1. Your fatherCopy !req
2. will be executed.Copy !req
3. You will assume his mission
and prepare the planet for our rule.Copy !req
4. Killing you is not my task.Copy !req
5. Soon, another will come.Copy !req
6. This is what you call
a prison on your world?Copy !req
7. Pathetic.Copy !req
8. - I always hated you.Copy !req
9. You're out
of shit to explode.Copy !req
10. I've got one thing left.Copy !req
11. And what's that?Copy !req
12. My entire goddamn skeleton,Copy !req
13. dickhead.Copy !req
14. Darkwing is missing
and presumed dead.Copy !req
15. I knew it was you.Copy !req
16. Kill him.Copy !req
17. You've given me no choice.Copy !req
18. No.Copy !req
19. You were given orders.Copy !req
20. And yet, I find this planet unprepared
for the arrival of our Viltrum Empire.Copy !req
21. Right about now,Copy !req
22. Anissa would be telling you
how the Viltrum EmpireCopy !req
23. would turn this wretched planet
into a utopia.Copy !req
24. How you would be stupid to resist.Copy !req
25. I'll tell you no such thing.Copy !req
26. The truth is,Copy !req
27. I want you to resist.Copy !req
28. I'm not here to save you.Copy !req
29. I'm not here to spread the greatness
of the Viltrum Empire.Copy !req
30. I'm here because I enjoy this.Copy !req
31. See, to me, there is no greater pleasure
than feeling the warmthCopy !req
32. of my fists drenched in blood.Copy !req
33. Okay.Copy !req
34. That's a start.Copy !req
35. - Yes. This.Copy !req
36. I want more!Copy !req
37. Very good.Copy !req
38. That was just a warm-up.Copy !req
39. Huh?Copy !req
40. You still sure
this is gonna go your way?Copy !req
41. Damn near certain.Copy !req
42. Mark.Copy !req
43. - That's not too far away.Copy !req
44. I can help.Copy !req
45. - Oliver.Copy !req
46. Keep moving and keep your distance.Copy !req
47. Don't let him grab you.Copy !req
48. And if it's too dangerous,
you get out of there.Copy !req
49. Understand?Copy !req
50. Your boys are strong, Deb.Copy !req
51. They have been in these situations before
and made it through.Copy !req
52. Not like this, Paul.Copy !req
53. It was never like this.Copy !req
54. Shit.Copy !req
55. Mark!Copy !req
56. Ugh, come on.Copy !req
57. Stop.Copy !req
58. Listen to me.Copy !req
59. - Just listen.Copy !req
60. Are you crazy?Copy !req
61. You think I'm gonna give you
a chance to surrender?Copy !req
62. I am having the time of my life here.Copy !req
63. Hey. Hey.Copy !req
64. Don't give up.Copy !req
65. You can do this.Copy !req
66. You've still got a chance.Copy !req
67. You just need...Copy !req
68. - ... the right motivation.Copy !req
69. - When I am done with you,Copy !req
70. I am going to kill everyone else.Copy !req
71. Big-ass beatdown coming up!Copy !req
72. And you are?Copy !req
73. I prefer to know who I'm dismembering.Copy !req
74. - Oliver, get out of here.Copy !req
75. We can beat this guy. I know it.Copy !req
76. Go!Copy !req
77. Idiot.
You need all the help you can get.Copy !req
78. The time I spent killing himCopy !req
79. might have given you a moment
to gather your thoughts.Copy !req
80. Maybe even outwit me.Copy !req
81. Where is your Viltrumite heart?Copy !req
82. Until I see it beating in my hand,Copy !req
83. I won't believe you have one.Copy !req
84. Show me your power.Copy !req
85. Show me your rage!Copy !req
86. Almost there.Copy !req
87. Huh?Copy !req
88. If that's all you got...Copy !req
89. this is just not gonna end well
for you.Copy !req
90. Now?
This has to happen now of all times?Copy !req
91. You got to be fucking kidding me.Copy !req
92. I've got probably the most powerful
superhuman I've ever seenCopy !req
93. beating the living shit
out of what's definitelyCopy !req
94. the strongest superhero on this planet.Copy !req
95. For God's sake,
just give me some good news, Sinclair.Copy !req
96. I, uh...Copy !req
97. Uh, we're at least two weeks away
from even a trial run.Copy !req
98. You have no idea
how dense their muscle tissue is.Copy !req
99. It's like cutting through rock.Copy !req
100. They're going to be godlike
when we're done,Copy !req
101. - but we just can't—
- Damn it!Copy !req
102. This is
a breaking news report.Copy !req
103. Footage is coming in
of another unknown attackerCopy !req
104. fighting with Invincible along
the east coast of the country.Copy !req
105. We don't know many details,Copy !req
106. but authorities are asking
the entire nation to be on guardCopy !req
107. and stay indoors if possible.Copy !req
108. Stay tuned to this station
for more updates as we get them.Copy !req
109. Again? We just went through
all this bullshit.Copy !req
110. When will these people give up?Copy !req
111. Adam. We're in a hospital.Copy !req
112. Paid for by my tax dollars.Copy !req
113. Dad?Copy !req
114. Samantha? Oh, my God.Copy !req
115. Adam, I-I think she's waking up.Copy !req
116. I'll get the nurse.Copy !req
117. Nurse. Nurse!Copy !req
118. Where am I?Copy !req
119. You're safe, dear.Copy !req
120. Where's Mark? What happened?Copy !req
121. How long have I been out?Copy !req
122. Almost a week.Copy !req
123. Samantha, honey, you don't have to worry.Copy !req
124. This is a special place.Copy !req
125. They're keeping your identity secret.Copy !req
126. What is that?Copy !req
127. Oh, my God. Mark.Copy !req
128. Mark? You mean... wait.Copy !req
129. That's your boyfriend?Copy !req
130. I have to help him.Copy !req
131. - Samantha, don't.
- Atom Eve,Copy !req
132. please calm down.Copy !req
133. You can't even walk yet.Copy !req
134. Do I look like I need to walk?Copy !req
135. - So far, I've been playing with you.Copy !req
136. Getting to know a new toy.Copy !req
137. Let's step things up, shall we?Copy !req
138. - Not that I'm not having fun...Copy !req
139. but I am starting to wonder
why they sent me here.Copy !req
140. Beating you,
conquering your pathetic planet.Copy !req
141. It's too easy.Copy !req
142. Fun, but easy.Copy !req
143. I've met your father, you know.Copy !req
144. He showed so much promise
when he was younger.Copy !req
145. Now he's dead,Copy !req
146. executed just before I left.Copy !req
147. It's sad, really.Copy !req
148. I would have loved to have seen
the look on his faceCopy !req
149. after I told him that I killed you.Copy !req
150. My dad?Copy !req
151. Eat one, you old sack of turds.Copy !req
152. Ah.Copy !req
153. Come on, hurry.Copy !req
154. He'll kill you, Oliver.
Get out of here.Copy !req
155. You can't fight him alone.Copy !req
156. But look at him. He's old as dirt.Copy !req
157. We could take him down together.Copy !req
158. I'm old, not weak.Copy !req
159. But thanks for coming back.Copy !req
160. I'm gonna split you in half
and eat your heart.Copy !req
161. - How's that sound?Copy !req
162. I think that sounds like a bunch of—Copy !req
163. Get away from him!Copy !req
164. Take a break while I focus on the boy.Copy !req
165. - We're not done yet.Copy !req
166. You feel your body starting to rip?Copy !req
167. First your muscles tear,Copy !req
168. then your vertebrae, they separate.Copy !req
169. If you're able to focus through the pain,Copy !req
170. it's your skin next,Copy !req
171. pulled to its breaking point,Copy !req
172. just as it starts to rip.Copy !req
173. This is going to be amazing.Copy !req
174. No!Copy !req
175. Ha, faster than I thought.Copy !req
176. No matter, I'll eat your heart instead.Copy !req
177. - Get him ready for transport. Hurry.Copy !req
178. Jesus.Copy !req
179. Donald, tell Debbie Oliver's alive
and we're bringing him in.Copy !req
180. Yes, sir. Also, Eve's awakeCopy !req
181. and asking to speak to you.
Says it's urgent.Copy !req
182. He's a Viltrumite, Eve.Copy !req
183. The strongest one we've seen yet.Copy !req
184. Our guys think he would even
take Nolan down.Copy !req
185. And you're not exactly ready for the fieldCopy !req
186. because of the last Viltrumites
who came through here.Copy !req
187. I can rearrange matter, Cecil,Copy !req
188. so I might be the only person on Earth
who can stop him.Copy !req
189. And Mark's out there, alone.Copy !req
190. Eve, don't ask me to do this.Copy !req
191. You don't have a choice.Copy !req
192. Look behind you.Copy !req
193. I don't want you to miss this.Copy !req
194. Enough!Copy !req
195. No. Please.Copy !req
196. Get away from him, you animal.Copy !req
197. Ah, good idea.Copy !req
198. Mark!Copy !req
199. Get out of here. Go!Copy !req
200. Such concern for others' safety.Copy !req
201. You really are pathetic.Copy !req
202. Mark!Copy !req
203. Yah!Copy !req
204. You've got problems of your own, kitten.Copy !req
205. Cute.Copy !req
206. What?Copy !req
207. I increased the density of the air.Copy !req
208. I've got all kinds of tricks.Copy !req
209. Ah, clever.Copy !req
210. But I hear you breathing hard.Copy !req
211. How long can you keep this up?Copy !req
212. You're already getting tired.Copy !req
213. - Tired of your bullshit.Copy !req
214. Yah! Yah!Copy !req
215. Hyah!Copy !req
216. So pretty.Copy !req
217. Such a waste.Copy !req
218. No!Copy !req
219. - Eve, please.Copy !req
220. I can't do this without you.Copy !req
221. I can't live without you.Copy !req
222. Please.Copy !req
223. Please, please, please.Copy !req
224. Please.Copy !req
225. - Please, please, please.Copy !req
226. Eve! Please.Copy !req
227. No, no, stop. Don't try to talk, okay?Copy !req
228. Cecil!Copy !req
229. I need you, Cecil!Copy !req
230. Please, please keep breathing.Copy !req
231. Aw, such a strong bond.Copy !req
232. Viltrumites have nothing like this.Copy !req
233. It's a weakness, really.Copy !req
234. Delicious.Copy !req
235. Oh, I am beginning to understandCopy !req
236. your affinity for these lowly creatures.Copy !req
237. Eve? Eve...Copy !req
238. Not long now, huh?Copy !req
239. If you've got anything to tell her,Copy !req
240. I wouldn't wait.Copy !req
241. Oh, too late.Copy !req
242. Good.Copy !req
243. Now, while I have your attention,Copy !req
244. I want to thank you, Mark. Really.Copy !req
245. You know, it's not often
I get to cut loose like this.Copy !req
246. Usually there are
so many mission parameters,Copy !req
247. so many things not to destroy.Copy !req
248. People not to kill.Copy !req
249. But for whatever reason,
and I don't really care why,Copy !req
250. I was ordered to take control of EarthCopy !req
251. by any means necessary.Copy !req
252. You did something to piss us off,
and I thank you for it.Copy !req
253. This has been an immense joy.Copy !req
254. I don't care how strong you are.Copy !req
255. I don't care how fast you are.Copy !req
256. I can see the future.Copy !req
257. You don't live to see tomorrow.Copy !req
258. After all I've done,Copy !req
259. after all this,Copy !req
260. you still think you can threaten me?Copy !req
261. I dare say, child.Copy !req
262. You are starting to impress me.Copy !req
263. Do your worst.Copy !req
264. Now we're getting somewhere— Ah!Copy !req
265. Getting mad doesn't make you stronger.Copy !req
266. That's not how it works.Copy !req
267. Get off me!Copy !req
268. Damn.Copy !req
269. Die!Copy !req
270. Pay attention!Copy !req
271. I am so lonely.Copy !req
272. All the other Viltrumites are
scared of me.Copy !req
273. No one talks to me.Copy !req
274. No one wants to be my friend.
They think I am unstable.Copy !req
275. They send me from planet to planet,
committing atrocities in their name.Copy !req
276. And as I get better at it,Copy !req
277. they fear me more and more.Copy !req
278. I am a victim of my own success.Copy !req
279. "Conquest."Copy !req
280. I don't even get a real name,Copy !req
281. only a purpose.Copy !req
282. I am capable of so much more
and no one sees it.Copy !req
283. Some days I feel so alone
I could cry, but I don't.Copy !req
284. I never do.Copy !req
285. Because what would be the point?Copy !req
286. Not a single person
in the entire universe would care.Copy !req
287. Take it to your grave.Copy !req
288. Mark!Copy !req
289. Jerk.Copy !req
290. Eve?Copy !req
291. How?Copy !req
292. This time...Copy !req
293. This time I'll make sure she's dead.Copy !req
294. Don't touch her!Copy !req
295. Got more than enough fight
left in me for you, boy.Copy !req
296. See? More than enough.Copy !req
297. Not enough.Copy !req
298. Not nearly.Copy !req
299. - Is this what you wanted?Copy !req
300. Are you enjoying yourself?Copy !req
301. Still having fun?Copy !req
302. Answer me!Copy !req
303. Ah.Copy !req
304. I take... the good with the bad.Copy !req
305. Eve?Copy !req
306. Eve?Copy !req
307. Mark?Copy !req
308. You're alive.Copy !req
309. So are you.Copy !req
310. I...Copy !req
311. I love you.Copy !req
312. Oh.Copy !req
313. I love you, too.Copy !req
314. I thought...Copy !req
315. I thought you were...Copy !req
316. Mark?Copy !req
317. Mark?Copy !req
318. Hey. Am I...Copy !req
319. naked?Copy !req
320. Huh.Copy !req
321. Mark.Copy !req
322. Mark.Copy !req
323. Wake up.Copy !req
324. Ah... Eve?Copy !req
325. How long have I been out?Copy !req
326. Three days. You were pretty hurt.Copy !req
327. What happened?Copy !req
328. You don't remember?Copy !req
329. No...Copy !req
330. I remember everything.Copy !req
331. I remember...Copy !req
332. I remember that you died.Copy !req
333. No, I didn't die.Copy !req
334. I just got really close.Copy !req
335. How?Copy !req
336. It's...Copy !req
337. complicated.Copy !req
338. I was given powers
while I was still in the womb,Copy !req
339. but they put in mental blocks
to limit what I could do.Copy !req
340. That's the only reason
I can't change sentient matter.Copy !req
341. But when something
really traumatic happens,Copy !req
342. it overrides those blocksCopy !req
343. and I can use my powers
without any limitations.Copy !req
344. It happened once before
and I've been meaning to tell you,Copy !req
345. but the time was never right.Copy !req
346. Almost dying was stressful enough
to allow me to rebuild my entire body.Copy !req
347. I would have died without you.Copy !req
348. Me, too.Copy !req
349. There's so much work involved
in rebuilding these bodies.Copy !req
350. We're inventing new tools to do it.Copy !req
351. It simply can't be rushed.Copy !req
352. Wh-What the fuck are you talking about?Copy !req
353. Did you see what that monster did
to Invincible?Copy !req
354. He was just one Viltrumite,
and I bet now that he's dead,Copy !req
355. there's gonna be a whole lot more
on their way here.Copy !req
356. I had, of course, already considered this.Copy !req
357. But hearing it put so bluntly...Copy !req
358. Good.Copy !req
359. I don't care what it takes.Copy !req
360. Get 'em finished, Sinclair.Copy !req
361. Instead of dinner and a movie,Copy !req
362. I think we'll be working tonight.Copy !req
363. I gathered.Copy !req
364. - Um...Copy !req
365. - Hi?
- Uh?Copy !req
366. - Um...
- Mom?Copy !req
367. Let me just...Copy !req
368. It's fine, Eve.Copy !req
369. We all need a little comfort these days.Copy !req
370. It's okay, Mom. I'm okay.Copy !req
371. I am so sorry.Copy !req
372. Why?Copy !req
373. For everything.Copy !req
374. When I married your father, I...Copy !req
375. I didn't know the life I'd be giving you,Copy !req
376. the responsibilities you'd have.Copy !req
377. I think back on every time we asked,
"Did you get your powers yet?"Copy !req
378. How hopeful we were.Copy !req
379. How disappointed you were
when it hadn't happened yet.Copy !req
380. And it just...Copy !req
381. it disgusts me.Copy !req
382. I see you out there, getting hurt,Copy !req
383. fighting for your life, and...Copy !req
384. it's my fault.Copy !req
385. Mom, it's not your—Copy !req
386. I could have taken you away from all this.Copy !req
387. Mom.Copy !req
388. I shouldn't have let your father
convince me it would all be okay.Copy !req
389. Mom.Copy !req
390. You did everything right.Copy !req
391. Everything.Copy !req
392. Mark, I love you so much.Copy !req
393. I love you, too.Copy !req
394. How's Oliver?Copy !req
395. He's okay. He's just down the hall.Copy !req
396. My staff can barely keep him in bed.Copy !req
397. Sorry to interrupt.
I just heard you were awake.Copy !req
398. I wanted to thank—Copy !req
399. Where's Conquest?Copy !req
400. Huh. Was that his name?Copy !req
401. He's dead, Mark. You killed him.Copy !req
402. Where's his body?Copy !req
403. Burn it.Copy !req
404. Yeah.Copy !req
405. We've lost so many friends
these past few weeks,Copy !req
406. and there's so much still to do,
that it seems strangeCopy !req
407. to pause and gather
for a moment like this.Copy !req
408. But isn't that why we fight?Copy !req
409. To save, or honor, even a single life?Copy !req
410. Rex would tell me to shut up
and get to the point,Copy !req
411. but I know that's what he believed.Copy !req
412. He was always so confident,
but also honest about his failings.Copy !req
413. So sure of himself,
but the first to confess fear.Copy !req
414. He was everything I wanted,
and still want, to be.Copy !req
415. To honor my friend
and everything he meant to me,Copy !req
416. I am changing my name from Rudy to Rex...Copy !req
417. so that much of him,
at least, will survive.Copy !req
418. I only hope that I can live up
to his courage and sacrifice.Copy !req
419. He will be deeply missed.Copy !req
420. I believe Atom Eve
wanted to say a few words.Copy !req
421. You could've gone up there yourself.Copy !req
422. I don't think I...Copy !req
423. I don't think I could have
gotten through it.Copy !req
424. It was easier this way.Copy !req
425. I get it.Copy !req
426. I love you...Copy !req
427. Rex.Copy !req
428. Rex Splode was...Copy !req
429. my first...Copy !req
430. everything.Copy !req
431. Good and bad.Copy !req
432. H-He...Copy !req
433. I'm sorry.Copy !req
434. Rex and I...Copy !req
435. we had a complicated relationship.Copy !req
436. Hey.Copy !req
437. I just...Copy !req
438. can't believe that he's gone.Copy !req
439. I never got to say goodbye.Copy !req
440. We hadn't talked
since I moved out of the tower.Copy !req
441. When you know someone for so long,Copy !req
442. they're always the same to you.Copy !req
443. It's-It's hard to let them
change or mature.Copy !req
444. But Rex...Copy !req
445. he had changed so much.Copy !req
446. Wish I'd spent more time with him.Copy !req
447. Me, too.Copy !req
448. I loved him, you know?Copy !req
449. I really did.Copy !req
450. Even though he cheated on me
so many times.Copy !req
451. It all just happened so fast,
I just can't, I...Copy !req
452. Are... Are you smiling?Copy !req
453. I'm sorry, I...Copy !req
454. I thought I'd lost you.Copy !req
455. But now I can't stop thinking about
how even through everything, you're—Copy !req
456. you're here and okay and...Copy !req
457. Mm.Copy !req
458. This is gonna be awkward.Copy !req
459. I don't think I'll ever get used to that.Copy !req
460. Not long now.Copy !req
461. Mm...Copy !req
462. Muh...Copy !req
463. More!Copy !req
464. It is done.Copy !req
465. Thank you.Copy !req
466. Now, what do you want?Copy !req
467. Angstrom Levy,Copy !req
468. you have witnessed
what our ambitions have done to our world.Copy !req
469. And what we have had to do to ourselves
to survive here.Copy !req
470. You want a new home?Copy !req
471. Fine.Copy !req
472. That is only the beginning
of the delightsCopy !req
