247. When I was first introduced to the Viva Glam challenge,

248. I was excited.

249. I grew up in the Philippines so I never thought

250. that I would actually get a chance to do this in my life.

251. This is not just makeup or lipstick.

252. This is makeup with a purpose.

253. And that's when it really hit me.

254. It wasn't a challenge, it was personal.

255. Where I come from, in Cameroon, HIV/AIDS is such a big issue

256. and I have been a witness to it.

257. And I'm a very spiritual person.

258. And to me, this was just a way

259. to really, really create an awareness.

260. How long, exactly, do we have from right now?

262. Because we're supposed to be onstage in an hour and a half.

264. Being able to win extra time really helps me out a lot

265. and, you know, actually calms me down

266. because, I hate to admit, I'm a really nervous person
