Speed Racer 1x50

This is a sequel to the 'The Most Dangerous Race' and takes place one year after the events related in that episode. It involves a group of international spies tricking the Car Acrobatic Team and Speed Racer into having a race. The race is to lure out Racer X who the spies have figured out is Speed's older brother. In addition the spies have planted bombs in the cars of the Car Acrobatic Team to blow up Speed. In the end it is the spies who get blown up. Also Speed figures out that Racer X is his brother Rex and asks him. Racer X knocks out Speed, removes his mask, and vows to stop being a racer and become a full time secret agent.

16. It was a grueling race over treacherous mountain trails.

17. And because of their skill and their unique cars,

18. my closest competitors were members of

19. the Car Acrobatic Team.

20. I took advantage of every fair opportunity

21. to pull into the lead. It was dangerous on that ice.

22. Seeing the Car Acrobatic Team in action was

23. an unforgettable sight, but Racer X warned me about them.

24. Don't race against them.

25. To win, they'll stop at nothing.

26. Many racers were knocked out of the race,

27. and Racer X and I barely managed to cross the finish line.

28. The Car Acrobatic Team suffered heavy losses,

29. and it was then that their leader vowed vengeance.

31. but I solemnly swear you will pay for our defeat!

32. We shall meet again someday, and when we do,

33. we shall not only defeat you, but you will be destroyed!

34. Now, it is late at night and Speed is dreaming.
