tits there.Copy !req
390. Three of the girls
had breast enhancements.Copy !req
391. We looked at the bags
during the post.Copy !req
392. We pulled a lot
and serial numbers
and they trace backCopy !req
393. To an outpatient plastic
surgery clinic in budapest.Copy !req
394. Would you call them?
You might pull an id
from patient records.Copy !req
395. Records aren't that great.
The best they could tell me
is the implantsCopy !req
396. Were used
some time this fall.Copy !req
397. This is three girls,
three surgeries,
same clinic, right?Copy !req
398. What else?Copy !req
399. What else?
Fuck you, jimmy mcnulty.Copy !req
400. Okay, okay,
you're a fucking god.Copy !req
401. There's no one in the game
who can stand in your light,Copy !req
402. Dr. Frazier, sir.Copy !req
403. You have to admit that
whole budapest thingCopy !req
404. Was a hell of a pull.Copy !req
405. Hey man, where's
the paperwork on this cat?Copy !req
406. I got it
over here.Copy !req
407. So go on,
what else?Copy !req
408. Well, not much
except the swabs show
that at least sevenCopy !req
409. Of the girls in the box
had vaginal intercourseCopy !req
410. Within 24 hours
of death.Copy !req
411. Two had anal and six came
back positive on the oral.Copy !req
412. Whoa, you tell cole
about all this?Copy !req
413. I sent the preliminary
findings off to homicide.Copy !req
414. But cole ain't
on the case, brother.Copy !req
415. - No, who is?
- It's your man, bunk.Copy !req
416. And that older guy,
his partner, they ate it.Copy !req
417. Thanks.Copy !req
418. Hey, i told you
i brought you a soda.Copy !req
419. That better?
Now, look at me.Copy !req
420. Don't let those mean boys
see ya cryin'.Copy !req
421. Okay?Copy !req
422. Okay.Copy !req
423. I'll take
care of you.Copy !req
424. - How you doing?
- All right.Copy !req
425. Mr. Stump!Copy !req
426. Mr. Stump!Copy !req
427. Mr. Stump.Copy !req
428. Them boys been teasin'
chantelle again.Copy !req
429. You know it.Copy !req
430. - Morning.
- Morning.Copy !req
431. Hey, bobby,
how you been?Copy !req
432. Not bad.
Workin' the tier today?Copy !req
433. Yeah, on j.Copy !req
434. - Have a good one.
- Yeah, you too.Copy !req
435. Oh, you happy now,
bitch?Copy !req
436. C'mon, how was i gonna
know landsmanCopy !req
437. Would pull cole
and stick you guys?Copy !req
438. You right here
with 'em, huh?Copy !req
439. - What did he call cole?
- Collateral damage.Copy !req
440. I'm feelin' pretty
damn collateral myself,
i gotta say.Copy !req
441. Which is why i went to see
doc frazier yesterdayCopy !req
442. And worked some things
out in my head.Copy !req
443. Officer mcnulty could've
paid this thing no mind,Copy !req
444. But no, when his friends
are suffering, he bleeds, too.Copy !req
445. Did you see
the preliminary?Copy !req
446. Positives for oral,
vaginal, anal.Copy !req
447. No ids, no passports,
no visas, no real money.Copy !req
448. And they're coming across
the water like that.Copy !req
449. - Yeah.
- Mcnulty has a theory.Copy !req
450. Does he now?Copy !req
451. You deductive
motherfucker, you.Copy !req
452. So, he's gonna
wander in here with some
johnny-come-lately bullshitCopy !req
453. About how these
girls all comin' over
here as prostitutes,Copy !req
454. Talkin' about how if
they ain't got the cashCopy !req
455. To travel better
than a container ship,Copy !req
456. Then they sure as shit
don't have the money
to pay a plastic surgeon.Copy !req
457. Then he's gonna go past that
and say something aboutCopy !req
458. That one in the water
being tossed off the shipCopy !req
459. After she's already dead
from a beat-down.Copy !req
460. But why she got beat?
He's gonna ask us that
like we don't know.Copy !req
461. He's gonna answer
his own question,Copy !req
462. Saying her swabs
are negative, right?Copy !req
463. Fuck or fight with all them
sailor boys, and she fought.Copy !req
464. So, it got
a little rough.Copy !req
465. She gets banged around,
she comes up dead.Copy !req
466. And then somebody panics,Copy !req
467. Tosses her
in the harbor overnight
before the ship ties up.Copy !req
468. But the other
girls saw.Copy !req
469. So now the other girls,
they get told to get
back in the can.Copy !req
470. And our man,
to cover this shit up,Copy !req
471. He gets up on top,
bangs down the airpipe.Copy !req
472. Anything else
you want to tell us?Copy !req
473. When did you guys
get there?Copy !req
474. Yesterday, in philly,
when the ship's first mateCopy !req
475. Told us that while
the ship was at sea,Copy !req
476. Half the crew
was coming to him for
advances on their salary.Copy !req
477. Oh, they had one hell of a
dice game going on below deck,Copy !req
478. Or them boys popped
the girls outta that can.Copy !req
479. - You talk to the crew?
- In what language?Copy !req
480. - Crime scene?
- Nope.Copy !req
481. - Anybody missing?
- Two guys jumped ship.Copy !req
482. One in philly,
one in norfolk.Copy !req
483. But that shit happens
all the time, apparently.Copy !req
484. Got yourself
a hell of a case.Copy !req
485. Fuck you very much.Copy !req
486. Come on, you know what
happens to all them girls
if you don't id them.Copy !req
487. Anatomy board
as medical cadavers.Copy !req
488. Then a crematorium.
Then that mass grave
out at crownsville.Copy !req
489. That bothers you?Copy !req
490. Yeah, a little.Copy !req
491. Me, too.Copy !req
492. - Thanks for hosting
this, father.
- Hope it helps.Copy !req
493. You guys have done
the background on this.
You really have.Copy !req
494. This is more presence
than the port unions
have shown in years.Copy !req
495. Is the governor
listening?Copy !req
496. It's now
or never for us.Copy !req
497. And not just the grain pier
but with the dredging.Copy !req
498. Because i don't care
what the corps of engineers
study ends up saying,Copy !req
499. - The fact remains—
- excuse me, bobby.Copy !req
500. I'll bring him
right back, i swear.Copy !req
501. I just need him
to work the other side
of the room some.Copy !req
502. No problem.Copy !req
503. - You're wasting time here.
- Huh?Copy !req
504. Bobby's district seven,
which is middle river,Copy !req
505. Which means every
other vote he getsCopy !req
506. Is somebody with some
kinda port connection.Copy !req
507. He's a good vote
no matter what we do.Copy !req
508. Alright, the guys you need
to be working are the guysCopy !req
509. Who wouldn't have
shown up if we hadn't been
throwing money at them.Copy !req
510. - Like who?
- Like john carney,
from anne arundel.Copy !req
511. Liz tobin,
from montgomery.Copy !req
512. Clay davis,
from over westside.Copy !req
513. We keep hold of them,
some of your stuff
stays in the budgets.Copy !req
514. And they're with us?Copy !req
515. Carney's pretty firm,
liz'll stay solidCopy !req
516. If the environmentalists
don't get to her, clay davis,Copy !req
517. With that guy,
you wanna make sureCopy !req
518. You're the last man
outta the room.Copy !req
519. What do ya mean?Copy !req
520. I mean, we've
given 40 largeCopy !req
521. To the westside
democratic organization,Copy !req
522. And this motherfucker
still has his hand out.Copy !req
523. We spent 40,000
on that guy?Copy !req
524. Worth it, if he lets
your projects sail through
the conference committee.Copy !req
525. Forty fucking thousand?Copy !req
526. Am i your lobbyist,
are you paying me?Copy !req
527. Trust me.
With the players
in this room,Copy !req
528. The presiding officers
and a little help from
the governor's office,Copy !req
529. We might just squeeze some
things out this session.Copy !req
530. Now, go make nice.Copy !req
531. Hmm?Copy !req
532. Senator davis?Copy !req
533. Excuse me.Copy !req
534. Hey, partner.Copy !req
535. People are tellin' meCopy !req
536. This just might be
a good year for the port.Copy !req
537. Might be.Copy !req
538. You all have been steppin'
up in a lot of ways.Copy !req
539. Hope it continues
like that.Copy !req
540. Y'all makin' friends
in a lotta places, right?Copy !req
541. We're friendly guys.Copy !req
542. Clay.Copy !req
543. So, they came back
murders, huh?Copy !req
544. I admit i didn't see
that coming at all.Copy !req
545. Who could've
seen that?Copy !req
546. It's just that
for whoever was having
these girls brought over,Copy !req
547. The net loss is
in the millions.Copy !req
548. That much?Copy !req
549. One of these girls
on the circuit,Copy !req
550. Going club to club,
up and down the east coast,Copy !req
551. Can bring in half a million
over the next couple of years.Copy !req
552. And that's just for club
work and prostitution.Copy !req
553. - So, somebody messed up.
- In a big way.Copy !req
554. You guys called it.Copy !req
555. No such address
in le havre.Copy !req
556. Or for that matter,
anywhere in brittany.Copy !req
557. The name and id
of the driver who signed
the bill of ladingCopy !req
558. Over there doesn't
correspond to their
motor vehicle database.Copy !req
559. Dead ends either way.Copy !req
560. The girls, they know what
they're coming over for?Copy !req
561. Some do.
Some get told that
they're just gonna dance,Copy !req
562. Or be secretaries,
or whatever.Copy !req
563. You gotta understand,
they're coming from placesCopy !req
564. That don't have
much of anything.Copy !req
565. Romania, moldova,
russia, albania.Copy !req
566. 40 or 50,000
undocumented women
working in the us alone.Copy !req
567. 50,000? Jesus.Copy !req
568. They need a whole new
agency just to police 'em.Copy !req
569. What they need
is a union.Copy !req
570. To stan and kate.Copy !req
571. Stan and kate.Copy !req
572. Happy anniversary!Copy !req
573. Thanks a lot.Copy !req
574. - Good time here, huh?
- Yeah, pop.Copy !req
575. How's my detail comin'?Copy !req
576. Lieutenant grayson,
he's on top of
things, right?Copy !req
577. 'cause you know burrell
recommended him.Copy !req
578. Said he was really good
at property crimes.Copy !req
579. We... It's gonna
take a while.Copy !req
580. You think?
Why, what are you doing?Copy !req
581. Not much.Copy !req
582. We got no dnrs up.Copy !req
583. We're not looking at
any union assets.Copy !req
584. We're not
collecting tag numbers
or anything like that.Copy !req
585. We're not looking
for patterns at all.Copy !req
586. And that's the thing, see?
That's what i've beenCopy !req
587. Trying to tell you
about the barksdale thing.Copy !req
588. If you go in
with the ideaCopy !req
589. You're gonna just
eat around the edges,
you never get a meal.Copy !req
590. With barksdale,
daniels and freamon had us
pulling all kinds of stuff.Copy !req
591. Dmv records, phone logs,
corporate charter stuff,Copy !req
592. Political campaign
contributions.Copy !req
593. If burrell didn't break
the case down so fast,Copy !req
594. We would've brought back
three maybe four million
in downtown real estate,Copy !req
595. Not to mention all the money
those guys were givingCopy !req
596. To political campaigns.Copy !req
597. We were deep,
really deep.Copy !req
598. I've been tryin'
to tell you.Copy !req
599. If it wasn't
for burrell,Copy !req
600. That would've
been a major case.Copy !req
601. - Hey.
- String.Copy !req
602. You know, i just came
to check up on you.Copy !req
603. See how you
holdin' it down.Copy !req
604. I'm a'ight.Copy !req
605. - Where the little man at?
- I just put him down.Copy !req
606. Alright.Copy !req
607. You want somethin'
to drink?Copy !req
608. Do d'angelo know
what he's missin'?Copy !req
609. I'm sure he do.Copy !req
610. You just reminded me
about something.Copy !req
611. Tag's still on it.Copy !req
612. Dee had bought it before
he got stopped in jersey.Copy !req
613. Never been worn.Copy !req
614. You know, it's a shame
to let things go to waste.Copy !req
615. You know, you can give
away the man's clothes,Copy !req
616. But that don't make
him gone, right?Copy !req
617. I ain't forget him.Copy !req
618. You ain't been to see him
much either though.Copy !req
619. - It's been hard.
- It's been hard?Copy !req
620. It's been hard
on him, too.Copy !req
621. A lot of bad things
caught up in a man's headCopy !req
622. When he's
on lock-down.Copy !req
623. Man need to see
his baby mama.Copy !req
624. Need to see
his child, too.Copy !req
625. Only one thing he needs to be
secure about and if not...Copy !req
626. Then he might start thinkin'
he can't do that time,Copy !req
627. And then we all
got problems.Copy !req
628. You understand me?Copy !req
629. How you set here?Copy !req
630. The apartment, the car,
the money's alright?Copy !req
631. It's good.Copy !req
632. It's good?Copy !req
633. I know it's good.Copy !req
634. But you know what
i'm talkin' about, right?Copy !req
635. We all got
a job to doCopy !req
636. And your job is
to let d'angelo know
we still family.Copy !req
637. It's important.Copy !req
638. I'm an xl.Copy !req
639. No doubt.Copy !req
640. Your round, jimmy.Copy !req
641. Jesus.Copy !req
642. I'm gonna owe the baby-sitter
half my damn salary,Copy !req
643. I don't throw myself
outta here right now.Copy !req
644. You got kids?Copy !req
645. Two.Copy !req
646. Daddy working late, too?Copy !req
647. Not a day
in his goddamn life.Copy !req
648. No, no, no, no no,
you barely made a dent.Copy !req
649. 'night, gents.Copy !req
650. - 'night.
- 'night.Copy !req
651. - What's that about?
- I don't know.Copy !req
652. Hey, tell you
what i'm gonna do.Copy !req
653. Solve the fucking case?Copy !req
654. Not a shot.Copy !req
655. I'm gonna give
this one a name.Copy !req
656. A name?Copy !req
657. She's not going out
to crownsville, this one.Copy !req
658. Not on me, she's not.Copy !req
659. So, what are you
gonna do with her?Copy !req
660. Pay for a box
and a morticianCopy !req
661. And ship her back
to bumfuck, europe?Copy !req
662. No, i'm gonna find
where her people at.Copy !req
663. How does that matter?Copy !req
664. You see, this is that
catholic shit, jimmy.Copy !req
665. This is that little
altar boy guilt talkin'.Copy !req
666. What the fuck i got
to feel guilty about?Copy !req
667. Let me count
the ways.Copy !req
668. Good morning, major.Copy !req
669. What the—?Copy !req

684. Is that all?Copy !req
685. Look, i gotta shit
or get off the pot here.Copy !req
686. I'm gonna go with 47.Copy !req
687. Do me a favor.Copy !req
688. Frank, you been fair,
i ain't sayin' otherwise.Copy !req
689. It's just there's 60 checkers
above me with more seniority,Copy !req
690. - And that's all she wrote.
- Do me a favor.Copy !req
691. Go down clement street tonight,
give this to dolores.Copy !req
692. Tell her you need a beer
and a shot on me.Copy !req
693. Frank, I...Copy !req
694. Just do that much.

of what can be done for you,Copy !req
736. If you keep
your head straight.Copy !req
737. You just full of favors,

That's it.Copy !req
754. That's all i got

outta this shithole.Copy !req
755. Ain't no more

756. 'cause if that's

757. You should be able to give
