426. This might be a recipe for disaster.

427. Making anything from garbage to couture... never happens.

428. You can wear your own wigs, heels, and undergarments.

429. And as far as makeup is concerned,

430. MAC has that covered.

431. But after that, your outfit needs to be

432. 100% recycled fashion.

433. I've probably got about $25,000

434. in costuming and rhinestones with me.

435. I've got headpieces, and headdresses,

436. and 16 pairs of shoes, 22 outfits,

437. things with Versace buckles on them.

438. And our challenge is create a fabulous outfit from some of

439. the ugliest, tackiest, most horrible thrift store clothing

440. that your grandmother wouldn't even wear.

441. Now most importantly, this outfit has to scream you.

442. You have the rest of the day to work.

443. And remember, you will be judged

444. on both your drag on a dime outfit

445. and your photo from today's shoot.

446. When you present yourself tomorrow on the main stage,

447. in addition to being beautiful, the judges will be looking for

456. The first challenge came, it actually hit you in the face,

457. like, guess what, this is the competition.

458. People switch from being nice to oh,

461. So it was like a reality check to your face.

464. I can sew a hole up in a dress and that's about it.

465. I think if you maybe had a couple yards

466. of very pretty fabric, I could make something out of it.

467. But, literally, we had crap.

468. They took the noodles and everything.

469. It was really funny that as soon as this challenge started

470. that everybody got quiet and didn't say a word

471. for about 30 minutes.

472. When we started constructing our garments

473. and I looked at Rebecca, she kept going back and forth

474. like she didn't know what she wanted to wear

475. or what kind of idea she was trying to create and stuff,

476. so I think it was a little bit challenging to her.

477. So, Miss Victoria, when did you start doing drag?

478. I did drag my first time on January 16th 1987.
