RuPaul's Drag Race 13x13

1. Previously onRuPaul's Drag Race...

2. We're throwing a Nice Girls Roast.

3. Yes!

4. Valentina.

5. Your angel needed an angel.

6. Oh, I'm sorry. I thought you could speak whale.

7. - Symone. - You were overthinking it,

8. and it just became a spiral.

9. Utica Queen.

10. Some of these were just observations

11. and kind of harsh.

12. Kandy Muse.

13. You were my Don Rickles tonight.

14. Con-drag-ulations.

15. You're the winner of this week's challenge.

16. Symone, shantay you stay.

17. Utica, sashay away.

18. Child.

19. Oof.

20. Oh, Utica.

21. What's up with this long-ass message?

22. Utica just left us.

23. I love that little nut.

24. She is my little strange being on this Earth.

25. "Love yourself inside and out.

26. Wiggle to the top, Utica."

27. So of course it has to be me against Utica,

28. because, you know, she's my twin.

29. - You ate your twin. - I ate my twin, bitch.

30. I said so many times

31. I need to get out of my head.

32. Something is holding me back

33. and I need to figure out what it is,

34. because it literally landed me in the bottom this week.

35. And I am determined to get to the top.

36. And if I don't change something in my head,

37. I'm not gonna make it.

38. Kandy, I want to congratulate you on your win.

39. You have your first fucking win.

40. How does it feel?

41. You don't even understand how happy—

42. Listen, the roast is such a, like, Drag Racestaple,

43. and I was, like, oh, my God, werk!

44. The gag is I don't even think

45. Aja and Dahlia won a challenge on their season, either.

46. I don't think so, either.

47. So I'm over the moon.

48. - Yes.

49. I feel like I am in this fucking race for real

50. and I am ready to fight to the fucking end.

51. I'm so happy right now.

52. This is like the best day of my life.

53. RuPaul compared my comedy to Phyllis Diller.

54. Down the road in a few years,

55. if there's, like, a little roast tour,

56. I wanna sit next to you, bitch.

57. Okay. Guys, it's even worse,

58. because I would see those tours, and I'd be, like, not me.

59. And now I'm, like, yeah!

60. I wanna read you bitches down.

61. But you have it, honey. You got it.

62. You Gottmik.

63. The fact that I've learned

64. that I can actually kind of write jokes

65. and deliver them on stage is so crazy.

66. And it just has really opened my eyes

67. that there's so much to my drag

68. that I have not really explored yet.

69. We are at the top mother fucking five.

70. Yeah, we are.

71. And that is a milestone in itself.

72. Yeah, bitch.

73. But the reality is, baby,

74. one of us has to go home next.

75. How that feeling?

76. I'm definitely ready to fight

77. for that spot in the top four.

78. I know it's gonna be difficult—

79. Oh, baby! This is gonna be a fight to the top four,

80. because I now you bitches are fucking fierce,

81. and no one wants to give up their spot in that finale.

82. Absolutely not.

83. My top five angels, let's get it fucking on!

84. Divas. Divas, divas, divas, divalicious divas.

85. It's anyone's game, baby.

86. Coast to coast.

87. Aah!

88. And on that note, Fuck you bitches...

89. We are this close to the top four.

90. If I have to cut a bitch,

91. if I have to send a bitch home,

92. I will do what it takes

93. to get to the top.

94. If you didn't believe in me before,

95. oh, baby, start believing in me now, because, bitch...

96. - I'm here to win.

97. The winner ofRuPaul's Drag Race

98. receives a one-year supply

99. of Anastasia Beverly Hills cosmetics

100. and a cash prize of $100,000.

101. With extra-special guest judge Cynthia Erivo.

102. Top five!

103. Yes!

104. It's a new week, and I'm ready to go.

105. I feel like I belong here,

106. and I'm not going anywhere, bitch.

107. So let's fucking roll.

108. Oh, my God, look.

109. We are on one side.

110. Oh, my God!

111. It's so crazy to think of all the shit we've done

112. and all the bitches we've lost.

113. This table used to be fucking full all the way around.

114. Aw, y'all are like my best friends.

115. - Aw... - Aw...

116. Wait'll you see the confessionals, my love.

117. Ooh, girl!

118. She done already done had herses.

119. My queens, they say there are no small parts,

120. only small actors.

121. But if you're lucky,

122. one day you might meet a small actor

123. with some very big parts.

124. Acting?

125. Hello, hello, hello.

126. My top five queens.

127. Now, America's next drag superstar

128. needs to have the star power to outshine her competitors.

129. So for this week's maxi-challenge,

130. you'll all be starring in the new sci-fi adventure

131. Henny, I Shrunk the Drag Queens!

132. Werk!

133. Now, this special effects extravaganza

134. takes place on the Drag Raceset,

135. where you'll be portraying tiny, teeny, tiny drag queens

136. fighting for your very survival.

137. Now, this, of course, has been based on a true story,

138. but the names have been changed to protect the guilty.

139. Mm-hmm.

140. First, there's Dominique Perignon, the mean one.

141. She's power-hungry and a little cray-cray.

142. Then there's Margarita, the smart one.

143. She's sexy and a natural-born leader.

144. Then there's Brandy, the sarcastic one.

145. A real wise-cracker.

146. And then there's Chardonnay, the whiny one.

147. And last but not least, Ginger Ale, the dumb one.

148. She's real sweet

149. and real stupid.

150. Now, to help create your character's looks,

151. feel free to use materials from fabric.com.

152. Ladykins, this week will determine

153. who makes it to the top four of RuPaul's Drag Race,

154. so do not ferk it up.

155. Every single acting challenge or improv challenge that we've had,

156. I've been in the top.

157. So I feel confident that I can do what I do best.

158. Racers, start your engines, and may the best drag queen win.

159. All right, Kandy, pass out these scriptalinas.

160. "So five queens enter the werkroom

161. "as in coming from the main stage,

162. grabbing cocktails in silence."

163. We're looking over the script.

164. Oh, it's a thick script, honey.

165. And we're realizing that these characters are very familiar.

166. - All right. - That is so funny.

167. I love this script.

168. Yeah, it's a very funny script.

169. I know exactly which one I want.

170. Let's just go down the line and say who we each want,

171. and then we'll decide on who's who.

172. I think Ginger Ale could be cute and funny.

173. The judges have been telling Olivia

174. that every time she gets up there,

175. she gives this apologetic, shy girl thing,

176. and that's what this Ginger Ale role is.

177. So if I were her, I would not be trying to do that.

178. Yeah.

179. I think I definitely wanna be Brandy.

180. And I was thinking Chardonnay.

181. Yeah, that's my number one.

182. Okay. Symone?

183. I want Miss Dominique.

184. Okay, I definitely want Dominique as well.

185. Kandy and Symone, one of you will play Dominique

186. and one of you will play Margarita.

187. - Well, I want Dom, so... - Mm.

188. I really want to play Dominique Perignon

189. because she is a central part of the story.

190. Everything's happening because of her,

191. and I really wanna stand out.

192. Like, I feel like it's a side of me

193. that I haven't really shown the judges.

194. It's just a fun fucking character to play,

195. and I really, really want it.

196. Yeah, I want Dominique as well.

197. Well, luckily, Elliott's here to hold an audition for you.

198. Elliott?

199. The character that Symone doesn't want is Margarita.

200. Margarita is the sexy, logical, smart one,

201. a natural-born leader.

202. I'm like, werk, that's very Symone.

203. Dominique is the villain, crazy, delusional.

204. That's me. Dominique is mine.

205. I want Dominique.

206. So what should we do for an acting momento?

207. Like, are we gonna have to decision it out?

208. Are we gonna vote?

209. The character description is so you.

210. Natural-born leader. I just don't see that for me.

211. The smart one?

212. I will say out of the two of you,

213. I would definitely say Symone's the smart one.

214. All right, I'll take it.

215. I'll take Margarita, or whatever the fuck, yeah.

216. - You'll take Margarita? - Sure.

217. Okay.

218. Okay. I don't want this role.

219. Margarita is the dry one,

220. and it's not necessarily a fun role.

221. But that's the way the cards fell,

222. and I don't wanna have to fight

223. when I know I could do Margarita, too.

224. So I'm just gonna have to put myself into it

225. and nail it and prove that I deserve to be in the top.

226. Do we have enough time to do a read-through now as the parts?

227. Yeah, we can do, like, a quick little read-through.

228. Baby, we're at the very end stretch of this competition.

229. - Oh, my God. - Baby, it's you or me,

230. and I did not come here to give up my part

231. so that you could win.

232. Girl, you scare us.

233. It's like you'll do anything to win.

234. Anything?

235. Anything? Ha!

236. Coming up...

237. Oh, bitch, what now?

238. Hey, girls, how's it going? It's Scarlett.

239. - Oh! - Yeah!

240. Scarlett Johansson!

241. So that's why all our makeup keeps disappearing.

242. This week we have an acting challenge,

243. and we are all starring in

244. Henny, I Shrunk the Drag Queens!

245. The past acting challenges, I have just been safe,

246. and there's no time to be safe anymore,

247. so I need to step up

248. whatever the hell I thought I was doing before.

249. The characters are pretty much us,

250. so I would imagine

251. that we can kinda, like...

252. - Be ourselves? - Be ourselves.

253. I think so, too.

254. And well, Rosé, yours is butch, so definitely be yourself.

255. That's gonna be a stretch, but I'll try.

256. Oof.

257. Oh! Did you hear it? I heard it!

258. - I heard it, too. - It was definitely audible.

259. All right, so let's bring it off.

260. Let's go. Let's go do our stuff.

261. What are you gonna fucking wear?

262. - Yeah, I would love to know.

263. My biggest concern for this challenge

264. is what the fuck are we gonna wear?

265. Because, baby, we're at the end of this competition,

266. so we barely have any drag left.

267. The options are few,

268. and I also have to make sure they fit with the character.

269. I can't come out in, like, a huge ball gown

270. trying to be a butch queen.

271. Oh, that's cute. That's kind of butch.

272. It's very butch.

273. - Yeah, like, what? - Yeah.

274. Oh, my God, look at how Rosé's hair

275. is making me miss my baby Joey Jay.

276. My forever fallen angel.

277. Oh, Joey!

278. I need to ask. Can this go on green screen?

279. Baby, today we are gonna be in front of the green screen,

280. and clearly in front of a green screen you can't wear green,

281. shiny things, stones that reflect off the green.

282. And for drag queens, it's difficult.

283. - Is this, like, green? - Let me see.

284. Yeah, they're gonna say no.

285. I am freaking out, because I'm, like,

286. I didn't get the role I wanted,

287. and the things I wanna wear

288. are not suitable for green screen.

289. And I just need a moment of something going right for me,

290. because it feels like things are just falling apart around me.

291. There's like this.

292. This is a skirt, and then this goes on top.

293. Like, this goes, like, here.

294. I feel like that's, like, too villainy.

295. I can't help but, like, think about my house,

296. the House of Avalon.

297. We're such perfectionists in everything that we do,

298. and I don't want to let anyone down,

299. and I don't want to look bad

300. and then, like, disappoint everyone.

301. And I don't wanna have to be, like, you have four wins,

302. but you also lip synced three times,

303. and be, like, scrambling to get into the top.

304. Like, I just don't want to look a fool.

305. I don't. I can't.

306. - Oh, bitch! - Ooh, girl.

307. What now?

308. She done already done had herses!

309. We're gonna have to do all this while falling off of a building.

310. - Here we go. - Yeah, literally.

311. Hey, girls, how's it going? It's Scarlett!

312. - Oh! - Yes!

313. Scarlett Johansson? Oh, my gosh!

314. Black Widow!

315. I'm living.

316. I'm such a fan of the show.

317. I'm so sad I have not been in the werkroom,

318. but it's been a dream of mine

319. to participate for a long, long time,

320. so this is really exciting for me.

321. Baby, you're in the werkroom right now.

322. You're in the werkroom right now.

323. It feels like it.

324. - Yeah! - So I hear that you guys

325. maybe need a little bit of acting advice?

326. - Yes. - What's going on?

327. Today we're doing an acting challenge

328. where we're gonna be on green screen in this room,

329. and we're gonna be shrunk really small.

330. And we're gonna fight things like giant cats.

331. How would you recommend

332. being against these, like, imaginary monsters?

333. Acting is all about making a situation that's unreal

334. feel very real.

335. So I would say that the most important thing

336. is that you have a lot of conviction.

337. Whether you're fighting Thanos

338. or, like, a giant, spiky heel, you know what I mean?

339. And so that comes from believing in yourself.

340. If you don't believe in your own self,

341. then no one in the audience is gonna believe you.

342. - Cool. - Werk.

343. You're a very sweet person, I can tell.

344. But have you ever had to play a villain in a movie,

345. and how did you get into character?

346. I think the most important thing when you're playing a villain

347. is you have to love the character that you're playing,

348. even if they're, like, evil to the core.

349. You really have to have a lot of sympathy for them.

350. You know, you really have to feel for the character.

351. Yeah, thank you.

352. Some of the roles we have

353. are a little bit smaller than the others,

354. so I was just wondering if you had any advice

355. on how to really stand out when you don't have a lot of lines.

356. Remember that there are no small parts,

357. there are only small queens.

358. So, you guys, you know, you wanna make sure

359. that even though you don't have as much screen time,

360. that you have made the character in your mind,

361. you have a whole story for your character,

362. so then the character feels really complete.

363. It's like sometimes if I'm reading some lines,

364. I'll kind of read them in the mirror,

365. sort of make sure

366. you practice a little bit of those looks,

367. and see what you come up with, you know.

368. You might be surprised.

369. - Thanks. - Any other questions?

370. I have one guest question.

371. The movie, will it be called Size Queens?

372. Oh, boy.

373. It could be,

374. because you're looking at a room full of size queens, so...

375. All right, ladies, good luck. Don't mess this up.

376. The future of cinema

377. rests on your very tiny, tiny, tiny shoulders.

378. Nice to meet you. Good luck.

379. Bye, Scarlett. Thank you so much!

380. It's just really crazy

381. to think that we just talked to Scarlett Johansson.

382. I just feel like it's surreal.

383. Oh, my God.

384. And we made it this far.

385. We got this treat of speaking to her.

386. So, like, let's go into it

387. and just give it the best you can.

388. Give it 100, you know.

389. Coming up...

390. Get away from me, you fucking pussy!

391. Watch where you're going, lady!

392. No!

393. Hello!

394. Hello, queens.

395. It's time to shoot Henny, I Shrunk the Drag Queens!

396. with Michelle and Carson.

397. Are y'all ready to get shrunk?

398. Yes!

399. As you know, these acting challenges,

400. it's all about larger-than-life presence.

401. But today you're gonna be about four inches tall.

402. That's so small. I know exactly what four—

403. Stop it!

404. Anyway, so you need to go big,

405. because you don't wanna be outshined, or, rather, squashed.

406. Okay, you're in the werkroom,

407. and this is right after you've been shrunken.

408. All right, lights, camera, action!

409. Is it just me, or did the toxic overhead lighting

410. make the furniture huge?

411. There's only one way for us to return to our normal size.

412. - What is it? - We've gotta get—ooh, sorry.

413. We've gotta go all the way across the werkroom

414. - and find the shade button. - All right, cut, cut, cut.

415. You're strong.

416. You need to be, like, you know what to do.

417. Okay.

418. You are the scientist, you're saving the day.

419. "We've got to go all the way across this werkroom."

420. You're leading them to victory.

421. Oh, okay. It's really weird

422. and kind of hard

423. to, like, act off of something that's not there,

424. and while also being in character,

425. while also, like, trying to overact in the scene

426. with these four other bitches.

427. We've gotta go all the way across the werkroom

428. and activate the shade button.

429. Symone is bringing back her voice

430. that she uses in acting challenges.

431. Flag fac-try.

432. I call it the "fac-try voice,"

433. and it's so funny.

434. Here, kitty, kitty.

435. But at the same time,

436. I think she's kind of second-guessing the character,

437. and at this point in the game you have to be confident

438. in every decision that you're making.

439. You like that? Ooh, yeah, baby.

440. Go, kitty, go!

441. Okay, let's move on.

442. Kandy, for this part, Ginger Ale is reading you,

443. and that's making you get smaller and smaller.

444. Action.

445. "Look at Dominique.

446. She's shrinking!"

447. No!

448. My wicked beauty!

449. No, let's go back, let's go back.

450. No, do it again, do it again, no!

451. No!

452. My wicked beauty!

453. No, no, no.

454. No! "My beautiful wickedness." Do it again.

455. No!

456. My beautiful wickedness!

457. - Again! - One more time, one more time!

458. No! My wicked beauty!"

459. No, your beautiful wickedness!

460. No! My beautiful wickedness!

461. - One more time! - One more time. Great work!

462. Kandy is a big personality,

463. so whatever character she gets, that is an asset to her.

464. No! My beautiful wickedness!

465. But I would have done a great job as Dominique.

466. And this. Dominique!

467. My vocal cords hurt,

468. but, baby, I'll worry about that later on

469. I'm tryin' a win this challenge.

470. Okay, so, guys, this is our special effects moment,

471. where you are climbing up on a sewing machine cord.

472. You kids have to really sell the hell out of this.

473. If Batman and Robin can do it, you can do it.

474. And... action!

475. Are you sure this is how Scarlett Johansson

476. got the role of Black Widow?

477. Ooh, I loved her in Girl With the Pearl Necklace.

478. Olivia is stuck in what she knows,

479. and as a performer and a drag queen,

480. you need to kind of show the judges,

481. like, all sides of you.

482. No one's smiling and happy 24/7, so...

483. You know, it's hard.

484. Think about pulling yourself up a wall

485. and holding onto something.

486. Um, question.

487. I was gonna, like, say my line and then look back.

488. Does my camera change now she's back there?

489. I don't think Olivia realizes

490. that she's the Urkel of this group sometimes.

491. Um, may I ask...

492. Um, I have a question.

493. You tell me to look over here,

494. but I think my character would really shout this way.

495. May I ask a question?

496. How's the look over there?

497. Oh. It is just so funny,

498. because she's asking a question she knows full damn well

499. it's exactly what she gonna do,

500. and she knows exactly how it's gonna look.

501. So just do it, diva!

502. Question.

503. Whew!

504. She's a divalicious diva.

505. May I ask—

506. - Help! Help! - Help! Help!

507. Whoa! Hey! Watch where you're going, lady!

508. It is Jerry Lewis.

509. For the love of RuPaul...

510. What's my line?

511. My opinion of Rosé has changed so much.

512. Because, like, when she first got here,

513. she was so uptight in a way,

514. and she was just everything had to be perfect and every word.

515. And then as the competition started going on,

516. I could just see her letting go,

517. but then also still has her perfection edge.

518. - She's a very good actress. - Yeah.

519. - But technical. - Yeah.

520. So she is the one to watch in my opinion.

521. "Suddenly a giant black pussycat

522. leaps onto the floor next to the queens."

523. And action.

524. - Look over there! - Oh! Aah!

525. My role's Chardonnay.

526. Her big scene is that she's basically allergic to cats,

527. and she gets attacked by a giant cat.

528. If we stay perfectly still, maybe it won't notice us.

529. Ah... ah-choo!

530. Oh, bitch!

531. Cut.

532. Gottmik, milk the sneeze a little bit more.

533. Think you're gonna— then you stop.

534. Ah... ah...

535. Ooh...

536. - Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

537. All right, last time.

538. I wanna believe that sneeze, Gottmik.

539. - Oh, yeah. - All right, here we go.

540. Ah...

541. - Oh... - Oh, bitch, you better stop it.

542. Relax, I'm fine.

543. Ah-choo!

544. - Oh, bitch...

545. you're on your own!

546. And cut. That was great.

547. Moving on.

548. Kandy, are you good with cats?

549. Ooh, I love pussy.

550. - Oh, okay. - Really?

551. So now it's time for Gottmik

552. to get attacked by a giant-ass cat paw.

553. This is drag artistry, ladies and gentlemen.

554. And guess who's the cat paw? Me, bitch.

555. So you should be trying to get away from the paw,

556. but also sneezing, because you're very allergic.

557. Here we go. And action.

558. Help! Ah-choo!

559. Oh! Help! Ah-choo! Help!

560. Maybe you're on your back and it's tickling your belly.

561. Aah! Aah! Help! Help!

562. - Turn around and hit the paw. - Help! Ah-choo! Ugh!

563. Try to kick it away. Kick it away with your leg.

564. Ah-choo! Ah-choo!

565. Kandy, swat her!

566. Ah-choo! Help!

567. Now, maybe it tickles, it tickles.

568. Aah! Aah!

569. Oh, God!

570. Ah-choo!

571. Ah-choo! Help! Ah-choo!

572. Get away from me, you fucking pussy!

573. Ah-choo!

574. - Okay, now cat, run off. - Run off, cat!

575. Okay, the other way. Other way. There you go.

576. That's great. Gottmik, you all right?

577. - Yeah, that was so fun. - Okay, good.

578. Way to commit, Gottmik.

579. Yeah. It is the most fun

580. I've ever had in my whole life.

581. I'm living my fantasy.

582. Like, do I wanna be an actor?

583. Great job, ladies.

584. Lots of special effects to add in the edit,

585. so we will see how it all turns out.

586. And that is a wrap.

587. Thank you.

588. It's a little nerve-wracking,

589. because it's, like, we are at the end,

590. and, like, how are we gonna get down to four?

591. Like, it's anybody's game.

592. Coming up...

593. Today determines who is in the top four.

594. Look at me now, doing this eyebrow.

595. Will they be sisters or will they be twins?

596. We will never know.

597. They'll be neighbors, baby.

598. They will be neighbors.

599. - Aah! - Aah!

600. For this week's maxi-challenge,

601. we have to act in a movie

602. called Henny, I Shrunk the Drag Queens!

603. Oh, my gosh!

604. And today we're gonna see how the movie turned out.

605. Today determines who is in the top four.

606. Top five to top four is the big jump.

607. The crown is right there. Everyone can taste it.

608. And it is making me want it even more.

609. How does everyone feel?

610. Are we nervous, are we excited,

611. are we everything and all in one?

612. I mean, I could just hope that I did good in the challenge,

613. because coming off of a win from last week,

614. I would love to have another win.

615. At the end of the day,

616. I don't feel like there really was, like, one part

617. that was so much more massive than the others,

618. so it's really upon us individually to shine here.

619. It's just all in what the judges think and how we did.

620. So since we've been here for so long,

621. how do you think people back home are gonna receive you?

622. I think about that a lot.

623. That's why I'm in my head a lot of the time.

624. I just wanna always do well

625. and to make sure I don't disappoint anybody,

626. because there was so much invested in me to do well here.

627. I think that's been my issue these last few weeks,

628. is that I am so worried

629. about what everyone else back home is gonna think.

630. And being so close to Gigi

631. and coming in the season after her,

632. and having that pressure on me to do so well,

633. I feel like...

634. It's exhausting.

635. Whew.

636. And I feel like last week,

637. doing so horribly in the roast

638. and having to lip sync

639. and being so close to the end of this competition,

640. it's just—it's just a shitty feeling.

641. And I don't wanna disappoint anybody.

642. I really wanna make it to the top four,

643. because I've seen the girls, and they're doing so well,

644. and I don't wanna get to the end

645. and then be, like, oh, she fizzled out.

646. She just couldn't make it.

647. And I don't want that to be my story,

648. and I don't want that to be my end here.

649. It's easy to come here

650. and think about the disappointments

651. that you're gonna have back at home if you go home first

652. or if you don't make it halfway through

653. or if you don't make it to the finale.

654. But remember that who got you here is yourself,

655. and at the end of the day,

656. the people back at home are gonna be proud of you

657. for getting on the show to begin with.

658. Yes.

659. I came into this competition too self-aware

660. and really concerned with how I was coming off

661. and how I would be received.

662. Coming here, I had a huge fear

663. that if I let myself out fully,

664. that I might say something bad

665. and then the fans might, like, turn against me.

666. But I'm starting to really relax into myself.

667. It's weird how when you care about the way you're received,

668. you don't do the things that make you you.

669. Yeah.

670. Bitch, I'm just having fun now.

671. Growing up, who was the first person on TV

672. that you saw and you were, like, "Oh, bitch, that's me"?

673. There's somebody else out there like me.

674. Growing up as someone who is Black and Puerto Rican,

675. seeing on TV the Black Cinderella

676. with all these characters that are PoC.

677. - Oh, yeah. - Yes.

678. I really didn't see anyone like me ever on TV.

679. And even when I did see, like, the Chaz Bonos

680. and, like, the trans guys on TV,

681. I was just, like, well, that is too masculine.

682. That is not me.

683. I'm too feminine.

684. You know, it really, like, set me back in a way.

685. If there was someone like me on TV when I was a kid,

686. there would have been years shaved off of my little journey.

687. Because, like, there's no way

688. I'm the only one that feels this way, you know?

689. - Uh-huh. - I don't really get

690. why we hold the trans community to this expectation

691. that you're either supposed to be Barbie or Ken.

692. Like, no in-between.

693. I just really wanna be that start point for people.

694. Opening this door

695. and building this community of femme little guys

696. wearing dresses on Drag Race.

697. And, like, if I had more examples like us,

698. if I saw that from such a young age,

699. coming out would have been so much easier.

700. I would have figured out who I was so much sooner.

701. Because the only thing we had on TV

702. was drag queens and trans women being hookers on TV

703. and being killed, or gay men being the—

704. the overly flamboyant,

705. the, ooh, I need a gay best friend to go shopping.

706. And it's, like, there is so much more to gay life

707. than just shit you see on TV.

708. This show definitely showed me,

709. like, the little gay boy from Conway, Arkansas,

710. can go on and be somebody, honey.

711. And look at me now, doing this eyebrow

712. in this RuPaul's Drag Race moment.

713. Will they be sisters or will they be twins?

714. - You will never know. - They'll be neighbors, baby.

715. They will be neighbors.

716. Coming up...

717. - This is my kind of drag. - This is spectacular.

718. This was, like, my wet dream.

719. And what?

720. Welcome to the main stage of RuPaul's Drag Race.

721. From the itty bitty titty committee,

722. it's Michelle Visage.

723. Well, thank you, Ru.

724. I'm not only a member, but I'm also the president.

725. Style superstar Carson Kressley.

726. Now, Carson, are you a size queen?

727. Oh, of course. Why do you think I hang out with Michelle?

728. And our extra-special guest judge,

729. the super-talented Cynthia Erivo is here.

730. - You all right, babe? - I am, babe.

731. How you doing, darling?

732. We are so excited you're here.

733. Thank you for having me.

734. This week, we challenged our queens to go big or go home

735. in the sci-fi thriller Henny, I Shrunk the Drag Queens!

736. And tonight on the runway,

737. category is Haute Pockets. Mm-mmm.

738. Racers, start your engines, and may the best drag queen win.

739. Up first, Symone.

740. Oh, your zipper's down.

741. See, now, that's what I call a fly girl.

742. I decided to be Symone in a pocket.

743. Very lead singer of Paramore, darling.

744. Rocking the runway and really paying homage

745. to some emo kids I hung out with in high school

746. who allowed me to be gay old black Reggie,

747. and they did not care.

748. This is for y'all.

749. She had this look in her back pocket.

750. Olivia Lux.

751. Do these pockets make my hips look big?

752. For the first time,

753. I'm giving the judges fashion.

754. I have my big, billowing pockets

755. to accentuate the good stuff.

756. Every last stone is meticulously placed by me.

757. Diamonds are indestructible,

758. and I feel like I am indestructible

759. walking down this runway.

760. Deep pockets have always brought me luck.

761. Rosé.

762. I'm not mod about this.

763. I'm serving black and white mod realness, baby.

764. I am really inspired by the sixties.

765. Oh!

766. The makeup was so specific,

767. and the dolls were glammed.

768. Valley of the Dolls?

769. Mama, welcome to the Valley of the Pockets.

770. Now, where'd I put my car keys?

771. Kandy Muse.

772. Her pockets are full of Kandy.

773. I am walking down this runway

774. like a little doll that just walked out of the box. Ooh.

775. This outfit is Japanese-inspired, colorful.

776. I have my little floating pockets

777. dangling from my body,

778. but if you look real close,

779. you can see my ass between the pockets, but hung.

780. Asymmetrica-ho.

781. She got a pocket full of rainbows.

782. Yes.

783. Gottmik.

784. It's Mrs. Colombo, starring Cher, man!

785. Oh!

786. Flasher? I don't even know her!

787. Oh, watch it.

788. Hello, I am a flasher

789. trying to sell you all my watches.

790. My look is inspired byHercules.

791. There's this one scene where this flasher flashes,

792. and he goes, "Wanna buy a sundial?"

793. And I'm just feeling really beautiful tonight.

794. You know, she's really huge on TikTok.

795. She takes a licking and keeps on ticking.

796. Can I get a Swatch of that?

797. Coming up...

798. You were so prepared, you knew every line inside and out.

799. I think I would have nominated you

800. for something in this as well.

801. This isn't enough for the final five.

802. Welcome, queens.

803. It's time for the world premiere

804. of Henny, I Shrunk the Drag Queens!

805. So, girls, who do we think is in the bottom this week?

806. Is she for real?

807. Dominique, were you even listening on the main stage?

808. All right, ladies, since we're all together,

809. I'm gonna ask each of you

810. who should go home tonight?

811. I would have to say Dominique Perignon.

812. Dominique.

813. For sure.

814. In all fairness, Dominique.

815. Uh, can you repeat the question?

816. I mean, Dominique.

817. But mama said I'm the prettiest queen of them all!

818. Mama? Mama!

819. You guys are just jealous.

820. Don't hate me because I'm beautiful.

821. I hate you 'cause you stole my wig.

822. I hate you because you put kitty litter in my makeup.

823. Just this week, you stole my dress

824. and hot-glued it to a dummy.

825. Girl, that was not me.

826. That was my inner saboteur.

827. Girl, you scare us.

828. It's like you'll do anything to win.

829. Anything?

830. Anything?

831. Like flip this switch?

832. No! No, please!

833. Drag queens should never, ever be exposed

834. to toxic overhead lighting!

835. What will become of us?

836. Aren't you just dying to find out?

837. - Whoa! - Aah!

838. What's happening to us?

839. Is it just me,

840. or did the toxic overhead lighting

841. make the furniture huge?

842. Ginger Ale, the furniture didn't get bigger, you idiot.

843. We shrunk!

844. There's only one way we can get back to our normal size.

845. What is it? I'll do anything.

846. We've gotta go all the way across the werkroom

847. and activate the shade button.

848. But the shade button is so far away,

849. we'll never make it!

850. It might as well be on Uranus!

851. Wait, why can't we just call for help?

852. - Help! - Help us!

853. - Help! - Can you help me?

854. Help!

855. HELP! Please, I'm tiny, help us!

856. Help, anybody, please!

857. Help! Anybody!

858. Wait! Wait, wait, wait!

859. I think I hear someone coming!

860. It sounds like a wild elephant.

861. Hello, hello, hello.

862. Is anyone here?

863. - Yes, we're here! - Yes! Yes!

864. Michelle! Michelle!

865. Michelle!

866. Michelle, please!

867. That's funny.

868. - Michelle! - Michelle!

869. No one's here.

870. Michelle!

871. Oh, well. I mean, the queens won't mind

872. if I mop a few things...

873. Ooh, and these candles!

874. Ooh, I love candles.

875. And of course these.

876. Whew! No, those are definitely not clean.

877. Let's get closer!

878. She can't hear us!

879. Michelle! Michelle!

880. Help!

881. Michelle! Whoa!

882. Hey, watch where you're going, lady!

883. Ooh, I wonder if Carson's dressing room is locked?

884. So that's why all our makeup keeps disappearing.

885. Oh, no.

886. For the love of RuPaul,

887. does anyone ever clean up around here?

888. - Damn! - Damn!

889. Oh!

890. Wait, somebody's coming.

891. It sounds like a pack of wild elephants.

892. - Whew. - Oh!

893. Hello, losers!

894. Aah!

895. Come out, come out wherever you are.

896. Oh! Oh!

897. What happened, cat got your tongue?

898. Well, have fun playing with my pussy.

899. - Eew! - Ugh!

900. Here, kitty, kitty.

901. - Oh! - Oh!

902. Look over there!

903. If we stay perfectly still,

904. maybe the cat won't notice us.

905. But I'm allergic to cats!

906. Ah...

907. - Oh... - Oh, bitch, you better stop.

908. Relax, I'm fine.

909. Ah-choo!

910. Sorry, bitch,

911. - You're on your own! - You're on your own!

912. Help! Ow!

913. Chardonnay, I'd help,

914. but you're doing such a good job!

915. Help! Help!

916. Help! Ah-choo! Ah-choo!

917. Mm-mmm, I love a good catfight.

918. Get away from me, you fucking pussy!

919. Ah-choo!

920. Step back!

921. - Help! - Here, kitty.

922. What's that? What's that?

923. Go, kitty, go!

924. Quick, let's get outta here before that cat comes back.

925. We're never going to make it across the room

926. and up to the shade button.

927. I've got it. The sewing machine.

928. But I don't know how to sew.

929. Wait. You came to Drag Race, and you don't know how to sew?

930. What season is this?

931. Are you sure this is how Scarlett Johansson

932. got the role in Black Widow?

933. Oh, I loved her in Girl With the Pearl Necklace.

934. Move it!

935. Aah!

936. Look, the shade button is just over there.

937. Let's run!

938. Whoa!

939. I could do a death drop, but this is ridiculous.

940. We'll never make it.

941. It's physically impossible.

942. Damn you, science!

943. But wait. Ru always says that drag gives us superpowers.

944. I'm pretty sure that's a figure of speech.

945. She's coming!

946. Okay, as preposterous as it may seem,

947. maybe together we could take one giant step for dragkind.

948. I'll do whatever you say. Just don't say—

949. Jump!

950. - Whoa! - Whoo!

951. Aah!

952. Thank God we landed on India Ferrah's old breastplate.

953. Which was my plan all along.

954. There you are!

955. Come on, girls. Let's take her down to size.

956. Since when did a drag queen need a button to throw shade?

957. Ginger Ale, the library is open.

958. Dominique, first off, legendary you think you are.

959. You ain't nothin' but a [bleep, bleep, bleep, bleep, bleep]

960. dumpster. Ha ha hah!

961. Furthermore, your boyfriend ooh, ooh.

962. I did that [bleep, bleep, bleep]

963. because you a bitch-ass ho.

964. Ooh!

965. It's working! We're big again!

966. Look at Dominique! She's shrinking!

967. No!

968. My beautiful wickedness!

969. And this, Dominique, just so you will know,

970. and your drag daughters will someday know,

971. is the night the lights went off in the werkroom.

972. Werk.

973. Oh, my.

974. Wow!

975. I smell an Oscar...

976. Meyer hot dog.

977. Coming up...

978. This is the final hurdle.

979. Who should go home tonight...

980. and why?

981. Ladies, now it's time for the judges' critiques,

982. starting with Symone.

983. So when we were in there directing,

984. I was a little concerned that I was losing you.

985. I was, like, I need Symone to do something to pop.

986. And then when I saw it back,

987. it not only popped, it was very funny.

988. Now, Cynthia, our Symone played Harriet Tubman

989. in our Snatch Game, and you were nominated

990. for two Oscars for your portrayal of Harriet Tubman.

991. So you have something in common there.

992. I think I would have nominated you

993. for something in this as well.

994. Yeah, I loved it.

995. You have such subtlety and nuance in your comedy,

996. and I was laughing the whole way through.

997. That dimple comes out, and I'm, like, it's lovely.

998. And this is amazing.

999. It's like you're like a little doll in someone's back pocket.

1000. This is my kind of drag.

1001. Like, give me fashion, give me a gorgeous silhouette,

1002. give me fit, give me details.

1003. - This is spectacular. - Thank you.

1004. This is nothing short of what I expect from you.

1005. The wide leg is just flattering.

1006. I'm happy to say it was a great night for you.

1007. Thank you.

1008. Up next, Olivia Lux.

1009. This look is gorgeous.

1010. It has great details. I love the stoning details.

1011. I love that you carried that through

1012. onto the trim of the shoe.

1013. But this was about haute pockets.

1014. This look has pockets, but it's not about pockets.

1015. Now, your performance as Ginger Ale,

1016. you know how to do that character and you do it well.

1017. Superpowers!

1018. Thing is, we've seen it a lot now,

1019. so it would have been really fun

1020. to see you play somebody dark and somebody evil,

1021. because I would have loved to have seen

1022. the other people that live inside your head.

1023. There was glimmers of, like, wow, there's versatility here,

1024. and I just wanted to see more of that.

1025. Whenever you do something,

1026. I want you to take it one step further, right?

1027. That thing that might hold you back

1028. from pushing a little bit further

1029. because you might be a bit afraid

1030. and you might be wondering what people think,

1031. go one more step further,

1032. because that's where you wanna be.

1033. Up next, Rosé.

1034. You really rose, or should I say Roséd,

1035. to the occasion of this acting challenge.

1036. You were just so fun to direct.

1037. Your physical comedy was great.

1038. Move it!

1039. You were so prepared, you knew every line inside and out.

1040. Just a pleasure to work with.

1041. Tonight on the runway,

1042. I think this is really fun, this little mod look.

1043. I love this hair.

1044. We can see shape, we can see your neck,

1045. we can see proportions that make sense.

1046. And I love this for you.

1047. This was, like...

1048. my wet dream.

1049. It's short, it's black and white,

1050. there's pockets everywhere, it's from the sixties.

1051. It reminded me of Sweet Charity,

1052. which is one of my favorite musicals ever to watch.

1053. Well done.

1054. - Up next, Kandy Muse. - Hello.

1055. So you were Dominique. You were the villainess.

1056. Cat got your tongue?

1057. There were moments that made me laugh because you make me laugh.

1058. I think you could have gone a little further with it.

1059. I think things could have been bigger,

1060. which is why we kept pushing you

1061. and saying, "Do it again, do it again, do it again."

1062. And what I wanted, I think,

1063. was to see something that wasn't Kandy.

1064. That's why if maybe you had done Ginger

1065. and Ginger had done Dominique,

1066. we could have seen you play something different

1067. to what we see.

1068. In the show, I thought you were super sexy.

1069. I felt like it was all very sedate, like, settled,

1070. and I think you can bring us more.

1071. This runway look, it's hard to read what this is.

1072. And if I'm wondering, like, what it is

1073. and what the look is, then that's a problem.

1074. It doesn't work. It's not fitting appropriately.

1075. The hem is off.

1076. Some parts are more together than others.

1077. It's sloppy to me, Kandy,

1078. and I feel like you're better than that,

1079. especially this far along in the competition.

1080. You're elevating now,

1081. and this isn't quite elevated enough for the final five.

1082. So I'm very disappointed.

1083. I agree with the outfit, because when I put it on,

1084. I don't feel beautiful in it.

1085. You know, when you put something on and you feel great in it,

1086. I live for that state.

1087. So, you know, I'm just disappointed,

1088. because we're so close to the end,

1089. and this is something that I've wanted for so long.

1090. But the fight's not over,

1091. and maybe next time I'll play a dumb bitch.

1092. Could have been worse. You could have been broccoli.

1093. - Up next, Gottmik. - Hi.

1094. This outfit, cheese and crackers.

1095. Thank you.

1096. This outfit's just rude.

1097. It's rude, and I appreciate it.

1098. It's fun, it's fashion, it's got a sense of humor,

1099. it's executed perfectly.

1100. You're telling us a story. It has a cultural reference.

1101. I could go on and on, but I just don't have the time.

1102. And then the acting challenge,

1103. your physical comedy with the giant cat paw.

1104. Help!

1105. And the ideas that you had for the sneeze

1106. just sold it.

1107. I actually laughed quite a few times.

1108. You do have comedic timing, and you should use that.

1109. Gottmik, I don't wanna freak you out,

1110. but there is a giant cat behind you.

1111. Ah-choo! Aah!

1112. All right, queens...

1113. I have to ask.

1114. Oh, my goodness.

1115. Who should go home tonight and why?

1116. Starting with Symone.

1117. I love you dearly,

1118. but I'm gonna say Olivia.

1119. She is a fierce queen,

1120. and I've said that from day one,

1121. but I feel like she has a little bit more growing to do.

1122. Olivia, who should go home tonight and why?

1123. When asked who I believe should go home tonight,

1124. I'm conflicted because I cannot say myself,

1125. and I cannot say any of them.

1126. So who should go home?

1127. Olivia is just standing there silent.

1128. RuPaul's looking at her, also silent.

1129. And I'm full, like, did I miss something?

1130. Based off of everything,

1131. I will have to vote Kandy.

1132. All right.

1133. Rosé, who should go home tonight and why?

1134. Olivia. I do agree with what Symone said.

1135. Olivia has a bit more to learn and find out about herself

1136. before really stepping into the stilettos

1137. of America's next drag superstar.

1138. Kandy?

1139. I love my sister Olivia,

1140. but I think that when it comes to growth,

1141. she still has just a little more to learn

1142. about herself and her drag.

1143. All right, Gottmik.

1144. I have to say Olivia as well.

1145. For a few of us,

1146. the person that walked in the entrance room a few weeks ago

1147. is not even the same person

1148. that's standing on this stage right now,

1149. and Olivia's still trying to grow

1150. as fast as a few of us have been able to.

1151. Thank you, queens, for your honesty.

1152. You know we have to ask.

1153. It was actually in the skit.

1154. A little foreshadowing.

1155. - Yeah, it was.

1156. Now, while you untuck in the werkroom,

1157. the judges and I will deliberate.

1158. - Oh.

1159. Shady bitches. They just left you.

1160. Keep that in, y'all.

1161. All right, now, just between us squirrel friends,

1162. it's a very emotional night.

1163. We've got our final five.

1164. We're gonna determine who might just not be going to the prom,

1165. starting with Symone.

1166. Tonight on the runway, oh, my goodness,

1167. now, that is how you do a pocket.

1168. She just nailed that, even down to the red hair.

1169. She stole that wig from Tina Burner.

1170. That was haute pockette.

1171. She has a real ease to her.

1172. There's just, I think, a natural talent within her.

1173. In her performance, I felt that that was a real person,

1174. where some of the others were more one-note,

1175. and you could tell it was a caricature of a human being.

1176. This was a good night for Symone.

1177. All right, let's move on to Olivia.

1178. Tonight on the runway,

1179. her face, the hair, the details, it was stunning.

1180. Did it say "haute pocket?"

1181. No, it did not.

1182. So tonight was a miss for me with Olivia.

1183. What I saw on the runway

1184. and what I saw in the film definitely made sense.

1185. I was, like, oh, cute, cute, okay.

1186. But I wanted more risk,

1187. I wanted more danger, I wanted more.

1188. She wasn't able to put in those peaks and valleys

1189. to make it feel like a character that you cared about.

1190. Yeah, Olivia has all of, like, the raw materials

1191. to be America's next drag superstar,

1192. and I just think she needs more time, like Symone said.

1193. When you asked her who she thought should go home

1194. and she decided not to say anyone for a second,

1195. I was a little bit disappointed

1196. that she couldn't say someone or say a name.

1197. Because if you're not gonna fight for yourself,

1198. who else is going to fight for you?

1199. Rosé.

1200. Rosé, on the other hand, when you work with her,

1201. she is such a joy,

1202. because she wants to go full hog every time.

1203. Watch where you're going, lady!

1204. Rosé is an excellent actor and a performer.

1205. She's a professional.

1206. That's what I love about her, her professionalism.

1207. And my problem with Rosé this whole competition

1208. has been trying to break down the wall that she puts up.

1209. She's bottled up.

1210. She's bottled up, Rosé is.

1211. But I've noticed that she has gotten better.

1212. She has. I think tonight was the perfect combination

1213. of really, really prepared, really, really professional,

1214. but then also having fun in the room

1215. and being in the moment.

1216. And this outfit tonight had such a wonderful point of view.

1217. This is probably one of my favorite all-time Rosé looks.

1218. She's doing exactly what she's supposed to,

1219. getting better every week,

1220. and I think this was her best week yet.

1221. Kandy Muse.

1222. In the acting challenge, she's a delight.

1223. She's Kandy, she's about a big personality.

1224. Anything?

1225. She can read the phone book, we're gonna laugh.

1226. Kandy was just being Kandy,

1227. and Carson and I were pushing and pushing,

1228. and still kind of getting along the same level

1229. and not going further and further.

1230. Tonight on the runway, that outfit wasn't gonna work.

1231. So, Carson, were you getting Maison Margiela

1232. had a fight with Yohji Yamamoto?

1233. Maybe at a Kinko's with a shredder.

1234. And then they said, "Just sew it together

1235. with some chartreuse silk ribbon."

1236. - I don't know what that was.

1237. - No. - The outfit...

1238. I felt bad for her today.

1239. Even in that sort of abstract fashion way, it was not good.

1240. - No, no. - Gottmik.

1241. Well, Gottmik in the challenge was the whiny one,

1242. and I think she does that character really well,

1243. just like Kandy, just like Olivia.

1244. The difference is she was giving us peaks and valleys.

1245. When she lets loose and gets really comfortable

1246. and doesn't think she's acting and she can just be,

1247. that's when she's really great.

1248. Tonight on the runway, what a great way

1249. and creative and inventive way to do pockets.

1250. Season 13, we've seen mostly everything.

1251. We've never seen that, and that was spectacular.

1252. I really wanted to run after her

1253. and snatch it off her for myself at some point,

1254. because it just was brilliant.

1255. I'm always ready to clock a good look

1256. when she comes around the corner,

1257. and tonight was no exception.

1258. It had a sense of humor,

1259. but it was also executed and glamorous.

1260. It was timeless.

1261. - Silence!

1262. I've made my decision.

1263. "Bring back my girls" in German]

1264. Welcome back, queens.

1265. Based on your shrunken performances

1266. and your haute pocket presentations,

1267. I've made some decisions.

1268. Gottmik. Your performance was nothing to sneeze at,

1269. and on the runway, your look was timeless.

1270. - You're safe. - Thank you.

1271. You may step to the back of the stage.

1272. Thank you guys so much.

1273. Rosé. This week you played it small,

1274. but the results were supersized.

1275. Con-drag-ulations.

1276. You're the winner of this week's challenge.

1277. Thank you so much.

1278. You've won a cash tip of $5,000.

1279. This is insane.

1280. What a fucking full circle.

1281. I am, like, completely redeeming myself,

1282. and I can win this fucking whole thing.

1283. Symone.

1284. - You are safe. - Thank you.

1285. Kandy Muse.

1286. Olivia Lux.

1287. I'm sorry, my dears,

1288. but you are both up for elimination.

1289. It feels like at this point all the odds are against me,

1290. but I have to not think about that right now.

1291. I want this spot in the top four.

1292. Two queens stand before me.

1293. Ladies, this is your last chance to impress me

1294. and save yourself from elimination.

1295. The time has come...

1296. for you to lip sync...

1297. for your life!

1298. After the critiques, the room was spinning,

1299. my stomach was in knots, my body was numb.

1300. But now that I'm on this stage, I feel none of that.

1301. I am ready to show the world

1302. and everyone that has ever said to me,

1303. "If you ever got on Drag Race, you're gonna go home first"...

1304. Baby, I'm ready to prove them wrong.

1305. Good luck, and don't fuck it up.

1306. Oh, my God.

1307. Ladies, I've made my decision.

1308. Kandy Muse, shantay you stay.

1309. Thank you so much.

1310. You may join the other girls.

1311. I love you so much.

1312. Love you.

1313. My dear Olivia,

1314. you should be very proud of yourself.

1315. I know I am.

1316. Now sashay away.

1317. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.

1318. You have literally changed my entire life, all of you.

1319. I can't thank you enough.

1320. Divalicious.

1321. I love you so much.

1322. A friendly reminder to liv life to the fullest.

1323. Thank you.

1324. Divalicious diva!

1325. It's disappointing being this close to the crown.

1326. I wanted it so badly.

1327. Although I didn't make it,

1328. I learned that I am a force to be reckoned with.

1329. I learned that I am a divalicious diva,

1330. and I feel like allowing myself to be the fierce diva here

1331. opened up so many doors for me.

1332. This divalicious diva has some more learning to do,

1333. and she'll be back.

1334. I hope y'all are ready to live.

1335. We're top four.

1336. My top four queens.

1337. Aah!

1338. Con-drag-ulations, and a quick reminder.

1339. If you can't love yourself,

1340. how in the hell you gonna love somebody else?

1341. Can I get an "amen" up in here?

1342. - Amen! - Amen!

1343. All right. Now let the music play!

1344. Next time onRuPaul's Drag Race...

1345. You'll be performing my new song Lucky.

1346. This is the top four.

1347. The stakes are higher than they ever have been or will ever be.

1348. Why should you be America's next drag superstar?

1349. It's top four, mother fuckers.

1350. Aah!
