913. So you do the same thing—shake and say, "I'm not the body."

916. and say, "I'm not even the mind."

917. So just repeat this 10 to 12 minutes,

918. and as you distance yourself from your body and your mind,

919. all the problems of fear, anxiety, nervousness,

920. everything goes away because these are products

921. of our body and mind.
