. I mean, how are we gonna pay this rent?

918. I don't want to take Lisa out of private school.

919. - I know. - And I definitely don't want

920. to go back and live with my mother.

921. - No, that's definitely out of the question.

922. I mean, I love your mother and everything, but that's crazy.

923. So that's something we have to figure out.

924. - This fuckin' guy was so weird.

925. It was just weird.

926. I don't know.

927. - There's something that's been bothering me,

928. and I wanna ask you.

929. I want you to tell me the truth, all right?

930. - All right. - Did he touch you?

931. I mean touch you.

932. Did he?

933. It's not funny.

934. Come on.

935. - No, but I mean, no.

936. - He didn't? - No.

937. Why, did he touch you?

938. - No.

939. He didn't touch me.

940. But it's just something that,

941. like, if you was in my position,

942. you would ask the same thing.

943. It's like, I love you.

944. You're beautiful.

945. I would have touched you,

946. If I was in his position.

947. - Okay, papi.

948. - You know?

949. - He didn't touch me.

950. All right?

951. - All right.

952. - Only you can touch me.

953. - Well, this has, as you can see, has been a,

954. has been a joint investigation

955. by the internal affairs bureau of the police department,

956. the United States attorney's office,

957. and the Manhattan district attorney's office.

958. 14 officers have been charged with state

959. and federal crimes.

960. - This one's for you.

961. - Into corruption in Manhattan's 30th precinct.

962. Among those today are two sergeants,

963. the first supervising officers to be implicated

964. in the investigation.

965. Those sergeants and seven other officers

966. were arrested early this morning,

967. and face charges of perjury, civil rights and extortion.

968. Five other officers have pled guilty

969. over the last two days to crimes,

970. including perjury, grand larceny, drug dealing,

971. and possession of drugs, civil rights violations.

972. - Fuck you, piece, of fucking shit!

973. - Take it easy! - Hey, fuck you,

974. "take it easy"!

975. Fuck you!

976. - You gonna do the right fuckin' thing here?

977. Or we gonna spend all night with you?

978. - You fucking dog!

979. Huh?

980. Get the fuck back here.

981. You're lucky we let you in this fucking country.

982. You fucker.

983. What gives you the right to sell that shit

984. on the fuckin' street,

985. you fuckin' piece of shit?

986. We're runnin' the ship now, right, motherfucker?

987. You're under the ship.

988. Suck on this shit.

989. You're gonna be suckin' dick in prison,

990. you might as well start sucking

991. this fucking gun right now, you motherfucker.

992. Suck it!

993. Open your fuckin' mouth!

994. Yeah, taste that shit.

995. Taste that, motherfucker.

996. You taste that shit?

997. Yeah.

998. Suck on it!

999. Put your fuckin' mouth on this thing right now.

1000. - Daddy!

1001. Daddy!

1002. Daddy!

1003. Can you sing me a lullaby?

1004. - Yeah.

1005. Did you like all the presents we got you?

1006. - Mm-hmm.

1007. - Happy you got the Party Girl?

1008. Told you you was gonna get it, right?

1009. So I want you to be a good girl for daddy,

1010. and I'm gonna sing you a nice little song,

1011. and you're gonna go to sleep, all right?

1012. Okay?

1013. You must be tired anyway, right?

1014. Okay.

1015. Good night.

1016. - Baby went to sleep? - She's sleeping.

1017. - Baby. - Hmm?

1018. - Oh, Jesus.

1019. Listen to me.

1020. - Hmm?

1021. - From now on, everything we do, we do together.

1022. All right?

1023. - Mm-hmm.

1024. - We're a team.

1025. Okay?

1026. So if stupid shit like this happens again,

1027. (sighing) does it hurt?

1028. - A little bit.

1029. I mean, does it look like it hurts?

1030. - Mmm.

1031. You know, all I could think about

1032. was what I was gonna tell Lisa.

1033. (scoffs) That's it.

1034. With all the crazy shit goin' on in my mind,

1035. all I could think about was her and her losin' her daddy.

1036. - All I could think about was you and her.

1037. Going on?

1038. - No.

1039. She slept through most of it.

1040. But you know how kids are, man.

1041. They can tell when something's wrong.

1042. She slept through Christmas Eve.

1043. It's her favorite night.

1044. - She's growing up.

1045. She's getting big.

1046. I mean, what are we gonna do?

1047. How we gonna hide this from her?

1048. Know what I'm sayin'?

1049. - We can't.

1050. You know, she's already asking me what you do for a living.

1051. (scoffs) What are we gonna do on career day,

1052. when she's got career day at school,

1053. when all the daddies go to school,

1054. and talk about what they do for a fuckin' living?

1055. - We can change.

1056. I can change.

1057. We could do other things, legitimate things, you know?

1058. - I don't want to talk about that right now, okay?

1059. Just glad you're home, baby.

1060. - I mean, that's the only thing that matters,

1061. to be together, the three of us.

1062. You know?

1063. This is the happiest day in my whole life.

1064. I mean that.

1065. - Me too, baby.

1066. - You too?

1067. - Yeah, me too.

1068. - Keep your eyes open when you kiss me so I can see you.

1069. All right?

1070. And you can see me.

1071. - Okay.

1072. - Oh, my God, baby.

1073. - Ay, ay, ay.

1074. - Why don't you get on this side?

1075. Huh?

1076. - You're making me nervous.

1077. God, they just kept kicking you.

1078. - Not that bad.

1079. It's all right.

1080. Come here, give me a kiss.

1081. - I'm so happy you're back, baby.

1082. - Me too.

1083. - I was scared.

1084. - Mommy, daddy, you awake?

1085. - Oh, mamita, look at you.

1086. Oh.

1087. You made breakfast?

1088. - Mm-hmm.

1089. - Look, baby.

1090. Come here.

1091. Wow, this looks good, mamita.

1092. Come here.

1093. Did you eat something?

1094. - Mm-hmm.

1095. - Did you sleep okay?

1096. - Mm-hmm.

1097. - They steal drugs and money

1098. for their own profit.

1099. They conduct unlawful searches for unlawful ends,

1100. use brutality to further their corrupt goals,
