683. severe and acute OCD,

684. and ADHD.

685. I think it's so powerful to, like,

686. understand that it's OK to, like, be imperfect,

687. and it's OK to grow, and it's OK to, like, ask for help.

688. Because I think that a lot of people are like,

689. no, I'm fine, and I don't want, like, medication.

690. And it's like, OK, like, being born

691. with a certain set of chemicals and a precondition...

692. - Doesn't make you weak. - For neuroses—yeah.

693. Like, if anything, I think it makes you more powerful.

694. - To really face it. - Yeah.

695. Mental illness doesn't go away.

696. But being able to talk to a therapist

697. allows me to navigate the world

698. in a way to where it doesn't have to feel so painful.

699. We need to feel those negative emotions,

700. but it's about being able to move through life with them.

701. It's a shitty thing to deal with,

702. but it's made me who I am, so I'm proud of it.
