181. Nico, the nephew.Copy !req
182. By now he knows.Copy !req
183. Our people wait for him,
but so do the police.Copy !req
184. I am thinking...Copy !req
185. There's nothing
to be done at this point.Copy !req
186. What he says, he says.Copy !req
187. He knows my name.Copy !req
188. But my name
is not my name.Copy !req
189. And you?Copy !req
190. To them, you're
only "the greek".Copy !req
191. And, of course,
i'm not even greek.Copy !req
192. So we go.Copy !req
193. But...Copy !req
194. There's a little
business to do first.Copy !req
195. There's a shipment
on the docks this week.Copy !req
196. 150 kilograms.Copy !req
197. And no one
to pick it up.Copy !req
198. Not just sergei,Copy !req
199. I miss frank, too.Copy !req
200. We can't
disappear the can.Copy !req
201. But maybe
we send someone,Copy !req
202. Bring it
off the docks...Copy !req
203. Legitimate.Copy !req
204. Everywhere we go
these days, we seem to
be walking into police.Copy !req

a cooperator?Copy !req
216. We had preliminary discussions
with him yesterday.Copy !req
217. He agreed to post today
with a lawyer, but instead...Copy !req
218. So what's left
of the case?Copy !req
219. We've pulled in everyone
caught up in the wiretaps,Copy !req
220. Save for
a couple bodies.Copy !req
221. We left the man we think
is the number twoCopy !req
222. For the operation
on the street,Copy !req
223. Hoping he'd lead us
to number one.Copy !req
224. We have people
on him?Copy !req
225. He's out of pocket
at the moment,Copy !req
226. Last seen leaving
a downtown hotel,Copy !req
227. But we expect
he'll resurface.Copy !req
228. And the union people?Copy !req
229. With sobotka dead,
the case right nowCopy !req
230. Is limited to
a subordinate or two.Copy !req
231. But the important thing
for us is the union.Copy !req
232. Either they jettison
their current leadership,Copy !req
233. Or we have enough to get
that local de-certified.Copy !req
234. Leaving only me
and my 14 bodies.Copy !req
235. When, oh, when do we get
to that bit of business?Copy !req
236. Lt. Daniels?
Line two.Copy !req
237. Detective freamon insisted
i put him through.Copy !req
238. In all likelihood,
frank sobotka was going
to speak to that.Copy !req
239. Now, we're a step back,
sorry to say.Copy !req
240. Sobotka came in.Copy !req
241. - The nephew?
- Yeah, he flipped.Copy !req
242. C'mon, bubs.
You gotta do better
you wanna walk on this.Copy !req
243. - How 'bout some murders?
- How 'bout 'em?Copy !req
244. They're not killing people
in west baltimore these days?Copy !req
245. Been quiet.Copy !req
246. 'cept for that mess with
that young boy who got hitCopy !req
247. With the stray

it ain't been nothin'.Copy !req
248. Well, how 'bout that?Copy !req
249. I ain't got
nothin' on that one.Copy !req
250. It's just two crews
beefin' over a corner.Copy !req
251. You know what, bubs?Copy !req
252. You goin' to jail.Copy !req
253. How you gonna talk
about going to jail?Copy !req
254. You hearin' this,
johnny?Copy !req
255. Like we ain't got
history in this room.Copy !req
256. Like we ain't
friends or nothin'.Copy !req
257. When you was
up in that hospital,
all i did was worry.Copy !req
258. What about kima?Copy !req
259. What's up
with my girl?Copy !req
260. I'm just— i'm just,
i'm just happy,Copy !req
261. I'm happy to see
you're up in the mixCopy !req
262. And you talkin'
about jail and shit?Copy !req
263. That's too cold,
girl, damn.Copy !req
264. Yo, yo, yo.Copy !req
265. Remember that eastsider got
shot in the high-rises, right?Copy !req
266. You remember
that shit, right?Copy !req
267. I mean, you were right
fuckin' there, bubbles.Copy !req
268. That wasn't shit.Copy !req
269. Boy got hit with
a ratshot that all.Copy !req
270. Who you talkin' about?Copy !req
271. Boy named cheese.Copy !req
272. Him and the other eastsiders
moved into the terrace,Copy !req
273. Took over a couple towers
from the stringer bell's boys.Copy !req
274. Then some crazy ass,
bow tie nigga came inCopy !req
275. And chased his ass home.Copy !req
276. And what happened?Copy !req
277. Mr. Bow tie,
he ran 'em off.Copy !req
278. He told them eastsider fools
them towers belong to avon.Copy !req
279. But then he ain't
come back no more.Copy !req
280. Now them eastside are back up
in there steady slingin'.Copy !req
281. I mean, it ain't
like a war or nothin'.Copy !req
282. It's like stringer bell
and them are sharing.Copy !req
283. Sharing?Copy !req
284. You guys are
on all of it, huh?Copy !req
285. You have
a public defenderCopy !req
286. Sitting next to you,
mr. Sobotka.Copy !req
287. If there's anything
about this deal you
don't understand—Copy !req
288. They killed my uncle.Copy !req
289. I don't need to talk
to no one but you people.Copy !req
290. How do you know
they did it?Copy !req
291. I...Copy !req
292. I told...Copy !req
293. Spiros calls me
after everybody'sCopy !req
294. Getting arrested,
right?Copy !req
295. Tells me, he wants us
to keep our mouths shut,Copy !req
296. But uncle frank,
he says, he ain't gonna.Copy !req
297. Says he's gonna
go talk to the police.Copy !req
298. Spiros says that
if we keep quiet,Copy !req
299. They can help
my cousin, zig.Copy !req
300. You know?Copy !req
301. And now spiros
is sayin' that,Copy !req
302. I don't know, the kid,
the one who didn't die,Copy !req
303. The one that got shot—Copy !req
304. He's gonna say that
the gun, it wasn't zig's.Copy !req
305. That glekas pulled
the gun and it wasn't
really zig's fault.Copy !req
306. So your uncle went to meet
them and talk about that?Copy !req
307. Under the key bridge.Copy !req
308. I seen his car was
still there this morning.Copy !req
309. Seeing that,
i fuckin' knew.Copy !req
310. If they killed your uncle to
shut him up, they probably—Copy !req
311. Wanna kill me, too?Copy !req
312. Shit.Copy !req
313. I was gonna go down
with him to the bridge.Copy !req
314. I was gonna go
down there with him.Copy !req
315. He wouldn't...Copy !req
316. You were involved
in the smuggling?Copy !req
317. We didn't know
about the girls.Copy !req
318. Them girls
that got found.Copy !req
319. We didn't know there
were girls in there.Copy !req
320. You thought
it was drugs?Copy !req
321. Drugs, stolen shit,
whatever.Copy !req
322. We got paid by the can
to creep shit off the docks.Copy !req
323. That's all.Copy !req
324. That and selling
the drugs that you got from
the greek, too, right?Copy !req
325. That's your cousin's
signed statement.Copy !req
326. He put himself in,
talked about buying the gun.Copy !req
327. The bill of sale
from the pawn shop
is in there, too.Copy !req
328. You see, it wouldn't have
mattered if the second victimCopy !req
329. Had backed up
on his story.Copy !req
330. Your cousin
was locked in.Copy !req
331. Your uncle was sitting
yesterday right where
you're sitting now,Copy !req
332. Ready to give us everything
if we made the drug chargesCopy !req
333. Go away for you,
and maybe got your cousinCopy !req
334. To a better lock-up
than eager street.Copy !req
335. As you can see,
we're willing to
honor that deal,Copy !req
336. Even if it didn't
happen for your uncle.Copy !req
337. Spiros was
the main guy.Copy !req
338. He told me and frank
which cans to disappear,Copy !req
339. And then when it came
to me and the drugs,Copy !req
340. He was the one that
hooked that up, too.Copy !req
341. The israeli, he was
their drug guy.Copy !req
342. I went through him
for all my re-ups,Copy !req
343. Until they passed me off
to white mike mcardle.Copy !req
344. You know mike?Copy !req
345. Guess you do.Copy !req
346. Double-g was in charge
of stolen shit.Copy !req
347. Anything we could
lift from the docksCopy !req
348. Went straight to his store,
but he's dead,Copy !req
349. So why am i wasting
your time, right?Copy !req
350. Her, i don't know.Copy !req
351. My uncle...Copy !req
352. You know about him.Copy !req
353. I don't know why you got
horse's picture up there.Copy !req
354. Horse don't know shit.Copy !req
355. I'll testify to that.Copy !req
356. What about
the russian?Copy !req
357. He drove for them.Copy !req
358. Anything that had to come off
the docks, he was their guy.Copy !req
359. But, i also got
the feelin' that if
somebody had to get hurt,Copy !req
360. He was probably
going to be around
for that part of it, too.Copy !req
361. Why did you
think that?Copy !req
362. Oh, sergei, he just
carried it like that.Copy !req
363. And also, after them girls
died in the can,Copy !req
364. They told me that
whoever fucked that up,Copy !req
365. They had already
got to in philly.Copy !req
366. They said that whoever did
that to them girls was dead.Copy !req
367. And how did
they say it?Copy !req
368. They just said, uh,
i don't know, that, uh...Copy !req
369. That the guy that
you all was looking for,Copy !req
370. He was a dead end.Copy !req
371. A dead end?Copy !req
372. Yeah.Copy !req
373. In philly, they said.Copy !req
374. Who's the suit?Copy !req
375. You sure?Copy !req
376. We know that someone
is above your man spiros.Copy !req
377. Someone he was
in communication with.Copy !req
378. Yeah, the greek.Copy !req
379. Sure, i know
who you mean.Copy !req
380. I mean, i don't have
a name or nothin'.Copy !req
381. The man in the suit,Copy !req
382. The man with vondopoulos
in the photograph.Copy !req
383. That's not the greek?Copy !req
384. That's the greek
right there.Copy !req
385. Is this the guy?Copy !req
386. He picked out
an eastsider alright.Copy !req
387. Cheese runs with
proposition joe's mob.Copy !req
388. Had a few corners off
of ashland, last i heard.Copy !req
389. - What's the verdict?
- He did good for us.Copy !req
390. So i'm out

391. I owe ya one, sanny.Copy !req
392. Oh, yeah.Copy !req
393. Both of them?Copy !req
394. Yeah, that one's
his valet.Copy !req
395. Can i use
your bathroom?Copy !req
396. Fuck no.
Get outta here.Copy !req
397. Bubs, one last
question.Copy !req
398. How's product

399. It was shit,

400. Found this guy,Copy !req
401. Federal court computer

402. But not in a bad way.Copy !req
403. He's a "k street" lawyer

404. So the suit was only

405. Uh-huh.
