1. But, you know, we always take
for granted from the haircut.
Copy !req
2. The blue color for boys.
Copy !req
3. The pink color for girls. The clothing.
Copy !req
4. And when you get grown
up, the body shape.
Copy !req
5. But sometimes it doesn't always agree.
Copy !req
6. We just hope it does most of the time.
Copy !req
7. Oh, well, this is a boy or a girl?
Copy !req
8. Well, that depends on them.
Copy !req
9. Are you a girl?
Copy !req
10. Yeah.
You know, there you know, you know, already.
Copy !req
11. You judge from the way people behave
as to whether you say he or she.
Copy !req
12. And even then, you can be wrong
sometimes, especially when you have
Copy !req
13. a really good impersonator.
Copy !req
14. A kid at age 12, 13, 14, deciding
whether they want
Copy !req
15. to have biological children
when they're 20, 30 or 40.
Copy !req
16. I mean...
Well, they make the decision to
kill themselves at 12 and 13.
Copy !req
17. I feel proud to be trans.
Copy !req
18. They want to take away her future
rights to any kind of medical care.
Copy !req
19. You know, she she's eight.
Copy !req
20. Corey is my 15 year old
transgender daughter.
Copy !req
21. I started transitioning
almost two years ago,
Copy !req
22. and Corey started transitioning almost
five years ago.
Copy !req
23. When my mom came out.
I was like, I'm not alone anymore.
Copy !req
24. We can actually understand
what we're going through.
Copy !req
25. Stunning and unprecedented growth
in the percentage of people
Copy !req
26. saying they identify as gay, lesbian
or bisexual questioning or some other
Copy !req
27. with the CDC survey
now suggesting 1 in 5 U.S.
Copy !req
28. high school students does not see
themselves as heterosexual.
Copy !req
29. I think this is the kind of
universal answer of when did this become
Copy !req
30. an issue to get engaged about
Copy !req
31. is when it stopped being a thing
for adults to deal with whatever issues
Copy !req
32. they have going on,
Copy !req
33. and it started
to be a let's teach this to kids.
Copy !req
34. Let's tell kids that it may be
that they can be the opposite sex.
Copy !req
35. Maybe they are the opposite sex,
maybe if they're uncomfortable
Copy !req
36. with their period,
or they would rather play with,
Copy !req
37. you know, this kind of toy
than that kind of toy than there.
Copy !req
38. Maybe they actually are the opposite sex
kind of in the wrong body,
Copy !req
39. and then at that point,
you know, that's a five alarm fire.
Copy !req
40. I think I'm going to,
take some medicine.
Copy !req
41. So I can
Copy !req
42. kind of, like, transform.
Copy !req
43. Until I get surgery.
Copy !req
44. Yeah. Okay.
Copy !req
45. You think that you want to do that when you're older?
Copy !req
46. I think I do.
Copy !req
47. So right now, young girls are,
transitioning, more than young boys.
Copy !req
48. And the reason is specific.
Copy !req
49. They struggle with identity, issues
as they are becoming women.
Copy !req
50. Partly for a couple of reasons.
Copy !req
51. Again, I have three daughters,
Copy !req
52. so I've gotten to see this up
close and personal,
Copy !req
53. and each one of my daughters
has had a hard time
Copy !req
54. as they are being bombarded by hormones,
as their bodies are changing,
Copy !req
55. as they're going from,
Copy !req
56. you know, little girls into women,
they are going to be thinking,
Copy !req
57. you know, to themselves that,
hey, this is uncomfortable.
Copy !req
58. It's not easy process,
you know, and, and just chemically,
Copy !req
59. what they're what's happening to them
is pretty dramatic.
Copy !req
60. What we're doing right now in our
culture is we are taking this confusion,
Copy !req
61. and we are telling these kids
that this confusion
Copy !req
62. is because of something like, hey,
you have an identity disorder.
Copy !req
63. Maybe you're born in the wrong body.
Copy !req
64. Maybe you are uncomfortable right now,
Copy !req
65. not because you're going through
Copy !req
66. hormones
and you're going through this change
Copy !req
67. and you're going through this
massive upending,
Copy !req
68. figuring out who you are
kind of a thing.
Copy !req
69. No.
Instead you're a boy trapped in a girl's body,
Copy !req
70. and here's the answer for you.
Copy !req
71. It is an evil thing to tell children
that happiness lies on the other
Copy !req
72. side of puberty blockers
or double mastectomies.
Copy !req
73. The surgeon asked
Copy !req
74. me to go off of the testosterone
Copy !req
75. for the mastectomy,
Copy !req
76. and because I had no one
Copy !req
77. really helping me or overseeing my care
in any way, I was naive enough to go
Copy !req
78. cold turkey off of a high dose,
and I had a mental breakdown
Copy !req
79. from quitting testosterone.
Copy !req
80. And so I was suicidal that by that point
Copy !req
81. severely suicidal
on the day of the surgery.
Copy !req
82. And I told the surgeon,
Copy !req
83. but we proceeded
anyway with the double mastectomy,
Copy !req
84. and I had my breasts removed and nipple
grafts, placed back on.
Copy !req
85. And after the surgery,
I didn't really feel any better.
Copy !req
86. I was expecting that
there would be a delay
Copy !req
87. in feeling better
because there was a lot of things
Copy !req
88. that had just happened
from the mental breakdown,
Copy !req
89. and unfortunately, that relief
never came.
Copy !req
90. Things actually continued to get even worse.
Copy !req
91. I did harder drugs.
Copy !req
92. I lost a lot of my friends.
Copy !req
93. I was still identifying as trans,
Copy !req
94. but I was so disturbed and traumatized
by what happened
Copy !req
95. on the testosterone that I decided
to take a break from going back on it
Copy !req
96. and I was living in this
Copy !req
97. most parallel reality where, you know,
I was dissociated from my body,
Copy !req
98. I was dissociated from right and wrong.
Copy !req
99. I was dissociated
from any sort of purpose or meaning.
Copy !req
100. I never got the chance to really be
a normal girl or woman.
Copy !req
101. I'm where prosthetics to have
a more natural looking appearance.
Copy !req
102. As an almost 27 year old,
I am disgusted and horrified at
Copy !req
103. just how negligent
and how apathetic the medical system
Copy !req
104. and the education system were in my care
and the care of hundreds
Copy !req
105. of other people
Copy !req
106. that I've been in contact with who
tell me the similar things to my story.
Copy !req
107. Clinical psychologist,
Dr. Joseph Burgo says that transition
Copy !req
108. therapy is place to quickly
upon young people
Copy !req
109. without any sort
of psychological exploration,
Copy !req
110. and that they are left out in the cold
when they decide to detransition.
Copy !req
111. These kids are put on the fast track
Copy !req
112. and given hormones
and all this treatment
Copy !req
113. when they're trans and when they trans,
there's nothing for them.
Copy !req
114. A 2021 study from the Institute
for Comprehensive Gender Dysphoria
Copy !req
115. Research found that over
half of individuals who did transitioned
Copy !req
116. did not receive
adequate mental health evaluations
Copy !req
117. before
starting their original transition.
Copy !req
118. About ten years ago,
Copy !req
119. my 14 year old daughter announced to us
that she was trans.
Copy !req
120. That is,
she was a boy in a girl's body, and
Copy !req
121. I had had some experience already
with this kind of gender identification.
Copy !req
122. I was opposed from the outset
Copy !req
123. to this idea that we were living
in a very liberal community at the time.
Copy !req
124. There was a lot of support around her
for this idea.
Copy !req
125. For four years, my ex-wife
and I held off on any kind of hormones.
Copy !req
126. We were in family therapy.
Copy !req
127. She was in individual therapy.
Copy !req
128. And then when she was 18,
she went on, testosterone.
Copy !req
129. She ultimately used her education trust
to have a double mastectomy.
Copy !req
130. She alienated herself
from the entire family.
Copy !req
131. And, it was really the worst thing
that ever happened to me.
Copy !req
132. I kind of bottled a lot of things up.
Copy !req
133. You know? I didn't tell my family.
I didn't tell friends.
Copy !req
134. They could see
I was struggling with something.
Copy !req
135. They just didn't know what. I wish,
you know, when I was younger,
Copy !req
136. I would have spoke to someone,
a counselor, therapist,
Copy !req
137. but, I thought that,
that these are my problems.
Copy !req
138. I need to,
you know, sort this out myself.
Copy !req
139. I need to kind of find a solution,
Copy !req
140. and then, you know, in adulthood,
you know, I didn't address these issues,
Copy !req
141. so I just thought,
let me just pay a doctor to fix me,
Copy !req
142. and I thought, you know, fixing me
externally would fix me internally.
Copy !req
143. But of course, I was wrong.
Copy !req
144. So this where we are now is of this space
where our gender clinic is.
Copy !req
145. So this is where families can,
you know, and can talk to them.
Copy !req
146. Um, so.
Copy !req
147. Gender affirming care at its
most basic is providing support
Copy !req
148. and care for, in my case,
because I'm a pediatrician for,
Copy !req
149. kids and adolescents
who are transgender and gender diverse.
Copy !req
150. So often that's meeting with families,
answering questions.
Copy !req
151. And then for some kids
who are at puberty or older,
Copy !req
152. it may involve the use of medications.
Copy !req
153. I would say this care is lifesaving.
Copy !req
154. I think those things can sometimes
sound really dramatic,
Copy !req
155. or like we're trying
Copy !req
156. to scare people by saying,
if you don't provide
Copy !req
157. access to this care,
kids are going to die.
Copy !req
158. We're not being dramatic. It is real.
Copy !req
159. I know that a lot of parents today
feel bullied, pressured, coerced,
Copy !req
160. intimidated
into accepting
Copy !req
161. the transgender ideology
Copy !req
162. pathway to helping their child
Copy !req
163. navigate the normal identity crisis
of adolescence, whether boy or girl.
Copy !req
164. This is, unfortunately,
and a weaponized use of a parent's
Copy !req
165. sympathy and caring and concern
by the left to destroy your child.
Copy !req
166. You may be told by a teacher,
by a counselor,
Copy !req
167. that your little girl is confused,
that she may be a boy,
Copy !req
168. and you need to immediately accept
Copy !req
169. the new pronouns that she's she's,
she's created or she's decided to use.
Copy !req
170. You need to perhaps
start to consider the use
Copy !req
171. of cross-sex hormones and perhaps
prepare her for surgery later on.
Copy !req
172. Because if you don't,
your daughter will commit suicide.
Copy !req
173. Because we all know that children
who have gender
Copy !req
174. dysphoria are at a higher risk
of committing suicide,
Copy !req
175. and without treatment,
they're almost guaranteed to die.
Copy !req
176. This is a lie.
Copy !req
177. This is false. This is untrue.
Copy !req
178. This is the evil preying
on emotions, scare tactics, intimidation
Copy !req
179. used by corrupt adults
to pry your child from your arms.
Copy !req
180. I'm starting blockers.
Copy !req
181. They like stop female hormone things.
Copy !req
182. So how sure are you
that you want to do this?
Copy !req
183. Positive.
Copy !req
184. This syringe itself is ginormous
and it's a lot bigger than the needle.
Copy !req
185. This is
Yeah.
this is what's going to help you.
Copy !req
186. Okay.
Three, two, one.
Copy !req
187. Breathe, breathe, breathe, breathe.
Breathe, both parts done.
Copy !req
188. Ah, done.
Copy !req
189. You see it's done.
Copy !req
190. It's over. Take a deep breath.
Copy !req
191. See, that's all it is.
Copy !req
192. As a transsexual adult,
Copy !req
193. I think that the parents,
they've been duped on some level.
Copy !req
194. And I think they're being told something
that isn't true.
Copy !req
195. You know, we all know the trope
that's been introduced to parents.
Copy !req
196. If you don't transition
Copy !req
197. your child, they'll kill themselves,
which is a complete total lie.
Copy !req
198. It's manipulation
and it's gaslighting. As a parent.
Copy !req
199. Okay,
I couldn't even imagine if they told me.
Copy !req
200. To just.
Copy !req
201. It's heartbreaking
because if someone told you
Copy !req
202. as a parent that your child
is going to kill themselves,
Copy !req
203. it's what do you do, you know?
Copy !req
204. So of course, the first thing
you're going to want to do is figure out
Copy !req
205. how to not
Copy !req
206. let your child kill themselves.
Copy !req
207. But let's talk about a two year old.
Copy !req
208. You actually think a two year old
Copy !req
209. actually knows who they are.
Copy !req
210. They do not know who they are.
Copy !req
211. I don't even think a ten year
old knows who they are.
Copy !req
212. So I feel bad for the parents
because I think the parents are being
Copy !req
213. put into a place that they
Copy !req
214. might possibly regret in the long run,
and it just breaks my heart.
Copy !req
215. The vast majority of children
Copy !req
216. we're finding in practice,
at least here in the United States,
Copy !req
217. who are being placed on these medical
interventions, have preexisting
Copy !req
218. or coexisting morbidities, preexisting
conditions, mental health conditions,
Copy !req
219. and those would include autism
at a very high percentage trauma,
Copy !req
220. various different forms of of trauma,
sexual trauma in particular,
Copy !req
221. developmental issues, depression,
anxiety, borderline personality,
Copy !req
222. a host of other coexisting
or preexisting conditions.
Copy !req
223. These children,
Copy !req
224. these patients categorically
should be excluded from such treatments.
Copy !req
225. There is a group
called "Frontiers in Psychology."
Copy !req
226. And they did a study.
Copy !req
227. They followed a group of young boys
Copy !req
228. who are suffering from gender dysphoria,
Copy !req
229. and they found that by age 20,
Copy !req
230. 87% of these boys
had grown out of their gender dysphoria.
Copy !req
231. If you take a kid who's suffering
from gender dysphoria and you affirm
Copy !req
232. them by chopping off their body parts
or giving them irreversible
Copy !req
233. hormone treatment or puberty blockers.
It's actually really harmful,
Copy !req
234. and a lot of them do regret it,
Copy !req
235. and we're seeing a lot of people
regret their surgeries,
Copy !req
236. and these medical interventions now.
Copy !req
237. I think one of the turning points was
when I received a text message
Copy !req
238. when he was two years
old of my son, in a dress.
Copy !req
239. I remember going to my going to my dad
and showing him that picture, and
Copy !req
240. telling my dad,
"How could she do this to my son?"
Copy !req
241. "Why would she do this to my son?"
Copy !req
242. and my father said, "I don't know, Adam.
Copy !req
243. I don't know why she would do this."
Copy !req
244. And then I texture and I said,
please stop.
Copy !req
245. He's a boy,
Copy !req
246. not a girl.
Copy !req
247. Boys don't wear girls clothes,
Copy !req
248. and that was when he was two.
Copy !req
249. The next turning point was
when my son was three.
Copy !req
250. We all went to
this place called 'Jump 'n Jammin' and me
Copy !req
251. and him had a wonderful time. We had a
we had a blast.
Copy !req
252. Came home, ordered pizza.
Copy !req
253. Grandma and grandpa were there
Copy !req
254. and, we were at the time
we were potty training him.
Copy !req
255. He told me, dad, daddy,
I gotta go to the restroom.
Copy !req
256. So I took him to the restroom.
Copy !req
257. I said, hey, pal,
do you want me to stay with you
Copy !req
258. or do you want to do it by yourself?
He says, no, I want to do it by myself.
Copy !req
259. I said, great,
and we were washing his hands
Copy !req
260. and he said,
daddy, mommy bought me a pink dress.
Copy !req
261. So I stopped, finish washing his hands
and I got down on one knee.
Copy !req
262. Looked him square dead in the eye and said,
Copy !req
263. "Hey buddy, you're a boy
and boys don't wear dresses."
Copy !req
264. The way I explain it to
you guys is the same exact way
Copy !req
265. I explained it to my son.
Copy !req
266. Calm, cool collective
three second conversation.
Copy !req
267. Him and I went back and opened up
presents had and had cake and ice cream.
Copy !req
268. I waited two days
and that's when I sent her the
Copy !req
269. the 46, consecutive text messages,
Copy !req
270. and in none of those text messages
Copy !req
271. that I sent her,
were there any threats of violence?
Copy !req
272. There was no threats of violence
to my son.
Copy !req
273. There was there was none of that.
Copy !req
274. The basis of the the the converse,
text messages where he's a boy,
Copy !req
275. "He doesn't wear girls clothes."
Copy !req
276. "How could you do that to my son?"
Copy !req
277. "He's a boy. Don't dress him in
girls clothes. He's a boy."
Copy !req
278. and a week later,
I got a knock on the door from the local
Copy !req
279. sheriff's department, and she had hit me
with a restraining order.
Copy !req
280. Put him my son on the restraining order,
and her.
Copy !req
281. Which now restrain me from from both of them.
Copy !req
282. Oh, I'm losing you.
Copy !req
283. Controversy brewing tonight over a trio of bills.
Copy !req
284. Some parents say push a, quote,
transgender agenda.
Copy !req
285. Opponents say that if a parent
does not affirm their child's identity,
Copy !req
286. they can be charged with child abuse.
Copy !req
287. Parents told stories of lost custody,
citing gender affirmation and identity
Copy !req
288. as a cause, and expressed
concern over the bill's supposed scope.
Copy !req
289. We're actually standing
in front of the Pasadena courthouse.
Copy !req
290. Today it's, September 13th.
Copy !req
291. Our friend and, dad, Army
Captain Adam Vena,
Copy !req
292. has a court hearing later
today, about his case.
Copy !req
293. His custody case, with his son, Aiden.
Copy !req
294. My hope today is that when he walks
out of that hearing, he gets his,
Copy !req
295. parental, custody restored,
Copy !req
296. that he can be a father again
to his son, Aiden,
Copy !req
297. that they can be reunited, that
he can hold his son and hug his son.
Copy !req
298. After over two years of not seeing
and having any contact with him,
Copy !req
299. he deserves to have his father
in his life,
Copy !req
300. and so far,
they haven't allowed that to happen.
Copy !req
301. There's never, never been a
a thought on my mind about gender.
Copy !req
302. So that's something that
that really never crossed my mind.
Copy !req
303. My, my father taught me to to be a man,
be respectful, be honest.
Copy !req
304. Till this day he,
he thinks the world of my mom
Copy !req
305. treats her
with the most outright respect,
Copy !req
306. and that's something that,
I watched, that my father did.
Copy !req
307. I've missed.
Copy !req
308. I missed the most crucial times
in my son's life to be a father figure
Copy !req
309. in his life, to be the strong male
role model that he needs,
Copy !req
310. and I've been I've been
completely cut out of that.
Copy !req
311. That's all I want to do is hold my son.
Copy !req
312. and then we go from there.
Copy !req
313. But at first,
Copy !req
314. let him know dad's here.
Copy !req
315. Yeah.
Copy !req
316. Sorry.
Copy !req
317. Parents are coming together.
Copy !req
318. Right or left? It doesn't matter.
Copy !req
319. We're not going to let the government
abuse us anymore.
Copy !req
320. We're not going to let them take
our kids.
Copy !req
321. We're going to draw a line in the sand,
say no more.
Copy !req
322. We're protecting children
no matter what.
Copy !req
323. My name is Harrison
Tinsley, I'm a single dad.
Copy !req
324. Protector of children.
Copy !req
325. There is lots of red flags
in the relationship
Copy !req
326. because of her mental illness problems,
Copy !req
327. and I did did worry that that could be
something that would affect a child.
Copy !req
328. Once my son came to exist,
Copy !req
329. my son was born, I missed it.
Copy !req
330. I was not told
in any way, shape or form.
Copy !req
331. One of my ex's friends reached out to me
on social media and
Copy !req
332. and showed me
that he had been born about a week after.
Copy !req
333. Her and I went to the doctor together
for the ultrasound.
Copy !req
334. We found out
my son was going to be a boy.
Copy !req
335. We were both unbelievably happy
about that, celebrating, even shouting.
Copy !req
336. And when she announced on Facebook
that she was pregnant,
Copy !req
337. she had posted a post, "baby sorta due in December.
Copy !req
338. I will love you whether you're a boy
or a girl or neither."
Copy !req
339. and that was something that unsettled me
a little bit.
Copy !req
340. There was some conversations
Copy !req
341. with kind of personal level between her,
and I wish she would ask me
Copy !req
342. face to face, "What are you going to do
if our kid is trans?"
Copy !req
343. and I would always say,
I love my kid no matter what,
Copy !req
344. but I wouldn't let them live
in a delusion under my house,
Copy !req
345. and that
was something that really upset her,
Copy !req
346. and I do believe that's
part of the reason
Copy !req
347. she attempted to keep him from me,
Copy !req
348. So, I walk into this.
Copy !req
349. Given her a little education.
Copy !req
350. Reading is fundamental.
Copy !req
351. And Harrison's been really good
at keeping his story out there.
Copy !req
352. His son is three now,
Copy !req
353. and his ex is, raising his son
as non-binary, basically with no gender.
Copy !req
354. But even with that framing,
she's putting him in dresses and girls clothes.
Copy !req
355. And Harrison's case, he at least
Copy !req
356. had foughtthrough the family court system
and had has gained 50% custody.
Copy !req
357. So he gets to see his son and gets
to have some influence over his son,
Copy !req
358. and for the most part,
Harrison will share,
Copy !req
359. you know, in a lot of his interviews
that his son is a boy.
Copy !req
360. I mean, he is happy being a boy.
Copy !req
361. Hey, good morning buddy.
I just wanted to say good morning.
Copy !req
362. It's been a while since I posted a video to you.
Copy !req
363. It's been a rough.
Copy !req
364. It's been a rough, rough
few months, buddy.
Copy !req
365. Especially with Father's Day
and, your birthday.
Copy !req
366. But me and Grandma and Grandpa,
we threw you a birthday party.
Copy !req
367. We had a bunch of people over,
to celebrate your birthday, but,
Copy !req
368. Dad misses you a lot.
Copy !req
369. But Dad doesn't know how much longer I can.
Copy !req
370. I can go on doing this.
Copy !req
371. I got a lot of support.
Copy !req
372. You got a lot of support.
Copy !req
373. But it's taking a heavy toll on dad.
Copy !req
374. I just want to say I miss you,
Copy !req
375. and I love you Papas.
Copy !req
376. I hope everything's good.
Copy !req
377. But dad can't do it anymore.
Copy !req
378. He was starting to share videos of love
letters to his son is what I call them.
Copy !req
379. They were basically videos to remind
his son that he's thinking about him.
Copy !req
380. He's still fighting for him
and that he loves him.
Copy !req
381. It was just a way for him to find ways
to connect with, his son Aiden,
Copy !req
382. considering the fact that he has lost
custody and has no contact with his son,
Copy !req
383. and of course, watching a video
from a dad who is desperately trying
Copy !req
384. to reach his son through
social media was heart wrenching.
Copy !req
385. We're just continuing to strategize
on the
Copy !req
386. on the legal side and to help eventually
reunite Adam with his son, Aiden.
Copy !req
387. We I mean, that's the ultimate goal
is to regain custody for him.
Copy !req
388. We're not sure how
that's going to happen
Copy !req
389. within the family court system,
because it's so corrupt,
Copy !req
390. and it's definitely in favor of the mom
Copy !req
391. and what she's doing,
especially in California.
Copy !req
392. You know, in Adam's case,
Copy !req
393. he was living the nightmare of AB 957
before the bill was even considered,
Copy !req
394. before it even became, you know,
before it was, drafted as a, as law.
Copy !req
395. Instead of being able to
remove my broken heart,
Copy !req
396. I removed my breasts,
Copy !req
397. my divine femininity.
Copy !req
398. I just wanted to feel safe, loved
and appreciated
Copy !req
399. for my funky self.
Copy !req
400. But due to the lies of gender
affirmation, I've lost vital organs.
Copy !req
401. I've lost years of my life.
Copy !req
402. For the sake of my inner child,
Copy !req
403. and for every funky girl out there
Copy !req
404. who needs protection from insecurity,
from illusions and lies,
Copy !req
405. tell the truth.
Copy !req
406. It will set you free.
Copy !req
407. Thank you.
Copy !req
408. Stay funky.
Copy !req
409. I grew up as the oldest of three
siblings to my mom and dad,
Copy !req
410. and growing up
I was never really a typical girl.
Copy !req
411. I was what you call a tomboy,
but I wasn't exclusively into
Copy !req
412. masculinity
or hanging out with the boys.
Copy !req
413. I never really felt
like one of the boys,
Copy !req
414. but I also was distinctly
alienated from girls.
Copy !req
415. In later elementary school,
I definitely started to
Copy !req
416. separate from my peers,
and I went through puberty,
Copy !req
417. as one of the earliest
in my grade, around age ten,
Copy !req
418. and for me, puberty was,
Copy !req
419. a catastrophic difference
from what I'd known previously.
Copy !req
420. When I got my period,
I started having severe
Copy !req
421. emotional mood swings
and hormonal dysregulation.
Copy !req
422. And at age 11,
my parents took me in to be formally
Copy !req
423. psychology
evaluated and physically evaluated,
Copy !req
424. and that's when I was diagnosed
with polycystic ovary syndrome,
Copy !req
425. which means that I have higher levels
of testosterone in advent and transition
Copy !req
426. in my body.
Copy !req
427. So I was very overwhelmed emotionally,
and I was very confused
Copy !req
428. because I would go through these extreme
highs and lows with my hormones,
Copy !req
429. and in the psychological evaluation,
Copy !req
430. I was diagnosed
as being on the autism spectrum.
Copy !req
431. I wasn't autistic enough to be,
Copy !req
432. you know, receiving
Copy !req
433. support from the schools
or any sort of behavioral interventions.
Copy !req
434. But I was definitely distressed.
Copy !req
435. I was acting out at home.
Copy !req
436. I was unable to make friends.
Copy !req
437. In middle school,
I was severely depressed,
Copy !req
438. and since age 11,
it just kept escalating.
Copy !req
439. My father
Copy !req
440. couldn't handle his emotions.
Copy !req
441. There is generational trauma
in the family, and
Copy !req
442. he started becoming
Copy !req
443. severely verbally
abusive to me on a chronic basis
Copy !req
444. and emotionally
and psychologically tormenting me,
Copy !req
445. calling me and screaming at me
and saying
Copy !req
446. I was worthless and disgusting
and that I wasn't wanted.
Copy !req
447. Through all these messages,
I it already.
Copy !req
448. It cemented the feelings
that I already had of being different
Copy !req
449. and struggling to accept myself
and have a secure identity,
Copy !req
450. and I
Copy !req
451. basically
developed an identity of inferiority
Copy !req
452. and of not being lovable
or able to be a normal person.
Copy !req
453. I felt inherently damaged.
Copy !req
454. What happens after the surgery?
Copy !req
455. Well, that's an interesting question.
Copy !req
456. One internet celebrity who went through
it is now deep transitioning
Copy !req
457. and wants to protect other young people
from these horrible surgeries.
Copy !req
458. He joins us now.
Copy !req
459. I used to really hate the way I look.
Copy !req
460. So I thought having all this surgery,
trying to become a girl,
Copy !req
461. dressing
as a girl, trying to be more feminine.
Copy !req
462. I thought that would make me happier.
I realized that was a big mistake,
Copy !req
463. and I feel like,
Copy !req
464. you know, if I was born 40 years ago,
I wouldn't have done this.
Copy !req
465. It's what the woke
culture is pushing these days.
Copy !req
466. What we see on TikTok,
it's the new normal,
Copy !req
467. and this is so wrong.
It's really affecting our kids,
Copy !req
468. and the school boards
have a lot to answer for with this.
Copy !req
469. I agree with that.
Copy !req
470. A lot of people are unhappy inside.
That's that's normal.
Copy !req
471. But pharmaceuticals and plastic surgery
aren't going to fix it.
Copy !req
472. Of course, as you know.
Copy !req
473. Oli London, great to see you tonight.
Thank you, thank you Tucker.
Copy !req
474. So I grew up just outside
London in an area called Hertfordshire,
Copy !req
475. and it's a beautiful,
Copy !req
476. idyllic place, surrounded by hills,
countrysides, medieval churches.
Copy !req
477. So it was almost
the perfect surrounding.
Copy !req
478. But internally, I had a lot of conflict.
Copy !req
479. So as a young boy, I was always more
feminine than the other kids.
Copy !req
480. I would always play with Barbies and
dolls, and I was a little bit of a loner
Copy !req
481. at elementary school,
although I had a few friends.
Copy !req
482. But they were actually girls,
so I would always wanted to do girl things,
Copy !req
483. and I had a great relationship
with my mum.
Copy !req
484. I was very close to her,
actually wanted to be like her.
Copy !req
485. You know,
I kind of adopted her feminine traits,
Copy !req
486. and then I had a very bad relationship
with my father.
Copy !req
487. He wanted a manly man.
Copy !req
488. He wanted someone that was just like him
to go on camping trips.
Copy !req
489. He really was, very emotionally
abusive to me because of that,
Copy !req
490. and he tried to maybe in his own image,
but I completely rejected that.
Copy !req
491. I wanted to be closer to my mother.
Copy !req
492. So then as a teenager,
when I started, to go to high school,
Copy !req
493. I was really singled out, bullied
Copy !req
494. and picked on,
because of these differences,
Copy !req
495. and I also developed,
gynecomastia,
Copy !req
496. which is a condition
for men that have male breasts.
Copy !req
497. So, you know,
I had kind of fatty tissue around
Copy !req
498. my breasts and I would get teased
and bullied relentlessly.
Copy !req
499. So the doctor said, you know,
you'll grow out of it.
Copy !req
500. It's just your body's changing.
It's puberty.
Copy !req
501. You're a teen, and,
you know, even in adulthood,
Copy !req
502. when I consulted doctors, they said, oh,
we now just go to the gym.
Copy !req
503. That's the solution.
Copy !req
504. But really, it had a huge psychological
impact on me because it made me feel.
Copy !req
505. Now, maybe I'm meant to be a girl.
Copy !req
506. I was very feminine
and suddenly I've got these breasts.
Copy !req
507. So I was very confused
about who I was meant to be.
Copy !req
508. You know, the media was basically
telling me, you do not look good enough.
Copy !req
509. You need to change yourself.
Copy !req
510. You need to have the perfect features,
Copy !req
511. the perfect face,
in order to be happy and successful.
Copy !req
512. So I kind of, you know, attributed
the only path to happiness is through
Copy !req
513. change.
Copy !req
514. So, you know, in adulthood,
I started doing surgeries
Copy !req
515. just to try and improve myself
and trying to prove these bullies wrong,
Copy !req
516. and then that became
a very slippery slope,
Copy !req
517. and as it progressed,
I started to get more severe body
Copy !req
518. dysmorphia and severe gender dysphoria,
Copy !req
519. which really led me
to a lot of confusion,
Copy !req
520. and then, you know, in, in adulthood,
later adulthood, the media
Copy !req
521. I was consuming was, you know,
all liberal magazines, all liberal news.
Copy !req
522. So they were then pushing this narrative
that, you can change, you know,
Copy !req
523. you can change yourself.
There is now finally an option.
Copy !req
524. I didn't have that option growing up.
Copy !req
525. Now you can be whoever you want.
You can identify however you want.
Copy !req
526. So that then starting to lead me down
this path where I thought,
Copy !req
527. you know what, maybe
the media is right.
Copy !req
528. Maybe social media is right,
that maybe I am
Copy !req
529. trapped in the wrong body
and I can change that
Copy !req
530. because I've been through a lot.
Copy !req
531. I've put my family
through a lot of hell,
Copy !req
532. to be honest
with, my identity struggles,
Copy !req
533. and, you know,
I just feel like I have a responsibility
Copy !req
534. to always, put on the perfect face,
you know, smile and pretend I'm happy
Copy !req
535. and really inside.
Copy !req
536. For so many years,
I was really grappling,
Copy !req
537. you know, I was suicidal many times.
Copy !req
538. I was very severely depressed because
of these questions of my identity,
Copy !req
539. and, I remember the day
Copy !req
540. when I came to the house
and I was, you know, publicly trans,
Copy !req
541. and I came in a dress
and it was very upsetting.
Copy !req
542. You know, as a kid,
I was trying to make her proud,
Copy !req
543. and I didn't feel like
I could talk to anyone about this.
Copy !req
544. I spoke to, like, a trans activist
who was like, I felt the exact way
Copy !req
545. you felt like how you feel in your body
and like what you deal with,
Copy !req
546. and it kind of like really kind of
solidified, like oh transitioning
Copy !req
547. could be like solution.
Copy !req
548. Maybe all my unhappiness
is because I was born in the wrong,
Copy !req
549. like I'm born in the wrong, like sex,
Copy !req
550. Are those answers now,
Copy !req
551. in hindsight, were a mistake.
Copy !req
552. Yeah, they left me worse off.
Copy !req
553. So the Detransition phenomenon
is incredibly important.
Copy !req
554. I would argue that it's maybe
Copy !req
555. one of the most important phenomena
that's happening in our society right now.
Copy !req
556. There is a contingent of people
who decide to undergo transition
Copy !req
557. who, for any variety of reasons, decide
Copy !req
558. that it was a mistake for them
and they regret it,
Copy !req
559. and they actually try
to back out of this.
Copy !req
560. You actually see this
frequently with people
Copy !req
561. that are in the early stages
of social transition.
Copy !req
562. If they are removed from the influences
like education
Copy !req
563. and social media that are pulling them
into it, they renormalize to to reality.
Copy !req
564. Well, the detransition movement
is people that have gone
Copy !req
565. quite far into the process
sometimes as far as the surgeries,
Copy !req
566. who are now having regrets.
Copy !req
567. Now the literature around
Copy !req
568. trans wants to create the illusion that
such people are a fringe phenomenon,
Copy !req
569. or that they don't exist,
Copy !req
570. and they show all of these, kind
of studies using very questionable data
Copy !req
571. that suggests that,
no, most people don't regret it.
Copy !req
572. But in fact,
Copy !req
573. there are reasons to believe that
there is going to be a honeymoon period.
Copy !req
574. So what's going on with the phenomenon?
Copy !req
575. In my my view,
Copy !req
576. you have people who are if they're
stepping into the world of transition,
Copy !req
577. they're already deeply troubled,
Copy !req
578. they're already having issues
and they're struggling.
Copy !req
579. So all of a sudden you hold out to them
a solution to their problem
Copy !req
580. that is also giving them
massive social benefit.
Copy !req
581. One of the processes
that you put them on.
Copy !req
582. So they just they feel like, oh my gosh,
I have this terrible problem,
Copy !req
583. and there's a solution.
Copy !req
584. There's something I can do
that makes you feel good as it is.
Copy !req
585. One of the solutions
Copy !req
586. is that they pump them
full of cross-sex hormones,
Copy !req
587. which in the case
Copy !req
588. of a young woman, means testosterone,
which also makes you feel really good,
Copy !req
589. and so you have kind of this honeymoon
period,
Copy !req
590. this euphoric period that might last
18 months or thereabouts.
Copy !req
591. From what I've read, what I've read
Copy !req
592. in which they can gather data on people
and say, wow, this makes people better.
Copy !req
593. This is really great,
and there's very low regret.
Copy !req
594. But the regrets
Copy !req
595. start to creep in often later,
and those regrets can be substantial,
Copy !req
596. and we see this from the detransition
voices.
Copy !req
597. This wasn't
everything else promised to promised.
Copy !req
598. I feel like I was lied to,
and in essence, what's really going on
Copy !req
599. is you have young people
who are struggling.
Copy !req
600. Maybe it's as a result is frequently
here.
Copy !req
601. It's a result of a sexual assault
Copy !req
602. that they don't know how to process
the rapid changes on their body
Copy !req
603. that they don't know what to do with,
Copy !req
604. and they have been given the pathway
Copy !req
605. to a cure for socially and ideologically
and then later medically,
Copy !req
606. and this promise for a cure
turns out to be the most aggressive
Copy !req
607. treatment pathway possible to where,
if it didn't solve your problems,
Copy !req
608. not only are you,
you don't go back to where you started.
Copy !req
609. You're not back to square one.
Copy !req
610. You've actually, in many respects,
decimated your mind and body,
Copy !req
611. and you're in a much worse position
than where you started
Copy !req
612. and so the detransition phenomenon
is a very important signal that, hey,
Copy !req
613. look what you're hearing
about this from, whether it's teachers,
Copy !req
614. whether it's the medical industry,
whether it's, the media,
Copy !req
615. whether it's even your social circle,
what you're seeing on social media,
Copy !req
616. you're being sold a dream, and there is
a nightmare to be serviced that
Copy !req
617. very well may come to you.
Copy !req
618. In my practice, I see a lot of young people,
especially young women,
Copy !req
619. who are suffering from a social media
and cultural
Copy !req
620. wasteland induced rise
of narcissistic personality traits.
Copy !req
621. Transgenderism inherently preys upon
Copy !req
622. people who are hyper focused on themselves,
Copy !req
623. and adolescent
young girls are one of the main groups
Copy !req
624. that suffer from narcissism
and our culture is
Copy !req
625. parents have a massive responsibility
to shelter our kids,
Copy !req
626. and yes, I'm using the term shelter
our kids, which is usually a criticism
Copy !req
627. that you get of, of families
like ours who homeschool and all that.
Copy !req
628. But our whole idea behind that,
our whole responsibility as parents, is
Copy !req
629. to protect them from the outside,
perverting and destructive forces.
Copy !req
630. You would never,
allow your kid to walk down dark alleys,
Copy !req
631. and yet you'll give them a phone right
now, that is,
Copy !req
632. you know, 2 or 3 clicks away
from every dark alley on the planet.
Copy !req
633. I don't think that it necessarily
brainwashes children,
Copy !req
634. but I think there are a lot of people
who get into being queer or trans
Copy !req
635. because it's, it's it's trendy,
Copy !req
636. and I know that's
a really controversial statement
Copy !req
637. to make as a trans person,
but I have seen it. I've experienced it,
Copy !req
638. and I also find that social media,
especially
Copy !req
639. apps like TikTok,
give a lot of these kids
Copy !req
640. so much misinformation
and lead to people thinking
Copy !req
641. they're trans
when there are much deeper issues
Copy !req
642. and everyone just wants to belong
and find an identity, especially when they're young.
Copy !req
643. Around, the middle of high school, I
Copy !req
644. learned about gender identity
Copy !req
645. on Tumblr and gender identity labels.
Copy !req
646. You could go through this whole list
and kind of find the specific niche
Copy !req
647. that described your personality and
at first I like the label gender queer.
Copy !req
648. I then became further confused
because that didn't fully seem to fit,
Copy !req
649. because my sexuality
was always completely heterosexual.
Copy !req
650. I was a hopeless romantic.
Copy !req
651. I was very passionate.
Copy !req
652. I had a lot of teenage angst and lust,
and I was watching pornography
Copy !req
653. from a young age.
Copy !req
654. I was confused that I was so masculine
presenting.
Copy !req
655. I was wearing exclusively men's
Copy !req
656. clothes, yet
I was exclusively attracted to men,
Copy !req
657. and so because of this confusion,
I started exploring more about
Copy !req
658. gender, and maybe I was transgender.
Copy !req
659. I took it as a sign that, okay, I have
this thing, this weird thing about me.
Copy !req
660. I'm gender queer, I'm androgynous, and
I'm, you know, interested in gay men.
Copy !req
661. Maybe life would be better
if I was a gay man,
Copy !req
662. and my new name is Rosie London.
Copy !req
663. Rosie is now my bias.
This was my bias before.
Copy !req
664. Now Rosie is my bias,
so I want to look like her.
Copy !req
665. So I've just had all my surgery
to look like Rosie.
Copy !req
666. I still love (indiscernible),
but I want to look like a girl.
Copy !req
667. But before I became trans,
I was very addicted to TikTok
Copy !req
668. and I was spending,
you know, up to eight hours a day
Copy !req
669. making content, consuming content and,
now TikTok seems to be the place
Copy !req
670. where people express themselves
and show these identities,
Copy !req
671. and now, as
I started to share my journey and,
Copy !req
672. you know, became more feminine and,
and got the hair extensions,
Copy !req
673. did the makeup, you know, suddenly all
the hate seemed to disappear, dissipate,
Copy !req
674. and suddenly it became love,
Copy !req
675. and that for me,
really pushed me further
Copy !req
676. because I was finally feeling
that I was accepted, that
Copy !req
677. maybe this is who I meant to be.
Copy !req
678. That's what's happening
for a lot of people now.
Copy !req
679. A lot of young people are seeking
that validation online,
Copy !req
680. and, you know,
they might start putting makeup on
Copy !req
681. and then they'll get more comments
and likes,
Copy !req
682. and suddenly they start doing the hair
extensions, and guess what?
Copy !req
683. More likes and comments than they do
the surgery than the hormones.
Copy !req
684. So it's this kind of, snowball
effect of the more validation
Copy !req
685. you get, the more people
we're forcing this online.
Copy !req
686. It makes you progress
Copy !req
687. even further with this journey
rather than, you know, just thinking.
Copy !req
688. Let me take a step back.
I don't need anyone's validation.
Copy !req
689. I just need to find
that internal happiness.
Copy !req
690. So according to the CDC, in 2015,
Copy !req
691. 11% of teens identified as LGBTQ,
Copy !req
692. and in 2021, that number jumped to 24%.
Copy !req
693. This is everywhere in the White House.
Copy !req
694. This is in all the three letter
agencies.
Copy !req
695. This is in your local school district,
this is in your public library,
Copy !req
696. and you go to target
to buy some batteries,
Copy !req
697. and then you end up
seeing some tucking swimwear for kids.
Copy !req
698. You go to a grocery store to buy beer
and then you have some Bud Light with
Copy !req
699. with Dylan Mulvaney on it,
Copy !req
700. and it's just like you can't escape it.
Copy !req
701. So this is coming from all sides.
Copy !req
702. Okay. So during food period
we have announcements
Copy !req
703. and they do the Pledge of Allegiance.
My room does not have a flag.
Copy !req
704. It used to be there,
but I took it down during Covid
Copy !req
705. because it made me uncomfortable,
Copy !req
706. and I packed it away and I don't know
where, and I haven't found it yet,
Copy !req
707. but my kid today goes, hey,
it's kind of weird that we just stand
Copy !req
708. and then, you know,
Copy !req
709. we say it to nothing and I'm like,
oh, well, you know, I gotta find it.
Copy !req
710. Like I'm working on it. I got you.
Copy !req
711. Like, in the meantime, I tell this kid,
Copy !req
712. we do have a flag in the class
that you can pledge your allegiance to,
Copy !req
713. and he, like, looks around and goes,
oh, that one.
Copy !req
714. They told me
that if I were to ever find out
Copy !req
715. about a student's gender or pronoun
preference, that I was to withhold
Copy !req
716. that from parents.
Copy !req
717. A former group, a Valley High School
teacher speaking out after she says
Copy !req
718. she was fired for not hiding students
gender transitions from parents.
Copy !req
719. The way it started was students
actually found me on social media.
Copy !req
720. They found my Christian
conservative views and that upset them.
Copy !req
721. I was in class.
Copy !req
722. It was actually two days before
summer break, and an administrator came
Copy !req
723. and pulled me out of class,
took me up to the office
Copy !req
724. where the assistant superintendent
was waiting for me,
Copy !req
725. and he said, something's been brought
to our attention via social media,
Copy !req
726. and we're going to have to place you
on paid
Copy !req
727. administrative leave
until we investigate.
Copy !req
728. I was completely blindsided.
Copy !req
729. I was presented with 12 allegations.
Copy !req
730. One of them was that
I broadcast sermons to my classes,
Copy !req
731. and even my union rep sitting
next to me were like,
Copy !req
732. does she roll out loudspeaker and like,
have the kids gather around
Copy !req
733. and listen to Sunday's sermon?
Copy !req
734. Then came a second meeting.
This one was now
Copy !req
735. in September of last year,
and they had made their decision.
Copy !req
736. They said, we want you to know
you're lucky to still have your job.
Copy !req
737. We're lucky
Copy !req
738. we're letting you come back to work
because what you've done is so serious,
Copy !req
739. and I'm still
Copy !req
740. kind of confused, you know,
what have I done?
Copy !req
741. I've posted my Christian conservative
views on my social media pages.
Copy !req
742. They gave me several directives,
Copy !req
743. but there were three of them
that I just was very convicted by.
Copy !req
744. So the first one was that
Copy !req
745. I had to call students
by their preferred gender pronoun.
Copy !req
746. Also,
you need to withhold that from parents
Copy !req
747. if you were to ever find out about,
you know, a child's new name preference
Copy !req
748. or gender preference,
Copy !req
749. and so I looked
Copy !req
750. the assistant superintendent in the eye
because I wanted to be very clear.
Copy !req
751. "Are you asking me to lie to parents?"
Copy !req
752. and he said, yes, it's for student
safety,
Copy !req
753. and privacy,
Copy !req
754. and I'm just sitting here like,
Copy !req
755. God, what is happening right now?
Copy !req
756. I just I still knew that a big decision
had to be made,
Copy !req
757. and it was really important
that I made the right decision,
Copy !req
758. and so essentially,
I broke down those three directives
Copy !req
759. that I was, you know, very convicted by
and knew I couldn't follow,
Copy !req
760. and they responded and said,
Copy !req
761. it sounds like you're asking
for a religious accommodation.
Copy !req
762. So we're going to have you come in
for a third meeting
Copy !req
763. and see if and how we can accommodate
your religious beliefs.
Copy !req
764. So I go into that meeting.
It was intense.
Copy !req
765. I've never experienced anything like it.
Copy !req
766. I was questioned by the district's
attorney
Copy !req
767. up and down, left
and right on Christianity.
Copy !req
768. At the end of that,
they asked me one last question.
Copy !req
769. They said, "is there anything else
Copy !req
770. we need to know about that
you can't do in your position?",
Copy !req
771. and I said, I'm a teacher.
Copy !req
772. I oversee a female locker room.
Copy !req
773. So I'll have you know, now
Copy !req
774. I will not be allowing biological males
into the female locker room.
Copy !req
775. They said, we have a whole other issue.
Copy !req
776. Then you have to
if that student is presenting
Copy !req
777. like they're female now,
they have the option to do that.
Copy !req
778. About a week later, I received an email
essentially with my termination letter
Copy !req
779. and in bold writing.
Copy !req
780. At the end of the email, they said,
Copy !req
781. we cannot accommodate
your religious beliefs.
Copy !req
782. Therefore we're releasing you from
employment official January 31st, 2023.
Copy !req
783. Teachers and counselors have
Copy !req
784. zero background and training
to deal with gender dysphoria.
Copy !req
785. This is one of the big problems
is that they come out of training
Copy !req
786. programs at universities
that are ideologically captured.
Copy !req
787. They go out to the schools
Copy !req
788. and they are supporting all these kids,
and they're trans identification.
Copy !req
789. Keeping it a secret from parents.
Copy !req
790. To me, it's criminal
that these these counselors
Copy !req
791. and teachers are usurping
the role of parents and therapist
Copy !req
792. in dealing with gender dysphoria.
Copy !req
793. You know, it's,
Copy !req
794. it's criminal to me. I'm sorry.
Copy !req
795. I get really upset about it.
Copy !req
796. They marginalize the parents,
they create a split
Copy !req
797. between the parent and child,
which is damaging to the family.
Copy !req
798. It's so destructive to the family,
and it's really damaging to the children
Copy !req
799. that the children don't realize
that children need their parents,
Copy !req
800. and counselors and teachers
cannot take the place of parents,
Copy !req
801. although they're trying to.
Copy !req
802. If you need a family,
you can come hang out with me.
Copy !req
803. They may not see the real you,
Copy !req
804. but that does not mean that
you're not real.
Copy !req
805. I love you very much.
Copy !req
806. Socially transitioning a child at school
without the knowledge and the consent
Copy !req
807. and participation of their parents
is not a benign intervene.
Copy !req
808. Option number one,
it is a mental health intervention,
Copy !req
809. and according
to even the proponents of this ideology,
Copy !req
810. it allegedly sets a child up
for increased suicide.
Copy !req
811. That is their narrative.
Copy !req
812. So how is it that you think it is a
good idea to socially transition a child
Copy !req
813. and exclude parents from this process
Copy !req
814. in which you first you are saying
a child is now susceptible to suicide.
Copy !req
815. That is a time when parents are needed
the most by their child.
Copy !req
816. I think it comes from the humanities,
comes from specifically queer theory,
Copy !req
817. where they view
Copy !req
818. anything that is construed as a binary
Copy !req
819. in nature,
as this inherently oppressive thing.
Copy !req
820. They don't think binaries
really exist in nature.
Copy !req
821. They want to blur the,
the boundary between categories,
Copy !req
822. because they think that these categories
are constructed by people,
Copy !req
823. by people in power meant to maintain
their power, to keep people oppressed.
Copy !req
824. One popular thing that kids are taught
is they'll use The Genderbread person,
Copy !req
825. and this is this, this poster.
Copy !req
826. It's a like a, like a gingerbread man,
Copy !req
827. and it has different areas on it
has like your gender identity
Copy !req
828. and it has like man, woman,
boy and girl on one side,
Copy !req
829. and then it has, you know, the traits
that make an individual a boy or a girl,
Copy !req
830. and they have,
Copy !req
831. you know, things like your interests,
your likes, your dislikes,
Copy !req
832. social expectations,
all of these things.
Copy !req
833. Rather than saying that a little boys
and girls can behave
Copy !req
834. and express themselves
however they want,
Copy !req
835. based on sort of their innate biology,
it's now saying that the way you behave
Copy !req
836. and the way the stereotypes
that you conform to determine
Copy !req
837. what sex you are,
whether you're a boy or a girl.
Copy !req
838. So if you're a feminine boy,
you're actually a girl,
Copy !req
839. and if you're a masculine girl, well,
now you're actually a boy.
Copy !req
840. This is confusing children.
Copy !req
841. It's making them confused
about the relationship
Copy !req
842. between their personality
and behavior in their bodies.
Copy !req
843. It's making them think like
there's something wrong with them.
Copy !req
844. Because this is often construed
as having a mismatch between your sex
Copy !req
845. and your gender identity,
which is rooted in stereotypes.
Copy !req
846. Schools have,
you know, medical clinics on them now.
Copy !req
847. That there's sort of this school
to clinic pipeline. Well, they can
Copy !req
848. they can fix any potential mismatch
with hormones and surgeries,
Copy !req
849. and in many cases,
they don't even have to let
Copy !req
850. their parents know
that their child is adopting this
Copy !req
851. cross-sex identity and is talking to,
clinicians at their, at their schools.
Copy !req
852. The parents of
Copy !req
853. a former Rockford middle
School student are suing the district.
Copy !req
854. They allege their child born
female was allowed to begin the process
Copy !req
855. of social transitioning into a male
Copy !req
856. by the district,
Copy !req
857. supporting the use of a new name
and pronouns, all while their parents
Copy !req
858. were kept in the dark.
Copy !req
859. I personally have had some pretty,
heated conversations
Copy !req
860. with with with teachers.
Copy !req
861. I have some,
members of the LGBTQ community
Copy !req
862. who have reached out to me and said,
Copy !req
863. you know, there are so many students
that, don't feel comfortable
Copy !req
864. speaking to their parents
about coming out.
Copy !req
865. If I tell my parents that, you know,
I want to take hormone therapy
Copy !req
866. and that I want to, go through surgery
and you know, that, you know,
Copy !req
867. just because they named me this name
Copy !req
868. and they think that I'm a girl,
that I'm really not
Copy !req
869. they're not supporting
me because of HIPAA.
Copy !req
870. Protections,
Copy !req
871. and because especially in the state
of Massachusetts, where
Copy !req
872. LGBTQ members are protected
class, it restricts
Copy !req
873. the teachers from even discussing
certain things with with the parents,
Copy !req
874. and then at the end of the day,
the children go home
Copy !req
875. and they're living, they're hiding,
they're lying to their parents.
Copy !req
876. They're lying to their sisters
and brothers and uncles,
Copy !req
877. and these are things that are happening.
Copy !req
878. You know, people are like,
oh, that doesn't happen.
Copy !req
879. It does happen,
Copy !req
880. and the reason
why we're not hearing about it
Copy !req
881. as much is because of HIPAA protection.
Copy !req
882. My pronouns are he her peers
who would like to share their pronouns,
Copy !req
883. and that's the students aren't shy,
Copy !req
884. and for most,
the subject matter isn't new.
Copy !req
885. One child says their pronouns
depend on how they're feeling,
Copy !req
886. but today they'd like to be called they.
Copy !req
887. It's not really you on the outside.
Copy !req
888. Who do you feel on the inside?
Copy !req
889. Yes, how about a round of applause, that was so beautiful.
Copy !req
890. I received an email from,
a parent of his school,
Copy !req
891. telling me that I had a right to know
what was going on with my son.
Copy !req
892. His mother had
Copy !req
893. sent to
Copy !req
894. the school parents an email, stating
that Aidan is now full transgender,
Copy !req
895. referring to my son as my daughter goes
Copy !req
896. by the name of Violet
and has she her pronouns?
Copy !req
897. I. I couldn't believe it.
Copy !req
898. The not knowing is the hardest part
of what's going on with him.
Copy !req
899. Because I have been
completely cut out of my son's life.
Copy !req
900. Not knowing what the doctors are telling
them, not knowing
Copy !req
901. what the therapists are telling him,
and not being able to protect them.
Copy !req
902. That's what a father does.
Copy !req
903. A father
protects their son or their daughter,
Copy !req
904. and I haven't been able.
Copy !req
905. I've tried so hard to protect my son.
Copy !req
906. I sometimes I feel like a failure
because I've not been able to to
Copy !req
907. protect him from this.
Copy !req
908. I'm looking forward
to meeting with some other people
Copy !req
909. there to get a, a broader picture
on exactly what I'm dealing with.
Copy !req
910. Because I'm not just dealing
with a custody battle here.
Copy !req
911. I'm dealing with with my son's
gender and identity,
Copy !req
912. and, and I'm dealing with a juggernaut
of a state of California,
Copy !req
913. that believes that what they're
they're pushing up on my son is right.
Copy !req
914. I know it's not right.
Copy !req
915. I know what they're doing
is child abuse.
Copy !req
916. My name is Adam Vena from, California.
Copy !req
917. I lost my son three years ago
Copy !req
918. to, his mother grooming him
from the age of two years old,
Copy !req
919. and I have now been in the family court
system for three years.
Copy !req
920. The family court,
Copy !req
921. put a restraining order upon me
because I spoke out against this.
Copy !req
922. The family court judge
ordered a gender assessment to be done
Copy !req
923. on my three year old son.
Copy !req
924. He is now five years old now.
Copy !req
925. His mother.
Copy !req
926. It considers
my son at five full transgender.
Copy !req
927. He goes by she her pronouns.
Copy !req
928. She goes by the name of Violet,
Copy !req
929. and I have my.
I guess my question is for you.
Copy !req
930. Because I live in California,
where do I go?
Copy !req
931. Where do I go from here?
Copy !req
932. I have I'm here, and I don't know,
Copy !req
933. to be honest with you,
I've completely lost my son.
Copy !req
934. I feel utterly helpless and infuriated
listening to what you have to say,
Copy !req
935. and I can only imagine
that it's a tiny echo of what you feel,
Copy !req
936. because there is.
Copy !req
937. There is nothing we can do
to go up against the power of the state
Copy !req
938. like that,
Copy !req
939. and certainly therapists are useless
in this regard, except maybe,
Copy !req
940. you know, to listen to you
and hear your pain.
Copy !req
941. But I'm really sorry.
It's a horrible story.
Copy !req
942. Yeah, I feel helpless
and my heart goes out to you,
Copy !req
943. and this is stories like you and yours.
Copy !req
944. Is is why we're here.
Copy !req
945. That's
why we're putting so much work in,
Copy !req
946. and we're really
trying to change things.
Copy !req
947. Our tagline is "A healthy approach
to sex and gender."
Copy !req
948. What that means is non-medical ized.
Copy !req
949. No promotion of hormones,
no promotion of surgeries.
Copy !req
950. We want to encourage children
to feel good about themselves
Copy !req
951. as they are,
as they're born into their bodies.
Copy !req
952. We want to encourage therapists
and doctors to move away
Copy !req
953. from this medicalized model, and lean
on our gender framework as a resource.
Copy !req
954. This morning is like the first time
you're kind of, like, bombarded
Copy !req
955. with all these people and like,
how has it been so far?
Copy !req
956. We've had like two lectures so far.
Copy !req
957. Overwhelming. Yeah,
Copy !req
958. and that's the God on this tour,
especially the first one
Copy !req
959. was very especially talking
about puberty blockers and the surgeries
Copy !req
960. and all that.
Copy !req
961. That was
Copy !req
962. because I know
that's the next step for my son.
Copy !req
963. They're not hiding it.
They're doing it younger and younger.
Copy !req
964. Do you think if you ever had the help
that you have today,
Copy !req
965. you think you doing
the choices that you made,
Copy !req
966. you think you would
still would have done him?
Copy !req
967. Or do you think you would have
not done it?
Copy !req
968. I mean, if I had the support
that I have now,
Copy !req
969. like therapists, the support network,
you know, meaningful,
Copy !req
970. goals and,
sort of a more stable sense of self.
Copy !req
971. I definitely yeah,
Copy !req
972. without
a doubt, I would not have have done it.
Copy !req
973. Unfortunately. I just didn't see any,
Copy !req
974. I guess, women in my life
that were modeling
Copy !req
975. like, positive ways to be a kind
of funky woman, as I call myself.
Copy !req
976. Right. I think.
Copy !req
977. I think it's key that you, that
you treat the the root of the problem.
Copy !req
978. Like in my son's case, they didn't treat
they didn't go A, B and C with him.
Copy !req
979. They want A to Z.
Copy !req
980. He went from a normal little boy with me
to a full blown at the age of five.
Copy !req
981. He's considered transgender now.
Copy !req
982. But on the inside, nobody else can see.
Copy !req
983. Yeah.
Copy !req
984. Are you a boy or are you a girl, baby
and a boy inside and a girl outside?
Copy !req
985. Really?
Copy !req
986. Yeah. Is that true?
Copy !req
987. Only you know the answer to that.
Copy !req
988. So if you wanted to grow up to be a man.
Copy !req
989. Yeah.
Would you tell me?
Copy !req
990. Yeah.
Copy !req
991. Hey, if you wanted to grow up
and be a man, you could.
Copy !req
992. I wanna be...
Copy !req
993. Sometimes I think I'm a boy, sort of.
Copy !req
994. Yeah.
Would you like if I am a boy?
Copy !req
995. When we begin to argue
and debate the merits
Copy !req
996. of gender affirming
care, we've already lost the debate.
Copy !req
997. The reason for this is that there is no
Copy !req
998. absolutely no rationale
for removing healthy breasts, genitalia,
Copy !req
999. blocking the normal development
of a healthy young person to result
Copy !req
1000. in osteoporosis, in infertility,
in stunted growth, altered voice.
Copy !req
1001. These are irreversible changes
to normal,
Copy !req
1002. healthy physical development
that we would never, ever accept
Copy !req
1003. if we were to put them
under a different context.
Copy !req
1004. Gender affirming care is a lie.
Copy !req
1005. It is a euphemism for child abuse,
Copy !req
1006. and any form of child abuse
should be soundly rejected
Copy !req
1007. because abuse on its face is morally and
ethically wrong and should be illegal.
Copy !req
1008. You cannot consent
to having a healthy arm removed.
Copy !req
1009. You cannot consent to harming the body.
Copy !req
1010. You cannot choose to have a doctor agree
to harm you because it is considered
Copy !req
1011. an abuse, is considered an abuse
of authority and abuse of your own body.
Copy !req
1012. That is what transgender
affirming care is.
Copy !req
1013. It is abuse. Whether it's child
abuse or adult abuse. It is abuse.
Copy !req
1014. You hear stories of
Copy !req
1015. children being able to go into a clinic
or a video call.
Copy !req
1016. Planned Parenthood and within 30 minutes
get diagnosed with gender dysphoria
Copy !req
1017. and started on hormones,
Copy !req
1018. the book that psychiatrists use
to diagnose mental health disorders
Copy !req
1019. and other conditions is called the DSM
Diagnostic and Statistical Manual,
Copy !req
1020. and it has a set of criteria
Copy !req
1021. that it lists for gender dysphoria,
but is very vague.
Copy !req
1022. It used to be a condition that had to be
present from early on, age 2 or 3.
Copy !req
1023. Now it just has to be present
for six months or more.
Copy !req
1024. Child just has to.
Copy !req
1025. Or a teenager has to feel uncomfortable
with, the stereotypical,
Copy !req
1026. dress or activities
that their biological sex is.
Copy !req
1027. The doctors are taking the patient's
demands with the patient wants.
Copy !req
1028. They want to remove completely
Copy !req
1029. healthy organs or block completely
normal functioning, hormones.
Copy !req
1030. The doctors are going along
with the patient
Copy !req
1031. instead of trying to figure out why.
Copy !req
1032. Why does this patient
have this incongruence?
Copy !req
1033. I get a little
Copy !req
1034. anxious when I think
Copy !req
1035. I'm probably going to say something
that's highly, not popular.
Copy !req
1036. But I think I've never seen anywhere
in medicine
Copy !req
1037. as much as I do in this field
where I think as we as
Copy !req
1038. providers get very, very,
very swayed by our patients.
Copy !req
1039. So when you're blocking a kid's puberty,
Copy !req
1040. you're not just blocking their puberty.
Copy !req
1041. You mean you're preventing the hormones
from,
Copy !req
1042. their body
from reacting to these hormones,
Copy !req
1043. and it affects every part of your body.
Copy !req
1044. It affects your brain development.
It affects how your bones grow.
Copy !req
1045. You know, there's there's all kinds of
Copy !req
1046. things that it can stunt
in the growth of an individual.
Copy !req
1047. We might have heard
that puberty blockers are,
Copy !req
1048. totally safe and 100% reversible.
Copy !req
1049. This is coming from their on label use,
which was to treat a condition
Copy !req
1050. called precocious puberty.
Copy !req
1051. Now, this is a condition,
Copy !req
1052. where puberty, like a very young child,
like five years old, 5
Copy !req
1053. or 6, is for some reason starting to go
through puberty very early.
Copy !req
1054. They can have, bad effects
on sort of their bone growth and,
Copy !req
1055. how their, their bone plates fuze.
Copy !req
1056. So you'll hear that this is being used
now in terms of gender medicine.
Copy !req
1057. Well, they'll block a kid who's about to
go through puberty at the normal time,
Copy !req
1058. and they'll say that it's completely
reversible if you, let this kid,
Copy !req
1059. you know, if they want to go off puberty
blockers at some point in the future.
Copy !req
1060. But there's this actually no basis
for that claim.
Copy !req
1061. We simply don't know what happens
when you block a child
Copy !req
1062. who would go through their
Copy !req
1063. natural puberty at the normal window,
and they would in their development,
Copy !req
1064. 97 plus percent of kids
who are put on puberty blockers
Copy !req
1065. will go on to take cross-sex hormones
and eventually
Copy !req
1066. potentially surgeries,
which will result in
Copy !req
1067. well complete sterility
and will make them dependent
Copy !req
1068. on the medical,
Copy !req
1069. institutions for for life,
Copy !req
1070. because they're completely destroying
their endocrine systems.
Copy !req
1071. They need
they're going to be completely reliant
Copy !req
1072. on and getting hormones forever.
Copy !req
1073. Every single child who was or adolescent
who was truly blocked
Copy !req
1074. at Tanner stage
two is has never experienced orgasm.
Copy !req
1075. I mean, it's it's really about zero.
Copy !req
1076. These are the of course these are just
to sign male at birth so trans feminine,
Copy !req
1077. and it's because they never in
their lives are exposed to testosterone.
Copy !req
1078. Yet how do we, assure
someone that they're going to be able
Copy !req
1079. to be sexually responsive?
Copy !req
1080. Do we remove the blockers
during the course of their adolescence
Copy !req
1081. and let a little bit of puberty
come back?
Copy !req
1082. Do we delay it a little bit,
Copy !req
1083. maybe into Tanner's 3 or 4, maybe before
they have their first orgasms, maybe.
Copy !req
1084. The purpose of the hormones were not
to keep puberty from ever happening.
Copy !req
1085. That was an idea from,
Copy !req
1086. an adult psychologist in the Netherlands
who decided
Copy !req
1087. that when she talked to the her
patients, who were transgendered adults
Copy !req
1088. who'd been through puberty, they said,
if only we hadn't gone through puberty,
Copy !req
1089. our bodies would have been so much
easier to, surgically fix
Copy !req
1090. to look like the opposite sex.
Copy !req
1091. Now, they did use a protocol
Copy !req
1092. that was approved in the Netherlands
to do this to children,
Copy !req
1093. and they started out
with about 200 patients,
Copy !req
1094. and by the end of the study,
when they published their results,
Copy !req
1095. there were only about 57 patients left.
Copy !req
1096. They did not account for all the others.
It dropped out.
Copy !req
1097. So already the study is deeply flawed
in terms of a selective bias,
Copy !req
1098. that they chose to publish information
on just those kids
Copy !req
1099. that made it through the rest of them,
and they're not accounted for.
Copy !req
1100. So the basis of all of the transgender
industry
Copy !req
1101. in children in the United States
is based on that Dutch protocol,
Copy !req
1102. which is highly flawed,
Copy !req
1103. and so and so. It's a house of cards,
if you will.
Copy !req
1104. But blocking puberty then has a downside
for, boys who want to try to,
Copy !req
1105. turn into girls an anatomically
because the penis never grows
Copy !req
1106. if it's not stimulated
Copy !req
1107. from natural puberty, and the skin from
the penis is used to line the
Copy !req
1108. the artificial vaginal opening
that they create in biologic boys
Copy !req
1109. so they can have,
what's called a pseudo vagina.
Copy !req
1110. If it's not large enough,
they have to take gut wall you create,
Copy !req
1111. a vaginal pouch
Copy !req
1112. and that is, that's much more prone
to surgical, complications and bleeding
Copy !req
1113. and urinary tract infections
and whatnot as a result.
Copy !req
1114. So there's a downside to blocking
puberty, but it's a to that industry.
Copy !req
1115. It's a small downside to keep the kids
from ever looking like the bodies
Copy !req
1116. they were intended to be.
You block it as soon as it shows up.
Copy !req
1117. In 1948, a zoologist named Alfred C. Kinsey
shocked the world
Copy !req
1118. with his pioneering study,
Sexual Behavior in the Human Male.
Copy !req
1119. Although many scientists were critical
Copy !req
1120. of Kinsey's methods, the media
popularized Kinsey's findings about sex.
Copy !req
1121. I took a look at the Kinsey Report,
Sexual Behavior
Copy !req
1122. in the Human Male
and as I review the tables,
Copy !req
1123. it struck me as clear as day.
Copy !req
1124. How could
how could they get this data?
Copy !req
1125. Where would they get these data?
Copy !req
1126. How did they know that a two month
old baby did or did not have an orgasm?
Copy !req
1127. How did they get a record of 26 orgasms
in 24 hours for a four year old?
Copy !req
1128. A four year old.
Who did not openly promote pedophilia,
Copy !req
1129. but he provided the, quote, scientific,
unquote, basis for it.
Copy !req
1130. He felt the main problem
with adult child sexual relations
Copy !req
1131. was hysteria and overreaction
on the part of parents and authorities.
Copy !req
1132. Queer and trans
Copy !req
1133. movement for children is actually kind
of a gold mine direction for pedophiles.
Copy !req
1134. There are a number of reasons why.
Copy !req
1135. One of the reasons
is that the phenomenon
Copy !req
1136. that's called social transition
is, hi, I'm a trusted adult.
Copy !req
1137. Here's some secrets we're going to keep
from your parents together,
Copy !req
1138. and they have to do with themes
about your body and sexuality,
Copy !req
1139. which I struggle to find a word
better than grooming for that.
Copy !req
1140. If we read about the drag
queen story Hour
Copy !req
1141. from their own words in a paper
they published called Drag Pedagogy,
Copy !req
1142. they refer to the drag Queen Story
Hour as a prayer,
Copy !req
1143. and I kid you not,
Copy !req
1144. the phrasing is preparatory introduction
to alternate modes of kinship,
Copy !req
1145. with the goal of teaching children
to live queerly.
Copy !req
1146. If that's not sexual
grooming in and of itself,
Copy !req
1147. it certainly breaks down the barriers,
the recognizable, patterns of somebody
Copy !req
1148. might blow the whistle on
and say something bad is happening here.
Copy !req
1149. Well, if a 12 year old can consent
to cross-sex
Copy !req
1150. hormones and medical transition,
why can't a 12 year old consent to,
Copy !req
1151. you know, what is desired
sexual behavior with an adult?
Copy !req
1152. In Doctor Money's interview in "Paidika",
he was asked about child sexuality.
Copy !req
1153. His reply
"if I were to see the case of a boy
Copy !req
1154. aged 10 or 12 who's intensely attracted
toward a man in his 20s or 30s,
Copy !req
1155. if the relationship is totally mutual
and the bonding is genuinely
Copy !req
1156. totally mutual, and I would not call it
pathological in any way. "
Copy !req
1157. this attitude mirrors
that of Doctor Kinsey, who once wrote
Copy !req
1158. that "it is difficult
to understand why a child,
Copy !req
1159. except rich cultural conditioning
Copy !req
1160. should be disturbed
at having its genitalia touched. "
Copy !req
1161. They're not even brave enough
Copy !req
1162. to call themselves what they are,
which is pedophiles.
Copy !req
1163. They call themselves
M.A.P.S minor attracted persons.
Copy !req
1164. Or as I like to phrase it, minor
attracted pedophiles
Copy !req
1165. that the turns out
to be a useful letter here.
Copy !req
1166. According to current research,
pedophilia
Copy !req
1167. is an unchangeable sexual orientation,
just like, for example, heterosexuality.
Copy !req
1168. So John Murray had theories.
Copy !req
1169. That was kind of his
the way he dealt with things.
Copy !req
1170. He said, I have a theory.
Copy !req
1171. Let's do this to the patient
and see what happens.
Copy !req
1172. He was somewhat of a recluse.
Copy !req
1173. He would come in, he was
on the faculty and I was a fellow there.
Copy !req
1174. So I knew him personally. He knew me.
Copy !req
1175. We knew him as as a very quirky guy
that was doing things that
Copy !req
1176. that we sort of
had to watch from the sidelines,
Copy !req
1177. and then I said, well, now I'm going to
go back to Latin grammar and French
Copy !req
1178. and European languages, many of them,
and take all the words that have gender,
Copy !req
1179. and I'm going to
Copy !req
1180. take that word out of the grammar books
and put it into the psychology and the
Copy !req
1181. sex ology books,
and we will talk about gender role.
Copy !req
1182. There is a psychology of childhood,
and we don't really have any clinics
Copy !req
1183. in children's hospitals and universities
and in any country.
Copy !req
1184. We should always consider
the total health of children.
Copy !req
1185. Right now, the only part of children's
Copy !req
1186. developmental health that we leave out
deliberately is the sexual development,
Copy !req
1187. and for me, it's
Copy !req
1188. an even more important in a way,
the gender identity and its development.
Copy !req
1189. Near the end of my fellowship,
Copy !req
1190. there was a family that came down
from Buffalo
Copy !req
1191. with a little boy
who was born with a very, very,
Copy !req
1192. very tiny penis and whose testicles
were not found in the scrotum,
Copy !req
1193. and we evaluated him and said,
we think, you know,
Copy !req
1194. he has the chromosomes of a boy.
Copy !req
1195. We think he is going
to be a functional boy,
Copy !req
1196. and we just sort of
put our heads together
Copy !req
1197. and logically figured out
in the typical endocrine way,
Copy !req
1198. the sequence of events
that caused this to happen,
Copy !req
1199. and we used a protocol
that had been approved to go ahead
Copy !req
1200. and stimulate this boy artificially
to as if he were going into puberty.
Copy !req
1201. But he ended up finding out
about this child being in the hospital,
Copy !req
1202. and without our knowledge,
talked to the mother and said,
Copy !req
1203. the endocrinologist
don't know what they're doing.
Copy !req
1204. Your child is never going to be able
to function as a boy.
Copy !req
1205. I want you to go home and choose
a girl's name.
Copy !req
1206. Dress your child as a girl,
and tell everyone in your family
Copy !req
1207. that that your baby
was really not a boy, but as a girl.
Copy !req
1208. Six weeks later,
at the end of the protocol,
Copy !req
1209. the mom comes back
with this little baby girl
Copy !req
1210. sitting on mom's lap with a little pink
bonnet and looking thing.
Copy !req
1211. "What happened to that little boy?"
Copy !req
1212. and she said, oh,
John Money told me to do this.
Copy !req
1213. So we, un-diaper the child,
Copy !req
1214. and not only were the testicles and the scrotum,
Copy !req
1215. but has had a phenomenal
testosterone response,
Copy !req
1216. and so this was a boy who would have
been mutilated and sterilized,
Copy !req
1217. but under John Money's auspices,
had he not,
Copy !req
1218. been able to intervene
and save this boy's life, essentially,
Copy !req
1219. and at that point in time,
the head of the endocrine vision,
Copy !req
1220. said to John Money, you are no longer
welcome to see any of our patients
Copy !req
1221. except by a personal invitation
from the department chairman
Copy !req
1222. and that was sort of the beginning
of the downfall of John Money.
Copy !req
1223. About that time,
Copy !req
1224. Doctor
Paul McHugh, arrived to take over
Copy !req
1225. the psychiatry division at Johns
Hopkins,
Copy !req
1226. and he's basically delved
into what money was doing,
Copy !req
1227. not only with the children,
Copy !req
1228. but with the adults that he had done,
transitioned to, from male to female,
Copy !req
1229. predominantly as adults,
Copy !req
1230. and in doing so,
Copy !req
1231. he found that John Money had basically
created far more damage than any good,
Copy !req
1232. and he
and he basically closed the program down
Copy !req
1233. and refused to let John Money
publish anymore.
Copy !req
1234. Under the auspices of Johns Hopkins.
Copy !req
1235. It's still a pretty drastic procedure isn't it?
Copy !req
1236. Gradually faded by, procedure,
by your standards and mine.
Copy !req
1237. But for the people
Copy !req
1238. who were living in desperation,
perhaps the best way to understand
Copy !req
1239. that is that it seems no more drastic
to them than circumcision
Copy !req
1240. To see the the adults that he took.
Copy !req
1241. He worked with hormones
and social transitioning
Copy !req
1242. and then subjected
had them subjected to surgery.
Copy !req
1243. Everything looked freakish.
Copy !req
1244. I mean, it was, it looked
Copy !req
1245. like, a caricature of human beings
and not real human beings.
Copy !req
1246. The adult endocrine division refused
to work with John Money altogether.
Copy !req
1247. They thought he was a
just an absolute pariah,
Copy !req
1248. and so it fell on the shoulders of
all things of pediatric endocrinologist
Copy !req
1249. to look after the adult patients
who had been,
Copy !req
1250. transitioned
Copy !req
1251. first physically to appear like females
when they were males or vice versa,
Copy !req
1252. and very interestingly,
when Johns Hopkins Pediatric
Copy !req
1253. Endocrine Division opened their clinic
in, for the transgender care,
Copy !req
1254. they brought Money
back out from the doldrums
Copy !req
1255. and placed him on a pedestal
and said he was the
Copy !req
1256. the godfather of all of this wonderful,
Copy !req
1257. wonderful care that's happening to these
Copy !req
1258. suffering children
who are born in the wrong bodies.
Copy !req
1259. So, out of the depths of,
you know, of the of the basement,
Copy !req
1260. of horrors at Hopkins,
they he's been brought out
Copy !req
1261. and revered once again as a hero,
in this transgender industry.
Copy !req
1262. I'm delighted to share
that the Johns Hopkins Center
Copy !req
1263. for Transgender
Health will now be known as the center
Copy !req
1264. for Transgender and Gender
Expansive Health.
Copy !req
1265. In recent years,
we have consciously broaden
Copy !req
1266. the scope of services
we offer in response to the high demand
Copy !req
1267. for comprehensive health care in a safe
and supportive environment
Copy !req
1268. that is inclusive
of all gender identities
Copy !req
1269. the puberty blockers, the hormones,
the surgeries.
Copy !req
1270. These are big moneymakers
for hospitals, for physicians.
Copy !req
1271. Planned Parenthood,
has certainly recognized that,
Copy !req
1272. and they are becoming
one of the largest,
Copy !req
1273. providers of these puberty blockers
and cross-sex hormones.
Copy !req
1274. There is a doctor named Shane Taylor
at Vanderbilt University Medical Center,
Copy !req
1275. and she was recorded on video
explaining that
Copy !req
1276. they actually make a ton of money
off of these these sex change surgeries.
Copy !req
1277. So she said that they make about $40,000
per double mastectomy surgery
Copy !req
1278. Starting in January 1st, 2017
and prior to the Affordable Care Act,
Copy !req
1279. insurance cover carriers are mandated
to cover medical expenses for trans folks.
Copy !req
1280. Doctor Lineker, who's our surgeon, said
that there's entire clinics
Copy !req
1281. where the entire clinic is supported
just by their phalloplasties,
Copy !req
1282. and that is like a fraction
of the surgeries that they're doing.
Copy !req
1283. These surgeries are labor intensive.
Copy !req
1284. They require a lot of follow-ups.
They require a lot of overtime.
Copy !req
1285. and they make money.
They make money for the hospital,
Copy !req
1286. These kids are on hormones for life.
Copy !req
1287. So there's money for life.
So they always need prescriptions.
Copy !req
1288. They also have a lot of complications
because of these hormones,
Copy !req
1289. you know, issues of blood clots,
heart murmurs.
Copy !req
1290. So when they're going to need more
medical support with that in the future,
Copy !req
1291. and for a boy to transition to a girl
with the surgery, it can be $40,000
Copy !req
1292. plus for a girl to transition to a boy,
it can be $70,000 plus.
Copy !req
1293. So it's big, big business
for these medical companies.
Copy !req
1294. Sales of saturated time and surgeries
and the pharmaceutical products
Copy !req
1295. in 2018 was $2.94 billion.
Copy !req
1296. By 2022, that that figure
Copy !req
1297. had rose to $4.18 billion,
Copy !req
1298. and by 2030,
our analysis, indicates that
Copy !req
1299. that would increase to $7.5 billion,
which represents
Copy !req
1300. an 8.5% compound annual growth rate,
which is relatively significant.
Copy !req
1301. Within a health care vertical.
Copy !req
1302. Well, it's bigger than the entire health
Copy !req
1303. care budgets of some African countries.
It's a lot of money.
Copy !req
1304. They have been completely
and thoroughly co-opted
Copy !req
1305. and corrupted by woke culture.
Copy !req
1306. As a prime example, the American Academy
of Pediatrics, which is the premier
Copy !req
1307. medical organization that purports
to represent pediatric physicians
Copy !req
1308. here in the US, just recently came out
Copy !req
1309. with a reaffirmation
of their earlier affirmation
Copy !req
1310. that all gender affirming care,
which means chemical castration,
Copy !req
1311. which means genital
mutilation of healthy children,
Copy !req
1312. is not only appropriate and good,
but should be respected,
Copy !req
1313. should be furthered, should be paid for
and sponsored
Copy !req
1314. by every major insurance carrier,
by every hospital, every clinic,
Copy !req
1315. and every physician
in the United States,
Copy !req
1316. and further, that any laws
or any movement or attempt to restrict
Copy !req
1317. what they call gender affirming
care is wrong and should be opposed.
Copy !req
1318. Doctor Alfred Kinsey
referred one of his patients
Copy !req
1319. to Doctor Harry Benjamin, a doctor
researching the endocrine system.
Copy !req
1320. Doctor Benjamin was among the first
Copy !req
1321. to define transsexual ism as different
from homosexuality and transvestism.
Copy !req
1322. He later became director of the Harry
Benjamin
Copy !req
1323. Research Project,
which treated hundreds of transsexuals,
Copy !req
1324. WPATH started out in 1978
as the Harry Benjamin
Copy !req
1325. International Gender
Dysphoria Association, HBIGDA
Copy !req
1326. and then they rebranded as the World
Professional Association
Copy !req
1327. for Transgender Health.
Copy !req
1328. They're an advocacy group,
and they've been very diligent
Copy !req
1329. in promoting their narrative
over the years.
Copy !req
1330. They've activists that are now part
of the American Academy of Pediatrics,
Copy !req
1331. the American Medical Association,
every kind of professional body
Copy !req
1332. pushing this narrative.
Copy !req
1333. Then the last standards of care 8.
Copy !req
1334. They had a new chapter
on the unique identity.
Copy !req
1335. The unique identity is men
who identify as castrated.
Copy !req
1336. That means in order
to confirm their identity as a,
Copy !req
1337. as a as a eunuch,
we need to castrate them,
Copy !req
1338. and in that chapter, they link
to a website called The Eunuch Archive,
Copy !req
1339. and this is basically a porn site.
Copy !req
1340. That website is filled with written
pornography, and nearly half of it is
Copy !req
1341. written pornography
about castrating children violently,
Copy !req
1342. in horrible detail.
Copy !req
1343. There's stories in there about children
Copy !req
1344. going to a doctor
with a problem of stunted puberty,
Copy !req
1345. and then the doctors raped them.
Copy !req
1346. Written in really graphic,
graphic detail.
Copy !req
1347. There's currently nearly 10,000
of these stories,
Copy !req
1348. and of those, about 4000
are about minors, about children.
Copy !req
1349. How can a body that styles itself
to the world authority
Copy !req
1350. on Transgender health
link to a pornographic website
Copy !req
1351. glorifying the castration of young men
and boys?
Copy !req
1352. I think that
Copy !req
1353. they're completely illegitimate,
and that we've got the evidence
Copy !req
1354. in their own documents
to just to say you, you're not credible.
Copy !req
1355. The review, commissioned by the National
Health Service in the UK and conducted
Copy !req
1356. by a former president of the Royal
College of Pediatrics and Child Health
Copy !req
1357. doctor Hilary Cass, has rejected
the use of puberty blockers for children
Copy !req
1358. wanting to change their gender.
Copy !req
1359. Now, Cass has even gone as far as to say
that the entire field of medicine
Copy !req
1360. aimed at children
Copy !req
1361. changing their gender wasn't,
I quote, "built on shaky foundations. "
Copy !req
1362. The Cass report summarizes,
the idea of what it requires to achieve
Copy !req
1363. a medically viable
diagnosis of gender dysphoria, or gender
Copy !req
1364. confusion, or sex identity confusion.
Copy !req
1365. Whatever happens to be
this is a real game changer.
Copy !req
1366. As we've seen, the NHS has backed off
Copy !req
1367. from how aggressively
and how quickly it will diagnose
Copy !req
1368. and move
to medical transition with minors.
Copy !req
1369. We see the same backing off in Sweden.
We see things being backed up.
Copy !req
1370. Similarly in Finland and across Europe.
Copy !req
1371. We have to ask the question
why in the world
Copy !req
1372. are we not doing this for American kids?
Copy !req
1373. Why are we not doing this for Canadian
kids?
Copy !req
1374. Why are our countries, America
and Canada
Copy !req
1375. in particular, dragging their feet
Copy !req
1376. when so many thousands
of especially young girls,
Copy !req
1377. but also young boys are being injured,
are being,
Copy !req
1378. led to believe that something
is possible when it is not possible
Copy !req
1379. when we have things
like the Cass report, it's interesting.
Copy !req
1380. They choose words like,
gender affirming care.
Copy !req
1381. You know, that's that's interesting
that they call it that.
Copy !req
1382. But really what they're talking about
Copy !req
1383. is hormonal therapy
or sex reassignment surgery on children.
Copy !req
1384. All of the major medical associations
have signed off on this, Joe.
Copy !req
1385. They signed off on it,
Copy !req
1386. and I have never seen
those organizations sign off on anything
Copy !req
1387. with less information
as to whether or not it does.
Copy !req
1388. Long term harm of anything in my life,
Copy !req
1389. and when I when I ask about that,
when I bring that up,
Copy !req
1390. then they immediately
label you as transphobic,
Copy !req
1391. and, I thought that the
deal was first, do no harm.
Copy !req
1392. So right now I'm in Washington, DC.
Copy !req
1393. I'm at the American Academy
of Pediatrics, annual conference.
Copy !req
1394. So it was pretty frustrating
being at the booth
Copy !req
1395. because we had to have this, you know,
take this kind of neutral approach.
Copy !req
1396. This issue is such a political
American issue,
Copy !req
1397. specifically that in other countries,
doctors are asking questions.
Copy !req
1398. In America they're afraid to,
Copy !req
1399. and so we had some very,
you know, disturbing experiences
Copy !req
1400. because we would try to tell these
doctors, you know, about our medical,
Copy !req
1401. malpractice and our and our feelings
of being betrayed by the system,
Copy !req
1402. and they were just like, okay,
Copy !req
1403. and they would they had no response.
They had no questions for us.
Copy !req
1404. They literally were, like, uncomfortably
backing away as quickly as possible.
Copy !req
1405. Just today, we had
someone come up and just say to us,
Copy !req
1406. like nonchalantly, just like,
fuck Trump.
Copy !req
1407. There were other people that walked by
Copy !req
1408. and said, oh,
so we found the transphobe booth.
Copy !req
1409. There was, someone
who made one of the detransitioners cry
Copy !req
1410. because they were just going after them
personally, and just the doctor said,
Copy !req
1411. well, I have a trans son
and you shouldn't be here.
Copy !req
1412. So this person obviously
was taking offense about our presence.
Copy !req
1413. That and this is the whole thing.
Like it's not a surprise.
Copy !req
1414. Detransitioners are you know,
we are the canary in the coal mine
Copy !req
1415. and we survived.
Copy !req
1416. You know, the the coal mine,
Copy !req
1417. and now we're out and we're saying like,
hey, you know, be careful,
Copy !req
1418. and this invalidates,
the doctors, the parents especially,
Copy !req
1419. who have transitioned their children,
Copy !req
1420. and now they don't
want to have any cognitive
Copy !req
1421. dissonance that they've gone too far
Copy !req
1422. or that that wasn't
the right thing for their child.
Copy !req
1423. You are in the perfect place to start on blockers.
And she promises
Copy !req
1424. to begin giving her estrogen
female hormones in two years.
Copy !req
1425. Around 13. That's what I think.
Copy !req
1426. Yes, you're not going to develop
breast buds on the blockers, but,
Copy !req
1427. you're not going to wait
until 16 to start, you know that.
Copy !req
1428. Okay.
Copy !req
1429. Jose received the blockers
as an implant in her arm.
Copy !req
1430. It's you can cry.
Copy !req
1431. So with all the bravery
she could muster,
Copy !req
1432. You're going to feel a little bit of a...
Jose held on tight
Copy !req
1433. as another chapter opened
in this young girl's life.
Copy !req
1434. A lot of times
it strikes me that had this happened
Copy !req
1435. just 20 years ago, thank you.
Copy !req
1436. I wouldn't have been able
to give her blockers,
Copy !req
1437. and she would have had to go through
male puberty.
Copy !req
1438. That terrifies me,
Copy !req
1439. and I don't know that she would
have survived male puberty.
Copy !req
1440. Sometimes the parents
Copy !req
1441. are not the followers of the leaders,
and there's kind of this
Copy !req
1442. long known psychiatric condition
called Munchausen syndrome,
Copy !req
1443. where in Munchausen syndrome, it's
Copy !req
1444. actually an attention getting disorder,
where what you do
Copy !req
1445. is you injure yourself
or poison yourself or make yourself sick
Copy !req
1446. and kind of play
the oh, woe is me, pity me, I'm sick.
Copy !req
1447. My life is so hard
Copy !req
1448. card to get sympathy points,
a pity points to be treated as a victim.
Copy !req
1449. Well, there's another derivative
of Munchausen syndrome called Munchausen
Copy !req
1450. by proxy, which is where you don't
make yourself sick to get pity points.
Copy !req
1451. You make somebody else in your care sick
usually your child.
Copy !req
1452. Well, the transgender phenomenon
we have what we
Copy !req
1453. some people actually do
call trans thousands by proxy.
Copy !req
1454. But actually it's just another
manifestation of Munchausen by proxy.
Copy !req
1455. The parents of so-called trans kids
get all this attention.
Copy !req
1456. Look, they have a special kid,
and oh, it's so hard,
Copy !req
1457. and there's all these challenges,
Copy !req
1458. and in this medicine stuff,
there's always something interesting
Copy !req
1459. to talk about,
Copy !req
1460. and oh my gosh,
look how inclusive they are.
Copy !req
1461. Dad, I'm trans.
Copy !req
1462. Be popular.
Copy !req
1463. You're gonna be popular.
Copy !req
1464. This is a weird, sick way
for some parents to virtue signal
Copy !req
1465. how great they are using their child
as a medical prop.
Copy !req
1466. Imagine that you have
led your child into harm.
Copy !req
1467. Maybe you thought you were doing
the best thing possible.
Copy !req
1468. Maybe you just think you're
being inclusive of
Copy !req
1469. and you're encouraging your kids
to explore different things
Copy !req
1470. and something goes wrong.
Copy !req
1471. How in the world
do you come back from that?
Copy !req
1472. What are your choices to admit that?
Copy !req
1473. To feel the pain of that
in Christian terms, to repent of that
Copy !req
1474. and go through everything
and seek forgiveness,
Copy !req
1475. or to double down and argue
for the ideology
Copy !req
1476. and fight for the ideology even harder.
Copy !req
1477. What you end up with
is the most vulnerable kids
Copy !req
1478. in our society, in many regards,
getting taken down a path
Copy !req
1479. that only ends in their destruction.
Copy !req
1480. The statistics on suicide,
Copy !req
1481. attempts and completed
suicides are vastly overstated.
Copy !req
1482. The incidence of completed suicides
is the same in the transgender
Copy !req
1483. child as it is in the child
with anxiety or depression.
Copy !req
1484. It's all about 22% of the kids
who suffer from those
Copy !req
1485. have an ideation of suicide,
suicidality, where they've attempted
Copy !req
1486. to to take their lives.
Copy !req
1487. But it's not
Copy !req
1488. 41% is not 60% the way that convenient
sampling studies sort of are displaying.
Copy !req
1489. This happens to your child.
Copy !req
1490. Your child will be dead
if you don't do this.
Copy !req
1491. There is a study done in Sweden, and
it's actually listed on the NIH website,
Copy !req
1492. and they basically followed
a bunch of people who had transitioned
Copy !req
1493. with sex change surgeries, the overall
mortality for sex reassigned persons
Copy !req
1494. was higher during follow up,
particularly death from suicide.
Copy !req
1495. Persons after sex reassignment
have considerably higher risks
Copy !req
1496. for mortality, suicidal behavior,
and psychiatric morbidity.
Copy !req
1497. California is making history
Copy !req
1498. as the first state in the nation
to serve as a sanctuary for transgender
Copy !req
1499. youth and their families
under this new law, signed today
Copy !req
1500. by Governor Gavin Newsom, is in response
to dozens of bills in 20 other states
Copy !req
1501. which aim to restrict access to gender
affirming medical care.
Copy !req
1502. California must step up and provide
refuge to these transgender children
Copy !req
1503. and their families
Copy !req
1504. by making clear that they can come here
and we will do everything in our power
Copy !req
1505. to protect them.
Copy !req
1506. I find it extremely disturbing
as a parent when you have places
Copy !req
1507. like California and Oregon and even,
I think now Washington state
Copy !req
1508. that are threatening parental rights
if you're refusing to transition
Copy !req
1509. a child,
I think that that's very alarming,
Copy !req
1510. and I think the fact
that the state thinks
Copy !req
1511. that they're more important
Copy !req
1512. and have a better say in
what happens to your child
Copy !req
1513. over the actual parents
opinion, is egregious,
Copy !req
1514. and March of 2022, female swimmers
from around the country
Copy !req
1515. and I were forced to compete
at NCAA pace
Copy !req
1516. against Leah, formerly, Will Thomas,
Copy !req
1517. despite tying down to the hundreds
with Thomas and the 200 freestyle,
Copy !req
1518. I was denied the trophy
because the NCAA claimed
Copy !req
1519. it was necessary for Thomas to hold
the trophy when photos were being taken.
Copy !req
1520. It was clear to me, my teammates
and my competitors that they had reduced
Copy !req
1521. everything we had worked
our entire lives for, down to a photo op
Copy !req
1522. to validate the feelings
and the identity of a male.
Copy !req
1523. I think that was a catalyst
and really propagated this movement
Copy !req
1524. because it perfectly highlighted
Copy !req
1525. and really showed the concerns
that so many people
Copy !req
1526. have been screaming for so long
that have been continually ignored,
Copy !req
1527. of course, as it pertains
to the unfair competition.
Copy !req
1528. But the locker room,
the keeping us quiet,
Copy !req
1529. forcing us to be okay with this, or else
we were the ones with the problems.
Copy !req
1530. We were
the ones who needed to be reeducated.
Copy !req
1531. It shows how men and women
really are different,
Copy !req
1532. and it's not something that can continue
to be ignored as it pertains
Copy !req
1533. to safety and fairness
and equal opportunities.
Copy !req
1534. The left so badly wants to blur
these lines.
Copy !req
1535. They want to say
men and women are the same,
Copy !req
1536. and there can be no assumed difference
between the two.
Copy !req
1537. We know that's not true.
Copy !req
1538. It's clear that this movement is a war
on those vulnerable populations,
Copy !req
1539. like women and children.
Copy !req
1540. Tonight,
a Roanoke County School board meeting.
Copy !req
1541. Protect trans kids!
Copy !req
1542. Ending in chaos.
Copy !req
1543. I don't think most people realize
how many
Copy !req
1544. legal protections that school districts
have because of sovereign immunity.
Copy !req
1545. A particular challenge
that we often face as well is holding
Copy !req
1546. school boards
Copy !req
1547. accountable, because the school board
said, are authorizing these transitions
Copy !req
1548. of children.
Copy !req
1549. They don't they are not passing
public policies in the in the normal
Copy !req
1550. public order, in most often,
there are de facto policies in which
Copy !req
1551. the superintendent or the school boards
are delegating authority
Copy !req
1552. to underlings, school officials
to engage in the practice
Copy !req
1553. of affirming children immediately
and unquestioningly when
Copy !req
1554. they declare a different gender identity
and deceiving, excluding parents.
Copy !req
1555. These are oftentimes unwritten policies
or practices, and so to be able to hold
Copy !req
1556. the school boards
and the superintendents accountable
Copy !req
1557. is is a bit challenging
in that circumstance.
Copy !req
1558. But nevertheless,
we are finding ways to attempt to do so.
Copy !req
1559. These are not anti-trans laws.
Copy !req
1560. It makes me so mad.
Copy !req
1561. The laws
that are being changed in this country
Copy !req
1562. are the reflection of children,
by the way,
Copy !req
1563. and so as a transsexual adult,
I do believe those laws
Copy !req
1564. need to be put in effect
because it's the wild West,
Copy !req
1565. and on some level we are using
experimentation on children.
Copy !req
1566. So somebody has to step in and somebody
has to say, hold up, wait a minute.
Copy !req
1567. That is the job
not only of our government,
Copy !req
1568. but also of adults
and also of the medical association,
Copy !req
1569. and I'm going to say a shame
on the medical association
Copy !req
1570. for acting as if what we're doing
is anti-trans.
Copy !req
1571. No, it is not.
Copy !req
1572. So this is our first step
Copy !req
1573. in addressing the issue
that there needs to be a focus on...
Copy !req
1574. this population
By "this population", Senator Shannon is referring to people
Copy !req
1575. who have decided to detransition as B15
11 would require insurers who cover
Copy !req
1576. gender affirming procedures,
namely transitioning procedures
Copy !req
1577. to cover detransitioning procedures
as well,
Copy !req
1578. It was the first state
to implement a bill of rights
Copy !req
1579. for detransitioners and to require doctors
and healthcare providers
Copy !req
1580. to address us and give us the care
that we need through detransition
Copy !req
1581. We can't even confide in our own doctors
to help us.
Copy !req
1582. I've tried.
Copy !req
1583. I really have tried, and my own doctors
Copy !req
1584. who have helped me through transitioning
refuse to give me any sort of support
Copy !req
1585. or guidance with things
even as simple as
Copy !req
1586. how do I stop taking testosterone?
Copy !req
1587. They ignored me.
Copy !req
1588. They dropped me like I was trash,
Copy !req
1589. and this has been the experience of many
of my friends who have detransitioned.
Copy !req
1590. It's criminal.
Copy !req
1591. Driving by the park is is really,
really difficult.
Copy !req
1592. Driving by any park
is really difficult for me.
Copy !req
1593. Going to the park for an hour or shorter
Copy !req
1594. and then we would walk down downtown
and I would get him a cookie,
Copy !req
1595. and then we would just
sit on the bench in downtown
Copy !req
1596. and I would eat half of his cookie,
and he would eat the other half.
Copy !req
1597. So when we were at the Pasadena
Copy !req
1598. Courthouse, a deputy comes out
and hands us a piece of paper and it
Copy !req
1599. and the piece of paper states
that the judge has recused himself.
Copy !req
1600. A month goes by, we go back to court.
Copy !req
1601. Long story short, the judge grants
a five year restraining order on me.
Copy !req
1602. But when, in fact,
Copy !req
1603. it will be a total of an eight year
restraining order
Copy !req
1604. because of the temporary
that I was on before this,
Copy !req
1605. and that puts my son at ten years old
Copy !req
1606. when they could.
Copy !req
1607. I think technically they can start him
on on puberty blockers at that age.
Copy !req
1608. At ten. I was really hesitant about the
LA times, but I talked to a few people.
Copy !req
1609. They said, you know,
you go ahead and do it.
Copy !req
1610. Maybe they'll
they'll write the crack story,
Copy !req
1611. and they didn't write the correct story.
Copy !req
1612. They made me turn into a complete
and total monster.
Copy !req
1613. I can't get that image of my son
with long hair and a pink dress,
Copy !req
1614. pink shoes and knee high socks on.
Copy !req
1615. I can't get that image out of my head.
Copy !req
1616. That's for the last three
and a half years going on, for
Copy !req
1617. I've had the image of my son
as a boy dressed as a boy.
Copy !req
1618. Now I have that image of him
as a girl burnt in my head.
Copy !req
1619. There's a time
in my life where I'd never met my son.
Copy !req
1620. He was over a year old
Copy !req
1621. and it felt
Copy !req
1622. just absolutely devastating.
Copy !req
1623. Didn't know if I'd ever get to meet him.
I was trying, I was fighting in court.
Copy !req
1624. Finally met him is 15 months old.
Copy !req
1625. Ever since then, our relationships just
built and built and I feel so grateful.
Copy !req
1626. I've got my appeal started now
Copy !req
1627. to try to win custody of them and
keep them safe and happy with who he is.
Copy !req
1628. We got bills in California, protect kids
California ballot initiative
Copy !req
1629. to protect children from all puberty
blockers and surgeries, hormones
Copy !req
1630. to protect women's spaces,
and to make sure that parents
Copy !req
1631. don't have secrets
kept from them in school.
Copy !req
1632. If we can get that passed,
I think it will change
Copy !req
1633. the whole gender
landscape in the country.
Copy !req
1634. People like Adam Vena
will be able to see their kids again.
Copy !req
1635. It's been an interesting journey,
you know, working with Adam and,
Copy !req
1636. you know, and Harrison,
I truly, truly believe through groups
Copy !req
1637. like our group mom, Army and Dad Army
and other groups out there.
Copy !req
1638. I really want people to understand
that you have the ability
Copy !req
1639. to do something about this,
that all of this isn't
Copy !req
1640. just to, you know, bombard you with,
you know, horrific information.
Copy !req
1641. It's also to let you know that
with what's going on
Copy !req
1642. that we all can come together
and band together.
Copy !req
1643. Sometimes it's easy
as talking to your neighbors.
Copy !req
1644. It's as easy as talking to your friends
and your family.
Copy !req
1645. I think it's really hard
Copy !req
1646. for the average person
to get involved in a child's life.
Copy !req
1647. Is experiencing
mental health issues, and it's hard to
Copy !req
1648. know what
Copy !req
1649. your role is
and if you're over step or under step.
Copy !req
1650. I mean, my advice would just always be
to tell the truth.
Copy !req
1651. If you're not believed,
that's not in your power,
Copy !req
1652. but you at least have planted
some kind of seed.
Copy !req
1653. Eventually,
those thoughts are going to grow
Copy !req
1654. to the point
where they can't ignore them anymore,
Copy !req
1655. and then real change is going to happen.
Copy !req
1656. One of the most important things
to be able to do is to unravel the
Copy !req
1657. the kind of ideology, the mystification,
the lies, the cult, and help
Copy !req
1658. people see through it and help create
landing pads outside of it.
Copy !req
1659. They can articulate, hey, here's
what you've been going through,
Copy !req
1660. and here's why that was damaging,
Copy !req
1661. and here's, you know why it's not true
and not not good.
Copy !req
1662. Are you willing to stand up
at a school board and say no?
Copy !req
1663. Are you willing to stand up at a
at the state legislature
Copy !req
1664. and a committee meeting and say,
this is the problem?
Copy !req
1665. Are you willing to testify?
Copy !req
1666. Are you willing to meet
your legislators?
Copy !req
1667. Maybe you don't feel
like you're good at any of that.
Copy !req
1668. Are you able to contribute
to some organization
Copy !req
1669. that has an organized process doing it?
Copy !req
1670. You cannot sit by
and just hope this goes away
Copy !req
1671. because it's very clear
that it's not going to just go away,
Copy !req
1672. and then many things have to happen.
Copy !req
1673. So there's a million things,
Copy !req
1674. but you have to figure out
what you're good at
Copy !req
1675. and you have to be willing
to get involved doing that.
Copy !req
1676. I cannot tell you how many times
I've been told I agree with you,
Copy !req
1677. but I can't speak out
because I'll lose my job.
Copy !req
1678. I'll lose my friends.
Copy !req
1679. It's time for everybody
who questions this ideology
Copy !req
1680. to just step up and and be supportive,
or at least to express open mindedness.
Copy !req
1681. Because otherwise the people
with the other narrative
Copy !req
1682. who are vocal and vindictive,
they will carry the day.
Copy !req
1683. There is very much
Copy !req
1684. a war on children right
now, and our voice is our weapon,
Copy !req
1685. and the second we stop using it,
we've we've retracted.
Copy !req
1686. Your child is counting on you
to protect them,
Copy !req
1687. and even if they don't feel it
right now, they might be rebelling.
Copy !req
1688. They might say, I want to be trans,
and you know, you're stopping me.
Copy !req
1689. Hang in there.
Copy !req
1690. Look after your kid
Copy !req
1691. because they're going to thank you
one day when they're an adult,
Copy !req
1692. when they realize
Copy !req
1693. that you saved their life.
Copy !req
1694. Get them out and away from these influences.
Copy !req
1695. Do not allow them to be on social media.
Copy !req
1696. You know, make yourself unpopular
as a parent for a little while
Copy !req
1697. and save their souls
and save them from this destiny.
Copy !req
1698. It is it is truly death.
Copy !req
1699. So this is to the medical,
the psychiatric,
Copy !req
1700. the pharmaceutical companies.
Copy !req
1701. As a transsexual man who transitioned
30 years ago, I am asking you
Copy !req
1702. to please stop
what you're doing to children.
Copy !req
1703. You do not have enough research.
Copy !req
1704. You do not have enough backing.
Copy !req
1705. Every other country in this world
has stopped doing what you are now
Copy !req
1706. ramping up,
Copy !req
1707. and now we know that
you do not have the studies to back up
Copy !req
1708. what you're doing.
Copy !req
1709. These are vulnerable children who first
need love before they need medicine.
Copy !req
1710. Half the states here in the US have passed
Copy !req
1711. legislation to protect children
from what is happening to them,
Copy !req
1712. to protect them from that,
from the experimentation,
Copy !req
1713. I think that the world
is going to heal from this,
Copy !req
1714. but there's still quite a ways to go.
Copy !req
1715. I think we have turned the corner.
Copy !req
1716. I do see that in the in the mainstream
media, you're allowed to ask
Copy !req
1717. questions and state certain facts
that were verboten in the past.
Copy !req
1718. I've seen that changing.
There's all the this the state bans.
Copy !req
1719. We need one of the blue states
to turn around.
Copy !req
1720. We need it to stop
being a political divide issue.
Copy !req
1721. There will never be justice for my body.
Copy !req
1722. I'll never have a normal body.
Copy !req
1723. I will never get back
those years of my life.
Copy !req
1724. So the only recourse
for me is in the legal system.
Copy !req
1725. But unfortunately,
Copy !req
1726. because I took so many years
to heal my trauma
Copy !req
1727. and to even realize what trauma
Copy !req
1728. was, the statute of limitations
has been up for a long time.
Copy !req
1729. It's heartbreaking
Copy !req
1730. because it feels like it's another form
of punishment for having trauma.
Copy !req
1731. When doctors have a special vow,
they have a vow no other institution
Copy !req
1732. has, which is to first do no harm.
Copy !req
1733. It makes me infuriated,
and it makes me want to fight harder
Copy !req
1734. to not only prevent this
from happening with education,
Copy !req
1735. but to care for the victims
and the survivors,
Copy !req
1736. and to try to find creative, legal ways
to extend the statute of limitations
Copy !req
1737. for detransition or cases,
to extend the medical malpractice
Copy !req
1738. and medical negligence.
Copy !req
1739. This is what you have to do.
Copy !req
1740. You can't succumb to despair
and hopelessness
Copy !req
1741. because this horrible thing
happened in your life.
Copy !req
1742. You have to go on and find some way
to do something constructive.
Copy !req
1743. The people that
Copy !req
1744. I have met over the last year,
to show me support,
Copy !req
1745. giving me prayers, praying for my son
and being around the like minded people
Copy !req
1746. that know
that what they're doing to my son
Copy !req
1747. and what they're doing to kids
is not right,
Copy !req
1748. and I no longer feel, by myself
with some of the great connections
Copy !req
1749. that I have made
all over the United States, and I'm
Copy !req
1750. and I'm grateful for for these people
and what they have done for me.
Copy !req
1751. It doesn't matter what they call you,
Copy !req
1752. doesn't matter what they do to you,
doesn't matter what they take from you.
Copy !req
1753. They can never take from you
that you did the right thing,
Copy !req
1754. and that you stood up for your kids.
Copy !req
1755. You need to be courageous.
Copy !req
1756. You want
to be able to look your kids in the eyes
Copy !req
1757. and tell them that you did
everything you could for them,
Copy !req
1758. and that you love them.
Copy !req
1759. We're at a crazy moment in history.
Copy !req
1760. People are going to look back.
Copy !req
1761. You're either
going to be remembered as a coward
Copy !req
1762. or someone
who stood up to protect children,
Copy !req
1763. and I'm going to stand up to protect
children,
Copy !req
1764. and I want you to do that, too.
Copy !req
1765. We need to be brave.
Copy !req
