1. Guys! Get off the computer and come to the table. This is almost ready.

2. Ah, this is good wine! By God it is!

3. Darling, where is the pasta strainer?

4. This girl will leave things anywhere.

5. Is the table set?

6. I'll put some pepper. Just a little bit. This time, I cooked it just as I like it.

7. Just saying, so you won't complain. A little basil.

8. (gasp of happiness) Ready.

9. I like to put the olive oil on last. Just a touch.

10. You can smell it, can't you? (chuckles)

11. All right, let's eat. But first, a toast, okay?

12. Cheers, family.

13. - Hello, Eliseo. - Good morning, Martita.

14. Bye, missy, bye.

15. Welcome back, Engineer.

16. - How are you? - Fine, thanks.

17. - Carola, good morning. - Good morning.

18. Hey, kids! Do you need a hand?

19. - Please. Thanks. - Of course.

20. - Did you enjoy Miami? How was the trip? - Very good.

21. - Heavy artillery. - Oh! You're gonna enjoy it so much!

22. Careful not to bump the screen. One of the pixels could break.

23. It's very fragile.

24. Now you be careful with the door frame, okay?

25. - Let's leave it here, against the closet. - All right.

26. Heavy, isn't it?

27. Careful, don't scratch the door.

28. No, no.

29. Great.

30. Germán, we must give Eliseo a set of our keys.

31. All the plants are withered. They were supposed to be watered.

32. - We'll have a set of keys made. - You never know what could happen.

33. - Whatever you say, I'm okay with. - Thank you.

34. - No! It's just a chocolate bar.

35. Yes, but it wasn't necessary. Alright, thank you so much.

36. Well, very kind of you, really. Have a nice day, and welcome back.

37. Thank you. - Thanks.

38. THE MANAGER

39. - Hello. - Hello. Good morning, Doctor.

40. Eliseo, what scent are you using in the elevator?

41. - Spring Breeze. Why? - Spring Breeze?

42. - Could you use something milder? - Yes. We could try another one.

43. - I don't know. Lavender maybe? - I don't know. Something more...

44. - Not so horrible. - Sure, Doctor. No problem.

45. Listen. That dickhead from Six A... What's his name?

46. - Augusto. - Augusto should ease on the partying...

47. Some assholes with beers keep going up and down and this is not a bar.

48. - Otherwise, we'll talk to his parents. - I'll take care of it, Doctor.

49. Okay. Eliseo, one question.

50. - How long have you been working here? - Since 1992.

51. - So, that's about... - Well, next October it will be 30 years.

52. Thirty years? Shit.

53. - Why? - What?

54. - Why? - Why what?

55. - Why do you ask, Doctor? - Ah! No, no nothing.

56. The other day I was thinking... Just out of curiosity.

57. - Bye. - Have a nice day, Doctor Zambrano.

58. (soft panting) I'm sorry, Eliseo. The train was delayed in Ramos Mejía and...

59. Deliver these to the apartments. A yellow card for you, kid.

60. - I'm warning you. - Yes, so sorry.

61. - All done, Eliseo. - Fine. I'll walk you out. Come on.

62. - It was Two D, right? - Yes.

63. - How much did you charge them? - 14,000.

64. So, 14,000, huh?

65. What was the woman's air conditioner's problem?

66. Well... the filters were dirty. We pumped some gas in it

67. - and did an overall tune-up. - An overall tune-up?

68. What the fuck is that? Overall tune-up.

69. - Did you or didn't you pump gas into it? - Yes, of course.

70. - I always pump in gas. - Okay, that's 4000. Come on.

71. - But it's always been 10%, right? - It has increased.

72. - You're killing me. - Everything increases.

73. Also my take.

74. Take your time. No, don't be rude now. Hurry up.

75. - Here. - I'll call you if anything comes up.

76. Alright.

77. - How's it going, Eliseo? - Hey, Victor, how are you?

78. - Fine. - Today there's a whole bunch of things.

79. There's even a Caesar's salad that hasn't been touched.

80. It's still packed as it was delivered, unopened.

81. There's a Teddy bear that looks okay. Needs a little washing,

82. that's all. There's also a braided belt.

83. I don't know why it was thrown away. It looks perfect.

84. - Thanks, man. - Sure.

85. Oh! In this bag, there's a bamboo steamer that still works.

86. - Great. - Well, have a good evening, family.

87. - Thank you. - Don't worry about it.

88. - Say goodbye, kids. - See you.

89. - Doctor. - Eliseo, how are you?

90. With you, now all the passengers are on board.

91. I left the car badly parked. Could you please move it for me?

92. - Sure! Of course. - Thank you. Good night.

93. You have a good night now.

94. Nice little thing.

95. Yes, Zambrano. I've been working here for 30 years.

96. Why should you care?

97. Off to work!

98. - I'm not annoying you. - (unintelligible arguing)

99. Hello, Paola.

100. - Hi, Eliseo, how's everything? - Just fine. What's up, Thiago?

101. He's in a bad mood. Doesn't want to go to school.

102. Hmm. I've got something to cure a bad mood.

103. - For you. - Wow! That's good chocolate!

104. (chuckles) Share it with your friends at school

105. and have a great day. Well, have the best possible day.

106. What do we say?

107. - Thanks. - You're welcome.

108. - Bye. Thank you.

109. - Did you get my email? - Yes, I did.

110. I'll read it over the weekend. Is that all right with you?

111. - Eliseo would be the problem, right? I'll take care of Eliseo.

112. - Sorry! I'll take the other elevator. - No, no, Eliseo, get in.

113. Seriously? Okay. Excuse me.

114. Well, good morning.

115. - Hi. - Good morning.

116. - Eliseo, excuse me. - Yes?

117. Could you drop by my apartment? The faucet is leaking. Could you fix it?

118. - Sure, of course. Can it be tomorrow? - Yes, yes, whenever you can.

119. - Thank you. - No problem.

120. Hey, it's me. Listen carefully, 'cause this is important.

121. I just ran into that sneaky Zambrano acting very suspicious.

122. He was talking with Florencia, the architect from Two A,

123. and I heard him say: “I'll take care of Eliseo.”

124. Find out what they're up to.

125. - Beba, it's me. I'm coming in. - Come in.

126. I'm in the kitchen brewing some tea. Would you also like one?

127. No, sweetheart. Thanks. How are you?

128. - I brought you your pension. - Thank you, Eliseo.

129. (groans) Ay, ay, ay.

130. I collected your pension, but I spent part of it in the game machine.

131. What?

132. - I said the entire pension is not here— - What?

133. - (laughing) - You're such an idiot!

134. - You're getting hard of hearing, Beba. - Oh, shut up.

135. - I love you so much, Bebita. - (giggles)

136. - Beba, I want to tell you something. - Yes?

137. I ran into Florencia, the architect from Two A,

138. who was with Zambrano, and I heard them talking about me.

139. - About what? - That's what I wanna know.

140. - That's why I'm asking you. Know anything? - No, nothing.

141. I also ran into Zambrano, and he told me not to miss the owners' meeting.

142. - Did he say anything about me? - No.

143. Just that we all had to be there because it was something important.

144. - Important? - Yes.

145. In the agenda, there's only making new flowerbeds.

146. - What's important about it? - No idea.

147. No idea, Beba, but there must be something else.

148. - What do you want me to tell you? - Keep your ears open.

149. - Yes, I will. - Do it.

150. - Five A. - Umm...

151. Gonzalo and María Pía, the one who never says hello.

152. Ninth?

153. - Ninth... - The duplex, Miguel.

154. - Yes, that's the... union guy... DiLella. - Right. No, you have to pat the windows.

155. - Oh! Yes, sorry. - Don't spread the filth.

156. - Look at the mess you're doing. - Sorry.

157. Look at the mess. There's too much water. Come on.

158. - First floor A. - One A... Ah! That's an easy one, Eliseo.

159. - The General and his sister. - Mmhmm...

160. I thought he couldn't go out. He can.

161. Really? But if he walks away from the

162. building his ankle monitor starts beeping.

163. - He can escape, though. - Really?

164. - Let's not get distracted, please. - Sorry.

165. - Seven B. - Seven B...

166. Seven B... Um... That's...

167. - Tatiana, the artist, right? - Seven B, Miguel.

168. Seven B, Seven B... I don't know, Eliseo,

169. - I can´t remember. I don't know. All done. - What...? Did you say all done?

170. What was that? Did you say all done?

171. Maybe you don't understand, but this isn't a game.

172. - No, of course not. - This is work. It's very important.

173. Please, concentrate. Seven B is the Galurdián family.

174. - The Galurdián family. Seven A, Miguel. - Seven A... um...

175. Hi, it's me. Listen carefully. This is important.

176. I just ran into that sneaky Zambrano acting very suspicious.

177. He was talking with Florencia, the architect from Two A,

178. and I heard him say: “I'll take care of Eliseo.”

179. Find out what they're up to.

180. “Matías Zambrano, criminal defense attorney.”

181. “Cardona Lucena. Cleaning service for buildings.”

182. - Who is it? - Eliseo.

183. - Hello. - How are you, Florencia?

184. - I'm here to see about the leaking faucet. - Great.

185. - I was just leaving, but come on in. - Okay, thanks.

186. But, please, try not to make too much noise.

187. Marina is sleeping. She's pulled an all-night shift, the poor thing.

188. - You want me to come some other time? - No, don't worry.

189. Since you're here, fix it, go ahead.

190. - Well, I have to run. - Alright.

191. - Thanks. - See you later.

192. HONEY MOON

193. “Swimming pool project.”

194. “Hi, Florencia. I have found the building's blueprints.

195. I'm attaching them so we can move ahead. Matías Zambrano.”

196. Flor. - (music bellows)

197. - Hey! - Eliseo, what are you doing here?

198. I tried not to make any noise, Marina. I came to fix a leaky faucet. It's done.

199. - Right, Flor told me you would be coming. - Yes. The house is so beautiful.

200. I'm impressed even though I'm used to see apartments.

201. You can see Florencia's touch. Very, very nice.

202. - Yes. Eh... How much do I owe you? - Nothing, please. I'll be on my way now.

203. - Thanks, Marina. - Thank you, Eliseo.

204. (yells) The elevator!

205. (yells) The door!

206. (whispers) Sons of bitches.

207. - (entry door buzzes) - Good evening, Gabriel.

208. It's my building, Gabriel. I've been there for 30 years.

209. - The building and I are one. - 30 years is a whole lotta of time.

210. - A lot. - And I'm always watchful, always.

211. Like a captain who wants to take his ship to safe port

212. with all 36 souls safe and sound.

213. But did something happen? Or... did your ship sink?

214. - Did you hit an iceberg? - No, no iceberg.

215. But strange things are happening. A swimming pool,

216. a cleaning service... They're hiding something from me.

217. They want me off the ship, Gabriel. Yes. (soft chuckle)

218. They want me off the ship, and you know what?

219. - What? - Nobody fucks with Eliseo. Those bastards.

220. Eliseo, you're terrifying when you get mad.

221. I'm gonna go up to the terrace for a while.

222. Tell me if you see anything nice, okay?

223. Here you are, beautiful Paola. The nanny.

224. My favorite Rosarian.

225. You're a good chick, Paola. I know you can give more.

226. Thiago! You liked the chocolate bar.

227. (chuckles) Doctor Zambrano, the lawyer. A real prick.

228. What the fuck are you up to?

229. (internally) I'll find out.

230. - Hello. - Hi, good evening.

231. - Good evening, everyone. - Hi, Florencia. Good evening.

232. - How are you? - Hi.

233. - Hello. - Good evening.

234. NO TRESPASSING

235. Well, I guess we're all here. I don't think anyone else is coming.

236. The agenda for today was the restoration of the flowerbeds on the ground floor,

237. but first we'd like to talk about something else.

238. Doctor Zambrano, the new owners association president,

239. has a very interesting proposal for us.

240. It's a delicate issue, and that's why we didn't make it public before.

241. - Why don't you tell us about it, Matías? - Thank you, Mario.

242. I've given a lot of thought to this project for a long time.

243. It's about raising our building's category and improving our quality of life.

244. I have asked Florencia, as an architect, to give me a hand.

245. So much mystery, Matías!

246. All right, it's about... a swimming pool.

247. - A swimming pool? - Yes, a swimming pool and a sundeck

248. - for the enjoyment of all the neighbors. - Where would we built it?

249. On the terrace. There's a huge unused space, right, Flor?

250. Yes. The idea would be to take advantage of the terrace

251. to make a common enjoyment space where the swimming pool,

252. a roof garden, and a maintenance area would be.

253. - That would be a major work. Yes.

254. It's too much weight. We must make sure the building can stand that weight.

255. Obviously we'd first have to do a structural study to see if it's possible.

256. - Eliseo's house is on the terrace. - Of course.

257. Eliseo's house would have to be demolished.

258. - But where would he live? - Well, precisely—

259. Alright. That's the second part of the proposal.

260. The idea is to do without a building manager, which I think is out of date.

261. The plan also contemplates outsourcing the services of a cleaning company.

262. It would cost less than what we're paying Eliseo and would be more efficient.

263. I like the idea, but it must be an awfully expensive work.

264. What we would be saving on Eliseo, which you know is quite a bit...

265. - ... we'd use for the works on the terrace. - Sons of bitches.

266. Don't you count me in on this project.

267. To tell you the truth, I never liked Eliseo.

268. I don't know. I don't feel I can trust him.

269. What are you talking about? Eliseo is completely trustworthy.

270. In any case, the president's idea will be put up for voting.

271. We will vote later on, once we have the preliminary draft

272. and the first cost estimate.

273. We will obviously do whatever the majority decides.

274. When will it be ready, Matías?

275. - In two months more or less. Flor? - Yes, more or less.

276. - Flor will be taking care of the design. - Exactly.

277. Once it's ready, I'll give each one of you a folder

278. for you to study and make up your minds.

279. I ask for absolute discretion from all of you.

280. So, please, keep it under wraps for the time being, okay?

281. Clarita, love of my life,

282. wherever you are, please, give me the strength to face this.
