And so were you.Copy !req
10. Dad?Copy !req
11. We need to talk to you
about your work. At Trask.Copy !req
12. They're experimenting
on mutants.Copy !req
13. My own best friend was turned.Copy !req
14. He's working
for Sentinel Services.Copy !req
15. A research project
to eliminate the X-GeneCopy !req
16. in you— that was what
brought me to Trask.Copy !req
17. When I was sick?Copy !req
18. Dad, I nearly died.Copy !req
19. I'm a telepathCopy !req
20. and I've been getting
some very weirdCopy !req
21. thoughts from one of the others.Copy !req
22. Hey.Copy !req
23. You don't have to talk.
Just think.Copy !req
24. Who did this to you?
Where are they?Copy !req
25. I can see it.Copy !req
26. It's a building.Copy !req
27. Some kind of lab.Copy !req
28. North of here.Copy !req
29. My father
and his sister AndreaCopy !req
30. were known as Fenris.
The Wolf.Copy !req
31. They had the same abilities
as your children.Copy !req
32. Have they held hands?Copy !req
33. Shoot him!Copy !req
34. Don't worry, Dr. Campbell,Copy !req
35. we're going to get you
to a hospital.Copy !req
36. Gus. I'm gonna make them pay
for what they did to you.Copy !req
37. What happened with
your dad?He died today.Copy !req
38. Oh, babe.Copy !req
39. Andy!Copy !req
40. Nice.
I didn't know you could do that.Copy !req
41. I have all kinds of
secret talents.Copy !req
42. Hey... This is good, right?Copy !req
43. Well, don't get cocky, but yeah.Copy !req
44. It's really good.Copy !req
45. It's been too long
since we've done this.Copy !req
46. - I'm sorry work's been so crazy.
- Don't.Copy !req
47. We understand.Copy !req
48. What you do, it's important.Copy !req
49. It's just, I've missed you.Copy !req
50. The kids, too.Copy !req
51. Well, I'm here now.Copy !req
52. - They doing all right?Copy !req
53. Yeah.Copy !req
54. I mean, Lauren's been
a little distant lately,Copy !req
55. but I think it's just
normal teenager stuff.Copy !req
56. It's nice to see them
not bickering for once.Copy !req
57. Wanna try that?Copy !req
58. No, I'm not gonna do that.Copy !req
59. What do you mean?Copy !req
60. I don't skateboard.Copy !req
61. Yeah, you can. Here.Copy !req
62. Back foot on the tail,Copy !req
63. front foot halfway up the deck.Copy !req
64. It's fine, it's easy.Copy !req
65. Pop and flick...
like a karate kick, okay?Copy !req
66. - Halfway up...
- I'm gonna fall, no.Copy !req
67. No, you... Trust me.Copy !req
68. I'm... I'll be here.
I can catch you.Copy !req
69. - Promise?
- Yeah.Copy !req
70. Help me up.Copy !req
71. Okay.Copy !req
72. - Ready?
- Yeah.Copy !req
73. Okay.Copy !req
74. Hey!Copy !req
75. You guys all right over there?Copy !req
76. Yeah.Copy !req
77. Messing around.Copy !req
78. Reed, don't.
Your father's working.Copy !req
79. But you're leaving me
to do this all on my own.Copy !req
80. He needs you.Copy !req
81. He's your son.Copy !req
82. What do you mean,
you can't come to see him?Copy !req
83. Hey, you.Copy !req
84. I woke up and you were gone.Copy !req
85. I'm sorry.Copy !req
86. Couldn't sleep.Copy !req
87. Thinking about your dad?Copy !req
88. I hadn't spoken
to the man in 20 years. I...Copy !req
89. didn't think losing him
would make me...Copy !req
90. I get it.Copy !req
91. My mom and I couldn't be in
the same room without herCopy !req
92. bringing up every screwup
of my teenage yearsCopy !req
93. to remind me how perfect
Jenny and Danny were.Copy !req
94. When she got sick,
we finally startedCopy !req
95. to get past all that crap,
but...Copy !req
96. it was too late.Copy !req
97. I almost think it's worseCopy !req
98. when you're not close,
because...Copy !req
99. you realize
how much time you missed.Copy !req
100. Yeah.Copy !req
101. Reed, I...Copy !req
102. I hate to bring this up, but...Copy !req
103. I have to ask.Copy !req
104. If Otto was a mutant...Copy !req
105. and your grandfather
and his twin were, too...Copy !req
106. I-It's just, I...Copy !req
107. I thought
mutations were random.Copy !req
108. Mostly, they are.Copy !req
109. But they can be
passed down, too.Copy !req
110. Then why did it skip you?Copy !req
111. Did it skip you?Copy !req
112. My dad's work
at Trask Industries...Copy !req
113. He spent his life
trying to find a wayCopy !req
114. to suppress the X-Gene...Copy !req
115. in me.Copy !req
116. And he succeeded.Copy !req
117. But it came back. In our kids.Copy !req
118. I... Did you know?Copy !req
119. - Of course not. What?
- I-I...Copy !req
120. Did you think I'd keep
something like that from you?Copy !req
121. I'm sorry, I-I'm just trying
to wrap my head aroundCopy !req
122. how this never came up
after all these years.Copy !req
123. Your mom, she...Copy !req
124. For two years,
we thought I had leukemia, Cait.Copy !req
125. He kept it as a secret
from everybody.Copy !req
126. And it destroyed my family.Copy !req
127. Well, we're not going
to let it destroy ours.Copy !req
128. We need to go after
the Trask lab now.Copy !req
129. We have to rescue
those people...Copy !req
130. Have to?
You're pretty new here to beCopy !req
131. telling people
what they have to do.Copy !req
132. You don't get it!Copy !req
133. My family is in there.Copy !req
134. - They're running out of time.
- Okay, well, slow down.Copy !req
135. You got all that informationCopy !req
136. from the woman
they sent after us?Copy !req
137. Yes.Copy !req
138. I mean,
her mind was hard to read.Copy !req
139. Confused. But I got enough.Copy !req
140. The mutants in that lab,
they were desperate.Copy !req
141. I-I could hear the screams.
I could see the bodies.Copy !req
142. I could feel the agonyCopy !req
143. when they turned that woman
into that thing.Copy !req
144. And it's all happening
in that building.Copy !req
145. We know where this place is?Copy !req
146. I'm assembling a site map now.Copy !req
147. So why are we standing here?Copy !req
148. Did you get anything
on their security?Copy !req
149. No. It...
Her mind was too cloudy,Copy !req
150. but what does it matter?Copy !req
151. We are the last hope
those prisoners have.Copy !req
152. You saw what they did
to your friend.Copy !req
153. We sit on our hands,Copy !req
154. and that happens to more people.Copy !req
155. No one is sitting
on their hands.Copy !req
156. Now, we will make
a move on that lab,Copy !req
157. but if we go in blind...Copy !req
158. we die.Copy !req
159. Johnny?
Are you all right?Copy !req
160. How can I be "all right"?Copy !req
161. Maybe Esme has a point.Copy !req
162. But she's just a scared kid,Copy !req
163. who has no idea
what she's talking about.Copy !req
164. She was right about one thing.Copy !req
165. Pulse.Copy !req
166. I left him behindCopy !req
167. and they took him to that lab.Copy !req
168. That's not on you, Johnny.Copy !req
169. And continuing to blame yourself
is not doing anybody any good.Copy !req
170. Besides, d...Copy !req
171. don't you think it's strangeCopy !req
172. that she knew about Pulse?Copy !req
173. - I mean, she just got here.
- She's a telepath, Sonya.Copy !req
174. Maybe she
picked it up off of me.Copy !req
175. It doesn't change the factCopy !req
176. that I gave up on my friendCopy !req
177. and they turned him
into a monster.Copy !req
178. I'll be damned if I'm gonna
let that happen to anybody else.Copy !req
179. Hey.Copy !req
180. Lauren.Copy !req
181. You awake?Copy !req
182. Yeah.Copy !req
183. I can't stop thinking
about what Dad said.Copy !req
184. About Grandpa Otto being...Copy !req
185. like us.Copy !req
186. Not just him.Copy !req
187. Here, check this out.Copy !req
188. I found this in the library.Copy !req
189. You know where
the library is here?Copy !req
190. Who are you and
what have you done with Andy?Copy !req
191. Ha ha ha.Copy !req
192. Look, this section's
on the 1950s.Copy !req
193. Andrea and Andreas von Strucker.Copy !req
194. They called themselves
"Fenris"?Copy !req
195. Yeah, I think it means "wolf"
in some language.Copy !req
196. Oh, my God.Copy !req
197. - They did that?
- Yeah.Copy !req
198. They combined powers
by holding hands.Copy !req
199. They wiped out
an entire buildingCopy !req
200. full of people in seconds.Copy !req
201. This is crazy.Copy !req
202. This is our family history.Copy !req
203. Look, it says here
they're "rumored to beCopy !req
204. "part of a shadowy
international organizationCopy !req
205. called the Hellfire Club."Copy !req
206. Does it say
what happened to them?Copy !req
207. I think they disappeared
fleeing from the X-Men.Copy !req
208. They were some of
the most powerful mutants ever.Copy !req
209. Yeah.Copy !req
210. It also says they were monsters.Copy !req
211. - Well, I'm just saying...
- I don't care.Copy !req
212. Go to bed.Copy !req
213. Hello?Copy !req
214. Marcos.Copy !req
215. Marcos!
Marcos, what's happening?Copy !req
216. Marcos!Copy !req
217. Oh, no.Copy !req
218. - No, no, no...Copy !req
219. No, no, no, no!Copy !req
220. Hey, hey, hey,
it was just a dream.Copy !req
221. The baby... the baby's at Trask.Copy !req
222. No. Hey, the baby's here.Copy !req
223. - Hey, the baby's fine.Copy !req
224. Marcos, in my dream,
Trask had the baby.Copy !req
225. We have to get into that lab.Copy !req
226. - We have... we have to help
those people. -Yeah.Copy !req
227. We will. Hey.Copy !req
228. We will. I promise.Copy !req
229. I promise.Copy !req
230. Dr. Barnes...Copy !req
231. How's he doing?Copy !req
232. Docs said Campbell was burned
pretty bad, but he'll live.Copy !req
233. Said he didn't want surgery.Copy !req
234. I guess his mutant has skills.Copy !req
235. The Mutant Underground's
gonna be lookingCopy !req
236. to launch another attack—
we got to put a team together.Copy !req
237. Come on, be tough to sell
an operation like thatCopy !req
238. without specific intel.Copy !req
239. Washington was pissed
about losing those two agents.Copy !req
240. Washington's pissed?Copy !req
241. I'm the one that had
to tell the families.Copy !req
242. Look, we got
all the intel we need.Copy !req
243. The Underground knows
about the Hound program now.Copy !req
244. They're gonna have to hit
Campbell's lab.Copy !req
245. The place is top secret—
how will they even find it?Copy !req
246. What are you talking about?
They're mutants.Copy !req
247. They can shoot lasers
out of their hands.Copy !req
248. I'm pretty sure
they can find a building.Copy !req
249. I know I'm right about this.Copy !req
250. We can bury the paperwork.Copy !req
251. Just... get some techs
on it, all right?Copy !req
252. Yeah. I'll see what I can do.Copy !req
253. I've been looking
into the Trask lab.Copy !req
254. This place is
out in the middle of nowhere.Copy !req
255. There is no information on it.Copy !req
256. But there is this.Copy !req
257. A bar?Copy !req
258. What good does that do us?Copy !req
259. I cross-referenced
credit card activityCopy !req
260. with places near the lab,
and this placeCopy !req
261. is popular with Trask employees.Copy !req
262. I could go in.Copy !req
263. Pull some information
out of a guardCopy !req
264. or an operations person.Copy !req
265. That's a good idea.Copy !req
266. I'll go for protection.Copy !req
267. - No. I will.
- Are you sure, babe?Copy !req
268. I mean, you haven't
really been sleeping well.Copy !req
269. I'm okay.Copy !req
270. Marcos, if you want to get
information from a guy at a bar,Copy !req
271. you don't send a girl
and another guy.Copy !req
272. We'll be fine.Copy !req
273. Hey. Hope you're hungry.Copy !req
274. I have a nondairy
cheese and chive omeletCopy !req
275. with your name on it.Copy !req
276. How are you handling
all of this?Copy !req
277. I know it's not fair, but I...Copy !req
278. I keep thinking how different
everything would have beenCopy !req
279. i-if Lauren would have
just told us she was a mutant.Copy !req
280. - Come on, we can't go down
that road. -Or if your fatherCopy !req
281. would have just told
everyone the truth.Copy !req
282. Our whole lives
would be different.Copy !req
283. Your job.Copy !req
284. H-How we raised our kids.Copy !req
285. - I mean, Andy may have never...
- We did the best that we could.Copy !req
286. Hmm.Copy !req
287. What about you? If...Copy !req
288. if you'd known then
what you know now...Copy !req
289. would you have done
anything differently?Copy !req
290. With us?Copy !req
291. No.Copy !req
292. Cait...Copy !req
293. there is one more thing
I haven't told you.Copy !req
294. My dad told meCopy !req
295. that his father and aunt...Copy !req
296. were terrorists.Copy !req
297. - What?
- They hadCopy !req
298. the same powers
as Andy and Lauren.Copy !req
299. And when they
combined them together,Copy !req
300. they were massively destructive.Copy !req
301. I... And you...Copy !req
302. you think Andy and Lauren
can do the same thing?Copy !req
303. - I don't know.
- Well,Copy !req
304. - we have to tell them.
- Do we?Copy !req
305. Isn't that likeCopy !req
306. - handing them a loaded gun?
- Your father, he didn't tell youCopy !req
307. you were a mutant— you think
he did the right thing?Copy !req
308. No more secrets, Reed.Copy !req
309. So, you're really in charge?Copy !req
310. Of the entire security system?Copy !req
311. I mean, not like the boss boss,Copy !req
312. but of my shift? Yeah.Copy !req
313. Basically, I... I run it.Copy !req
314. - Hmm.
- Wow, that sounds intense.Copy !req
315. Mm-hmm.Copy !req
316. You don't know the half of it.Copy !req
317. The place is like a fortress.Copy !req
318. You know, automatic guns,
detectors...Copy !req
319. I shouldn't be telling you
any of this.Copy !req
320. Must be so scary
to work with mutants.Copy !req
321. Do you ever worry
they'll attack you?Copy !req
322. Oh, they have a whole program
in place to make them behave.Copy !req
323. Remember when they
were calling themselvesCopy !req
324. "Homo superior"?Copy !req
325. Well, they're not so superior
when you...Copy !req
326. crack 'em in the head
with a nightstick.Copy !req
327. I mean, one good shot
to the temple...Copy !req
328. they drop...Copy !req
329. A little like that?Copy !req
330. Lorna, what the hell?Copy !req
331. What? I'm just teaching himCopy !req
332. - to respect the genetically
different.Copy !req
333. Quit crying. Nobody saw.
Just do your thing.Copy !req
334. Give him anything
to remember us by?Copy !req
335. Mm. Just a lonely night...Copy !req
336. till he cracked his head
on a urinal.Copy !req
337. Best girls' night ever.Copy !req
338. So, you guys are
for real right now?Copy !req
339. Like, seriously serious?Copy !req
340. Yes, that's-that's why
we thought we should...Copy !req
341. deal with this as a family.Copy !req
342. I think we learned
the hard way thatCopy !req
343. discovering mutant abilities
by accident isn't ideal.Copy !req
344. Look, it might be nothing.Copy !req
345. My dad could possibly be wrong.Copy !req
346. Just because the von Strucker
twins could do itCopy !req
347. - doesn't necessarily mean...
- What if he's right?Copy !req
348. You want us
to destroy something?Copy !req
349. - Definitely not. No.
- No. No.Copy !req
350. Th-That's... that's
why we wanted to test itCopy !req
351. in the vault— just to...Copy !req
352. to see
if there's anything there.Copy !req
353. Okay.Copy !req
354. So...Copy !req
355. this is weird.Copy !req
356. But is...Copy !req
357. is there... anything?Copy !req
358. Yeah. Andy's hand is sweaty.Copy !req
359. O-Okay. Well, then maybeCopy !req
360. there's... there's nothing
to worry about.Copy !req
361. Maybe it's nothing.Copy !req
362. No. Wait.
Just give it a chance, okay?Copy !req
363. Maybe we gotta, like,
squeeze harder or something,Copy !req
364. actually want something
to happen. Come on. Please?Copy !req
365. We got to try.Copy !req
366. Hey.Copy !req
367. Hey, hey.
Hey, hey, hey, hey. Hey!Copy !req
368. What happened?Copy !req
369. I don't know.Copy !req
370. It was like...Copy !req
371. - I could feel...
- Everything around me.Copy !req
372. All we had to do is push.Copy !req
373. I-I don't understand.
Did you use the power?Copy !req
374. Dad...Copy !req
375. if we tried...Copy !req
376. Did you feel that?
Everything coming apart?Copy !req
377. - Kids, what happened?
We were aboutCopy !req
378. to bring down
the entire building.Copy !req
379. We would have killed
everyone here.Copy !req
380. Sonya and I have been going
through the memories she gotCopy !req
381. from that guard
and it does not look good.Copy !req
382. What are we up against?Copy !req
383. Well, the lab is hardenedCopy !req
384. against mutant attack.Copy !req
385. They have motion
and infrared sensors connectedCopy !req
386. to heavy-caliber guns that are
mounted all over their building.Copy !req
387. - Guns? I can handle guns.
I know, but it isCopy !req
388. way too dangerous when there's
this many, at this range.Copy !req
389. Clarice, can you get us
past their defenses?Copy !req
390. No. It's too far.Copy !req
391. I don't know the first thingCopy !req
392. about the inside of that place.Copy !req
393. I could blink us intoCopy !req
394. the middle of a concrete wall.Copy !req
395. Well, there has to be something.Copy !req
396. I did find one vulnerability.Copy !req
397. There is a power substation
a few miles away.Copy !req
398. If we took it out,
we could get into the labCopy !req
399. before their systems
came back on line.Copy !req
400. - So what are we waiting for? -We
don't have enough heavy hittersCopy !req
401. to attack both places at once.
And we're checking withCopy !req
402. - the other stations now. -Well,
how long is that gonna take,Copy !req
403. - because my family... -Listen,
I understand... -Esme. Esme.Copy !req
404. Believe me. This means
as much to me as it does to you.Copy !req
405. But we are gonna get
one shot at this.Copy !req
406. We can't miss.Copy !req
407. So, what happened in the vault?Copy !req
408. What did you feel, exactly?Copy !req
409. Everything around usCopy !req
410. kind of... just disappeared.Copy !req
411. And it's like, there wasn't
two of us anymore.Copy !req
412. There was just one.Copy !req
413. It's like... we were seeing
out of the same eyes.Copy !req
414. You said you could have
destroyed a building.Copy !req
415. - How did you know that?
- I could feel it.Copy !req
416. Andy pushes things apart, right?Copy !req
417. I do the opposite,
I can pull them together.Copy !req
418. Combined, it was like, we could
do whatever we wanted. I mean,Copy !req
419. we were looking at the wall
in front of us,Copy !req
420. and-and we could have just...
vaporized it.Copy !req
421. - Maybe if we practice, we...
- Practice?Copy !req
422. What? We can do it, we might
as well get better at it.Copy !req
423. Eh, you've been given
a gift, and a power like thatCopy !req
424. could hurt people, you can't
just go around using it...Copy !req
425. So we should just stuff it down
and bury it like your dad did?Copy !req
426. How'd that work out?Copy !req
427. - That's way out of bounds, Andy.
Mom.Copy !req
428. It's who we are, okay?
It's who I am.Copy !req
429. Andy, sometimes you can't
control your own powers.Copy !req
430. I see.Copy !req
431. So I'm just
some kind of monster.Copy !req
432. That's not what he meant.Copy !req
433. At least you guys have one kid
you can actually trust.Copy !req
434. Mom...Copy !req
435. Let me talk to him.Copy !req
436. Andy...Copy !req
437. - Andy!
- What?Copy !req
438. You know Mom and Dad are just
trying to protect us, right?Copy !req
439. Yeah, yeah, I totally get it.Copy !req
440. I'm a freak
because I don't hate my powers.Copy !req
441. You think I hated that?Copy !req
442. I've never felt so powerful.Copy !req
443. It scared me...Copy !req
444. because it felt good.Copy !req
445. Do you remember that time
that it happened before?Copy !req
446. At the park.Copy !req
447. - You felt that?
- Yeah. That was beforeCopy !req
448. I even knew I was a mutant.
I mean, I...Copy !req
449. That's when I started
messing up at school.Copy !req
450. It's 'cause I couldn't get it
out of my mind.Copy !req
451. Me, too.Copy !req
452. All I want to do right now
is try that again.Copy !req
453. Does that mean...Copy !req
454. does that mean we're gonna
be like them?Copy !req
455. The von Struckers?Copy !req
456. Honestly... I don't know.Copy !req
457. So this is the substation?Copy !req
458. Uh, yeah.Copy !req
459. Sage was able to get it using
the guard's system access.Copy !req
460. Look, are you sure we can't
take this down ourselves?Copy !req
461. I'm good with electronics.Copy !req
462. Sage said we get
three minutes topsCopy !req
463. before the generators
kick back on.Copy !req
464. - We'd never get back
to the lab in time.Copy !req
465. Listen, we need to talk
about the other night.Copy !req
466. It was a nightmare.
It's nothing.Copy !req
467. Nothing?Copy !req
468. It's not nothing.Copy !req
469. I think all the furniture
in our room would disagree.Copy !req
470. - Look, if you're worried
about the baby... -If?Copy !req
471. Of course I'm worried
about the baby.Copy !req
472. Why?Copy !req
473. I'm not sure that this place
is gonna make it.Copy !req
474. No matter what,Copy !req
475. I will protect you,
and that kid.Copy !req
476. That's a promise.Copy !req
477. I don't know if that's a promise
you can keep.Copy !req
478. What?Copy !req
479. Hey.Copy !req
480. Am I interrupting?Copy !req
481. Yes.Copy !req
482. No, it's all right.Copy !req
483. - What is it?
- I have an idea.Copy !req
484. For the power station,
how to knock it out.Copy !req
485. Yeah? What's that?Copy !req
486. We use the Strucker kids.Copy !req
487. No, it's-it's probably gonna be
another late night...Copy !req
488. What else is new?Copy !req
489. I know, I know.
Look, I'm sorry. It's just,Copy !req
490. we're on to something, here.
We're getting really close.Copy !req
491. I-I just don't like
that you're going back to workCopy !req
492. - so soon after...
- Babe.Copy !req
493. This is exactly
why I have to be here.Copy !req
494. This isn't just about me.Copy !req
495. I want justice,
for Grace, for all of us.Copy !req
496. Just...Copy !req
497. come home safe.Copy !req
498. I will.Copy !req
499. When the job is done.Copy !req
500. When the job's done.Copy !req
501. - I love you.
- I love you, too.Copy !req
502. What do we got, Ed?Copy !req
503. I called in some favors.Copy !req
504. I was able to pull together
a team to look into the lab.Copy !req
505. All right.Copy !req
506. Good job.Copy !req
507. Just know: we're out
on the skinny branches here.Copy !req
508. An unauthorized investigation
into a covert facility?Copy !req
509. If this fails, we're talking
to the FBI in handcuffs.Copy !req
510. Then we best not fail.Copy !req
511. We need you to do
the same thingCopy !req
512. to the substation transformers
that you didCopy !req
513. to the prison convoy bus.Copy !req
514. Now, you don't have to do this.Copy !req
515. We know it's a lot
to ask, but...Copy !req
516. now we just don't see
another way.Copy !req
517. Look, we want to help,Copy !req
518. but why does it need to be
Lauren and Andy?Copy !req
519. Well, because we need
everyone elseCopy !req
520. with combat powers
to assault the lab.Copy !req
521. Now, we think that we can take
down that power substationCopy !req
522. without putting them
at any risk.Copy !req
523. So exploding high voltage
transformers is the safe job?Copy !req
524. In this case, yes.Copy !req
525. Sage hacked
the security cameras.Copy !req
526. The station only has
a handful of guards.Copy !req
527. Clarice will get everyone in.
Sonya will guide them.Copy !req
528. We've been through every option.Copy !req
529. This is the only one that works.Copy !req
530. I'm down.Copy !req
531. Let's do it.Copy !req
532. Okay.Copy !req
533. But Caitlin and I need to be the
ones monitoring the security.Copy !req
534. If our kids are there,
we are, too.Copy !req
535. Look, Sage will set you up,
show you what to do.Copy !req
536. All right,
everybody get ready.Copy !req
537. We move out in an hour.Copy !req
538. All right, this is it.
Gate's up there.Copy !req
539. We'll go check it out,
see what we're dealing with.Copy !req
540. Sounds good.
We'll get the party favors.Copy !req
541. Oh.
- That's a detonator.Copy !req
542. Drop it too hard,
this ends quick.Copy !req
543. - Sorry.
- You seem a bit jumpy.Copy !req
544. Have you ever done anything
like this before?Copy !req
545. Not exactly.Copy !req
546. Okay, before we go in there,Copy !req
547. you got to understand something.Copy !req
548. When the shooting starts,
everything changes.Copy !req
549. If you're not ready, then I...Copy !req
550. I... I am ready.Copy !req
551. I just, I slipped. Okay?Copy !req
552. Look, if you're hereCopy !req
553. because you think this is gonna
be some adventure,Copy !req
554. you're making a mistake.Copy !req
555. Marcos!Copy !req
556. Hey.Copy !req
557. Have you ever been so angryCopy !req
558. about someone you love
getting hurtCopy !req
559. that you would do anything
to stop the pain?Copy !req
560. That's why I'm here.Copy !req
561. For the people I love
in that building.Copy !req
562. I can't leave them.Copy !req
563. They're a part of me.Copy !req
564. That is a long stroll
from the fence to the building.Copy !req
565. Well, we knew
it wouldn't be easy.Copy !req
566. Yeah. Says the bulletproof guy.Copy !req
567. This would have been so much
easier if we had Pulse with us.Copy !req
568. - Yeah.
- He could've taken outCopy !req
569. - every automated gun
in that place.Copy !req
570. Course, we'd be hearing tales
of his awesomeness for months.Copy !req
571. Yeah.Copy !req
572. I miss him.Copy !req
573. Yeah, me, too. But John,Copy !req
574. you weren't the only person
that left him there that night.Copy !req
575. That's on all of us,
not just you.Copy !req
576. And today,
we get to make it up to him.Copy !req
577. We're in place.Copy !req
578. Copy that. We're en route.Copy !req
579. We're almost
at the power substation.Copy !req
580. Okay, be safe out there.Copy !req
581. What we're doing here,
it's a parent's worst nightmare.Copy !req
582. - We can handle...
- Andy, we know.Copy !req
583. We know you can.Copy !req
584. We're doing this
because we trust you.Copy !req
585. Hey, Struckers, heads up.
We're here.Copy !req
586. Yeah.Copy !req
587. - We're ready.
- Okay.Copy !req
588. Bypassing firewall.Copy !req
589. And you should have picture
in three, two, one.Copy !req
590. Okay. It's working.Copy !req
591. I looped the camera feeds
so security won't see our team.Copy !req
592. But they'll notice eventually,
so be quick.Copy !req
593. Okay, guys.Copy !req
594. I'm gonna need
some room here, kid.Copy !req
595. Uh, yeah.Copy !req
596. Bye, Mom. -Okay.Copy !req
597. We got this.Copy !req
598. Um, guys?Copy !req
599. It's a little trickier
than holding an elevator.Copy !req
600. Can we hurry this up please?Copy !req
601. Turner.Copy !req
602. We've checked into everything.
No irregularities at the lab,Copy !req
603. no alarms, no nothing.Copy !req
604. What about lab employees?Copy !req
605. Anything unusual going on there?Copy !req
606. All the background checks
came back clean.Copy !req
607. We've got a guy out of town
for a funeral,Copy !req
608. one sick leave...Copy !req
609. Who's the sick leave?Copy !req
610. Security guard.
Called last night.Copy !req
611. Access the Trask
employee network.Copy !req
612. Pull up his record.Copy !req
613. I think it's a dead end.Copy !req
614. Guy passed out in a bar,
bumped his head.Copy !req
615. Probably sleeping off
his hangover.Copy !req
616. Right there.Copy !req
617. He accessed information
on the power station.Copy !req
618. Power station?
That's miles away.Copy !req
619. Yeah, but it powers the lab.Copy !req
620. They hit that,
they could get in.Copy !req
621. - I'll call the lab.
- No. No.Copy !req
622. The mutants could be monitoringCopy !req
623. communication there—
we're not calling anybody.Copy !req
624. We need a tactical team.Copy !req
625. Remote units, everything.Copy !req
626. We're not gonna be able
to do that under the radar.Copy !req
627. I don't care, this is it, man.Copy !req
628. I can feel it, okay?
Let's go.Copy !req
629. Hey. Can you hear me okay?Copy !req
630. We made it inside.Copy !req
631. We can hear you just fine.Copy !req
632. All right, we're going in.Copy !req
633. Hold on.Copy !req
634. There are some workers
in the hallway in front of you.Copy !req
635. Okay...Copy !req
636. Okay, you're clear.Copy !req
637. Sure you know
where you're going?Copy !req
638. Um, pretty sure.Copy !req
639. The guard I borrowed
the memory from had onlyCopy !req
640. been here a few times,
so it's a little hazy.Copy !req
641. The transformer
we need to take outCopy !req
642. is in the middle
of the building.Copy !req
643. So why didn't you just
portal us there?Copy !req
644. Hold up, there's
a conference room on your right.Copy !req
645. Can you make a portal
through a hundred wallsCopy !req
646. into a room you've
never seen beforeCopy !req
647. and land safely next to
a high-voltage transformer?Copy !req
648. Okay, you're clear.
- No.Copy !req
649. Yeah. Neither can I.Copy !req
650. Incoming,
door to your left.Copy !req
651. What are you doing here?Copy !req
652. Oh, did they not call?
From the front desk?Copy !req
653. No, I didn't get a call.Copy !req
654. Hang on just a sec.Copy !req
655. Come on.
You remember me.Copy !req
656. Or maybe you don't remember.Copy !req
657. Reed...Copy !req
658. Nice job, Sonya.Copy !req
659. All right, remember,Copy !req
660. once the Struckers take down
the transformerCopy !req
661. at the power station,
we only have three minutesCopy !req
662. to get the charges up
by the automated gunsCopy !req
663. - and get inside of Trask.
- Don't forget about the partCopy !req
664. where if we're off by a few
seconds, we all get slaughtered.Copy !req
665. - Marcos, not helpful.
- I'm sorry, it's just,Copy !req
666. look, once we get in there,
we don't know what we're doingCopy !req
667. or where we're going.Copy !req
668. Well, that's why she's here.Copy !req
669. First, we free the prisoners.Copy !req
670. Then we destroy the mainframes
and the research.Copy !req
671. Yeah, right.
So these prisoners...Copy !req
672. how do you know they're
gonna help us?Copy !req
673. Believe me, they'll help.Copy !req
674. Okay, uh, the next
few hallways seem clear.Copy !req
675. Got it. Thanks.Copy !req
676. They're gonna be all right.Copy !req
677. Yeah.Copy !req
678. When you used to go on busts,
how'd...Copy !req
679. how did you deal with it—
the nerves?Copy !req
680. The first few times, I...
I threw up.Copy !req
681. Really?
You never told me that.Copy !req
682. Well, we were still dating.Copy !req
683. I was trying to impress you.Copy !req
684. I still am.Copy !req
685. I found that if I focused
just on my plan,Copy !req
686. it got better.Copy !req
687. Now, our plan is to watch over
the kids.Copy !req
688. To keep them safe.Copy !req
689. We'll get through this.Copy !req
690. Sir, I still don't buy it.Copy !req
691. Do you really think
they'd come here?Copy !req
692. I thought they were going after
Campbell's lab.Copy !req
693. They will. They will.Copy !req
694. It's not a coincidence
that the guardCopy !req
695. that called in sick
accessed specsCopy !req
696. on this power substation.Copy !req
697. I'm telling you,
it's the mutants tryingCopy !req
698. to disable the lab security
before they go in.Copy !req
699. Zone 1 is clear.Copy !req
700. You're making a lot
of leaps, here.Copy !req
701. I mean, if the remote units
don't find anything,Copy !req
702. we're done—
you know that, right?Copy !req
703. Pushing past Zone 2. All clear.Copy !req
704. Zone 3, clear.
Advancing to 4.Copy !req
705. Come on...Copy !req
706. Sir. Remote unit just targeted.Copy !req
707. We've got mutants.Copy !req
708. Yes, we got 'em.Copy !req
709. We got 'em, we're hot.
Let's go!Copy !req
710. Oh, my God.Copy !req
711. Wait.Copy !req
712. - Oh, my God.
- What is it? What did you see?Copy !req
713. Hold on. I...Copy !req
714. Oh...Copy !req
715. Look! There.Copy !req
716. Sonya, get out of there.Copy !req
717. Get out of there now!Copy !req
718. Get out of there!
- Wait, I don't understand.Copy !req
719. - What's going on?
- Reed. Look!Copy !req
720. There is a Sentinel robot
and arms teams in the building!Copy !req
721. Get out of there now!Copy !req
722. We got to go. Now.Copy !req
723. - What the hell is going on?
- They know we're here.Copy !req
724. - They're coming for us.
All units move in.Copy !req
725. All units move in.Copy !req
726. Sir, the Sentinels...
they were destroyed last time.Copy !req
727. Not this time. Techs have
been working with them.Copy !req
728. They've been learning...
This time, they're ours.Copy !req
729. - What about the power
transformer? -There's no time!Copy !req
730. Clarice, you gotta get us out.Copy !req
731. I don't even know where
we are in this building.Copy !req
732. I don't know which direction.Copy !req
733. The-the, there's too many
hallways, I don't know.Copy !req
734. Hurry, please!Copy !req
735. I-I-I know, I'm trying.Copy !req
736. Okay. Okay, I got it!Copy !req
737. Guys! Guys!
Hey, guys, guys!Copy !req
738. - Andy!
- Uh, yeah, m-move, move.Copy !req
739. Move!Copy !req
740. Run!Copy !req
741. Clarice!Copy !req
742. No!Copy !req
743. Go! Go!Copy !req
744. Reed.Copy !req
745. Sonya? Sonya!
Do you copy?Copy !req
746. We have to go, Reed.
We have to help them!Copy !req
747. We can't, we can't go in the
building, we'll get caught.Copy !req
748. We can't help them
if we're captured, too.Copy !req
749. Hijo de perra...Copy !req
750. What happened?
Did somebody see us?Copy !req
751. We're on full lockdown!Copy !req
752. Mutants tried to hit
the power station.Copy !req
753. Sentinel Services caught 'em,Copy !req
754. said we might be next...Copy !req
755. No, they're not coming for us.Copy !req
756. We got to go.
Operation's blown. Come on!Copy !req
757. What? What? No.
No, we-we can't go,Copy !req
758. - we have to get in there!
- That's it.Copy !req
759. - They have our team at the
substation. -I am not leaving.Copy !req
760. - We have to get in there!
- We're going!Copy !req
761. - Come on, it's over.
- No! No, please, my family.Copy !req
762. - Don't make me leave them
behind! -I'm sorry, I'm sorry.Copy !req
763. - Come on.
- No! No...!Copy !req
764. Attention, all employees.Copy !req
765. This is not a drill.
The facility is under attack.Copy !req
766. Observe full lockdown
procedures.Copy !req
767. full lockdown procedures
are in effect.Copy !req
768. What are we gonna do?Copy !req
769. Sage gave me the codes.Copy !req
770. Come on!
They're coming!Copy !req
771. Come on, hurry!Copy !req
772. - Freeze!
Behind you!Copy !req
773. - Run.
Wait...Copy !req
774. - Run!
No, no, no!Copy !req
775. Get down on the ground, now!Copy !req
776. We can get out.Copy !req
777. We can get out if we did
what we did before.Copy !req
778. Like Fenris.Copy !req
779. - What are you doing?
- We can't...Copy !req
780. - We have to! -No. We're in
the basement of the building.Copy !req
781. If we do it,Copy !req
782. everyone's gonna die.Copy !req
783. - Stay where you are!Copy !req
784. Andy... Lauren.Copy !req
785. Don't move.Copy !req
786. No.
Oh, my God. No!Copy !req
787. No, Cait, what are you doing?Copy !req
788. - Those are our children, Reed!
- We can't.Copy !req
789. We can't.
There's nothing we can do.Copy !req
790. It's over.Copy !req
791. Get on your knees.Copy !req
792. - Reed, we can't just leave them.
- Cait, Cait...Copy !req
793. Get on your knees, now.Copy !req
794. Oh, my God.Copy !req
