251. Now, when I was a young boy,

252. the news was half a hour.

254. and a guy would come on, and he'd have a tie,

256. and it was a half a hour long.

257. Now it's 24 hours long.

258. Now, it turns out that back in the old days

259. when it was only half a hour,

289. "we found out about this lady that vanished.

290. "Her name was Janice,

291. "and they found her car here

292. "in the taco bell parking lot,

295. "Can't find hide nor hair of the lady.

297. So then you're watching,

298. you go, "Well, I don't give a fuck

299. on account of I never knew Janice in the first place."

300. "Matter of fact, I'm kind of happy it's Janice

301. and not somebody I know."

302. But then what they do is,

303. they start telling you about Janice, you know?

304. And they go, "Hey, we got—

305. we found out some cool things about Janice."

306. And you're like, "No, that's cool.

308. They go, "No, no, you want to hear."

309. They can't help themselves,

310. so they go, "Let's go back to Bill.

313. And Bill's like, "It's all right.

314. "It's no inside, but it's cool.

316. "Anyways, we found out about Janice.

317. "Turns out she's a good lady,

318. "and, uh, we found some friends of hers,

319. and here they are."

320. And then, sure enough, they show a lady

321. and it says, "Friend of Janice."

322. And, uh, she says,

324. "You want to hear about Janice?

325. "Janice is the type of lady

326. "that you could always turn to.

327. "You know, you ever want to turn to somebody?

328. "Like, if you got a problem or something,

331. "Or maybe your neck just hurts

332. "and you want to anyways. The point of it is

333. "that once you swiveled your head over this way,

334. "the person you'd most want to see

335. in your eye line would be Janice."

336. And then they have another friend of Janice

337. that wasn't the first one, and she'll go,

338. "I'll tell you Janice, oh, my God.

339. "She was the type of lady

340. "that she could walk into a room

341. "and light up the whole room, you know?

342. "She didn't have a fucking light or nothin' like that.

343. "She would just somehow,

346. And there'll be Janice's third friend lady

347. that's not one of the earlier two,

394. they go, "Hey, more news on Janice.
