4. Macbeth in Space?

5. This is going to be the greatest school play ever

6. because it's in space

7. and it's about Macbeth.

8. Uh, who's Macbeth?

9. I don't know.

10. Some guy with a girl's last name.

11. Principal Willoughby wrote

12. it was somebody named Shakespeare.

13. Isn't he the custodian?

14. Libby, this could be my big break.

15. A talent scout might come to the play,

16. see me and put me in my own TV show.

17. And I'm going to marry Smally Big-Big

18. and live in his house in Beverly Hills.

19. Uh, that's nice.

20. ( in odd accent ): Bolbi be in play.

21. Bolbi act good.

22. Bolbi to be our not to be...

23. Bolbi, sit down!

24. What part are you

25. going to try out for, Jim?

26. I'm not.

27. School plays are just excuses

28. for kids to make fools of themselves.

29. Macbeth in Space?

30. It sounds silly, ridiculous, and...

31. the most beautiful thing in the world.

32. Hey, Jimmy, trying out for the play?

33. I'm going to try out for Lady Macbeth.

34. See you.

35. Ugh, yuck!

36. There's a kissing scene

37. between Macbeth and Lady Macbeth.

38. Out of my way.

39. I've got to be in this play.

40. Falling.

41. To prepare for my audition,

42. I've researched Shakespeare, Scottish kings

43. and downloaded the Keanu Reeves advanced acting course.

44. ( imitating Reeves ): Well... is this a laser sword I see before me?

45. Oh, that was very...

46. Oh, that was stink-o-roony, Jimbo.

47. Open up a window.

48. Hugh!

49. But luckily I can help you.

50. I used to tread the boards back in the day.

51. I'll give you some good acting tips.

52. Now, you might want to write this down, son.

53. When you want to act mad, do this:

54. Now, if you want to act happy—

55. which is different than mad— go like this:

56. Now, if an anvil

57. drops on your head, you'd go, uh...

58. ( screaming ): There's an anvil on my head.

59. Ow, it hurts!

60. And that's pretty much all there is in acting.

61. Hugh, where are you going?

62. I have no idea.

63. Okay, here we go with the auditions, people.

64. Let them hear you in the cheap seats.

65. Will all the great oceans of Mars

66. wash this space creature's mucous clean from my hand?

67. Lady Macbeth!

68. Ladies and gentlemen, we have found our Macbeth.

69. Principal Willoughby, that's not fair.

70. What about the others?

71. But Nick is...

72. Oh, all right.

73. Next!

74. I'll be reading for Lady Macbeth.

75. Ladies and gentlemen, we've found our Lady Macbeth.

76. She hasn't even read yet.

77. My great Glamis of the Galaxy,

78. let one kiss upon your lips

79. speed you to victory.

80. Ladies and gentlemen, I've found my Lady Macbeth.

81. Uh... sorry.

82. Louder.

83. Louder!

84. Um... uh...

85. Carl Wheezer, you cannot be in the play

86. if we can't hear you.

87. You are wasting our time...

88. ( histrionically ): It's not my fault.

89. I didn't even want to do this.

90. My mom forced me.

91. She said it would be good for my self-esteem.

92. Ladies and gentlemen, our first witch.

93. Thank you.

94. Louder!

95. Since the part of Lady Macbeth

96. is still available, I'll take it.

97. I'll need a big dressing room, and when you send flowers

98. I prefer long-stemmed roses, thorns removed...

99. We've found our second witch.

100. Okay, there's witch number three.

101. Who's the star of this thing?

102. It's this Macbeth dude, right?

103. I want to be him.

104. Over my dead body.

105. Sheen, I see you more as soldier number five.

106. What?

107. A lousy soldier?

108. No way, forget it.

109. I'm out of here.

110. He gets to carry a laser spear.

111. Laser spear?

112. For the love of UltraLord,

113. please let me be soldier number five.

114. I'm reading for the part of Macbeth.

115. ( haltingly ): A spaceship, a spaceship, my kingdom for a spaceship.

116. Well, he's no genius at acting.

117. Yeah... thanks, Jimmy.

118. Don't quit your day job.

119. We will now announce...

120. Wait, wait.

121. You forget Bolbi.

122. I act, I act good.

123. All right, Bolbi, give it a try.

124. Okay.

125. ( in deep, theatrical voice ): Life's but a walking shadow,

126. a poor player that struts and frets his hour upon the stage

127. and then is heard no more.

128. It is a tale told by an idiot

129. full of sound and fury, signifying nothing.

130. Yeah, sorry, don't see it.

131. So we've got our witches, Nick is Macbeth,

132. Betty is Lady Macbeth,

133. Sheen's a spear carrier

134. and Bolbi is Rangoon, the space pirate.

135. Is role I born to play.

136. I'm sorry you didn't get a part, Jimmy.

137. No big deal, I don't care,

138. I didn't really want to be in the play.

139. You got to put me in this play.

140. I'll do anything.

141. Even... stage crew.

142. Principal Willoughby?

143. What do you think of my flying machine for the witches?

144. Ow!

145. Oh... maybe I should sell tickets instead?

146. Jimmy, can you make outer space appear on stage

147. and create fantastic visual effects

148. all on a budget of $17?

149. Do it, Jimmy.

150. You could make some really cool stuff.

151. Principal Willoughby, you found yourself a stage crew.

152. This will impress Betty better than some stupid part.

153. I'm going to make the most amazing special effects

154. the world has ever seen.

155. Hi, Betty.

156. Do you want to see

157. my neutronic Storminator?

158. It can create rain, thunder and lightning.

159. Sure, Jimmy.

160. Time for the romantic love scene with Macbeth.

161. Oh, I'll see you later, Jimmy.

162. Whee!

163. Jimmy, these hover shoes are totally cool.

164. I love being a witch.

165. P.W.-- You know these lines

166. "Bubble, bubble, toil and trouble"?

167. I was thinking we could funk it up a little, like this:

168. I love it— do it.

169. But not right now.

170. Principal man, why is Rangoon space pirate

171. not in the act of five?

172. Oh, because he falls off a 150-foot cliff

173. into a crater of boiling lava.

174. Oh... so sad.

175. But happy for Bolbi.

176. I acting good.

177. Avast, ye space pirate.

178. You have awakened the fury of soldier number five.

179. Careful, Sheen, remember it's a real laser.

180. You could... ( blast )

181. Hey, Jimmy, can you help me with my line?

182. I'm kind of busy— I got to set up the storm cloud.

183. ( harshly ): "My lord, Lady Macbeth approaches."

184. ( suavely ): Or "My lord, Lady Macbeth approaches."

185. ( in Mexican accent ): Or "Me lord, Lady Macbeth, approaches."

186. All right, love scene.

187. Let's do it.

188. Kiss me, my queen of the galaxy.

189. Kiss me, my king of the stars.

190. Now, go in for the big kiss.

191. Really plant that sucker.

192. Hey, watch it, Neutron.

193. Sorry, Nick, won't happen again.

194. I'm wise to you, Neutron.

195. You did that on purpose.

196. Accidents happen.

197. Just don't try anything funny

198. when I'm on stage,

199. because if anybody messes the show up, I mess them up.

200. My daughter Cynthia

201. is the star of the show.

202. She's Macbeth?

203. No, she's a witch.

204. So I hear.

205. Five minutes till curtain.

206. Attention, people— center.

207. My old college roommate at Vassar, Corky Shumatsu, is here.

208. He's scouting girls with attitude

209. to play the lead in a new TV show, Spunky Girl.

210. This is my big break.

211. If any of you does anything wrong tonight,

212. I will kill you.

213. That's it, Cindy— now, lock it.

214. Okay, everyone, break a leg.

215. Uh, do we have to break our own leg?

216. Can I break Carl's leg?

217. Saying "break a leg"

218. is an old theater tradition.

219. It's bad luck to say "good luck."

220. Oh, I get it.

221. That makes perfect sense.

222. He's whacked.

223. Has anybody seen Nick?

224. ( gasps ): Nick?

225. The star of our show?

226. The boy playing Macbeth— that Nick?

227. Hey, here comes Nick on his skateboard

228. going really fast and doing some extremely dangerous tricks

229. that could cause him to...

230. Oh, man, I broke my leg.

231. All right, that's good luck.

232. Way to go, Nick.

233. He can't go on.

234. We can't do the play.

235. No play?

236. No kiss?

237. No fame?

238. This show must go on.

239. Who'll play Macbeth?

240. Well, someone would have to have

241. a photographic memory

242. and be able to memorize super fast.

243. Like Jimmy?

244. Me?

245. I can't.

246. I'm not a...

247. I can't.

248. Look at me.

249. Look at me!

250. James Neutron, you're going out there

251. a lowly, dirty, greasy stagehand,

252. but you've got to come back a star.

253. But, but, but...

254. You can do it, Jimmy.

255. Ladies and gentlemen...

256. you've found your new Macbeth.

257. One minute till show time.

258. Memorize, memorize.

259. Got it.

260. I hope.

261. Jimmy, you're going to be a fabulous Macbeth.

262. Now show Sheen

263. how to operate the special effects.

264. Okay, Sheen, all you have to do

265. is press the buttons...

266. Got it.

267. I'm not done.

268. Press the buttons...

269. Got it.

270. I'm not done!

271. Press the buttons one at a time

272. when they light up.

273. I'm done.

274. Got it!

277. Hey, Jimmy.

278. Um, I thought we agreed that we didn't like girls.

279. We don't.

280. Betty is a woman.

281. Got it!

282. Corky Shumatsu is in the front row.

283. Just think, Libby,

284. after I get discovered tonight

285. and become a big star,

286. I'll be living in a mansion in Beverly Hills.

287. Yeah, right, and I'm going on a world tour with Shoop Puppy Dog Boy.

288. That's nice.

289. Hey, Jimmy, I just found out

290. that the play Macbeth has a curse

291. and you're not supposed to say Macbeth,

292. because if you say Macbeth, bad things happen,

293. and we've been saying Macbeth a lot.

294. And congratulations on getting the part of Macbeth.

295. I said Macbeth.

296. It's show time.

297. Bonsoir and welcome to the world premiere

298. of Macbeth In Space.

299. Thank you.

302. I bet it's my Cynthia.

303. She could play all the parts.

304. I once played all the parts in Snow White,

305. even all the dwarfs—

306. Happy, Zippy, Smiley, Cranky, Gloomy, Medic,

307. Shy-Eyed, Drowsy, Narcoleptie...

308. Miss Vortex, we do have a little show we'd like to start.

309. Continue.

310. Thank you.

311. Macbeth will be played by Jimmy Neutron.

312. Yay!

313. I'm going to go give Jimbo

314. a few last-minute acting tips

315. before he gets started.

316. He'll be fine, Hugh.

317. After all, he is a genius.

318. 'Twas long ago in a galaxy most far, far away...

319. Hark!

320. Great stomping mechanical feet approach.

321. How now, ye warty hags?

322. All hail Macbeth!

323. But I'm no king.

324. King you soon shall be say we witches three.

357. Vortex!

358. Get you tuchis back on stage.

361. Friends, Mulvexians, countrymen, lend me to your ears.

387. Sheen, what's going on?

388. I was only following orders.

389. Unwelcome visitor, dost thou desire a piece of me?

390. Jimmy...

391. Neutron, you're ruining my career.

392. You're ruining my hair.

393. Whoo-hoo!

395. My play, my beautiful play.

396. I think I'm going to faint.

397. What a world!

398. Must... disable... tornado.

399. That wasn't too bad.

400. I thought it was going to be much worse.

401. It will be.

402. In the outside atmosphere,

403. the tornado will increase in size.

404. I don't usually like classics,

460. But we almost burned up during reentry.

461. Hey, Jimmy.

462. Too bad we didn't get to do our big scene.

463. But I guess I can still give you a kiss

464. for saving our lives.

465. I love show business.

466. And it loves us, Jimmy.

467. This was truly the most fabulous

468. and magical night of our lives.

469. Um, is that why we're tipping back and forth?

470. Jimmy!

471. Awesome!

472. This is even better than when we went in space.

473. Everybody, lean to the left.
