1. Seriously, Dad, you got to see this!

2. Slow down, kiddo!

3. One day, I might need to use this hand again.

4. Someone just posted Dr. Grant's latest article

5. to the Jurassic World forums,

6. and apparently, it says there's all this new evidence

7. of craniofacial biting in theropods!

8. Well, that would mean theropods didn't just fight to kill,

9. they fought for dominance, for power, and—

10. And even for fun!

11. - Uh, it's... it's the next paragraph down. - Darius, let your old man read.

12. - I sacrificed a hand for this.

13. I mean, can you imagine two T. rex battling each other?

14. I mean, I can't even wait to see one T. rex at Jurassic World.

15. Oh, we'll be there soon enough, kiddo.

16. Then we'll see all these big guys for real.

17. Okay, I was gonna wait till later to give you this,

18. but no time like the present for a present. Dun-dun!

19. - Ain't no pun like a Dad pun.

20. Wow!

21. Matching raptor teeth?

22. This is so freaking cool!

23. Uh, are you okay?

24. I'm fine, just a little tired.

25. Hey, come here.

26. We're going to Jurassic World and it's gonna be incredible,

27. not just because of the dinosaurs,

28. because it'll be the two of us there, together.

29. I promise.

30. And despite the park's owner Mr. Masrani just now arriving,

31. we have something that we urgently need to discuss with you, Ms. Dearing.

32. - You see— Shh! - Don't forget about the raptor pen.

33. - I know, I know. - Or the kids getting lost in the storm.

34. The point is—

35. - Or the stampede during the storm. - Shush!

36. The point is, Claire, uh, Ms. Dearing,

37. uh, we know that Camp Cretaceous is very important to Mr. Masrani,

38. and that you were thinking of having your nephews join us today,

39. but we've had two serious incidents over the last 48 hours.

40. Dave and I need more staff immediately

41. or we need to send the kids home ASAP.

42. The mailbox you are trying to reach is full.

43. - Please try again later. Ugh!

44. New plan: we do this in person.

45. Mm...

46. I'm sorry, are you saying we leave the kids here alone?

47. Our kids?

48. The kids who seem determined to get themselves trampled and/or eaten?

49. Those are the kids of which you speak?

50. We won't be gone long.

51. If we leave now, we can be back in an hour or two, tops.

52. What up, Camp Cretaceous?

53. - Whoo-hoo!

54. Not in a "whoo-hoo" mood this morning, Darius.

55. Not after yesterday.

56. Trekking through a rainstorm will do that.

57. We only had to walk because you crashed our gyrosphere.

58. Mm!

59. But today's a new day! Kayak Day!

60. Who doesn't wanna paddle alongside dinosaurs, real dinosaurs?

61. It's gonna be awesome, right?

62. Wait, where are Dave and Roxie?

63. The babysitters took off early and left this.

64. "BRB. Gotta go. Boss-talk. BB. Later. Smiley face."

65. Is that a dinosaur emoji with a thumbs up?

66. It's Dave speak. Roxie translated on the back.

67. "We have to go talk to our boss. Stay inside until we return.

68. Draw, bond, whatever.

69. The radio's set for channel six in case you need us.

70. Stay inside, stay inside.

71. Do not leave, Kenji, looking at you."

72. Uh... "Sorry for the kids' menus, it's all Dave had."

73. Do they understand how old we are?

74. I mean, when was the last time you even saw a crayon?

75. Hmm. I have notes.

76. - Yasmina!

77. Brooklynn. What's new on the Internet, superstar?

78. I wouldn't know

79. because when I went to get my phone from its charger, it wasn't there!

80. Someone stole my phone.

81. Brooklynn, who hasn't had your phone?

82. I needed to check the weather last night...

83. Dr. Sattler posted a new column on microfossils yesterday...

84. too good to miss the selfie opp, but I haven't used it since then, I swear!

85. I... haven't seen it either.

86. - Really? - Hey, hey, it's okay!

87. Since we're not kayaking till later,

88. we'll have plenty of time to look for the phone.

89. Oh, I think I know exactly where to look.

90. I also think that whoever took the phone

91. might be trying to hide some of the things that are on it.

92. What do you think, Sammy?

93. Um, what?

94. What is your deal? Sammy said she didn't touch it!

95. Ever think you might have just lost the stupid thing?

96. Hmm. Well, then, let's check her bags and test that theory out.

97. You do not get to go through anyone's stuff,

98. I don't care how famous you think you are!

99. - Brooklynn, I did not— - Brooklynn, guys, come on!

100. We can't be this upset over phones.

101. Let's make the most of this incredible opportunity!

102. - This is Jurassic World! It's— It's—

103. What was that?

104. - Um, a T. rex? - Mm-mm. I don't think so.

105. Then what sort of dinosaur did it sound like?

106. Friend-ish? Or foe-ish?

107. Where's it comin' from?

108. Can't see anything from here. The trees are blocking everything.

109. Maybe they're moving a new dino from the lab to another enclosure.

110. We could probably see it from the observation tower! Could be cool.

111. Wow, that's a great idea, Darius! What are we waiting for?

112. Hey, we're not done talking about this yet!

113. But, guys, it's Indoor Arts and Crafts Day!

114. We should stay and wait for Dave and Roxie, right, Kenji?

115. If you wanna stay here and draw you and your dino-crush, go for it.

116. I'm gonna go see me a T. rex or a girl-fight.

117. Either way, I win. Ka-ching!

118. Fine, go on! I'll just stay where we're supposed to stay,

119. wait for who we're supposed to wait for,

120. and be right where we're supposed to be.

121. Asset out of containment. Repeat, asset out of containment.

122. Stay indoors. ACU is responding.

123. - It's locked! - Oh, wow. Guess we can't get in.

124. We should all go back before someone comes along and we get in trouble.

125. - Wait, where is everybody?

126. Uh, there's usually someone around.

127. If we're doing this...

128. then we might as well do this.

129. Ta-da!

130. What? You didn't see my "Unboxing Kathmandu" video,

131. "Hacks For When You Lock Yourself Out Of Your Hotel Room"?

132. Last to the top is a rotten egg!

133. Later, rotten egg.

134. Is anybody else hot?

135. It is hot.

136. No more stairs!

137. - There better be something good.

138. - There's something out there. - Something big.

139. - It's just a brachiosaurus.

140. Ooh! Mystery solved. Guess we should head back now.

141. But that doesn't make any sense. Brachiosauruses don't roar like that.

142. They're more like...

143. Didn't quite catch that. Uh, one more time?

144. Hey! What are you kids doin' outside?

145. There's an asset out of containment!

146. - What are they saying? You can't be up there!

147. Oh, great! They look mad. I told you we'd get in trouble.

148. Can you hear us? You need to get down now!

149. - Hurry! - You're gonna have to speak up!

150. - The park's going on lockdown! - I got this.

151. Why aren't ya movin'?

152. You dumb kids, get down here right—

153. What is that?

154. It got him! It got him!

155. Dr. Wu's lab.

156. - There was a dinosaur. In— Indominus Rex.

157. How do you know that name?

158. - But there's no dinosaur named— - There's no time. We need to leave.

159. Now, now, now! We have to go.

160. Up here is safe, down there isn't.

161. Besides, this high up, it's not like Whatever-Rex there can even see us.

162. It sees us!

163. - Sammy!

164. Whoa!

165. The zip line. Go, go, go!

166. - I can't! I can't! I can't. Here!

167. Whoa!

168. - Guys?

169. Whoa! No, no, no!

170. - Why aren't we moving?

171. - Ben, what did you do? - Nothing! It just stopped!

172. What's going on?

173. It's the emergency break!

174. - I have an idea. - Darius!

175. You're strong? Like, really, really strong?

176. What are you doing?

177. Whoa!

178. It's working. It's working!

179. Hey, Dad.

180. You won't believe it,

181. but there are all these rumors online that Jurassic World

182. will announce a new dinosaur by the end of the year!

183. Oh, really?

184. What do you think it'll be?

185. Maybe they'll finally make an anchiornis.

186. Or maybe a carnotaurus. Heh!

187. Dad, they've already got that.

188. And whatever you do, do not ask me if I'm "carno-sure-us."

189. Of course.

190. You're right.

191. You really do know it all.

192. Not everything.

193. That's why this Jurassic World trip is gonna be awesome.

194. And we're going in May when they're doing all the hatchery tours!

195. - Darius— - I've planned the whole thing out.

196. Where the lines are short so you won't get too tired,

197. where there are benches for you to take breaks—

198. D-Man, about the trip...

199. Dad.

200. Don't say it.

201. You're gonna get better. You have to get better.

202. I— I need you to get better.

203. I'm tryin', son.

204. There's a lot of things we were supposed to do together.

205. So many things.

206. That we can still do.

207. Listen to me.

208. This life, it doesn't always go your way.

209. Things fall apart.

210. But what matters is how you choose to keep moving forward.

211. What matters is that you keep goin'

212. for the people who need you most.

213. That's... that's the promise we make every day we get.

214. That despite all the hardships...

215. you never give up.

216. Then you aren't either.

217. We're doing this together.

218. No more "dad speeches," okay?

219. Heh. Fair enough.

220. I should know better than to argue with you.

221. You'll see, Dad.

222. We're gonna make it to Jurassic World and it's gonna be perfect.

223. It has to be.

224. - Are you okay?

225. Where the heck is that thing?

226. It's coming.

227. Shh! It could be anywhere.

228. The observation tower was that way? Or was it that way? I...

229. Okay, I'm sorry, but I—

230. Where's— No, no.

231. My necklace, I left it in my bunk!

232. We've got slightly bigger problems than—

233. We have to run. Now!

234. Everything will be fine when we get back to camp.

235. Ah!

236. Faster!

237. Dave, Roxie, the other workers,

238. they must've all gotten away.

239. Not all of them.

240. Hello?

241. Hello!

242. Can anybody—?

243. We're on our own.

244. - Give me my phone! - What?

245. I don't care about you sneaking into Dr. Wu's lab,

246. I don't care about whatever you did

247. with the skin samples you took from the sinoceratops—

248. - What? - What skin samples?

249. - What were you doing in Dr. Wu's lab? - I don't even care that you stole it now.

250. All I wanna do is call for help! Where is it?

251. Uh, I...

252. I...

253. I don't know what you're talkin' about!

254. Skin samples? Sneaking into labs?

255. You made up some crazy thing in your own dang head!

256. Hey, back off.

257. Not everything revolves around you and your phone!

258. It isn't Sammy's fault you lost it!

259. Would you guys please keep it down?

260. - There's a big— - A big, scary dinosaur?

261. Of course there's a big, scary dinosaur!

262. There's always a big, scary dinosaur!

263. And you're always a big-mouthed jerk!

264. - Give it back! - Back off!

265. Yeah? Well, at least I don't play with crayons!

266. What is your problem with me?

267. I'm trying to get us,

268. - all of us out of this mess! - My necklace. No.

269. Just stop! Money's not gonna help any of us!

270. No one is getting out of here!

271. We just saw people get eaten!

272. We're alone, we're defenseless.

273. We're dead.

274. - I can't believe this.

275. We're not giving up!

276. I get it. It's scary.

277. This wasn't how it was supposed to be.

278. Things aren't always gonna go your way.

279. Life is messy and sometimes...

280. things fall apart.

281. But that's okay

282. because when that happens, we pick up the pieces and keep going.

283. And we never give up.

284. - What about your necklace? - It's not important.

285. I've got the memories right here.

286. What are we supposed to do?

287. Get south to the park. Get help.

288. And the only way we'll make it is if we do it together.

289. We're a team or we're nothing at all.

290. Or, you know, we don't go back into the jungle.

291. You can wait for the negligent babysitters,

292. but I'm with Darius.

293. Wait, really?

294. Dude, there's no way I survived a dinosaur attack...

295. - Wah!

296. just to be taken out by cheap camp debris.

297. Kenji ain't goin' out like that.

298. We're going south. The rest of you coming or what?

299. I'm in.

300. We're in, too.

301. Um, but guys?

302. It's just one dinosaur. It's just one dinosaur.

303. It's just one dinosaur. It's just one dinosaur.
