68. not guaranteed in any sales brochure.

69. For this pool has a secret exit

70. that leads to a never-never land,

71. a place designed for junior citizens

72. who need a long voyage away from reality

73. into the bottomless regions of the twilight zone.

74. Introduction to a perfect setting:

75. Colonial mansion, spacious grounds, heated swimming pool-

76. all the luxuries money can buy.
