1. Hi, welcome back. Glad you could join me
today.
Copy !req
2. Today I thought we'd do a fantastic little
painting, maybe it's deep in the woods and
Copy !req
3. it's very dark and misty, and I think you'll
enjoy that.
Copy !req
4. So let's start out and have them
graphically run all the colors across the
Copy !req
5. screen that you need to paint along with
me, and they'll come across in the same
Copy !req
6. order as I have them on the palette, starting
with the white and working around.
Copy !req
7. While they're doing that, let's go on up
here.
Copy !req
8. I have the good old standard 18 by 24 inch
canvas and I've already covered it with a
Copy !req
9. thin even coat of the liquid white and it's
all wet and slick and it's ready to do
Copy !req
10. a fantastic oil painting on.
Copy !req
11. So let's just take off and have some fun.
Copy !req
12. Today, let's start, tell you what, let's
use a little phthalo blue, a little
Copy !req
13. phthalo blue, we'll pick up a little sap
green.
Copy !req
14. So we have phthalo blue and sap green.
Copy !req
15. Just sort of mix them on the brush.
Copy !req
16. Little bit of paint, I don't have a whole
bunch of paint.
Copy !req
17. But we're gonna be deep in the woods, we
need some, just some nice colors back in
Copy !req
18. here.
Copy !req
19. So just sort of dance this around, twirl
it, let it play.
Copy !req
20. Don't get it too even, we want it to be
dark in areas and light in areas and use a
Copy !req
21. lot of pressure in places and no pressure
in places.
Copy !req
22. A lot of pressure and no pressure.
Copy !req
23. Just make all these little different
things happen.
Copy !req
24. Just like so.
Copy !req
25. Just like so.
Copy !req
26. A little more color on the brush and we'll
just cover the whole
Copy !req
27. is really push hard when you want it
to be darker, and then where you want it
Copy !req
28. light, just let it caress the canvas.
Copy !req
29. Just very gentle, very soft.
Copy !req
30. Then every once in a while you can get
tough and just grind it in, see it makes a
Copy !req
31. nice dark spot.
Copy !req
32. That's blue, that's phthalo blue, and sap
green.
Copy !req
33. Just mix on the brush.
Copy !req
34. There it goes, just let it blend down and
play.
Copy !req
35. Wherever, it makes no difference.
Copy !req
36. Okay.
Copy !req
37. Now then, let me wash the brush.
Copy !req
38. And we wash our brush with odorless
thinner.
Copy !req
39. I have a screen in the bottom of this
bucket that I scrubbed the brush against.
Copy !req
40. Shake out the excess.
Copy !req
41. Just beat the devil out of it.
Copy !req
42. That's all there is to it.
Copy !req
43. Now then, with a clean dry brush, we'll
go right back up in here and just
Copy !req
44. bring all this together.
Copy !req
45. And you can over blend it till it becomes
just one solid mass of color.
Copy !req
46. I don't want to lose all these light and
dark areas here.
Copy !req
47. I just want to bring it together just
about like so, right in there.
Copy !req
48. Right in there.
Copy !req
49. Sometimes it's hard to stop things get
working so well.
Copy !req
50. You just want to keep going.
Copy !req
51. When we're all finished, I hope this
looks like trees way back in the distance.
Copy !req
52. All kinds of little things will be
happening back here.
Copy !req
53. That gives us a nice little background.
Copy !req
54. We'll just go across, take out the brush
strokes.
Copy !req
55. I'm gonna have some water down here.
Copy !req
56. So I'll use some phthalo blue, some sand
green, and I'll add a little black.
Copy !req
57. We'll make this dark.
Copy !req
58. And I'll just, I'm gonna have water
maybe right in here.
Copy !req
59. Maybe a little bit more to the blackish
color.
Copy !req
60. There we go. Want this to be dark.
Copy !req
61. Start at the bottom, because I want it
to be the darkest.
Copy !req
62. And then work back upward.
Copy !req
63. That way it's gonna pick up the liquid
white,
Copy !req
64. and automatically it gets lighter in value.
Copy !req
65. That's where our water will be, somewhere
in there.
Copy !req
66. We don't really care right now.
Copy !req
67. Okay, wash the old brush one more time.
Copy !req
68. That's the most fun part of this whole
technique is just washing the brush.
Copy !req
69. Sometimes they slip out of your hand and
go across the room.
Copy !req
70. Now I'm gonna take a liner brush, put some
thinner on it, and go right into a little
Copy !req
71. bit of Van Dyke Brown.
Copy !req
72. Now this paint is thin like water.
Copy !req
73. It's about the consistency of ink.
Copy !req
74. Turn that brush, pull it to a nice sharp
point.
Copy !req
75. See there? Good, let's go up here.
Copy !req
76. Now then, we're gonna start making some
decisions.
Copy !req
77. There's all kind of trees that live in
here.
Copy !req
78. Just wherever you think they should live, that's
where they'll live.
Copy !req
79. Look at them.
Copy !req
80. These are far away trees.
Copy !req
81. And we can just put the indication here
and there of a happy little limb.
Copy !req
82. If it doesn't wanna flow off your brush, add
a little bit more of the thinner, see, and
Copy !req
83. then it'll just flow.
Copy !req
84. And I'm just gonna put in some basic
indications.
Copy !req
85. When you're at home and you have all kinds
of time, you can put in just as many
Copy !req
86. or as few as you want.
Copy !req
87. Just wherever you think there should be a
tree, that's exactly where it should be.
Copy !req
88. And you can lift up, some people find it
easier to lift upward, some find it
Copy !req
89. easier to pull downward.
Copy !req
90. Try it both ways, whichever works the best
for you, then that's the right way.
Copy !req
91. There.
Copy !req
92. See, just as many as you want, or as few, and
don't make them all straight.
Copy !req
93. Trees grow every which way.
Copy !req
94. Some of them have little kinks in them, and
they're like people.
Copy !req
95. Everybody's different, trees are different.
Copy !req
96. Let them be individuals, let them have
personalities.
Copy !req
97. There they go.
Copy !req
98. See all them little rascals?
Copy !req
99. It looks like woods already back there.
Copy !req
100. Now sometimes it's nice, when these
paintings dry, to have a tree trunk
Copy !req
101. that has some shine to it.
Copy !req
102. So for that, I use liquid clear.
Copy !req
103. Take a little liquid clear and thin the
paint down.
Copy !req
104. Now put these in tree trunks that are a
little bit closer.
Copy !req
105. Now when this dries, these trunks, it'll
look almost like they're glazed.
Copy !req
106. And by glaze, it just, that's a thin paint.
Copy !req
107. with an oil base that's put over.
Copy !req
108. The old masters used to use a lot of
glazing.
Copy !req
109. It's very pretty.
Copy !req
110. That'll help push all those that are back
here farther back.
Copy !req
111. There we go.
Copy !req
112. There.
Copy !req
113. Just wherever you want these.
Copy !req
114. There we go.
Copy !req
115. Don't want to get too carried away here.
Copy !req
116. You could spend all day just putting in
all kinds of beautiful little tree trunks.
Copy !req
117. The old liner brush does fantastic things.
Copy !req
118. The liner brush is nice because it has a
long hair on it.
Copy !req
119. Long hair, and it holds a lot of paint.
Copy !req
120. Okay.
Copy !req
121. Now then, today I'm gonna use the oval
brush.
Copy !req
122. And I'm gonna mix up, let's take some
of that phthalo blue, little sap green, and
Copy !req
123. I'm gonna reach right over here, grab a
little touch of white.
Copy !req
124. A little more to the bluish side.
Copy !req
125. There we go.
Copy !req
126. So that's a little blue, sap green, touch
of white.
Copy !req
127. I'm gonna add a little black, it's too
bright.
Copy !req
128. Too bright. A little more white so we
can see what we got.
Copy !req
129. Good, good.
Copy !req
130. Very nice.
Copy !req
131. Now let's take the old oval brush and just
load a little bit of paint.
Copy !req
132. We don't want a whole bunch yet.
Copy !req
133. Let's go right up in here and then just
begin
Copy !req
134. Just putting a few little details.
Copy !req
135. See how it makes, that oval brush makes it
look like there's thousands of little
Copy !req
136. leaves on those rascals.
Copy !req
137. Super for that, and I'm just barely, barely
tapping.
Copy !req
138. Barely tapping.
Copy !req
139. Just sort of look at where you think they
might live and drop them in.
Copy !req
140. Drop them in.
Copy !req
141. And if you want them to have more curve
on them, then hold the brush downward.
Copy !req
142. If you want them to be straight, go
straight in, see?
Copy !req
143. Isn't that neat?
Copy !req
144. Just barely touch him.
Copy !req
145. Allow the canvas to take off what it
wants.
Copy !req
146. And maybe down in here there's some, we're
getting into some things that are a
Copy !req
147. little bit thicker.
Copy !req
148. Some nice bushy creatures that live here.
Copy !req
149. Just like some.
Copy !req
150. And some that just sort of float around.
Copy !req
151. Look at there, there's one.
Copy !req
152. He lives right there.
Copy !req
153. Just have as many or as few as you want in
your world.
Copy !req
154. All kinds of little things.
Copy !req
155. Pushes everything back.
Copy !req
156. Alright, maybe over in here there's some, just
some little indications.
Copy !req
157. These will just sort of show through and
it'll look like there's all kinds of
Copy !req
158. little branches and leaves and squirrels
have to have a place to hide.
Copy !req
159. I call squirrels tree urchins, because
they live in a tree.
Copy !req
160. I have a whole bunch of them around where
I live, and they come down and I feed them.
Copy !req
161. They come and eat all the time at the
house.
Copy !req
162. I have all kinds of little creatures.
Copy !req
163. I have raccoons and possums and bunny
rabbits.
Copy !req
164. There we go.
Copy !req
165. On the last show, I think I showed you
my little bird.
Copy !req
166. Maybe I'll show him again.
Copy !req
167. We're beginning to get so many calls
about him.
Copy !req
168. Maybe we'll just have to show him again.
Copy !req
169. Alrighty.
Copy !req
170. Tell you what let's do. Let's take a
little brown.
Copy !req
171. This is just straight Van Dyke brown.
Copy !req
172. And let's start making some decisions.
Copy !req
173. Maybe there's some land that lives back
here.
Copy !req
174. All I'm doing here, just pushing in some
color.
Copy !req
175. Just like so.
Copy !req
176. Just a little color.
Copy !req
177. No big deal right now.
Copy !req
178. No big deal.
Copy !req
179. We'll take a little white, a little white,
a little dark sienna, pull it out, cut
Copy !req
180. us off a little bit, then barely touch.
Copy !req
181. Just put the indication of a little
highlight here and there.
Copy !req
182. I don't want too much. This is too far
back.
Copy !req
183. It's too dark back in here.
Copy !req
184. It's too dark.
Copy !req
185. Now that we'll use a old number six fan
brush, I'm going to go right into some
Copy !req
186. Yellow, I went into the liquid white first,
going into some yellow, reach up here
Copy !req
187. and grab some sap green, over here a
little bit of black.
Copy !req
188. There, I want this to be quite dark.
Copy !req
189. A little yellow ochre to it.
Copy !req
190. Let's mix these on the brush.
Copy !req
191. Now maybe back in here we're beginning to
see a little color.
Copy !req
192. Just push upward with that brush.
Copy !req
193. Just pushing upward.
Copy !req
194. Look there, see, let all these little
things just sort of happen here.
Copy !req
195. And maybe I'm using that oval brush
again.
Copy !req
196. Here I'm gonna add a little color and just
put the least little touch of highlight
Copy !req
197. here and there, not much.
Copy !req
198. Not much yet.
Copy !req
199. When we get into the foreground, then we'll
begin adding more highlights, but
Copy !req
200. right now, right now, I just want the
least little indication here and there, little
Copy !req
201. light playing through there.
Copy !req
202. Begin picking out just sort of some
individual little bushes.
Copy !req
203. Now then, tell you what let's do.
Copy !req
204. Let me find, we'll use the old fan brush.
Copy !req
205. Liquid white, titanium white.
Copy !req
206. Load the brush full of paint, a lot of
paint.
Copy !req
207. Okay, let's go right up here.
Copy !req
208. Maybe there's some happy little water
coming right down through here, and it's
Copy !req
209. just bubbling along, having a good time,
splashing, carrying on.
Copy !req
210. Just think how water would think.
Copy !req
211. You know, just pretend your water coming
down here and having a good time, and just
Copy !req
212. the world's happy, and it's a good day, and
all of a sudden, oh, you fall over.
Copy !req
213. It just falls right over.
Copy !req
214. Look at that.
Copy !req
215. That easy, you can make a happy little
waterfall.
Copy !req
216. There, see, just drops right over.
Copy !req
217. But you need the dark underneath or it
won't show.
Copy !req
218. And it splashes down here underneath this
waterfall.
Copy !req
219. There's just all kinds of little things
going on.
Copy !req
220. Like so, so many little happy things.
Copy !req
221. See, put a little splashy here and there, maybe
it's a stone under the water there.
Copy !req
222. All these little things just splash.
Copy !req
223. See, all the little water actions.
Copy !req
224. This fan brush is fantastic for doing
these.
Copy !req
225. Just absolutely unreal.
Copy !req
226. And sometimes it's fun just to play a
little.
Copy !req
227. Let me find, there it is.
Copy !req
228. We'll just take a one inch brush and go
right into, we'll use some brown, some
Copy !req
229. black, a little sap green.
Copy !req
230. I want a very dark green here.
Copy !req
231. Let's have a, maybe there's a happy little
bush.
Copy !req
232. He lives right here.
Copy !req
233. Just push upward. I want a very dark
little bush right here.
Copy !req
234. He's in the shadows in my world.
Copy !req
235. In your world, maybe he's in the sunshine,
so you can put all kinds of happy little
Copy !req
236. highlights on him, but in my world, today
I'm gonna have him in the dark.
Copy !req
237. There, we'll put another one right there.
Copy !req
238. Just sort of close all that in.
Copy !req
239. Isn't that neat?
Copy !req
240. See, it pushes that whole area back here, just
pushes it right back into the background.
Copy !req
241. If you lived here, you'd have to have a
way to get over this little stream.
Copy !req
242. So, let's do that. Let's have some fun.
Copy !req
243. I'll take some Van Dyke brown.
Copy !req
244. Maybe there's a happy little bridge
here.
Copy !req
245. And I tell you what, maybe it's behind
these bushes and all you can see is the
Copy !req
246. part that goes over the water.
Copy !req
247. So, let's have it come up.
Copy !req
248. And then maybe like this, we'll put some
character in it.
Copy !req
249. And then it has a little bend in it.
Copy !req
250. Let me get the small knife.
Copy !req
251. The small knife will do a little better
for that.
Copy !req
252. I'll put some little post on here.
Copy !req
253. See, there's a little post, there's one.
Copy !req
254. Look at that.
Copy !req
255. Isn't that cute?
Copy !req
256. There we go.
Copy !req
257. That one goes over behind the bush.
Copy !req
258. Then, take the big knife, we'll have to
put a little rail up here.
Copy !req
259. We don't want anybody to fall off this
bridge and get wet.
Copy !req
260. See there?
Copy !req
261. My tiniest little bit of paint.
Copy !req
262. Now I wanna go along here and just show
the indication of a little highlight here
Copy !req
263. and there.
Copy !req
264. Just to brighten him up, make him sing in
the sunshine.
Copy !req
265. Used to be a song about singing in the
sunshine.
Copy !req
266. Okay, back to my small knife, and I'll
put a little indication here on these
Copy !req
267. posts.
Copy !req
268. Little knife gets right in there and does
these little things.
Copy !req
269. Yeah, maybe here and there the light
really hits it.
Copy !req
270. You could add a little, just a little
sparkle of white.
Copy !req
271. Just don't overdo.
Copy !req
272. Just here and there.
Copy !req
273. Maybe the light's zinging through there
and hits right there too.
Copy !req
274. Gives it a little sparkle.
Copy !req
275. Makes that little rascal jump out at you.
Copy !req
276. All right.
Copy !req
277. There we go.
Copy !req
278. Now then, we'll push this little bridge
behind this bush.
Copy !req
279. We don't know where he lives.
Copy !req
280. Whatever.
Copy !req
281. There.
Copy !req
282. Same thing over here.
Copy !req
283. I'm gonna push this bridge completely back
behind these bushes.
Copy !req
284. Like that.
Copy !req
285. Brush is too slow, let's get a big one.
Copy !req
286. Go right into my Van Dyke Brown.
Copy !req
287. I'm gonna have a lot of land areas and big
rocks and maybe there's some big, let's
Copy !req
288. just do it.
Copy !req
289. Just take the big brush.
Copy !req
290. That's a straight Van Dyke Brown.
Copy !req
291. And here we're just applying dark color
Copy !req
292. Maybe there's one that comes right on out
here.
Copy !req
293. And all you're doing is laying in basic
shapes.
Copy !req
294. We'll go back with a knife and straighten
all this out and make big decisions
Copy !req
295. about where things live.
Copy !req
296. But right now, all we're interested in is
just basic shapes.
Copy !req
297. Maybe this one comes way on out here.
Copy !req
298. There.
Copy !req
299. Just fill it up, just fill it up for the
color.
Copy !req
300. Like so.
Copy !req
301. Yeah, I really hope you enjoyed seeing my
little bird on the last show.
Copy !req
302. He's coming along fine if you're following
his progress.
Copy !req
303. As I say, we've got so many calls.
Copy !req
304. Maybe on one of the future shows, I'll
bring him back, let you see him
Copy !req
305. again.
Copy !req
306. I think you'll like him.
Copy !req
307. He's my friend.
Copy !req
308. I've taken care of him under the
supervision of the bird lady.
Copy !req
309. We have a lady here in Muncie who takes
care of all the injured animals and stuff
Copy !req
310. and they call her the bird lady.
Copy !req
311. And she keeps me straight and tells me
how to take care of all these little
Copy !req
312. creatures.
Copy !req
313. In fact, one of these days we'd like to do
a television show where we show you
Copy !req
314. what she does and people like her all over
the country that devote their time and
Copy !req
315. money and energies into taking care
of all of God's little creatures.
Copy !req
316. Because they're super special people.
Copy !req
317. And maybe one day we can do that.
Copy !req
318. All right.
Copy !req
319. Now then, same old dirty brush, I'm gonna
add some Sap Green to it.
Copy !req
320. Pull this brush in one direction.
Copy !req
321. Load a lot of paint into it.
Copy !req
322. Just a tiny little bit of Sap Green.
Copy !req
323. I'm gonna grab some Dark Sienna too.
Copy !req
324. So we got Dark Sienna, Van Dyke Brown, and
Sap Green.
Copy !req
325. Maybe over here there's gonna be a big
tree that lives right here, so we can go
Copy !req
326. ahead and throw in some dark color.
Copy !req
327. See how this dark, it sort of closes in
and makes your eye go toward the water, because
Copy !req
328. it's lighter.
Copy !req
329. All right, let's do on the other side.
Copy !req
330. Maybe there's a happy thing that lives
wherever.
Copy !req
331. You just make a decision and put it
in.
Copy !req
332. Wherever, wherever.
Copy !req
333. Seeing that quick, we got all that blocked
in.
Copy !req
334. And we're ready to start picking out some
beautiful little details.
Copy !req
335. Okay.
Copy !req
336. Let me find, let me find a one inch brush.
Copy !req
337. We'll dip it into a little bit of liquid
white, some yellow, and I'm gonna grab
Copy !req
338. some midnight black.
Copy !req
339. I want this to be a dark, dark green.
Copy !req
340. Pull that brush in one direction, one
direction.
Copy !req
341. Load it full of color.
Copy !req
342. Okay, let's go right up here.
Copy !req
343. And maybe right in here, we'll put on some
dark leaves over there, just to begin
Copy !req
344. building some shape and form into this big
tree that lives here.
Copy !req
345. Just like so.
Copy !req
346. Look at all those things.
Copy !req
347. See, but think of individual little bushes
and limbs and stuff that are all living in
Copy !req
348. here.
Copy !req
349. Each one has its own personality.
Copy !req
350. All kinds of happy little things.
Copy !req
351. There's one.
Copy !req
352. See, you could just make hundreds and
hundreds of them.
Copy !req
353. Do them in layers.
Copy !req
354. Do the one that's farthest away first and
work forward.
Copy !req
355. That way it has depth and distance in
there.
Copy !req
356. Add a little yellow ochre to that.
Copy !req
357. Maybe there's one right here, on this side.
Copy !req
358. Little bit of light zinging through there.
Copy !req
359. See, you can leave some of them dark in
total shadow, especially when you're doing
Copy !req
360. these deep wood scenes, where you can use
almost pure green so it just barely, barely
Copy !req
361. shows.
Copy !req
362. I like to leave some of these that are
very dark, like that, see?
Copy !req
363. And here and there, the light's gonna zing
through and sparkle some of these, make
Copy !req
364. them shine.
Copy !req
365. Look at that.
Copy !req
366. Alright, darker, darker, darker down here
toward the base.
Copy !req
367. Leave these dark areas, they're very, very
important.
Copy !req
368. Very important. I'm gonna wash that old
brush off.
Copy !req
369. Give him a shake.
Copy !req
370. and I'd start picking out some stones
and rocks.
Copy !req
371. Use some dark sienna here and a little bit
of white.
Copy !req
372. And maybe, maybe right along in here, we're
beginning to see some nice rocky areas.
Copy !req
373. Still want this to stay quite dark.
Copy !req
374. Quite dark.
Copy !req
375. All kinds of things happening.
Copy !req
376. Tell you what, let's do that up here.
Copy !req
377. Now watch here, watch here.
Copy !req
378. This is so much fun because now you
can make a decision that there's a big
Copy !req
379. cliff or a sheer drop off right here, a
bank.
Copy !req
380. That's the word I'm looking for.
Copy !req
381. And you can just bring that around and
leave this right in front.
Copy !req
382. You can make all kinds of little things
that go up in there.
Copy !req
383. Like so. Let's have some fun.
Copy !req
384. Now sometimes some of these stones get
just full of little grassy and mossy
Copy !req
385. things.
Copy !req
386. So just tap, tap with a fan brush.
Copy !req
387. Like so, okay.
Copy !req
388. This is in the greens and the yellows, and
all you do is just tap, just touch, pick
Copy !req
389. out individual stones.
Copy !req
390. See, makes it look like there's just all
kinds of little grassy, slimy things.
Copy !req
391. The things that are wet all the time, they
grow all kinds of little algae and, ooh, it's
Copy !req
392. pretty.
Copy !req
393. Stones look like they have fur on them at
times.
Copy !req
394. Right down here by the water.
Copy !req
395. And you can just do as many of these.
Copy !req
396. Now leave some dark.
Copy !req
397. Don't kill all the dark.
Copy !req
398. Look at all those little rascals.
Copy !req
399. Just like so. Okay, back to my one inch
brush.
Copy !req
400. Little bit of the yellow and the green.
Copy !req
401. Now then, let's bring all this together.
Copy !req
402. And we can begin putting all kinds of
little bushes that live here.
Copy !req
403. See, and they follow the lay of the land, coming
right down like this.
Copy !req
404. As many or as few as you want.
Copy !req
405. This is your world.
Copy !req
406. So you make it happen.
Copy !req
407. You make it happen.
Copy !req
408. There it is.
Copy !req
409. Tell you what, tell you what, maybe there's
one
Copy !req
410. Lives down here.
Copy !req
411. See how you can bring all that together?
Copy !req
412. And we'll go back with our little fan
brush and let's put some little grassy
Copy !req
413. things out here on these stones too.
Copy !req
414. We don't want them to be left out.
Copy !req
415. There we go.
Copy !req
416. Just all kinds of little rascals.
Copy !req
417. Got him.
Copy !req
418. Now we can come right over here.
Copy !req
419. Maybe there's a happy little bush.
Copy !req
420. He lives right there.
Copy !req
421. Just sort of let your imagination go crazy.
Copy !req
422. Let's get the small knife, and we can take
some dark brown, come right in here, and
Copy !req
423. just begin adding all kinds of little, little
foots on these stones.
Copy !req
424. Just bring them straight down.
Copy !req
425. If you get a little of that in the water, do
n't worry about it, don't worry about it.
Copy !req
426. Can fix easy.
Copy !req
427. See, just all kinds of little, little
things.
Copy !req
428. Let me find my fan brush that has liquid
white and titanium white on it.
Copy !req
429. A lot of paint on the brush.
Copy !req
430. Lot of paint.
Copy !req
431. Now then, let's begin cleaning up the
bottom of all this stuff.
Copy !req
432. Water splashing into some of these little
recessed areas here.
Copy !req
433. Look at that. Isn't that fun?
Copy !req
434. Splash and crash and maybe it's just a
little, got a little stone underneath the
Copy !req
435. water.
Copy !req
436. Just sort of look at it and make decisions.
Copy !req
437. There's stones underneath the water all
over.
Copy !req
438. Just sort of take a, ooh, there's another
one.
Copy !req
439. They go in all kinds of directions.
Copy !req
440. This water is just churning through here.
Copy !req
441. You ever listen to a little stream?
Copy !req
442. It has one of the most peaceful sounds to
it.
Copy !req
443. It's always been one of my fantasies is to
have a house that was right next to a
Copy !req
444. little stream, and at night you could go
to sleep listening to all that bubbling
Copy !req
445. and churning.
Copy !req
446. There we go.
Copy !req
447. Just as many as you want.
Copy !req
448. Look at that.
Copy !req
449. Some right off in here, wherever.
Copy !req
450. Okay, now then, let's take a, I'm gonna
dip right into some liquid clear, and
Copy !req
451. brown.
Copy !req
452. Maybe some nice trees, shoom, live just
wherever.
Copy !req
453. Many of them as you want, or as few.
Copy !req
454. You can just drop a tree here and there.
Copy !req
455. Just like so.
Copy !req
456. Couple little tree limbs here and there.
Copy !req
457. There we go.
Copy !req
458. Now we'll take our oval brush, put a
little, we'll put a little brighter yellow
Copy !req
459. on it.
Copy !req
460. The old clock on the wall telling me
I gotta finish this up.
Copy !req
461. Just tap in the indication of all kind
of little leaves hanging here.
Copy !req
462. See there?
Copy !req
463. It's that easy.
Copy !req
464. And you can really,
Copy !req
465. Really do a fantastic little painting
in just a matter of minutes.
Copy !req
466. As I say, the old clocks tell me I got to
leave you for this time, but I'll be back.
Copy !req
467. So, we'll put a little leaf, maybe there's
one that hangs out right here, like
Copy !req
468. that.
Copy !req
469. I think that pretty well gives us a
finished little painting.
Copy !req
470. From all of us here, happy painting.
Copy !req
471. God bless.
Copy !req
