1. How are you, Doctor?Copy !req
2. Tell them not to use the main
elevator.Copy !req
3. No, I've already told them. Yes, yes.Copy !req
4. - Who are they?
- That's Alberto Slavsky's daughter,Copy !req
5. a very important businessman,Copy !req
6. and her boyfriend.
I think he's a sociologist...Copy !req
7. When Mr. Slavsky died,Copy !req
8. they moved to a house in AcasussoCopy !req
9. and now the daughter is moving back here.Copy !req
10. The daughter turned out kind of a hippie.Copy !req
11. Grimier than hippie.Copy !req
12. Eliseo,Copy !req
13. you and I are good, aren't we?Copy !req
14. Meaning what, Doctor?Copy !req
15. I mean about the project. You know
it's nothing personal against you.Copy !req
16. We want to remain in good terms even
after you leave the building.Copy !req
17. Doctor, please.
I understand perfectly wellCopy !req
18. and I value the huge financial effortCopy !req
19. it implies for the residentsCopy !req
20. because it's gonna be
a lot of money, right?Copy !req
21. Last night I did the math and said:Copy !req
22. "Wow! It's a truckload of money!”Copy !req
23. It will amount to 28 salaries,Copy !req
24. plus three months' notice,Copy !req
25. plus one month severance pay,Copy !req
26. plus the end-of-year bonus,
plus the owed overdue vacations.Copy !req
27. It's a tidy sum.Copy !req
28. That's why I really value the effort.Copy !req
29. So, tell me,
how's the project coming along?Copy !req
30. Well, I had to cut off a couple of heads,
but the estimates are all readyCopy !req
31. and we're waiting
for the new blueprints of the design.Copy !req
32. - One step at a time.
- Yes, that's the key, one step at a time,Copy !req
33. because it never works when you try
to floor down the accelerator.Copy !req
34. At least here in the building it didn't.Copy !req
35. What didn't work?Copy !req
36. Well, Alberto Slavsky,Copy !req
37. the man I just mentioned, was the previous
president of the owners' associationCopy !req
38. and he also wanted to build a pool.Copy !req
39. All the owners encouraged him,
"Let's do it, Alberto, let's build it.”Copy !req
40. But when the time to vote came,Copy !req
41. everyone backed out. Nobody wanted
to build the pool or give a cent.Copy !req
42. The man was furious.Copy !req
43. He got so depressed
that whenever I talked to him, he'd say:Copy !req
44. "No, don't talk to me.”Copy !req
45. He was so sad... he got sick.
He caught a sudden and fatal cancerCopy !req
46. that consumed him in three months.Copy !req
47. He was a big guy. But the size
of that coffin... it was a little thing.Copy !req
48. We held the wake here.Copy !req
49. Well, you never know
when people will die, no, but...Copy !req
50. - Such shitty luck, right?
- Yeah. There was nothing he could do.Copy !req
51. Alright, thanks.
Sure, Doctor.Copy !req
52. THE BOSSCopy !req
53. Madam architect.Copy !req
54. Eliseo.Copy !req
55. Didn't we have a deal?Copy !req
56. Yes, yes. I've done my part.Copy !req
57. I spoke with Zambrano.Copy !req
58. I told him it would be
a very complex work,Copy !req
59. it'd cost us a fortune the owners'
association wouldn't be able to pay,Copy !req
60. and I also told himCopy !req
61. that the building's structure was not
prepared to hold a swimming pool.Copy !req
62. - But...
- But?Copy !req
63. He said he'd already spoken
with Echagüe about the structural issue...Copy !req
64. The engineer on the eighth floor.Copy !req
65. I know who Echagüe is and what he does.
What else?Copy !req
66. Just that. He said
the project would move forward,Copy !req
67. and that I was free to get off the train.Copy !req
68. - The guy even turned a bit aggressive.
- Son of a...Copy !req
69. Then he said he was going to call
another architect who's a friend of his.Copy !req
70. I'm looking like an idiot,
professionally speaking.Copy !req
71. But at least you have my vote against it.Copy !req
72. I know, I know, but...Copy !req
73. obviously your vote is not enough.Copy !req
74. Eliseo, there's nothing else I can do.Copy !req
75. I promised you'd have my vote,
and I turned down a profitable project...Copy !req
76. I know, and I really appreciate it.Copy !req
77. No, don't thank me.Copy !req
78. I'm doing it for Marina.Copy !req
79. You make such a beautiful couple.Copy !req
80. - Bye.
- Bye.Copy !req
81. NO TRESPASSINGCopy !req
82. THEY SLEEP LATE ON SUNDAYSCopy !req
83. What are you hiding, you piece of shit?Copy !req
84. Hmm?Copy !req
85. What can I use against you?Copy !req
86. Are you using drugs?Copy !req
87. Are you screwing someone on the side?
Tell me.Copy !req
88. Mhm-hmm.Copy !req
89. You must be involved in something illegal.Copy !req
90. You must have something I can use,
tell me, you phony asshole.Copy !req
91. Wait, I'm also going up.Copy !req
92. - How are you?
I'm fine.Copy !req
93. Eighth floor.Copy !req
94. How's everything, María? All right?Copy !req
95. Fine, fine, everything's fine.Copy !req
96. - Want me to give you a hand with the bag?
- No, no. I can manage by myself.Copy !req
97. Your employers should be more considerateCopy !req
98. because this bag is very heavy.Copy !req
99. Oh! It's my job.Copy !req
100. Is everything all right
with your employers?Copy !req
101. All's good.Copy !req
102. I'm only asking, María,
because sometimes we hear yelling.Copy !req
103. Is everything alright between Romina
and Dr. Zambrano? Do they fight a lot?Copy !req
104. No. I don't talk
about my employers' lives, okay?Copy !req
105. And you do just fine, María.Copy !req
106. - It's something private.
- Sure.Copy !req
107. Your ethical behavior
is exemplary. Congratulations.Copy !req
108. Thanks.Copy !req
109. - Hello, good afternoon.
Hi.Copy !req
110. Is that a new friend?Copy !req
111. Yes, he's mine.
I named him Flash.Copy !req
112. He's a cutie.Copy !req
113. The new self-guilt present
from his mother.Copy !req
114. - It's beautiful.
- Yeah, I love him.Copy !req
115. Hello. Good afternoon.
Hello.Copy !req
116. Hi. Have you seen my new puppy?Copy !req
117. I have a feeling you like Camila,
right?Copy !req
118. I don't know!Copy !req
119. I think I do.Copy !req
120. I find you're sucking up to her.
"You like my puppy?” No.Copy !req
121. You should be more indifferent,
pretend you don't care.Copy !req
122. What's that?Copy !req
123. When she walked in,
she didn't even look at you.Copy !req
124. You have to do the same thing.
Don't even look at her.Copy !req
125. That's how the mind works.
Indifference always...Copy !req
126. generates interest.Copy !req
127. It works.
Now pretend you don't care about me.Copy !req
128. What were you talking about?Copy !req
129. Men stuff. None of your business.Copy !req
130. - Hey!
- See? It always works.Copy !req
131. Let's go.
Bye!Copy !req
132. The key here is very simple:
find the enemy's weaknessCopy !req
133. and attack.Copy !req
134. I'm trying to figure out a plan.Copy !req
135. A plan?Copy !req
136. A perfect plan.Copy !req
137. That's hard, isn't it?Copy !req
138. One step at a time,
what would the next steps be?Copy !req
139. To investigate.
In order to get him off by back,Copy !req
140. I need that a scandal blows up,Copy !req
141. something outrageous,
so that he'll forget about the pool.Copy !req
142. Well, problems...
If you want one, I have hundreds of them.Copy !req
143. Yeah, I don't have the slightest doubt.Copy !req
144. For example, now I have this problem
with my mistress...Copy !req
145. Sure, your fake mistress.Copy !req
146. - Why do you say fake?
- Oops, sorry.Copy !req
147. Your made-up mistress.Copy !req
148. Eliseo, I don't get why you call her
my made-up mistressCopy !req
149. if you know well she looks at me,
she has the hots for me...Copy !req
150. Hey! That's it.Copy !req
151. - What?
- That's it!Copy !req
152. What?Copy !req
153. You just gave me
one hell of an idea, Gabriel.Copy !req
154. Open the door for me.Copy !req
155. Alright.Copy !req
156. You've just reached Eliseo's
number.Copy !req
157. I can't take your call right now.Copy !req
158. UNTRANSLATEDCopy !req
159. Pay close attention,Copy !req
160. it's a controversial idea,
but it might work.Copy !req
161. It's a matter of killing
or getting killed, right?Copy !req
162. You don't have to be sorry for herCopy !req
163. because, if she's married
to a turd like Zambrano,Copy !req
164. it must be for something.Copy !req
165. We might end up doing her a favor
by lifting that weight off her shoulders,Copy !req
166. you know?Copy !req
167. So, let's go for it!Copy !req
168. Today's the day.Copy !req
169. Kill or get killed.Copy !req
170. Why are you doing that on a
Saturday?Copy !req
171. Well... I'm taking advantage
that there's little movement down here.Copy !req
172. A family outing?Copy !req
173. We're going to the movies.Copy !req
174. - Well, have a good time.
Bye, man. See you later.Copy !req
175. - Dad, I have a tummy ache.
- It's your fault for eating all that shit.Copy !req
176. Don't talk to him like that.
- I've told him not to eat shit.Copy !req
177. He eats shit, so now he has to suck it up.Copy !req
178. What can I say? Let's go.Copy !req
179. Good morning, Doctor.Copy !req
180. Go on, Uli, hurry up.
Oh! All the lights are on.Copy !req
181. Dear God, Romina! This is a lost battle.
The lights must be turned off.Copy !req
182. I turned them off!Copy !req
183. Come on, Ulises. You must remember
to take a shit before going out.Copy !req
184. We're always late because of you.Copy !req
185. The poor thing is sick.
I'll go check on him.Copy !req
186. Are you okay in there, sweetie?Copy !req
187. Yeah.Copy !req
188. Sure?
Yeah!Copy !req
189. There he is.Copy !req
190. Hurry up, Ulises, we're gonna
arrive late, only to see half the movie.Copy !req
191. The light, mister. Turn it off.Copy !req
192. Turn off the light.Copy !req
193. - That's good, very good.
Let's go.Copy !req
194. Alright, all the lights are off,
all's in order. Fine, let's go.Copy !req
195. And we're gone.Copy !req
196. Doctor, very much obliged.
I've already got what I needed.Copy !req
197. Ah! And Romina, for the kid,
only white rice for a couple of days.Copy !req
198. ROMINA, I'M WRITING THIS LETTER...Copy !req
199. I'M WRITING THIS LETTER TO YOU...Copy !req
200. - Hello.
Hey.Copy !req
201. - How are you?
- Fine, and you?Copy !req
202. Sorry,
I don't have any change for your tip.Copy !req
203. - Next time.
It's okay. No problem.Copy !req
204. Hey!Copy !req
205. Yes?
Excuse me, do you have a minute?Copy !req
206. - What for?
- For a job.Copy !req
207. - I'm Eliseo. How are you?
- Alejandra.Copy !req
208. Hi, Alejandra.Copy !req
209. I got a lot of respect for the people
that do your kind of job.Copy !req
210. All day long on the bikeCopy !req
211. making deliveries,
come rain or shine, cold or hot.Copy !req
212. That's why it pisses me off when you run
into pricks like this oneCopy !req
213. who won't even give you a tip.
I hate people like him.Copy !req
214. If you only knew the way he lives...Copy !req
215. That's why I'd like
to offer you an opportunityCopy !req
216. to make some good money.Copy !req
217. How?Copy !req
218. I'll need an hour of your time
and I'll pay you, I don't know,Copy !req
219. ten times more than what you make
per hour, per delivery.Copy !req
220. What would...? What would I have to do?Copy !req
221. No, no, no, nothing weird. No, please!Copy !req
222. Do you have a nice handwriting?Copy !req
223. "Romina, I'm writing this letter to you...Copy !req
224. to tell you the truthCopy !req
225. about Matías Zambrano.Copy !req
226. I met him at the bar where I work.Copy !req
227. He told me he wasn't married...Copy !req
228. and when I realized it wasn't true,Copy !req
229. he'd make me feel like a..."Copy !req
230. - Like a fool.
- No.Copy !req
231. A fool is too naive. Gullible!Copy !req
232. That's a good word. "Gullible."Copy !req
233. "We would do it all over the place,Copy !req
234. in the car,Copy !req
235. in some motels,Copy !req
236. but he would never take me to his place.Copy !req
237. That's when I started
to become suspicious.Copy !req
238. Now you know
who the real Matías Zambrano is.Copy !req
239. He will deny everything,Copy !req
240. but only you and I have seenCopy !req
241. those printed boxers
with daisies of his.Copy !req
242. This monster must be stopped.Copy !req
243. Sincerely, your new friend... ”Copy !req
244. Let's see. How can we sign the letter?Copy !req
245. - Ivonne?
- No, no, too refined.Copy !req
246. Zoe.Copy !req
247. Zoe no. Zoe is too modern.Copy !req
248. - Let's see, let's see...
- Ayelén.Copy !req
249. No, too indigenous.Copy !req
250. Julieta. Let's put Julieta.
A common, normal name.Copy !req
251. Very good, very good. I like it.Copy !req
252. Great.Copy !req
253. - Very, very good.
- Excellent.Copy !req
254. Here. This is... what we had agreed.Copy !req
255. - Thanks.
- Thank you very much. Let's go.Copy !req
256. Oh, Magui! Hey.Copy !req
257. - Was it easy to find the place?
- Yeah, yeah.Copy !req
258. This is closer
than the other place, isn't it?Copy !req
259. More or less. I had to take two buses.Copy !req
260. Eliseo, this is Magui.Copy !req
261. Hello, Magui.
- Nice to meet you.Copy !req
262. Magui used to help us
at our last place.Copy !req
263. She's gonna come
a couple of hours every day.Copy !req
264. Good. Perfect. Then I'm writing her down.Copy !req
265. "Six B.Copy !req
266. Domestic help.Copy !req
267. Magui." What is it? Magdalena?Copy !req
268. "Magdalena."Copy !req
269. Okay, Magdalena. Your last name, please.Copy !req
270. - Gauna.
"Gauna."Copy !req
271. - Very good. Would you please sign here?
- Yes.Copy !req
272. Instead of domestic help,
we rather call herCopy !req
273. "the girl who helps at home.”Copy !req
274. We're not like all those cavemen
in this neighborhood.Copy !req
275. There are very good people in here too.Copy !req
276. Well, you know what I mean.
Magui is Carmen's daughter.Copy !req
277. She used to work for us. Remember?Copy !req
278. How could I not remember Carmen?
Your mother was an excellent person.Copy !req
279. And very hard working.Copy !req
280. Welcome, Magui.Copy !req
281. - Thanks.
- You two have a nice day. Bye.Copy !req
282. Good morning, Doctor. How are you today?Copy !req
283. Domestic help must...Copy !req
284. - use the back door.
- It's her first time here.Copy !req
285. I don't give a shit.
That's why we have a service entrance.Copy !req
286. - Very well, Doctor.
- The back door.Copy !req
287. - Always, okay?
- It won't happen again, don't worry.Copy !req
288. Please, take the mail to Mrs.
Zambrano.Copy !req
289. At this time?Copy !req
290. Yes, at this time. This has just
arrived.Copy !req
291. - What are you looking at? Move it.
- Sorry, sorry.Copy !req
292. - Eliseo, I passed another level.
- Good.Copy !req
293. - What level are you in?
Five.Copy !req
294. - How many are there?
- 30.Copy !req
295. Hi.Copy !req
296. Hi.Copy !req
297. Hi.Copy !req
298. - Where's your puppy?
- I stuck it up my ass.Copy !req
299. Excuse me?Copy !req
300. What do you care?
Who do you think you areCopy !req
301. talking to me like that, you moron?Copy !req
302. Apologize right now.Copy !req
303. I'm sorry.
Louder.Copy !req
304. - Sorry.
- I can't hear you.Copy !req
305. I'm sorry, really. I didn't mean
to be rude. Sorry. Please.Copy !req
306. Now we're talking. Let's start again.Copy !req
307. - Where's your puppy?
- He's at—Copy !req
308. I don't care. Bye, moron.Copy !req
309. I will never listen to you again.Copy !req
310. Let me open it for you, Romina.Copy !req
311. - Thank you.
- You look so elegant.Copy !req
312. Going to some special event?Copy !req
313. No, we're just eating out.Copy !req
314. I invited Matias to dinner
to celebrate love.Copy !req
315. - How nice. No better reason to celebrate.
- Yep.Copy !req
316. - Alright. Bye.
- Bye. Enjoy your evening.Copy !req
317. Hello, darling.
- Wow.Copy !req
318. Shall we go?
Yes, sure.Copy !req
319. Hair treatment?Copy !req
320. A little late, Doctor.Copy !req
321. Did you tear up the letter, Romina?Copy !req
322. Why?Copy !req
323. Hi, Alejandra, how are you?Copy !req
324. This is Eliseo.Copy !req
325. Sorry to bother you, but I need you
for a couple of hours.Copy !req
326. The letter didn't work.Copy !req
327. No.Copy !req
328. Can you make it tomorrow?Copy !req
329. - Hello, Mrs. Zambrano.
No, too formal.Copy !req
330. Call her Romina.Copy !req
331. Don't worry. Let's try it again. Go.Copy !req
332. - Hello, Romina.
- Yes. Who is this?Copy !req
333. This is Julieta.Copy !req
334. How dare you call my house,
you motherfucking cunt?Copy !req
335. You're nothing but a whore.Copy !req
336. Take it easy. She may react like that.
Don't feel bad.Copy !req
337. - Let's try again.
- Eh...Copy !req
338. Excuse me, excuse me.Copy !req
339. I'm calling to explain to you—Copy !req
340. What do you want to explain, cunt?Copy !req
341. Eh... that Mateo lied to me.Copy !req
342. - Mateo? His name is Matías.
- Oh!Copy !req
343. Oh! Sorry.Copy !req
344. Matías. Matías lied to me.Copy !req
345. Eh... I didn't know he was married.Copy !req
346. I found out by pure chance.Copy !req
347. If I'd known
I wouldn't have given him my number—Copy !req
348. No. You sound as if you were reading.
You're not feeling it.Copy !req
349. You've found out your boyfriend's married.
Let yourself go, feel it.Copy !req
350. Come on.Copy !req
351. - That lying prick! I almost killed him!
- Louder.Copy !req
352. That lying motherfucking prick!
I could cut out his balls.Copy !req
353. Now we're way out on the other side.
There has to be a middle ground.Copy !req
354. Let's do it again.Copy !req
355. So, why are you calling me?Copy !req
356. Because you must know...Copy !req
357. No. There has to be like a feminine bond
between you two.Copy !req
358. You understand each other,Copy !req
359. support each other.Copy !req
360. Let's go.Copy !req
361. I'm calling you
because, if this happened to me,Copy !req
362. I'd like the other woman to call me and
tell me what kind of a bastard I married.Copy !req
363. Awesome, extraordinary.Copy !req
364. That's it. Now let's do the real thing.Copy !req
365. Ready? Let's do it.Copy !req
366. Hello?Copy !req
367. Hello. Romina?Copy !req
368. Who is this?Copy !req
369. This is Julieta.Copy !req
370. Ah! Julieta.Copy !req
371. How did you get my number?Copy !req
372. Uhhh...Copy !req
373. What's wrong? Did you lose your
voice?Copy !req
374. I checked Matías' phone.Copy !req
375. (sighing) How clever!Copy !req
376. Yes, that's how I found out
he's marriedCopy !req
377. and that's why I'm calling.Copy !req
378. To warn you
about the kind of person he is.Copy !req
379. Let me make something clear.Copy !req
380. What my husband does... I repeat,Copy !req
381. what my legal husbandCopy !req
382. does outside this home is his business.Copy !req
383. As long as he comes back,
treats me like he must,Copy !req
384. and provides what he has to provide,Copy !req
385. I'm happy.Copy !req
386. What did you think?Copy !req
387. That you are the first broad he screws?Copy !req
388. He told meCopy !req
389. he wants to get a divorce
and just needs some time.Copy !req
390. And you believed him, you retard?Copy !req
391. I feel sorry for you.Copy !req
392. Don't be such an idiot.Copy !req
393. Don't send me any more letters.
How old are you anyway, 12?Copy !req
394. Listen, I don't know you,
but let me give you a piece of advice.Copy !req
395. Find yourself a guyCopy !req
396. that will give
something more than Matias will.Copy !req
397. It's for your own good.Copy !req
398. He told me he wanted me to have his baby.Copy !req
399. A baby?Copy !req
400. And you believed him, you dimwit?Copy !req
401. Yes, sure. We're trying.Copy !req
402. I hate to disappoint you,Copy !req
403. but Matias had a vasectomy
three years ago.Copy !req
