1. - Hello, Eliseo.
- Good morning, Florencia. Good morning.Copy !req
2. Motherfuckers.
Bastards. Sons of bitches.Copy !req
3. IT CLOSES BY ITSELFCopy !req
4. Hey! Good morning, Doctor.Copy !req
5. - Has a package for me been delivered?
- No.Copy !req
6. - Can I ask you a favor?
- Sure.Copy !req
7. I bought something online, but we won't be
home when it arrives. You gonna be here?Copy !req
8. - Of course. I'll take care of it.
- Okay, okay. I'll pick it up here.Copy !req
9. Sorry I'm not leaving you
our house keys to drop it there but...Copy !req
10. we thought about it and...
It's a privacy issue, you understand?Copy !req
11. Yes, and you're doing
the right thing, Doctor.Copy !req
12. I never liked to have anyone's house keys.
I feel it's too much responsibilityCopy !req
13. - and I don't want that.
- Fine, you watch for it.Copy !req
14. - Oh, Doctor...
- What?Copy !req
15. It's been 29 years,
eight months, and 17 days.Copy !req
16. - What's that?
- You asked how long I've been working hereCopy !req
17. and I wasn't precise about the time.
I thought about it,Copy !req
18. and I'd like you to know exactly how long.Copy !req
19. - So, there you have it.
- Very good.Copy !req
20. - Watch out for my package.
- Sure. Have a nice day, Doctor.Copy !req
21. - Hello, Amalia. How are you?
- Hi.Copy !req
22. - Hold up. How are you? Alright?
- Fine, fine.Copy !req
23. Oh, good!Copy !req
24. - I want to talk to you about something.
- Yeah? About what?Copy !req
25. Not here. Come with me. Come.Copy !req
26. 1Nothing, nothing at all?Copy !req
27. No, nothing.Copy !req
28. That's weird!Copy !req
29. Amalia, isn't anything important
happening with Florencia?Copy !req
30. With Marina?
Try to think about it.Copy !req
31. Let me think...Copy !req
32. Well, they've changed Marina's shift
and now she's on call on Thursdays.Copy !req
33. Her shift changed...
and now she's on call on Thursdays.Copy !req
34. That doesn't work for me. Think about
something that's really happening to them.Copy !req
35. There has to be something, Amalia. Think.
This will help you. Let's see.Copy !req
36. The other day... Florencia was
exchanging voice messagesCopy !req
37. with someone
and she was laughing.Copy !req
38. - She was exchanging voice messages?
- Yeah, a bit off-color.Copy !req
39. - With Marina?
- No.Copy !req
40. - Oh, no?
- Marina was sleeping.Copy !req
41. Look, whenever she has a night shift,
she sleeps during the day.Copy !req
42. It was... with someone else.Copy !req
43. With someone else...
And what was she saying?Copy !req
44. Oh, well, you don't remember,
of course.Copy !req
45. No, you will remember.
We'll make you remember, Amalia. Come on.Copy !req
46. From what I heard,
she said something like...Copy !req
47. “You'll see, I'm gonna eat your mmm..."Copy !req
48. “You'll see, I'm gonna eat your..."
Finish the sentence.Copy !req
49. - It's cute. Tell me.
- “You'll see, I'm gonna eat your frog."Copy !req
50. The frog, the frog...Copy !req
51. You have any idea
when the day of the frog will be?Copy !req
52. - From what I heard...
- Mm-hmm.Copy !req
53. it's tonight.Copy !req
54. You knew, didn't you?
You knew, Amalia.Copy !req
55. Go on, go on. Go now. Here.Copy !req
56. Go get your hair dyed, okay?
You need it. Go on now. Go.Copy !req
57. THE MANAGERCopy !req
58. After so many years, they now want
to fire me for a fucking swimming pool.Copy !req
59. - Can you believe it?
- I think no one will voteCopy !req
60. - for that project anyway.
- I'm not sure.Copy !req
61. - I made ricotta cake.
- Thanks, Bebita.Copy !req
62. Hey...
You think or you know?Copy !req
63. - I don't know, I think.
- “I think" is not enough. No, no, no.Copy !req
64. We must find out who votes which way.Copy !req
65. So, give me the details of what went on
during the meeting. I'm interestedCopy !req
66. in knowing each one
of their faces when they talked.Copy !req
67. Even if it's an insignificant detail,
it's useful to me.Copy !req
68. - Go ahead. I'm all ears. Tell me.
- Well, María Pía and her husbandCopy !req
69. were very serious...Copy !req
70. Hi there, how are you?
I got a package for Matías Zambrano.Copy !req
71. - Ah! Yes, yes.
- Sign here, please.Copy !req
72. - Thanks.
- Sure.Copy !req
73. - Mrs. Liliana.
- Good morning, Eliseo.Copy !req
74. - My friend Eliseo, how are you today?
- Mr. Renato.Copy !req
75. Good morning, Chiara.Copy !req
76. - A long shift?
- Yes, 18 hours.Copy !req
77. (gasps) It's such a big sacrifice
for you people!Copy !req
78. Well, also for Florencia, the poor thing.Copy !req
79. - Jeez, I'm being nosy!
- No, it's alright.Copy !req
80. - It's good for the couple.
- Of course.Copy !req
81. We miss each other, and when I come home,
she pampers me, cooks for me...Copy !req
82. - You make a beautiful couple.
- Thank you, Eliseo.Copy !req
83. - Have a nice day.
- You too.Copy !req
84. Now you may as well
start with the garbage.Copy !req
85. Who is it?
- Flor, it's me.Copy !req
86. - I'll be right down.
- OkayCopy !req
87. - My, we're really impatient today!
- I can't stop myself any longer.Copy !req
88. - Stop it, you're turning me on big time.
- Seriously? (giggling)Copy !req
89. - Good evening.
- Hello, Eliseo.Copy !req
90. Off to work.Copy !req
91. - (unintelligible scream)
- You scared me to death!Copy !req
92. - Eliseo, how are you?
- Hello, Doctor, how are you?Copy !req
93. I've got something for you.Copy !req
94. Ah! Don't tell me it's the
robot vacuum cleaner. That's great!Copy !req
95. - When did it get here?
- Yesterday.Copy !req
96. - Are these robots any good?
- They're great.Copy !req
97. A good friend recommended it to me.
He has three of them at home,Copy !req
98. - one for each floor.
- Wow.Copy !req
99. - Wow, what?
- Well, I mean,Copy !req
100. - one for each floor.
- Oh, sorry!Copy !req
101. - I thought that was an ironic wow.
- No, Doctor. Why ironic?Copy !req
102. - Hello.
- Good morning, Matías.Copy !req
103. - How are the kids?
- Slowly.Copy !req
104. - I'll take a shower and enjoy the new toy.
- Okay, Doctor.Copy !req
105. - And again, I'm sorry,
- Please, Doctor, no need for that.Copy !req
106. What's wrong with you, María Pía?
Don't you say hello anymore?Copy !req
107. FLORENCIA'S LOVER
CRIMINAL PROBLEMSCopy !req
108. - Eliseo.
- Mr. Gonzalo, how are you?Copy !req
109. - Fine.
- I'm testing the doorbells.Copy !req
110. - The doorbells?
- Yeah.Copy !req
111. Ever since I've been here, I regularly
check the doorbells every three years.Copy !req
112. If I'm not wrong,
you've been living here five years,Copy !req
113. so I'm sure I've bothered you
with this sometime in the past.Copy !req
114. - It's possible.
- Of course you can't remember.Copy !req
115. Well, I won't bother you anymore.
Have a nice day.Copy !req
116. - Bye, Eliseo.
- Bye.Copy !req
117. Hey, Eliseo, tell me how...
how that thing you told be meCopy !req
118. - about your building is coming along.
- Everything's a little tense right now.Copy !req
119. I've just finished the investigation phaseCopy !req
120. and now I'm launching an offensive
with everything I've got.Copy !req
121. But tell me about yourself.
How are things?Copy !req
122. Nah, everything's normal, just normal.
Good, good.Copy !req
123. - Or very good.
- Let's hear it.Copy !req
124. The thing is, there's this chick...
well, one of the owners.Copy !req
125. Every time she goes by the lobby,
where you're sitting down,Copy !req
126. she looks at me, flirts...Copy !req
127. It's a gesture, a look, I don't know,
she's coming on strong to me.Copy !req
128. - So, one of the owners is hitting on you.
- Yeah.Copy !req
129. - Ah! Have you made any progress?
- Are you crazy? No, no, no.Copy !req
130. - Besides, she's married. That poor guy
- Suppose what you're telling me is real...Copy !req
131. - It is real! She looks at me...
- Listen, if her husband doesn't find out,Copy !req
132. it never happened.
So, you're not hurting the guy.Copy !req
133. No, stop, stop. No. I mean,
suppose the guy doesn't find out,Copy !req
134. but the thing is happening.
The fact is it did happen.Copy !req
135. What if I told you that when you're
working, someone goes into your house,Copy !req
136. eats at your table, watches your
television, sleeps in your bed,Copy !req
137. sits on your toilet, and before leaving,
cleans up everything, and then goes.Copy !req
138. So... Would this bother you?Copy !req
139. - Of course it would.
- Of course.Copy !req
140. It bothers you
because you know it happened.Copy !req
141. But if you didn't find out,
it wouldn't bother you.Copy !req
142. You should apply it not only to
this situation, but to life in general.Copy !req
143. If we are not aware of something,
it's because it never happened.Copy !req
144. Otherwise, we wouldn't be able to live.Copy !req
145. - You're terrible, Eliseo.
- Yeah, but think about it.Copy !req
146. - Okay, I'm off to the terrace.
- Yeah, yeah, go ahead.Copy !req
147. Let me know
if you see anything nice, okay?Copy !req
148. Tatiana...Copy !req
149. Why do you paint so much if you haven't
sold one single painting in five years?Copy !req
150. You're persistent, aren't you?Copy !req
151. Augusto,
you never grab a book, do you?Copy !req
152. Always in a binge drinking
with those slackers just like you.Copy !req
153. If your folks only knew...Copy !req
154. María Pía...
So much love for GodCopy !req
155. and so much disdain for yours truly.
Why?Copy !req
156. Soon you'll be devoted to Eliseo's church.Copy !req
157. Obviously a lawyer.Copy !req
158. He lives in a modern building
with amenities.Copy !req
159. I would say he's a business attorney.Copy !req
160. A lawyer, yes, but for a multinational.
Just check the suit he's wearing.Copy !req
161. - This broad?
- She is a cosmetologist, divorced.Copy !req
162. She's going to a healthy food store
to buy a nut mix.Copy !req
163. No. I think she owns a
clothes store here, in Cabildo.Copy !req
164. That one?Copy !req
165. Cab driver.Copy !req
166. - Cab driver.
- Cab driver.Copy !req
167. - Driver or owner?
- Owner.Copy !req
168. - Eliseo, excuse me.
- Yes?Copy !req
169. I have a problem with one of my car tires.
I think it's low on air.Copy !req
170. Please. I'll come with you. Let's go.Copy !req
171. You saved my life.
The car is loaded with donationsCopy !req
172. - and I couldn't possibly take a cab.
- Donations? Who do you work for, a parish?Copy !req
173. - (vocalizes yes)
- Ah.Copy !req
174. - Santa Estefanía. You know it?
- Yes.Copy !req
175. It's across the square, close by.Copy !req
176. - I help whenever I can.
- Oh, I'm so grateful to the church.Copy !req
177. It was my haven when my wife passed away.Copy !req
178. Poor Clarita.
She was so young, it was horrible.Copy !req
179. - I didn't know you're a widower.
- Yes. It was a long time ago.Copy !req
180. Just before I came to work
here at the building.Copy !req
181. One Sunday, Clarita and I were
out for a walk around Recoleta...Copy !req
182. and we were so happy
because of the new job opportunity.Copy !req
183. We were gonna work here,
in this building. We were gonna live here.Copy !req
184. - Ah.
- Clarita carelesslyCopy !req
185. crossed the street without looking...
and an armored car ran over her.Copy !req
186. After being in a coma for three months,
she fade away until she was gone.Copy !req
187. She was only 27.Copy !req
188. That's terrible!
I didn't know. I'm so sorry.Copy !req
189. It was a long time ago. Life goes on.Copy !req
190. - Eliseo, this is for your trouble.
- No. You offend me.Copy !req
191. - Please, this is my job.
- Are you sure?Copy !req
192. - I'm sure.
- Well, thank you so much.Copy !req
193. No problem, María Pía.Copy !req
194. Miguel, I need you to come with me.
Go get some garbage bags, the large ones.Copy !req
195. - Did something happen?
- No, nothing.Copy !req
196. - Ah.
- What?Copy !req
197. - Florencia, good afternoon.
- Hi.Copy !req
198. How are you?Copy !req
199. No, nothing. The owner in Five A needsCopy !req
200. stuff to donate to her parish.
I'd like to give her a handCopy !req
201. by collecting some clothes
from the residents.Copy !req
202. - The woman in Five A? The sourpuss?
- Yes.Copy !req
203. - Why should we help her?
- Just because.Copy !req
204. It's nice to help
without asking for anything in return.Copy !req
205. - Yeah, sure, yes.
- Let's go.Copy !req
206. - Yes.
- Come on, let's go.Copy !req
207. (yells)
Do we have any clothes to give away?Copy !req
208. - Hello.
- Hello.Copy !req
209. Why don't you give them
that horrible pink Dry Fit jacket?Copy !req
210. It makes you look like tied hog.Copy !req
211. - I'll get if for you
- Yes.Copy !req
212. - She throws away all my stuff.
- As long as she doesn't throw you away...Copy !req
213. - (laughs)
- How did the sale of number nine go?Copy !req
214. - Did he finally go to Olimpo?
- Nah, he's an asshole.Copy !req
215. - He thought he was Pelé.
- Oh.Copy !req
216. - Now I'm more into goal keepers.
- Ah.Copy !req
217. - See?
- Oh, it's very nice. Shocking pink.Copy !req
218. - I can give you this.
- Oh! But it's new, Doctor.Copy !req
219. - You're too generous.
- (cat meows)Copy !req
220. - Oh! Kiwi where do you think you're going?
- What is she doing?Copy !req
221. Does she want to go with uncle Miguel?Copy !req
222. Oh, look the way she stares at him!
She's so bright.Copy !req
223. - Hello, Doctor. How are you?
- Hello.Copy !req
224. How are you. Sorry to disturb you.
We're gathering clothes for the parish.Copy !req
225. - You do have anything to give away?
- No, we don't give away.Copy !req
226. - Ah!
- Not because I'm stingy.Copy !req
227. I give when I pay my taxes to the state,
which should use that moneyCopy !req
228. so children are not cold, right?
Everything else is a guilt trip.Copy !req
229. To me, it's important that a kid
who is cold can have a sweater tomorrow.Copy !req
230. - Just different points of view.
- Uh-huhCopy !req
231. I'm not gonna bother you anymore.
Have a nice day, Doctor.Copy !req
232. - Bye.
- Bye.Copy !req
233. - Cheapskate prick.
- (scoffs)Copy !req
234. - Take those bags to the boiler room.
- I'll continue by myself.Copy !req
235. Okay.Copy !req
236. - I didn't see you as being so caring.
- Well, I don't like to brag about it,Copy !req
237. but I try to give a hand
whenever I can, oh, yes.Copy !req
238. I help in a community soup kitchen
and in a center for retired people...Copy !req
239. - Oh!
- And weekends, in an animal shelter.Copy !req
240. - Also in an animal shelter?
- Yeah, I do I whole bunch of things,Copy !req
241. but I do it for myself,
not to brag about it.Copy !req
242. Yeah. (giggles)Copy !req
243. Andrea has some clothes
she isn't using any more.Copy !req
244. - Should I get them?
- Yes.Copy !req
245. She's going to be happy
I made some room in her closet.Copy !req
246. - (laughs) Sure.
- I'll be right back. Eliseo is here.Copy !req
247. - Hey, Eliseo.
- Hi.Copy !req
248. I ended up eating the
whole chocolate bar.Copy !req
249. Ah! That's good.
Very good.Copy !req
250. I already knew.Copy !req
251. Great, three bags, Eliseo.
It's good that everyone donated, isn't it?Copy !req
252. No, not everyone.
Zambrano didn't donate anything.Copy !req
253. Augusto, the kid in Six A,
I don't know if he's sleeping it off.Copy !req
254. Tatiana donated, but jeez,Copy !req
255. - a jar of olives.
- (laughs) The artist.Copy !req
256. Yes. Naturally, this will remain here
for personal consumption.Copy !req
257. Have an olive.
I tried one and they're good.Copy !req
258. - Yeah?
- Yeah.Copy !req
259. - Mmm. Good!
- They're very good.Copy !req
260. BUY HERECopy !req
261. CARLO'S
BUYING - SELLINGCopy !req
262. - 800.
- What do you mean 800?Copy !req
263. It's brand-new.
Don't be a tight ass, man. 1200, come on.Copy !req
264. - 850.
- Are you fucking me? 1100 and it's a deal.Copy !req
265. - 900, Eliseo.
- 1000, Carlos.Copy !req
266. - 950, that's final.
- You're really a miser, aren't you? Fine.Copy !req
267. Look at this. These stone-washed
are a beauty. (chuckles)Copy !req
268. - Just divine.
- See?Copy !req
269. - 500.
- God! 500.Copy !req
270. You get two pastries for 500.
700, come on.Copy !req
271. - 500. I'd rather have the pastries.
- 650 or I'm outta here. I'm done.Copy !req
272. - (heavy sigh) Alright.
- Perfect. Now...Copy !req
273. The crown jewel.
Check this shocking pink.Copy !req
274. - 400.
- 400!Copy !req
275. - Good afternoon, Mrs. María Pía.
- Good afternoon. How are you?Copy !req
276. I was waiting for you.Copy !req
277. - Me? What for?
- I have something for you.Copy !req
278. - What?
- Clothes donations for the parish.Copy !req
279. - Seriously?
- Yes. (chuckles)Copy !req
280. I went to all the apartments and
told them what you needed them forCopy !req
281. and all the neighbors,
María Pía, without any exception,Copy !req
282. gave me something.
Well, no, not all of them.Copy !req
283. Dr. Zambrano didn't give anything.
I can't remember why he doesn't donate.Copy !req
284. I hope you have some use for them.Copy !req
285. Thank you very much.
Yes, everything is useful. Thanks.Copy !req
286. - Sure. Can I help you with the bags?
- Eliseo, I'm already in debt with you.Copy !req
287. - Oh! Why?
- Because I am.Copy !req
288. I haven't been treating you well.
I don't know. I had my doubts about you,Copy !req
289. always watching everything and everyone...Copy !req
290. - Well, that's part of my job.
- Of course.Copy !req
291. I was prejudiced. I owe you an
apology for thinking so poorly of you.Copy !req
292. - No, we're good.
- Good afternoon.Copy !req
293. Miguel helped to collect the stuff.Copy !req
294. - Oh. Thanks a lot.
- My pleasure. See how many clothes we—Copy !req
295. Wow! It's a lot.Copy !req
296. - A bag's missing. They were three.
- No, two.Copy !req
297. - No, there were three.
- I put everything into two.Copy !req
298. Ah! (laughing)Copy !req
299. - Okay, get back to work. Go on.
- Yes.Copy !req
300. - Excuse me.
- Sure. See you later.Copy !req
301. - Eliseo, I'm in debt to you.
- No.Copy !req
302. I am. I want you to know you
can count on meCopy !req
303. for whatever you need.
Did you understand?Copy !req
304. - For whatever you need.
- Thank you so much. Can I help you?Copy !req
305. - Yes, please.
- Sure.Copy !req
306. Hello, Florencia.
Is the bathroom faucet leaking again?Copy !req
307. No, no. I'd like a word with you.Copy !req
308. - Sure. Please, come in.
- May I?Copy !req
309. Eliseo, I... I wanted to explain to you
what you saw the other day.Copy !req
310. Florencia, I don't know
what you're talking about. Sorry.Copy !req
311. Come on, Eliseo, we're both adults.
I know I was wrong.Copy !req
312. I made a mistake, but...
I don't want to risk our marriage.Copy !req
313. I don't know
what would happen if Marina found out...Copy !req
314. I don't even want to think about that.Copy !req
315. Excuse me. If she finds out what?
I don't know anything.Copy !req
316. Well, if you don't know anything,
you take a weight off my shoulders.Copy !req
317. I really don't know what you're
talking about. I didn't see anything.Copy !req
318. - Sorry!
- No. You know what?Copy !req
319. - Fine, then it's all clear.
- Of course it is.Copy !req
320. Well... Since you're hereCopy !req
321. - I want to ask you something.
- Yes?Copy !req
322. It's nothing, really. A little bird told
me someone has plans for this terraceCopy !req
323. and that you're involved
in the project. Is that true?Copy !req
324. - No, no. Sure, it's Zambrano's project.
- Ah! Zambrano.Copy !req
325. - Yes.
- Ah, listen.Copy !req
326. It's Zambrano's project.Copy !req
327. Well, make sure it stays that way,
as a project, okay?Copy !req
328. NO TRESPASSINGCopy !req
329. Three votes for Eliseo..One for the pool.Copy !req
