1. Barry, it's Megan. L...Copy !req
2. Hi, this is Barry. I'm out running around.
Leave a message.Copy !req
3. Damn it, Barry. It's Megan.Copy !req
4. If you're there,
please pick up the phone.Copy !req
5. I'm in Willow Haven
and I need help fast.Copy !req
6. I can't believe you've never
seen The Philadelphia Story.Copy !req
7. Well, between my dad and my brother,
I grew up watching Westerns.Copy !req
8. There are no six-shooters here.Copy !req
9. You have Katharine Hepburn choosing
between Gary Grant and Jimmy Stewart.Copy !req
10. Wow, that sounds action-packed, huh?Copy !req
11. It depends
on what you call action-packed.Copy !req
12. Intense fleeting passion
or complex but true love.Copy !req
13. Look, I just hope there's a cartoon
with it, all right? Where is that remote?Copy !req
14. Oh, no.Copy !req
15. I hope it's not the office.Copy !req
16. Damn it, Barry. It's Megan.Copy !req
17. I need help.
I'm in Willow Haven. Please. Fast.Copy !req
18. - Megan Lockhart?
- The detective?Copy !req
19. But I thought she left Central.Copy !req
20. Willow Haven's a resort town
north of here, right?Copy !req
21. - I gotta go.
- It's 150 miles from here.Copy !req
22. I know, I've never done
that distance before.Copy !req
23. I don't wanna be a broken record,
but you can't...Copy !req
24. I know, I know, I know.
I'm risking muscle fatigue...Copy !req
25. dehydration, blackouts.
You heard the message.Copy !req
26. Start without me.
I'll be back.Copy !req
27. Well, I guess
it's just you and me, Earl.Copy !req
28. Popcorn?Copy !req
29. Prepare to be amazed,
ladies and gentlemen.Copy !req
30. I am James Montgomery Jesse.Copy !req
31. Welcome to my World of Illusion
Wonder Show.Copy !req
32. You're such a lovely audience.
Don't be shy.Copy !req
33. Give yourself
a huge round of applause.Copy !req
34. You're too kind.Copy !req
35. Hey, you call that an act?
You stink!Copy !req
36. A disbeliever?Copy !req
37. See if you can figure out
how this works.Copy !req
38. And now...Copy !req
39. - Something you've all been waiting for.
- What are you doing? Help me. Help!Copy !req
40. Let me out of here!Copy !req
41. Other prestidigitators
may give you the illusion...Copy !req
42. of sawing a woman in half.Copy !req
43. You're crazy!Copy !req
44. But there's no substitute
for the real thing.Copy !req
45. Can't we talk about this?Copy !req
46. Darling, you're acting like we haven't
done this a thousand times before.Copy !req
47. - Trust me.
- Go to hell.Copy !req
48. Watch your language.
This is a family show.Copy !req
49. And now, ladies and gentlemen,
before your very eyes...Copy !req
50. I shall cut
my lovely assistant in twain.Copy !req
51. What?Copy !req
52. No!Copy !req
53. Who the hell are you?Copy !req
54. Thanks, Red. I needed that.Copy !req
55. This is my show. My show!Copy !req
56. A disappearing act, huh?Copy !req
57. I gotta learn how to do that.Copy !req
58. I warn you.
I've mastered all of Houdini's secrets.Copy !req
59. Oh, put a sock in it.Copy !req
60. I'm glad you got my message.Copy !req
61. Are you okay?Copy !req
62. Wiped out.Copy !req
63. How did you get involved with...Copy !req
64. "Mandrake" here?Copy !req
65. Routine repo job.Copy !req
66. His name's James Jesse.
Like Jesse James...Copy !req
67. only backwards and twisted.Copy !req
68. I followed him across state lines, and he
turns the tables and starts chasing me.Copy !req
69. I thought I lost him on the back roads
and then he set up a trap for me here.Copy !req
70. How was I supposed to know
he was a homicidal maniac?Copy !req
71. The mustache and beard are real.Copy !req
72. So I lied.Copy !req
73. I've gotta tell you, I'm impressed.Copy !req
74. It took real guts
to take this guy down.Copy !req
75. It was nothing, really.Copy !req
76. Martial arts training
and a lot of street fighting.Copy !req
77. Well, you hit the jackpot with this bird.
He's been tough to track.Copy !req
78. He's got more personalities
than a variety show.Copy !req
79. He's wanted for murder
in five states.Copy !req
80. That's six states.Copy !req
81. She didn't stop me.Copy !req
82. - It was that Flash thing.
- Yeah, right. And I'm Bugs Bunny.Copy !req
83. Are you sure you're all right, ma'am?
You don't need an escort?Copy !req
84. No, I'm fine, really.
I've got a guardian angel.Copy !req
85. Come on, Williams. The lady's
had a rough night already.Copy !req
86. Megan.Copy !req
87. You've won my heart.
You're aggressive, persistent, tough.Copy !req
88. Everything I admire in a woman.Copy !req
89. You hear me? I love you.Copy !req
90. - Please. You've got to believe me.
- Let's get out of here.Copy !req
91. Megan, I love you.Copy !req
92. I love you!Copy !req
93. Cold?Copy !req
94. I hope they lock
that guy away for good.Copy !req
95. Did you see his eyes?
They were like tiny black holes.Copy !req
96. Listen, I really don't think I'm up
for the trek back to Central City.Copy !req
97. Can you give me a lift?Copy !req
98. In that red suit, honey,
you're riding in back.Copy !req
99. Wait here.Copy !req
100. - What do you think?
- Very snazzy.Copy !req
101. I'm sorry I didn't wear
my clam diggers.Copy !req
102. Oh, man.Copy !req
103. I guess I wasn't quite ready
for hyper speed, huh?Copy !req
104. I'll tell you what.
We'll stop off at the Moo and Brew.Copy !req
105. - All you can eat for 4.99.
- Yeah?Copy !req
106. - Yeah.
- Sounds like heaven.Copy !req
107. Let's go.Copy !req
108. - You can do that at high speed?
- If I have to.Copy !req
109. Oh, it makes my life
sound pretty dull.Copy !req
110. Oh, you're right. Like tonight, huh?Copy !req
111. - Okay, you got me.
- Tina's sleeping.Copy !req
112. No, no, no. Don't worry.
Don't worry. I'm awake.Copy !req
113. Megan's with you.Copy !req
114. Oh, of course.
Did everything turn out all right?Copy !req
115. Well, let's just say if not for Barry,
I'd be beside myself.Copy !req
116. What are you wearing?Copy !req
117. I'll explain in the morning.Copy !req
118. Speaking of morning,
I have an early appointment.Copy !req
119. Yeah. Barry mentioned to me
what happens to you...Copy !req
120. when you don't get enough sleep.Copy !req
121. - All-girl gang, huh?
- You told her about that?Copy !req
122. Well, yeah.Copy !req
123. I brought her up to date.Copy !req
124. Besides you, she is the only one
who knows I'm the Flash. So...Copy !req
125. Well, I guess I can't be the only one.Copy !req
126. Listen, I'll make some tea
and the three of us...Copy !req
127. can sit down and catch up.
- Great idea.Copy !req
128. I've gotta hit the road.
Megan, if you're looking for a hotel...Copy !req
129. the Ritz on 2nd Street
has phenomenal room service.Copy !req
130. No. You're staying here, all right?
I got plenty of room right here.Copy !req
131. - Great.
- Yeah.Copy !req
132. - Well, nice seeing you again, Megan.
- Same here, McGee.Copy !req
133. Tina, listen, one more time,
I'm really sorry about tonight.Copy !req
134. Don't worry about it, Barry,
I'll call you in the morning.Copy !req
135. Okay.Copy !req
136. - I am wasted.
- Oh, yeah.Copy !req
137. Definitely time for bed.Copy !req
138. I mean, you take the bedroom.Copy !req
139. - I'll camp down here with Earl.
- Forget it, Barry.Copy !req
140. You've had one hellish night. I don't
wanna impose any more than I have.Copy !req
141. No, no. Come on, get up, get up.
Before I change my mind.Copy !req
142. If the Scouts found out
I put you on the couch...Copy !req
143. they'd take back my merit badges,
and my red suit.Copy !req
144. Well, we couldn't
have that now, could we?Copy !req
145. You know, Barry, not only
are you fast, but you're nice.Copy !req
146. Nice?Copy !req
147. Thanks for saving my life yet again.Copy !req
148. - Good night.
- Good night.Copy !req
149. We could meet halfway.Copy !req
150. I thought you were tired.Copy !req
151. Exhausted.Copy !req
152. Yeah, me too.Copy !req
153. Wait a minute.Copy !req
154. It isn't over yet, is it?Copy !req
155. Not a chance.Copy !req
156. A red costume,
with that lightning-bolt insignia...Copy !req
157. signifying his dark power.Copy !req
158. - Will you listen to him?
- I can't believe we gotta haul him...Copy !req
159. all the way to state lockup.Copy !req
160. To hell with that.
Take me to Central City.Copy !req
161. That's where this Flash lives, right?Copy !req
162. Yeah, there's no justice.Copy !req
163. He stole the only woman
I ever loved from me.Copy !req
164. That's because you murdered
the other 12 only women you ever loved.Copy !req
165. Flash.Copy !req
166. He kidnapped her, brainwashed her
with his black science.Copy !req
167. There's only one man
who can stop the Flash.Copy !req
168. Hey, hey, hey!Copy !req
169. There's only one man who can rescue
my faithful companion, Megan Lockhart...Copy !req
170. from the Flash's evil clutches.
And I am that man.Copy !req
171. Move over.Copy !req
172. I'm driving.Copy !req
173. I like it.Copy !req
174. Leased?Copy !req
175. You took her from me,
red demon. Brainwashed her.Copy !req
176. All to make her forget her one true love.Copy !req
177. But no matter what you do,
no matter where you run...Copy !req
178. you won't keep Megan Lockhart
from my side...Copy !req
179. because, my dear Flash,
you may have defeated James Jesse...Copy !req
180. but you'll never defeat...Copy !req
181. The Trickster.Copy !req
182. When our corrupt DA friend
used me to blackmail you...Copy !req
183. I figured I had some thinking to do
so I ended up in L. A...Copy !req
184. and came to a few realizations.
- Yeah, like what?Copy !req
185. Like, one, I hate anyone who uses
the word "dude" in a sentence.Copy !req
186. And, two, sitting around
doing nothing makes me totally insane.Copy !req
187. So you started doing repo work, right?Copy !req
188. To pass the time.Copy !req
189. The thrill, the adrenaline rush.Copy !req
190. I know all about that.Copy !req
191. Oh, I know you do.Copy !req
192. So should I call the chapped-lip squad,
or would you two prefer to be alone?Copy !req
193. Don't you have a morning
of your own to ruin?Copy !req
194. Julio Mendez, Megan Lockhart.Copy !req
195. - Hi.
- Hi. How are you doing?Copy !req
196. Just picked up my costume
for the policemen's ball.Copy !req
197. Are you gonna make it?Copy !req
198. - Hey, you know...?
- I may not be in town that long.Copy !req
199. Will you excuse us for a moment, please?Copy !req
200. Okay, let me get this straight.Copy !req
201. Last night it's Tina.Copy !req
202. This morning it's this hot chick.Copy !req
203. What's going on?
What are you, Barry's evil twin?Copy !req
204. Only that haircut would cover
your filthy mind.Copy !req
205. Well, things are...
Things are happening.Copy !req
206. - They're happening?
- Yeah.Copy !req
207. Well, don't look now,
but things are really happening.Copy !req
208. - Hey, guys.
- Tina.Copy !req
209. My turn to buy muffins
and croissants for the office.Copy !req
210. Yeah, listen. Again,
I'm really sorry about last night.Copy !req
211. Oh, don't worry, Barry. I understand.Copy !req
212. Anyway, we still have
the police costume ball Saturday night.Copy !req
213. - We do?
- Yeah, did you forget?Copy !req
214. No, no. Well, yeah, kind of.Copy !req
215. Well, you know, Megan's in town,
and I thought that, well, maybe...Copy !req
216. Well, maybe we could
make it a foursome.Copy !req
217. - How about Gibson from Cybernetics?
- Gibson?Copy !req
218. - Yeah.
- Yeah, that would make four of us.Copy !req
219. - Yeah.
- Yeah.Copy !req
220. No, he's not right for Megan.
No, listen, you two go alone.Copy !req
221. I really don't want to leave you
stuck on a Saturday.Copy !req
222. Don't worry, Barry. It's no big deal.
Saturday was iffy at best.Copy !req
223. - Lffy.
- Yeah.Copy !req
224. - Okay, if you're sure it's all right.
- Listen, I gotta run.Copy !req
225. - Have a great time. Okay, bye.
- Bye.Copy !req
226. Hey, you forgot your...Copy !req
227. croissant.Copy !req
228. I hate to kick a man when he's doing
a good job of it himself.Copy !req
229. Although this is your day off,
there's a stack of test results.Copy !req
230. - They need your signature.
- Swell.Copy !req
231. That's good. A little bit to the right.Copy !req
232. - And can you raise it up about an inch?
- Will you stop, please!Copy !req
233. - Murph, come on. Come on.
- What?Copy !req
234. You can tell me.Copy !req
235. Just when I thought
the lobotomy was working.Copy !req
236. How many ways can you misspell
"lead perpetrator" on one page?Copy !req
237. Come on. Let's drop these
on Garfield's desk.Copy !req
238. We have the rest of the day
to ourselves.Copy !req
239. Barry. Barry.
You have got to hear this one, man.Copy !req
240. - You've gotta hear this. Now...
- Officers Murphy and Bellows.Copy !req
241. - Megan Lockhart.
- I remember you.Copy !req
242. - Last year at the company fire, wasn't it?
- How could I forget?Copy !req
243. - Pleasure.
- Yeah, same here.Copy !req
244. Barry, wait till you hear this.
Okay, Sherlock, Jr., here...Copy !req
245. every time he sees the Flash it's
without me. Now he thinks I'm the Flash.Copy !req
246. Murphy is always out of sight
whenever the Flash shows up.Copy !req
247. I made a chart.Copy !req
248. Okay, Flash sightings cross-indexed
with Officer Murphy's patrol log?Copy !req
249. - It's very interesting.
- I rest my case.Copy !req
250. Pure speculation, Your Honor.
Pure speculation.Copy !req
251. Well, now, Murph, it does seem
that you do protest too much.Copy !req
252. You know, I saw the Flash once
and I must say it is very close.Copy !req
253. - Those steely eyes.
- Yeah.Copy !req
254. Officer Murphy,
I am proud to work with you.Copy !req
255. - And your secret is safe with all of us.
- Oh, boy. You know...Copy !req
256. I would love
to have you guys as witnesses.Copy !req
257. Perkins, Crenshaw.Copy !req
258. We've got a double homicide
at the Desoto Exit on 61.Copy !req
259. What's up, lieutenant?Copy !req
260. Well, some psycho named James Jesse.Copy !req
261. He killed two state troopers last night...Copy !req
262. and dumped the bodies
in the city limits. Those for me?Copy !req
263. - Oh, yeah.
- Thank you.Copy !req
264. There's...Copy !req
265. a billion in one chance that
he could be in Central City.Copy !req
266. No. He's miles away from here.Copy !req
267. I know you're right.Copy !req
268. He has no reason at all
to believe that I'm here.Copy !req
269. - No.
- I mean none. No reason at all.Copy !req
270. Sure.Copy !req
271. In my darkest hours, a raid
against my greatest foes.Copy !req
272. You always stood by me, Frank.Copy !req
273. Ever my faithful
and trustworthy sidekick.Copy !req
274. What do you think?
"Oh, Trickster, it's beautiful.Copy !req
275. Right now I'm not feeling too beautiful.Copy !req
276. Because my mind is clouded
by the Flash's hypnotic powers."Copy !req
277. The fiend! But don't fret.Copy !req
278. I'll fight to win you back,
even if I have to lay the city to waste.Copy !req
279. "Oh, Trickster, I love you."
And I you.Copy !req
280. With all my heart.Copy !req
281. To The Trickster-mobile!Copy !req
282. I've been on my own since I was 15,
standing up to wise guys and pimps.Copy !req
283. I can't kick this feeling of dread.Copy !req
284. He's got me running for my life.Copy !req
285. Crooks I understand.
But this guy is nuts.Copy !req
286. And he thinks he's in love with me.Copy !req
287. So I'll take care of you.Copy !req
288. You can't be around all the time.Copy !req
289. And I'm not big on other people
fighting my own battles.Copy !req
290. I don't like the looks of this.Copy !req
291. Citizens of Central City!Copy !req
292. I am The Trickster, here to rescue you...Copy !req
293. from the menace known as the Flash.Copy !req
294. And to save the darling of my heart
from his fiendish affections.Copy !req
295. Ta-ta for now.Copy !req
296. Barry, that voice.Copy !req
297. It's Jesse.Copy !req
298. - I'm going after him.
- Wait.Copy !req
299. Look.Copy !req
300. The finance company hired me
because Jesse missed his car payments.Copy !req
301. And now he's got this fatal attraction
thing for you and the Flash. Great.Copy !req
302. He's wanted for murder in six states
under six different names.Copy !req
303. According to the FBI,
James Jesse's a role player.Copy !req
304. A doctor in Seattle,
a lawyer in Des Moines.Copy !req
305. A magician in Willow Haven.Copy !req
306. A costumed clown running rampant
in my town? What next?Copy !req
307. It's like the Flash draws them
out of the woodwork.Copy !req
308. Wait a minute.Copy !req
309. You think the Flash
is responsible for The Trickster?Copy !req
310. Circus suit, high media profile,
works outside the law.Copy !req
311. Every loon in a three-mile radius
has gotta have a case of costume envy.Copy !req
312. Is Garfield right?
Am I responsible for The Trickster?Copy !req
313. - How could you be?
- No, wait a minute.Copy !req
314. Since I became the Flash,
these eccentric criminals...Copy !req
315. have been coming out of the woodwork.
The Trackman, Ghost, Gideon, now this.Copy !req
316. - Maybe I should hang it up.
- Stop blaming yourself.Copy !req
317. Blame society.Copy !req
318. Welcome to post-modern America.Copy !req
319. Trickster's taken hostages
at Hecksapoppins.Copy !req
320. Don't worry.
I'm sure Murphy's on the case.Copy !req
321. I've gotta get this guy
off my case once and for all.Copy !req
322. Not by yourself, you don't.Copy !req
323. Thank you, ladies and gentlemen.Copy !req
324. Roman candles...Copy !req
325. Yes. Yes, yes.Copy !req
326. Itching powder. Good, good, good.Copy !req
327. Vanishing cream.Copy !req
328. Oh, this is one terrific escape tool,
let me tell you.Copy !req
329. Let's see...Copy !req
330. X-ray specs.Copy !req
331. Total fraud.Copy !req
332. No one's singing.Copy !req
333. And we know what happens
when we don't sing, don't we?Copy !req
334. When your love is stolen from you...Copy !req
335. like that Flash stole mine...Copy !req
336. you've gotta do everything you can
to win her back, right?Copy !req
337. Right?Copy !req
338. What do you know about love?Copy !req
339. Honey bun.Copy !req
340. You're still under his power,
aren't you?Copy !req
341. Let them go, Jesse.Copy !req
342. It's over.Copy !req
343. Do I have to kill him to prove my love?Copy !req
344. I hate it when he does that.Copy !req
345. Are you okay?Copy !req
346. - I think I tore my knee.
- Oh, brother. Come on.Copy !req
347. Marbles.Copy !req
348. That laugh.Copy !req
349. But not for the dead body in there.Copy !req
350. Sorry to ruin your evening, Tina.Copy !req
351. Oh, I'm sorry, did that sting?Copy !req
352. Maybe that's why I screamed in agony.Copy !req
353. Here, next time bite on this.Copy !req
354. With your healing metabolism and this
salve, you'll be fine in a few hours.Copy !req
355. What a deal. I wish I had
that kind of medical coverage.Copy !req
356. Thanks a lot, Tina.
I'm glad you were in the lab.Copy !req
357. Well, it's not like
I had much of a social calendar.Copy !req
358. Look, I'm really sorry to have gotten you
both involved in this.Copy !req
359. What? Don't be silly.Copy !req
360. If Jesse didn't see the Flash
as a threat to his ego...Copy !req
361. he wouldn't give Central City hell
as The Trickster.Copy !req
362. Yeah, but that man in the novelty shop
died because of me.Copy !req
363. Look, the question is,
how are we gonna stop him?Copy !req
364. - We?
- Yes. That's how it works, isn't it?Copy !req
365. You work the streets and I work the lab.Copy !req
366. I got used to troubleshooting
Central City. I enjoy it.Copy !req
367. Unless you've got
a giant whoopee cushion...Copy !req
368. I don't think Star Labs
is up to this one.Copy !req
369. What's next? A high-speed
search of the city, what?Copy !req
370. I think you should let that leg heal
and I will do my own work.Copy !req
371. - What? It's the Flash Jesse's after.
- Because of me.Copy !req
372. I'm no damsel in distress.
I'm a detective.Copy !req
373. I found you out and I can find Jesse.Copy !req
374. - But...
- I'll call you later.Copy !req
375. Now, what's she trying to prove?Copy !req
376. Maybe you should ask yourself
the same question.Copy !req
377. What's that supposed to mean?Copy !req
378. You can't be a knight in shining red armor
for everybody, every day.Copy !req
379. Now I have to go too.
I don't live here, you know.Copy !req
380. - No line on the explosives?
- No.Copy !req
381. Okay, what about the statue?Copy !req
382. - Freddy Mercury?
- Not Freddy Mercury. The god of speed.Copy !req
383. - Where would I get that?
- How about a theatrical warehouse?Copy !req
384. - A theatrical warehouse. Right.
- There's a couple dozen.Copy !req
385. - How many?
- You heard me.Copy !req
386. Give me all of them,
even the closed ones.Copy !req
387. Come on.Copy !req
388. Come on, come on.
What is the matter with you?Copy !req
389. You okay, Bar?Copy !req
390. Yeah, yeah. I'm fine. I'm great.Copy !req
391. - Hey, have a chip.
- No, thanks. I'm not hungry.Copy !req
392. Now I am worried. What's up, man?Copy !req
393. Oh, I'm just trying to access
interstate files on James Jesse.Copy !req
394. Come on, what's really going on, Barry?Copy !req
395. Ever since Megan came back to town,
my life has been nuts.Copy !req
396. And now Tina's acting like...Copy !req
397. Oh, I see. Why didn't you tell me
it was about babes, man?Copy !req
398. I don't have any idea
what they want from me.Copy !req
399. Okay, okay. Let Dr. Love Thing
set you straight, all right?Copy !req
400. You're not supposed to have any idea.
But look at it this way, man.Copy !req
401. At least you're not sublimating
your sex drive with food anymore, right?Copy !req
402. - Barry Allen?
- Yeah.Copy !req
403. Bob Endicott, FBI.Copy !req
404. I'm on the James Jesse case.Copy !req
405. Your chief tells me
you're attached to the investigation.Copy !req
406. Yeah, I was just going over
the files from your office.Copy !req
407. - This Jesse is a real character.
- I'll say.Copy !req
408. He's the most brilliant criminal mind
I've ever chased across 12 states.Copy !req
409. They don't even have
the San Antonio incident.Copy !req
410. The guy was nearly elected mayor in '88.Copy !req
411. Let's get down to brass tacks.Copy !req
412. We're extremely concerned
about Miss Lockhart...Copy !req
413. and prepared to put her
under federal protection.Copy !req
414. I'm not sure she wants protection.Copy !req
415. She's staying with me
so you can talk to her if you want.Copy !req
416. - Sir, what's up?
- It's The Trickster.Copy !req
417. He's left another love letter for your
girlfriend by Parkhurst Alley.Copy !req
418. Girlfriend.Copy !req
419. Jesse, you are one sick pup.Copy !req
420. Stand back. Stand back.
Hey, get down.Copy !req
421. We've already got some burn victims.Copy !req
422. The lunatic's in the truck
and I want the bomb squad here now!Copy !req
423. Now.Copy !req
424. Hey, watch out for that yo-yo in the car.
He may have accomplices.Copy !req
425. Go ahead, Murph. Change
into your outfit. I won't tell anybody.Copy !req
426. Will you stop with that long enough
so we can take care of The Trickster?Copy !req
427. It hurts me that you don't feel
you can trust me.Copy !req
428. Bellows, if I hear one more word
about this "I'm the Flash" stuff, I'll...Copy !req
429. You'll what, Murph?Copy !req
430. What?Copy !req
431. Your secret's safe with me, pal.Copy !req
432. - Take it easy. Come on.
- Megan?Copy !req
433. She's not here, Allen.Copy !req
434. Down, Earl. He's a fed.Copy !req
435. Although I'm not exactly sure
why he's here.Copy !req
436. Well, I wanted to talk,
and your door was open.Copy !req
437. Listen, you got a message
on your machine.Copy !req
438. Barry, I found Jesse's hideout.Copy !req
439. It's the old Agitprop Theatrical
Warehouse on Margo Lane.Copy !req
440. - I'm sure she's in danger.
- Then let's go.Copy !req
441. I don't like this one bit, Allen.
She shouldn't be here.Copy !req
442. She can take care of herself, Endicott.Copy !req
443. - Barry?
- What did I tell you? Megan, over here.Copy !req
444. Oh, I'm glad you could make it.Copy !req
445. - Who's that with you?
- This is Federal Agent Endicott.Copy !req
446. - Federal agent, like hell!
- Sweet dreams, Allen.Copy !req
447. - Jesse!
- Still under the mind control of the Flash.Copy !req
448. I'd hoped my fireworks display
would distract him...Copy !req
449. long enough to break the spell.Copy !req
450. Don't move, scum.Copy !req
451. First the Flash, now this guy.Copy !req
452. How many rivals must I tolerate?Copy !req
453. I ask so little of you,
my faithless companion.Copy !req
454. Jesse, don't.Copy !req
455. - Maybe we just need counseling.
- As my loyal sidekick...Copy !req
456. you have room
for but one man in your life.Copy !req
457. Okay, I'll be your sidekick.
Just let him go.Copy !req
458. I don't love him or the Flash.Copy !req
459. - Do you love me?
- Yes, I love you.Copy !req
460. - And you hate him?
- He means nothing to me.Copy !req
461. Then let's kill him.Copy !req
462. Barry!Copy !req
463. Let him out!Copy !req
464. - Who's there?
- It's me.Copy !req
465. What happened to you?Copy !req
466. I just got an impromptu dip
in The Trickster's aquarium.Copy !req
467. I'll be right back.Copy !req
468. - But what about Megan?
- Jesse's got her. They could be anywhere.Copy !req
469. - We've got to do something.
- But I don't even know where to start.Copy !req
470. Trickster thinks
she's his costumed sidekick.Copy !req
471. - So he probably hasn't hurt her. Yet.
- Well, I hope to God you're right.Copy !req
472. - I'm glad to see you're so concerned.
- Oh, come on, Barry. I like Megan.Copy !req
473. Before she came along,
I was the only one...Copy !req
474. that knew you were the Flash.
It was our secret.Copy !req
475. If things are starting
to happen between you...Copy !req
476. Hey, hey, hey. Listen.Copy !req
477. Whatever happens, it's not gonna get
in the way of our friendship.Copy !req
478. I know that.Copy !req
479. I guess I just wanted
to hear you say it.Copy !req
480. Now, we've got to think logically.
How do we handle The Trickster?Copy !req
481. That's it. That's it.Copy !req
482. What we have to do is not think logically.Copy !req
483. Play The Trickster's game
right back at him.Copy !req
484. I'm gonna call him out.Copy !req
485. "The Flash challenges The Trickster
to a clash of titans.Copy !req
486. Infintina Hotel tonight."Copy !req
487. In the middle of
a police costume ball?Copy !req
488. The Trickster's ego is way
out of control. I'm sure he'll show.Copy !req
489. And I couldn't assemble
more cops in one place if I tried.Copy !req
490. What's that about
my not saving the world every day...Copy !req
491. in my bright and shiny red armor?Copy !req
492. Sometimes you're the exception
that proves the rule.Copy !req
493. Well, call me if you hear
anything from Murph, huh?Copy !req
494. Ten-four and out.Copy !req
495. "The Flash challenges The Trickster."Copy !req
496. Wow! What a great idea, Murph.Copy !req
497. Damn it, Bellows.
Didn't you hear me?Copy !req
498. Wow. The system takes a real beating
being the Flash, huh? Look at you.Copy !req
499. I was strung up by a noose back there.
Then I was sucker-punched by a...Copy !req
500. Forget it.Copy !req
501. We gotta pick up the ladies
and go to that costume party.Copy !req
502. - Boy, do I need a drink.
- Anything you say, Murph.Copy !req
503. Can you believe the nerve of this guy?Copy !req
504. Oh, he's alive.Copy !req
505. Though we are sworn enemies, Prank,
the Flash fears and respects my power.Copy !req
506. And needs the might of the Central City
police to back him up.Copy !req
507. I am not Prank, and this is not
some Saturday morning cartoon.Copy !req
508. I will kill the Flash...Copy !req
509. freeing you from
his mental enslavement once and for all.Copy !req
510. And then,
my dearest, sweetest Prank...Copy !req
511. we can really get down
and celebrate our long-delayed...Copy !req
512. but eagerly awaited honeymoon.Copy !req
513. Lieutenant, Arthur Klein,
Nightside News.Copy !req
514. Can we get a comment
on the impending confrontation...Copy !req
515. between Central City's
costumed citizens?Copy !req
516. This is no joke, Klein.
People could get hurt.Copy !req
517. How come you guys
are always looking for trouble?Copy !req
518. Why not pump
the good cause behind this shindig?Copy !req
519. Because we know
you would've sold more tickets...Copy !req
520. if you announced the main event.Copy !req
521. Come on, lieutenant,
who's the odds-on favorite?Copy !req
522. The Flash or The Trickster?Copy !req
523. I've got heavily armed men
positioned around this hall.Copy !req
524. If those maniacs think
they're gonna crash this party...Copy !req
525. they got another think coming.Copy !req
526. - Hey, look, it's the Flash.
- Where?Copy !req
527. Murph, what are you doing?Copy !req
528. I can no longer live a lie, Bellows.Copy !req
529. That's right, Mr. And Mrs. America,
and all the ships at sea.Copy !req
530. Michael Frances Murphy is the Flash.Copy !req
531. Officer Murphy, please remember
that you are a policeman.Copy !req
532. - Yes, sir. It was a joke, sir.
- I have no sense of humor tonight.Copy !req
533. That's brilliant, man. No one
will ever believe you're the Flash.Copy !req
534. Can I ask you
a serious question, Bellows?Copy !req
535. Did your wonder horse
kick you in the head?Copy !req
536. Wonder horse?Copy !req
537. - That's a nice outfit, man.
- Thank you very much, Mendez.Copy !req
538. Unique and original too.
You're only number 11.Copy !req
539. Remember, my dear.
Try not to breathe.Copy !req
540. And now for our final conflict,
you crimson miscreant.Copy !req
541. Your days in Central City
are numbered.Copy !req
542. - I'm not the Flash, you dipstick.
- A decoy? Pathetic.Copy !req
543. - Nobody tricks The Trickster.
- We need some air out here.Copy !req
544. Something stinks.Copy !req
545. I knew you were coming,
so I baked a cake.Copy !req
546. Don't know my own strength.Copy !req
547. And now here's something
we hope you'll really like.Copy !req
548. - You slime dog!
- Now I get it.Copy !req
549. This isn't the real Prank.
You substituted a robot in her place.Copy !req
550. I can cut her and she won't bleed.
I double dare you.Copy !req
551. Enough!Copy !req
552. I'm sick of this cartoon crap.Copy !req
553. Magic's never been my strong suit.Copy !req
554. But juggling is a snap.Copy !req
555. That's all, folks.Copy !req
556. What's the matter with you?
You'll regret this.Copy !req
557. Put that masked maniac in there.
Get him out of here.Copy !req
558. - I don't know, Murph.
- Get out of here.Copy !req
559. I feel like a fool.Copy !req
560. I saw you and the Flash
in the same room.Copy !req
561. What? Where?Copy !req
562. He collared The Trickster.
Don't tell me you didn't see it.Copy !req
563. - All that tear gas, I couldn't see a thing.
- Oh, that figures.Copy !req
564. Well, anyway, you can't be him.Copy !req
565. Okay, but...Copy !req
566. if the Flash is so fast, why couldn't
he be in two places at once?Copy !req
567. That's my costume. I'm the Flash.Copy !req
568. Won't somebody listen to me?
I'm the Flash.Copy !req
569. You morons.Copy !req
570. I'm the Flash!Copy !req
571. This never should have happened.Copy !req
572. Barry, The Trickster wasn't your fault
any more than he was mine.Copy !req
573. Hey, maybe you
were struck by lightning...Copy !req
574. so you could stop people like that.
- And maybe not.Copy !req
575. Well, look at it this way.Copy !req
576. It's a dirty job, but, hey,
at least you got the suit.Copy !req
577. Yeah, swell.Copy !req
578. Life is so weird.Copy !req
579. Are you ready to go home?Copy !req
580. We gotta talk.Copy !req
581. Talk?Copy !req
582. Barry, I really like you.Copy !req
583. - More than a lot. More than I want to.
- Yeah, well, I'm crazy about you.Copy !req
584. I know. And it scares me to death.Copy !req
585. - I gotta go.
- No, you don't.Copy !req
586. Trust me on this one, Barry.
A year ago I would have stuck around.Copy !req
587. Then one day you'd wake up
and I would be gone.Copy !req
588. - And I can't do that to you.
- Well, don't, okay?Copy !req
589. Don't do that to me.Copy !req
590. I'll write you from San Francisco.Copy !req
591. How often?Copy !req
592. Often enough to keep you interested.Copy !req
593. Listen, let's go back to my apartment
and we'll talk about this, and...Copy !req
594. Say goodbye at least?Copy !req
595. - Okay.
- Okay.Copy !req
596. I do have to change.
I mean, this harlequin bondage stuff...Copy !req
597. does not suit me.
- I don't know, I kind of like it.Copy !req
598. You would.Copy !req
599. Besides, I'm in the market for a sidekick.Copy !req
600. "Flashette"?Copy !req
