108. By fight back, he means,
"Show me you're strong.Copy !req
109. Show me you can take it."Copy !req
110. How do I deal with it?Copy !req
111. Yes, Chef.
Get back to work.Copy !req

142. Step forward.Copy !req
143. (Announcer)
This challengeCopy !req
144. will test the chefs' abilityCopy !req
145. to think on their feetCopy !req
146. as they must
name six ingredientsCopy !req
147. that will work well togetherCopy !req
148. in order to make
one creative dish.Copy !req

191. Bacon?Copy !req
192. That's a good one.
That's nice.Copy !req
193. Very good one.
Huh?Copy !req

Chef.Copy !req
195. Don't hurt yourself.
Slow down.Copy !req
196. Halibut, endive, salsify,
crab, bacon, peas.Copy !req
197. That is sounding delicious.Copy !req

220. Shallots and beats.Copy !req
221. We're all like,Copy !req
222. "Holy.Copy !req
223. "Please, let somebody knowCopy !req
224. where we're going with this."Copy !req
225. "M".Copy !req
226. (Autumn)
Um...Copy !req
227. Five...Copy !req
228. My mind
was completely blank.Copy !req
229. Three, two, one...Copy !req
230. Time.Copy !req
231. Mango.Copy !req
232. Mango?
Ooh.Copy !req
233. Holy.Copy !req
234. What was wrong
with monkfish?Copy !req
235. It's okay.
We can do it.Copy !req
236. Mahi-mahi?Copy !req
237. Didn't come to mind.Copy !req
238. Crap.
Beets and mango.Copy !req
239. What the hell

245. We're completely screwed.Copy !req
246. Maria.Copy !req

- Off you go.Copy !req
248. "T".Copy !req
249. When I was standing there
and I rolled the dice,Copy !req
250. all I kept saying was, "Turnips,
turnips, turnips, turnips."Copy !req
251. Turnips.Copy !req
252. Turnip?Copy !req
253. Come on, Holli.
Come on, Holli.Copy !req
254. "D".Copy !req
255. Duck.Copy !req
256. That's good.Copy !req
257. Okay,
that's a good one.Copy !req
258. Yeah!Copy !req
259. Thank God.
I know duck is gonna work.Copy !req
260. I think we're gonna haveCopy !req
261. a good meal out of this.Copy !req
262. Okay,
you've got thirty minutesCopy !req
263. to come up
with a stunning dish.Copy !req
264. Make sure each
and every one of youCopy !req
265. has input in that dish,
yeah?Copy !req
266. In the kitchen.
Let's go. Thirty minutes.Copy !req
267. - All right, ladies. Let's go.
- Let's go.Copy !req
268. Couple of things, guys,
real quick.Copy !req
269. Make sure you save
some of that duck fat.Copy !req
270. We can put that into
the turnips, all right?Copy !req
271. (Announcer)
The Chefs must work togetherCopy !req
272. to prepare a dish
that will be judgedCopy !req
273. on creative use
of the six ingredients.Copy !req
274. Twenty minutes to go,
ladies.Copy !req
275. You gonna take
the breast off?Copy !req
276. It's easier to do it
before you cut it,Copy !req
277. but go ahead.Copy !req
278. No, no, no,
it's easier...Copy !req
279. Here. Let me see.Copy !req
280. Autumn, she just want
to be in control.Copy !req
281. "No, I have to do it or else."Copy !req
282. Let me come on over.
It makes more sense.Copy !req
283. (Nilka)
You know, we're not stupid.Copy !req
284. We all have knife skills.Copy !req
285. Don't think that
you're better than everyone.Copy !req
286. And don't forget
to score it.Copy !req
287. (Announcer) While Autumn
is looking to help out Nilka,Copy !req
288. over in the blue kitchen,Copy !req
289. Salvatore
is looking to help out...Copy !req
290. - Anything I can do?
- Nope.Copy !req
291. anyone.Copy !req
292. - Anything I can do?
- No.Copy !req
293. Anything I can do?Copy !req
294. You want to do this
right here.Copy !req
295. Use the lathe
on this fish like this.Copy !req
296. Boom, boom, boom.Copy !req
297. You don't want
to dry it out, though, okay?Copy !req
298. Want to be
nice and careful.Copy !req
299. (Scott) Salvatore doesn't
have experience.Copy !req
300. He doesn't have
fine dining technique.Copy !req
301. My job as a Chef
is to help people grow,Copy !req
302. to help people
become technically better,Copy !req
303. to motivate them,
to give them the confidence...Copy !req
304. I got it. I got it.Copy !req
305. Don't get
your hands on itCopy !req
306. when I'm trying to cook,
all right?Copy !req
307. Let me cook it.Copy !req
308. You start
interfering with me,Copy !req
309. - we get up.
- Okay, okay.Copy !req
310. Two minutes to go.Copy !req
311. One more minute
on the salsify.Copy !req
312. All right,
hand me the duck.Copy !req
313. Let me slice it.Copy !req
314. Don't slice the duck
too early.Copy !req
315. It takes a second
to slice a duck.Copy !req
316. No, it's time to plate.Copy !req
317. 'Cause he just
suggested it,Copy !req
318. let's take
his suggestion.Copy !req
319. I just wanted to be like,Copy !req
320. "Autumn, shut up."Copy !req
321. This one's a little over.Copy !req
322. Last thirty seconds.Copy !req
323. Nice dish, guys.
Nice dish.Copy !req
324. Oh, plate it.
Come on.Copy !req
325. Three, two, one.Copy !req
326. And stop.Copy !req
327. Right.
And here we go.Copy !req
328. Men, what is the dish?Copy !req
329. We have
a pan-roasted halibut,Copy !req
330. with a bacon, pea,
and crab ragu,Copy !req
331. uh, salsify puree,Copy !req
332. and a salad
of crab and endive.Copy !req
333. This is quite clean.Copy !req
334. Endive.
Slightly sweet.Copy !req
335. Peas cooked perfectly.Copy !req
336. Halibut's cooked nice.Copy !req
337. So these are the
salsify chips?Copy !req
338. Yes, Chef.Copy !req
339. And just sliced raw?Copy !req
340. Sliced raw, fried,
and lightly salted.Copy !req
341. It's a shame.Copy !req
342. They're just quite
bitter there, aren't they?Copy !req
343. Just tastes of fryer.Copy !req
344. Doesn't need
the fried salsify.Copy !req
345. Right, ladies.Copy !req
346. Just explain the dish
for me, please.Copy !req
347. It's a mango-glaze
pan-seared duck,Copy !req
348. pureed turnips,Copy !req
349. with ham
and mango and beets.Copy !req
350. And the turnip has tarragon
and duck fat and the ham.Copy !req
351. The turnips
look really boring.Copy !req
352. However,Copy !req
353. they actually
taste delicious.Copy !req
354. Good, good.Copy !req
355. Whose idea was it to put
the duck fat in the turnip?Copy !req
356. Autumn's.Copy !req
357. Smart.Copy !req
358. Nilka,
you seared the duck?Copy !req
359. - Yes, I did.
- That duck's lovely.Copy !req
360. However...Copy !req
361. I've got more fatCopy !req
362. than I have meat.Copy !req
363. But, collectively,Copy !req
364. all six ingredients...Copy !req
365. Work beautifully.Copy !req
366. The most important partCopy !req
367. is that
you've used your brain.Copy !req
368. Both teams, well done.Copy !req
369. Two fantastic dishes.Copy !req
370. Tough call.Copy !req
371. Tough, tough,
tough decision.Copy !req
372. I said to myself,Copy !req
373. it's gonna come downCopy !req
374. to salsify and duck fat.Copy !req
375. I cannot believe this.Copy !req
376. The winning dish...Copy !req
377. By a fraction...Copy !req
378. For one reason
and one reason only...Copy !req
379. Congratulations...Copy !req
380. Tough call.Copy !req
381. (Announcer)
Chef RamsayCopy !req
382. has challenged the teamsCopy !req
383. to each create one great dishCopy !req
384. made up of individually
selected ingredients.Copy !req
385. Both teams, well done.Copy !req
386. But now
he's having a hard timeCopy !req
387. choosing a winner.Copy !req
388. The winning dish...Copy !req
389. By a fraction...Copy !req
390. Congratulations...Copy !req
391. Men. Well done.Copy !req
392. Ladies,
you cannot serve raw fat.Copy !req
393. I'm angry with Nilka.Copy !req
394. I knew right when
I touched the duck breastCopy !req
395. that it was too fatty.Copy !req
396. Had that duck
been cooked perfectly,Copy !req
397. you would have won.Copy !req
398. Sorry, ladies.Copy !req
399. It sucks when you lose.Copy !req
400. Everybody hates to lose.Copy !req
401. And you hate
when you're the one,Copy !req
402. so you just... aah.
You want to die.Copy !req
403. Okay, ladies,Copy !req
404. the punishment today,Copy !req
405. you are going to be
cleaning my entrance hall.Copy !req
406. Scrubbing the floor,Copy !req
407. washing the carpets,Copy !req
408. polishing the mirror.
Yes?Copy !req
409. Yes, Chef.Copy !req
410. One more thing.Copy !req
411. We're opening
for dinner tonight.Copy !req
412. I want both kitchens
prepped.Copy !req
413. Yes, Chef.Copy !req
414. Okay, men.Copy !req
415. We're going skydiving.Copy !req
416. Oh,Copy !req
417. Jason,
are you all right?Copy !req
418. What's the matter?Copy !req
419. Jason don't jump
out of planes.Copy !req
420. Do I look like a bird?Copy !req
421. A condor?Copy !req
422. A pterodactyl?Copy !req
423. - Ready?
- Hell no.Copy !req
424. Go upstairs, get ready,Copy !req
425. 'cause we're diving
in under an hour.Copy !req
426. Hurry up.Copy !req
427. (Announcer)
While the men, excluding Jason,Copy !req
428. are anxious to face
the challenge of skydiving,Copy !req
429. the women are not exactly
looking forwardCopy !req
430. to sprucing up the entry hallCopy !req
431. and doing prep
for both kitchens.Copy !req
432. It's an absolute mess here,Copy !req
433. it's part
of your punishment, yeah?Copy !req
434. Okay. Yes.Copy !req
435. Scrubbing the floor,Copy !req
436. Hoovering the floor,Copy !req
437. getting rid of the dust.Copy !req
438. Okay.Copy !req
439. Jean-Philippe puts
so much gel in his hair,Copy !req
440. it's so perfect,
you know,Copy !req
441. I'm sure
that the front of the houseCopy !req
442. needs to look
just as perfect.Copy !req
443. Let's go. Action.Copy !req
444. (Autumn)
Fast. Everybody... no talking.Copy !req
445. Move fast. Don't talk.Copy !req
446. Punishment sucks.Copy !req
447. It sucks.
I hate losing.Copy !req
448. Yeah, this is taking two
and three, four passesCopy !req
449. to pick up, so...Copy !req
450. Prep of the food'sCopy !req
451. more important
than vacuuming.Copy !req
452. Plain and simple.Copy !req
453. Way, way more important.Copy !req
454. Food has to get served tonight.Copy !req
455. What's still left to do?Copy !req
456. It's more tiring
than it looks.Copy !req
457. Sweat was just pouring
down my face.Copy !req
458. I was sweating like
Whitney and Bobby on crack.Copy !req
459. This is some
hard-ass work, boy.Copy !req
460. (Announcer) While the red team is on
their hands and knees cleaning,Copy !req
461. the blue team meets
up with Chef Ramsay.Copy !req
462. (Jason)
I had a big sigh of reliefCopy !req
463. when I realized we're not
jumping out of the plane.Copy !req
464. I felt God had let me live.Copy !req
465. Oh, nice.Copy !req
466. (Jay) Seeing Chef Ramsay
in the wind tunnel was great.Copy !req
467. He was flying
up and down and all around.Copy !req
468. It made me want to jump
right in there and fly.Copy !req
469. Hey, Chef.Copy !req
470. I told you we're going
skydiving, yes?Copy !req
471. - Are you ready?
- Yes, Chef.Copy !req
472. Get changed, guys.
We're going flying.Copy !req
473. (Announcer) While the men are
suiting up for their adventure,Copy !req
474. back in Hell's Kitchen,Copy !req
475. Jean-Philippe suits upCopy !req
476. for his white glove test.Copy !req
477. Uh-oh.
Jean-Philippe.Copy !req
478. There's dust on top
of the frames.Copy !req
479. He went across the frame.Copy !req
480. He was like,
"Look, it's dirty."Copy !req
481. Yeah.
Dust on the frame.Copy !req
482. - Just another pass.
- Yeah.Copy !req
483. Look at this.
It never goes away.Copy !req
484. You're sweating.Copy !req
485. I know. Hard work.Copy !req
486. (Jay) It's harder than
it looks, huh?Copy !req
487. You can just tell
by his face.Copy !req
488. I can tell, yeah.Copy !req
489. Chef made that
look so easy.Copy !req
490. Oh, man.Copy !req
491. Yeah. Man.Copy !req
492. (Benjamin)
The reward today was awesome.Copy !req
493. It's almost like cookingCopy !req
494. in the sense
that you need to relaxCopy !req
495. while you're doing it.Copy !req
496. Just get up thereCopy !req
497. and let your body
understand how to do it.Copy !req
498. It's pretty amazing.Copy !req
499. It was a really,
really fun time.Copy !req
500. Look at his cheeks.Copy !req
501. (Jason) All that wind
rushing past your face,Copy !req
502. floating your body up,Copy !req
503. it's amazing.Copy !req
504. It make me reallyCopy !req
505. want to buy one of those,Copy !req
506. put it in the backyard
or something.Copy !req
507. I charge
the whole neighborhood.Copy !req
508. Nice.Copy !req
509. (Announcer)
While the blue teamCopy !req
510. enjoys their adrenaline rush
at iFLY,Copy !req
511. back in Hell's Kitchen,Copy !req
512. the women rush
to prep both kitchensCopy !req
513. for dinner service.Copy !req
514. This is really
taking up some time.Copy !req
515. Yeah,
that's a tedious process.Copy !req
516. Oh, I feel like I'm stuck
in front of a wall hereCopy !req
517. with the mango.Copy !req
518. Rats.Copy !req
519. Not only do we have
to prep our own stuff,Copy !req
520. we have to do
the boys too.Copy !req
521. We got to get
this stupid prep done.Copy !req
522. - Can you help do the drums?
- Yeah.Copy !req
523. It's just
'cause I'm dying.Copy !req
524. Oh, God.Copy !req
525. Guys,
what else do you need?Copy !req
526. We need to set up the stations
on the other side too.Copy !req
527. Hi, ladies.Copy !req
528. Hey, guys.Copy !req
529. What's happening?Copy !req
530. Guys, we're really sorry
in advance.Copy !req
531. She just said
we're really sorry, guys.Copy !req
532. She just said,
"We're really sorry."Copy !req
533. We're unprepped.Copy !req
534. Well, that's pretty
reassuring.Copy !req
535. That's not good.Copy !req
536. I think maybe we're not
gonna beCopy !req
537. very well prepared
for dinner service.Copy !req
538. We still got to do
the boys' stuff.Copy !req
539. Just don't
hit the panic button.Copy !req
540. Let's just get focused.Copy !req
541. You're gonna
overcrowd the pan, Fran.Copy !req
542. You guys are losing your...
your techniques.Copy !req
543. Right now we're not
going towards winningCopy !req
544. at all, whatsoever.Copy !req
545. You guys have, like, an hourCopy !req
546. to get everything ready.Copy !req
547. Yes, Chef.Copy !req
548. Are you crying?Copy !req
549. Why are you crying?Copy !req
550. You'll make us all cry.
Don't do it.Copy !req
551. - She's crying?
- Yes.Copy !req
552. (Maria)
I'm really stressed out.Copy !req
553. Like, I was working
as fast as I could.Copy !req
554. Like, we're down to the wire.Copy !req
555. Ramsay's gonna be so upset.Copy !req
556. We're all
gonna let him down.Copy !req
557. Oh, God.Copy !req
558. I just didn't want
to let him down.Copy !req
559. I'm so worried.Copy !req
560. We're ed.Copy !req
561. We're so ed.Copy !req
562. (Announcer) With dinner service
just 45 minutes away,Copy !req
563. the pressure
of prepping both kitchensCopy !req
564. has gotten
the best of Maria.Copy !req
565. (Maria)
We're ed.Copy !req
566. We're so ed.Copy !req
567. He's gonna eat us alive.Copy !req
568. We had to prep super fast,
and we had to clean today.Copy !req
569. We didn't have
enough time.Copy !req
570. (Announcer) And Chef Ramsay's
right hand in the kitchen,Copy !req
571. Sous Chef Andy,
checks in on her.Copy !req
572. I feel like just a cook
on the planet earth right now.Copy !req
573. Like, everything
is just a messCopy !req
574. and I'm really
worried, you know?Copy !req
575. You need to stop
being emotional.Copy !req
576. I know.Copy !req
577. It's gonna kill you.
You need to get it together.Copy !req
578. You can do it.
It's simple. It's food.Copy !req
579. - Okay. So go do it.
- Thank you.Copy !req
580. (Maria) Chef Andy was like,
"You got to step up your game."Copy !req
581. And she's right.Copy !req
582. Because obviously I want
to shine, plain and simple.Copy !req
583. Ladies, let's go.
Line up, guys.Copy !req
584. Nothing burning,
Holli?Copy !req
585. Maria, bring that lovely face
of yours over here. Let's go.Copy !req
586. I was like,
you think I'm pretty?Copy !req
587. I was like, my God,
nobody ever thinks I'm pretty.Copy !req
588. Ah, that's good.Copy !req
589. I was like, something good is
happening right now. Wonderful.Copy !req
590. Okay, we're going to beCopy !req
591. entertaining some very special
guests this evening.Copy !req
592. They're not going to be
eating in the dining room.Copy !req
593. We're gonna be setting up
the most amazing chef tables.Copy !req
594. Nice.Copy !req
595. (Scott) Having somebody
sitting there in the kitchen,Copy !req
596. it shouldn't throw us
a curveball.Copy !req
597. You're working in a kitchen
with Chef Gordon Ramsay,Copy !req
598. you're just focused
on what his expectations are.Copy !req
599. In the red kitchen,
on the chef table,Copy !req
600. we'll have the host
of Entertainment TonightCopy !req
601. Kevin Frazier
and his dear wife.Copy !req
602. Blue team,
you are hosting a starCopy !req
603. who's in Entourage.Copy !req
604. Debi Mazar. Beautiful.Copy !req
605. By the way, she's bringing
her husband, who's a chef.Copy !req
606. So on your toes in there
tonight, guys, yeah?Copy !req
607. Yes, Chef.Copy !req
608. Get with your sections.
Check it out. Move your ass.Copy !req
609. Hey, everybody,
get your game faces on.Copy !req
610. - It's about to begin.
- Yep. Got it.Copy !req
611. Okay, Jean-Philippe,
open Hell's Kitchen, please.Copy !req
612. (Announcer) There are always VIPs
who want to dine in Hell's Kitchen.Copy !req
613. I'll have the beef.Copy !req
614. The seared halibut.Copy !req
615. I will try the
Alaskan king crab cappellini.Copy !req
616. (Jean-Philippe) So you'll be
in the kitchen tonight.Copy !req
617. Oh, great. Fantastic.Copy !req
618. (Announcer) But the celebrities aren't
just in the dining room.Copy !req
619. Good to see you.
Welcome. Hi, my darling.Copy !req
620. (Announcer) They're sitting at chef's tables
in the kitchen as well.Copy !req
621. There's Chef Gordon Ramsay
right there.Copy !req
622. Okay, let's go, yeah?
Right, gentlemen.Copy !req
623. Stand by. Two cappellini,
two scallops, yes?Copy !req
624. (All) Yes, Chef.
- Let's go.Copy !req
625. (Scott) Let's win this
tonight, guys.Copy !req
626. Two scallops,
two cappellinis.Copy !req
627. Two scallops,
two cappellinis.Copy !req
628. I heard you, Scott.Copy !req
629. Keep 'em right there.
They're not getting dark enough.Copy !req
630. You want to get
a lot of color on 'em,Copy !req
631. so leave 'em there,
let 'em cook.Copy !req
632. Don't put the butter in till
you flip 'em. It's too early.Copy !req
633. The worst cook in our kitchen
right now is Jason,Copy !req
634. but I'm doing the best I can
to kind of help himCopy !req
635. and mentor him
and coach him a little bit.Copy !req
636. I'm used to
being a leader.Copy !req
637. And I want to help out
where I can help out.Copy !req
638. As soon as this pasta
goes into the water,Copy !req
639. it's about three and
a half minute pickup time.Copy !req
640. So keep that in your mind,
all right?Copy !req
641. Don't overcook it,
don't undercook it.Copy !req
642. I got it.Copy !req
643. (Jason) Scott acts like
he's helping,Copy !req
644. but he's calling out my name
trying to make me look bad.Copy !req
645. And Chef,
he could see that.Copy !req
646. Put the pasta in, bro?Copy !req
647. - Yeah.
- How long?Copy !req
648. Um...Copy !req
649. It's gonna be
four minutes, all right?Copy !req
650. So you want to get
all in.Copy !req
651. Get your white wine in there,
your lime juice...Copy !req
652. I got... no, I got it.Copy !req
653. (Jay) Scott, I don't like
the way he talks to people.Copy !req
654. He's condescending.Copy !req
655. No, no, no, that's too much,
that's too much.Copy !req
656. Take about half
of what you have there.Copy !req
657. If I saw Scott in a dark alley,
I would probably beat himCopy !req
658. about the neck, chest,
head, breast, and face.Copy !req
659. Don't it up.
All right? Let's go.Copy !req
660. Jason, we're a team, all right,
I want you to succeed here.Copy !req
661. I know.Copy !req
662. He doesn't listen.
That's the problem.Copy !req
663. Just listen, all right,
if I'm suggesting something.Copy !req
664. Let's go, Jason.
Two cappellini.Copy !req
665. Cappellinis up.Copy !req
666. Jason, cappellini,
cooked perfectly.Copy !req
667. Yes, Chef.Copy !req
668. (Announcer) Now that Jason
has the blue teamCopy !req
669. off and running
with their appetizers,Copy !req
670. Siobhan has
just deliveredCopy !req
671. her first crab cappellini
to the pass.Copy !req
672. (Gordon) Who's done
the cappellini?Copy !req
673. I did, Chef.Copy !req
674. There's
lobster in it.Copy !req
675. (Maria)
Oh, careful.Copy !req
676. Madam, that's a lobster.Copy !req
677. That's lobster.Copy !req
678. You're just cooking
like a zombie.Copy !req
679. You have to think.Copy !req
680. (Holli) It's a big difference,
lobster and a crab.Copy !req
681. Huge difference.Copy !req
682. And it was just like, come on,
Siobhan, get it together.Copy !req
683. I've sent the Risotto.
Half the table's not eating.Copy !req
684. Yes, Chef.Copy !req
685. - Smells good.
- It looks great.Copy !req
686. (Announcer) While Siobhan keeps
the playboy models waiting for their food,Copy !req
687. back in the blue kitchen,Copy !req
688. Salvatore is ready to impress
with his snapper appetizer.Copy !req
689. - Let's go.
- Behind you, Chef.Copy !req
690. Oh, no.Copy !req
691. I've got raw snapper.Copy !req
692. Not pink,
not thirty seconds... raw.Copy !req
693. hell.Copy !req
694. Get two more
orders going.Copy !req
695. (Gordon)
Get it back in the pan.Copy !req
696. Salvatore.
Yes, Chef?Copy !req
697. Stop panicking.Copy !req
698. Yes, Chef.Copy !req
699. I have to focus
when Chef talk to meCopy !req
700. and not take it
too personal.Copy !req
701. (Mazar) Poor Salvatore looks like
he's about to have an aneurysm.Copy !req
702. - Right.
- Very red.Copy !req
703. Bunch of muppets.
Let's go.Copy !req
704. (Announcer) While Salvatore tries
to regain his focus...Copy !req
705. You ready, Autumn,
to go to pass?Copy !req
706. Yeah.Copy !req
707. Here we go again.Copy !req
708. Let's go.Copy !req
709. (Announcer) Siobhan is ready with her second
attempt at the crab cappellini.Copy !req
710. - Hot pan.
(Gordon) It's lobster again.Copy !req
711. I've got lobster
in the cappellini.Copy !req
712. Chef, I pulled it right here,
it says "crab."Copy !req
713. - Look.
But it's not.Copy !req
714. Look, come here.Copy !req
715. What are the...Copy !req
716. - Wha... wha...
- Oh, yeah, that is lobster.Copy !req
717. Oh, come on.Copy !req
718. (Gordon) Even though it says "crab,"
look at it. What is it?Copy !req
719. That looks like
lobster, Chef.Copy !req
720. That's the second time.Copy !req
721. Crab was not crab,
it was lobster.Copy !req
722. Where's the crab?Copy !req
723. It was lobster.Copy !req
724. Here it is, Chef,
I got it.Copy !req
725. (Gordon) How can we not
spot it twice, Siobhan?Copy !req
726. It's my fault, Chef.Copy !req
727. It's okay.
I can do it.Copy !req
728. (Announcer) While Siobhan
tries to figure outCopy !req
729. which crustacean
belongs on her station,Copy !req
730. Salvatore is hoping
his next snapperCopy !req
731. will meet Chef Ramsay's
standards.Copy !req
732. Four snapper.Copy !req
733. - Yes, Chef.
- Go now, go now, go now.Copy !req
734. Behind you, Chef.Copy !req
735. (Gordon) Just put it down
and off, yeah?Copy !req
736. - What do you want, a photograph?
- Yes, Chef.Copy !req
737. What's that?
Salvatore.Copy !req
738. Oh,Copy !req
739. (Gordon)
Salvatore.Copy !req
740. Salvatore!Copy !req
741. (Announcer) It's only thirty minutes
into dinner service.Copy !req
742. Chef, behind you.Copy !req
743. And Salvatore
is already feeling likeCopy !req
744. this dinner service
may be his last.Copy !req
745. Salvatore.Copy !req
746. - Come here, you.
- Yes, Chef.Copy !req
747. Hurry up.Copy !req
748. Come on, Sal.Copy !req
749. Salvatore.Copy !req
750. Snapper's cooked perfectly.Copy !req
751. Thank you, Chef.Copy !req
752. Don't send me
any more.Copy !req
753. I won't, Chef.Copy !req
754. Thank God, you know.
I was like, whoo.Copy !req
755. (Scott) Salvatore and I
have a pretty goodCopy !req
756. working relationship
together.Copy !req
757. He's my pet project.Copy !req
758. Don't forget
the broccoli.Copy !req
759. With my technical abilities
and my leadership abilities,Copy !req
760. he could definitely be
an attribute to our team.Copy !req
761. - Good job, Sally.
- Thank you.Copy !req
762. (Announcer) As both teams
are sending out appetizers...Copy !req
763. Mm.Copy !req
764. So good.Copy !req
765. That's really good.Copy !req
766. (Announcer) Chef Ramsay
is counting on NilkaCopy !req
767. to push out the red team's
first entrees.Copy !req
768. Three beef, one halibut.Copy !req
769. All three beef

770. (All)
Yes, Chef.Copy !req
771. Let's go.Copy !req
772. (Nilka) I don't want
to with the meat.Copy !req
773. I want to have
all my temps right.Copy !req
774. So I got a lot
of pressure on me.Copy !req
775. All right, keep talking,
keep talking.Copy !req
776. All I'm giving you
is three beefs, correct?Copy !req
777. Three beefs. Medium-well.Copy !req
778. Yup, I'm on it.Copy !req
779. Yes, yes, good, good,
everybody's working.Copy !req
780. Keep talking.Copy !req
781. Finally sounds like
a kitchen.Copy !req
782. Keep it up, keep it up.Copy !req
783. (Gordon)
Hey, let's go.Copy !req
784. Beef, please.Copy !req
785. Right here, Chef.Copy !req
786. - Behind you, behind you.
- Beef, please.Copy !req
787. Right here, Chef.Copy !req
788. - Both medium, yes?
- Yes, Chef.Copy !req
789. - Nilka.
- Yes, Chef.Copy !req
790. That beef's
cooked perfectly.Copy !req
791. Thank you, Chef.Copy !req
792. Beautifully cooked.
Now off, will you?Copy !req
793. - Will do.
- Let's go.Copy !req
794. I was so nervousCopy !req
795. that I rocked that
the out.Copy !req
796. There's no
stopping me now.Copy !req
797. (Announcer) Nilka has delivered
on the meat station,Copy !req
798. and in the blue kitchen,Copy !req
799. Salvatore is hoping to do
the same with his first entrees.Copy !req
800. Salvatore.Copy !req
801. Yes, Chef.Copy !req
802. Salmon, cooked perfectly.Copy !req
803. Thank you, Chef.Copy !req
804. - Good job, Sal.
- Thank you.Copy !req
805. (Jason) Salvatore not only
recaptured himself,Copy !req
806. but hit the damn ball out of
the park with the fish.Copy !req
807. (Announcer) With Salvatore's salmon
waiting at the pass,Copy !req
808. Chef Ramsay has
a question for...Copy !req
809. Ed!Copy !req
810. Yes, Chef.Copy !req
811. I've got rock-hard potatoes.
Touch that.Copy !req
812. They're still
solid.Copy !req
813. Perfectly cooked salmon,Copy !req
814. now the potatoes
are rock-hard.Copy !req
815. If you need to blanche the
potatoes in there, put them in.Copy !req
816. I'm not serving
rock-hard potatoes.Copy !req
817. (Jay)
Come on, dude.Copy !req
818. Like, you want me
to hold your hand?Copy !req
819. Like, it's
mashed potatoes.Copy !req
820. The potatoes
are like bullets.Copy !req
821. Come on!Copy !req
822. I was a little bit disappointed
with myself this evening,Copy !req
823. you know,
with the garnishes.Copy !req
824. Don't you taste
anything, Ed?Copy !req
825. Yeah, Chef.
Sorry, Chef.Copy !req
826. hell.Copy !req
827. (Announcer) Despite the
potato predicament,Copy !req
828. diners are enjoying
their entrees.Copy !req
829. Very good.Copy !req
830. (Announcer)
Back in the red kitchen,Copy !req
831. Chef Ramsay is looking
to Autumn on the fish stationCopy !req
832. to continue the women's run

833. Where's the salmon?Copy !req
834. Ready, Chef.Copy !req
835. Oh,Copy !req
836. - Autumn.
- It's okay, I've got two here.Copy !req
837. Yeah, just put it down.
Just put it down.Copy !req
838. hell.Copy !req
839. Autumn, you use a fish slice,
you go under, you pick it up.Copy !req
840. You can't pick this up
like that.Copy !req
841. Help me to understand where
your respect for ingredients is.Copy !req
842. You handle fish
like you're a donkey.Copy !req
843. I don't get it.Copy !req
844. Oh, the princess.
The princess got yelled at tonight.Copy !req
845. Autumn, just concentrate.Copy !req
846. I'm just frustrated,
you know?Copy !req
847. All I did was
not use a spatula.Copy !req
848. Show a little respect.Copy !req
849. Yes, Chef.Copy !req
850. (Announcer) While Autumn tries to get
a handle on the salmon,Copy !req
851. the customers
are growing impatientCopy !req
852. waiting on their entrees.Copy !req
853. Are you still hungry?Copy !req
854. - Yeah.
- I'm waiting on my food.Copy !req
855. (Announcer) Meanwhile,

861. Scott.Copy !req
862. Yes, Chef.Copy !req
863. All of you come here!Copy !req
864. Just touch that beef.Copy !req
865. Just touch it.
Hurry up.Copy !req
866. How's that temperature?Copy !req
867. - Rare.
- Yeah.Copy !req
868. - How's that temperature?
- Rare.Copy !req
869. That's rare.Copy !req
870. I requested it medium.Copy !req
871. Feels medium-rare
to me, Chef.Copy !req
872. You're miles off!Copy !req
873. And each and every one
on your teamCopy !req
874. said it's undercooked.Copy !req
875. Just get it in the oven!Copy !req
876. Chef.Copy !req
877. My temperatures
are usually always correct.Copy !req
878. And tonight, you know,
obviously I was a little bit off.Copy !req
879. I understand the Chef
expects perfection,Copy !req
880. and those of us that have
a little bit more experienceCopy !req
881. he probably has a little bit
higher expectations.Copy !req
882. Behind you, Sal. Behind.
Behind. Go, go, go.Copy !req
883. Go. Sorry,
sorry, sorry. Go.Copy !req
884. What's going on?Copy !req
885. Sorry, Chef.Copy !req
886. (Announcer) As Scott scrambles
to fix his fillets,Copy !req
887. out in the dining room,Copy !req
888. Jean-Philippe does
a little damage control.Copy !req
889. Please.Copy !req
890. Should be here any time soon,
but you should startCopy !req
891. because otherwise
it's gonna be cold.Copy !req
892. It's nothing personal.
Don't take it personally.Copy !req
893. You want some salmon?Copy !req
894. Sure.Copy !req
895. (Announcer)
Back in the red kitchen,Copy !req
896. Entertainment Tonight's
Kevin Frazier and his wifeCopy !req
897. are waiting
for their entrees.Copy !req
898. That's the chef's table
there, yes?Copy !req
899. - Yes, Chef.
- Thank you.Copy !req
900. Nilka.Copy !req
901. Yes, Chef.Copy !req
902. Unbelievable. Look at it.Copy !req
903. That Wellington's
cooked beautifully.Copy !req
904. Thank you, Chef.Copy !req
905. Now serve your beef
to the table, please.Copy !req
906. Yes, Chef.Copy !req
907. (Nilka) I don't have
much experience cooking Wellingtons,Copy !req
908. and I'm just so proud
of myself tonight.Copy !req
909. I am just overjoyed.Copy !req
910. Enjoy, okay?Copy !req
911. You're killing it
tonight, aren't you?Copy !req
912. - Yes, I am.
- You're having a great night.Copy !req
913. Nilka did such
an incredible job on meats.Copy !req
914. She kicked ass,
and she had it all under control.Copy !req
915. Here go your beef,
honey, enjoy.Copy !req
916. - Doing phenomenal.
- Thank you.Copy !req
917. Amen.Copy !req
918. (Announcer) Line cook Nilka
has impressedCopy !req
919. with her solid performance
on the meat station.Copy !req
920. Meanwhile,
back in the blue kitchen,Copy !req
921. Chef Ramsay is hoping
executive chef ScottCopy !req
922. will have
similar success.Copy !req
923. Right behind,
Chef, coming through.Copy !req
924. That's raw.Copy !req
925. (Scott)
Yeah, that's no good.Copy !req
926. Everybody come here
a minute.Copy !req
927. Just touch that.Copy !req
928. I've requested it rare.Copy !req
929. (Benjamin)
Raw.Copy !req
930. There's a big difference
between rare and raw.Copy !req
931. What are you doing, Scott?Copy !req
932. What the
are you on?Copy !req
933. Nothing, Chef.Copy !req
934. (Jason)
Scott up twice.Copy !req
935. He destroyed us tonight.Copy !req
936. He should be gone.Copy !req
937. This bright white fat
is raw.Copy !req
938. off, okay?Copy !req
939. (Announcer) It's an hour and a half
into dinner service,Copy !req
940. and Scott's
undercooked Wellington...Copy !req
941. Everybody,
come here a minute.Copy !req
942. (Announcer) has brought the blue kitchen
to a screeching halt.Copy !req
943. I requested it rare.Copy !req
944. There's a big difference
between rare and raw.Copy !req
945. (Jay) Scott tries to be the leader,
the best, blah, blah, blah,Copy !req
946. but that was still mooing.Copy !req
947. This bright white fat
is raw!Copy !req
948. How long, Scott?Copy !req
949. I need three minutes,
please, okay?Copy !req
950. off, okay?Copy !req
951. (Announcer) While Chef Ramsay waits
for Scott to re-fire his meat...Copy !req
952. - Salvatore.
- Yes, Chef.Copy !req
953. Nicely cooked,
the halibut.Copy !req
954. (Announcer) Salvatore continues to shine
on the fish station.Copy !req
955. Present it
to the table, please.Copy !req
956. Yes, Chef.Copy !req
957. Grazie.Copy !req
958. (Salvatore) When I went
to the celebrity tableCopy !req
959. I was happy because
I was communicatingCopy !req
960. with both of them
in Italian.Copy !req
961. (Salvatore)
It was a kind of nice relief.Copy !req
962. Then I don't have
to explain it in English.Copy !req
963. - Buon appetito.
- Buon appetito.Copy !req
964. (Announcer) As the blue kitchen's special
guests enjoy their fish...Copy !req
965. (Mazar) I actually like it.
It's light.Copy !req
966. Let's go.Copy !req
967. (Announcer) The red kitchen continues
to turn out excellent entrees.Copy !req
968. That beef is beautiful.Copy !req
969. Yeah, mine's very good.Copy !req
970. All right, I'm going up.Copy !req
971. Come on, ladies,
keep the momentum going.Copy !req
972. Talk to each other.Copy !req
973. 41, let's go.Copy !req
974. (Jean-Philippe) It looks very good.
And it tastes good as well.Copy !req
975. - It is very good.
- It's fabulous.Copy !req
976. (Announcer) Meanwhile,
back in the blue kitchen...Copy !req
977. Away now, two salmon,
two Wellington.Copy !req
978. Coming now, Chef.Copy !req
979. (Announcer) after a number
of problems,Copy !req
980. Scott is desperate
to impress Chef Ramsay.Copy !req
981. Uh, Scott.Copy !req
982. Beef's cooked perfectly.Copy !req
983. Thank you, Chef.Copy !req
984. So good.Copy !req
985. (Gordon)
Beef, please.Copy !req
986. (Scott) Tonight was definitely
a wake-up call for me.Copy !req
987. I have to really start paying
a little bit more attentionCopy !req
988. to my own station.Copy !req
989. (Gordon)
Nice. Let's go.Copy !req
990. Two Risotto, one scallops,
one cappellini, yes?Copy !req
991. Yes, Chef.Copy !req
992. Nice, nice, nice.Copy !req
993. Last table, guys.Copy !req
994. Come on, you got
one more ticket.Copy !req
995. Push, push, we're even,
guys, we're even.Copy !req
996. Fran.Copy !req
997. Put the desserts
on the tray.Copy !req
998. (Both)
Okay.Copy !req
999. - Benjamin.
- Yes, Chef.Copy !req
1000. Push out the desserts,
please.Copy !req
1001. (Announcer) It's 2 hours and 50 minutes
into dinner service.Copy !req
1002. It's really refreshing.
You guys want to try?Copy !req
1003. (Announcer) And both teams have completed
serving all of their customers.Copy !req
1004. That's good. Yeah.Copy !req
1005. All right, ladies. Good job.
Switch off, yes?Copy !req
1006. (All)
Yes, Chef.Copy !req
1007. I thought the girls
did damn good.Copy !req
1008. I thought we kicked butt
overall,Copy !req
1009. throughout all
the little errors.Copy !req
1010. I thought
we was on point.Copy !req
1011. Pleasure to serve you.Copy !req
1012. (Frazier) The food was phenomenal.
You did a great job.Copy !req
1013. Take care. Good luck.Copy !req
1014. (Nilka) Girls,
I'm proud of us tonight.Copy !req
1015. Son of a gun,
I'm proud of you too.Copy !req
1016. Guys. Job completed.
Well done.Copy !req
1017. Switch off.Copy !req
1018. (Jay) We had a little
bumpy start,Copy !req
1019. but I think dinner service
for the blue teamCopy !req
1020. went relatively well.Copy !req
1021. It was great.
Thank you so much.Copy !req
1022. Thank you for coming.Copy !req
1023. Okay, I'm gonna
keep this brief.Copy !req
1024. I personally can't
believe it.Copy !req
1025. I'm amazed.Copy !req
1026. I'm amazed...Copy !req
1027. how good you were.Copy !req
1028. - Really?
(Gordon) Yeah.Copy !req
1029. (All)
Thank you, Chef.Copy !req
1030. Salvatore.Copy !req
1031. You can cook.Copy !req
1032. Thank you, Chef.Copy !req
1033. You're not a pizza chef.
Stop downgrading yourself.Copy !req
1034. Trust me, you can cook.
Just don't stop.Copy !req
1035. Nilka.Copy !req
1036. Never trained
in fine dining,Copy !req
1037. you cook meat
to perfection.Copy !req
1038. You have every right
to feel proud,Copy !req
1039. because you've done
a phenomenal job.Copy !req
1040. - Thank you. Thank you.
- Well done.Copy !req
1041. Salvatore. Nilka.Copy !req
1042. On the back of those
outstanding performances,Copy !req
1043. yeah, both of you
go up to the dormsCopy !req
1044. and give me
one person eachCopy !req
1045. from your teams
up for elimination.Copy !req
1046. Okay, off you go.Copy !req
1047. (Nilka) When Chef Ramsay told me
I had to nominate one personCopy !req
1048. from my team,
that was totally unexpected,Copy !req
1049. but he gave me that decisionCopy !req
1050. to determine who should
go home from my team,Copy !req
1051. and I will honor that.Copy !req
1052. It's on Nilka's shoulders.Copy !req
1053. Yup.Copy !req
1054. Damn, that's
a lot of weight.Copy !req
1055. So Nilka, honestly,
who do you think made a mistake?Copy !req
1056. I was listening in the kitchen,
everything he said to you,Copy !req
1057. and he was riding you
the hardestCopy !req
1058. because of the fish.Copy !req
1059. I think that Chef got on me
for not using a spatula,Copy !req
1060. and that was
his main complaint.Copy !req
1061. If you look at dinner service,
there isn't reallyCopy !req
1062. anything that I did
that would warrant that I wasCopy !req
1063. the weakest cook
in the kitchen, in my opinion.Copy !req
1064. It feels unfair to me.Copy !req
1065. (Maria)
She sucks.Copy !req
1066. She's got an excuse
for everything.Copy !req
1067. The only thing
that was sent back,Copy !req
1068. I think, was just
the lobster.Copy !req
1069. Yeah, what happened
over there?Copy !req
1070. There was crab on top,
I tasted it.Copy !req
1071. And here, underneath of it
there was lobster.Copy !req
1072. Something happened.Copy !req
1073. (Siobhan) I had issues
with my cappellini.Copy !req
1074. It sucks. It happened.Copy !req
1075. It happened
right in front of Chef.Copy !req
1076. I just... I'm praying.Copy !req
1077. I don't know what to think,
though, at this point.Copy !req
1078. I'm definitely
scared and nervous.Copy !req
1079. (Nilka) I'm just gonna go up there
and voice my opinionCopy !req
1080. how Nilka feels,
and that's it.Copy !req
1081. I am not gonna walk
out that door.Copy !req
1082. I think it's a...
you know, I don't know.Copy !req
1083. I mean,
it's a tough decision.Copy !req
1084. (Ed)
Chef was very upset at me.Copy !req
1085. He told me I made
some stupid moves.Copy !req
1086. Did any tables come back
'cause of me?Copy !req
1087. Did any tables
sit in the window 'cause of me?Copy !req
1088. Nope.Copy !req
1089. You just up.
Simple as that, you know.Copy !req
1090. (Salvatore) Scott.
- Yeah, buddy. Talk to me.Copy !req
1091. You're my friend.Copy !req
1092. And you help me a lot.Copy !req
1093. If I see somebody
that needs help,Copy !req
1094. I'm gonna give it to 'em.Copy !req
1095. Right here,
rissole these fish like this.Copy !req
1096. Boom, boom, boom.Copy !req
1097. Your mistake tonight
was kind of... kind of big.Copy !req
1098. You started getting
nervous like I did.Copy !req
1099. By no means do I think
I'm the worst cook here.Copy !req
1100. - No.
- Nor am I the worst leader.Copy !req
1101. Too busy, uh,
trying to pay attentionCopy !req
1102. to what everybody else
is doingCopy !req
1103. and trying to lend
a helping hand.Copy !req
1104. Not worrying about myself.Copy !req
1105. (Scott) Salvatore and I have
a pretty good friendshipCopy !req
1106. and working
relationship together.Copy !req
1107. So I better
damn well trust him.Copy !req
1108. I'm happy that you had
a good service.Copy !req
1109. Scott is one person
that spends more time with me.Copy !req
1110. We get up
in the morning together,Copy !req
1111. like, drink coffee, talk.Copy !req
1112. He's only the one person that
I get along well in the house.Copy !req
1113. It's not like you don't
deserve to be here.Copy !req
1114. 'Cause you're good.Copy !req
1115. Sometimes, even in competition,
when somebody helps you,Copy !req
1116. you know,
it's just not easy.Copy !req
1117. Right.Copy !req
1118. Nilka, have you made
your decision?Copy !req
1119. Yes, Chef.Copy !req
1120. Who is it and why?Copy !req
1121. I chose Autumn.Copy !req
1122. Right. Why?Copy !req
1123. (Nilka) I feel like she has
a lot of book knowledge,Copy !req
1124. but tonight, she didn't
perform to her full potential.Copy !req
1125. (Gordon)
Salvatore.Copy !req
1126. Have you made
your decision?Copy !req
1127. Yes, Chef.Copy !req
1128. Who?Copy !req
1129. My decision...Copy !req
1130. (Announcer) Nilka and Salvatore
have each been instructedCopy !req
1131. to nominate one teammate
for elimination.Copy !req
1132. Nilka has chosen Autumn.Copy !req
1133. Now it's
Salvatore's turn.Copy !req
1134. My decision...Copy !req
1135. is Scott.Copy !req
1136. Why?Copy !req
1137. The meat was not
cooked well.Copy !req
1138. And it started a backup
a little bit.Copy !req
1139. Autumn, Scott,
step forward.Copy !req
1140. Autumn.Copy !req
1141. You strike me as the appendix
of the red team.Copy !req
1142. Chef, I am not the appendix.Copy !req
1143. The one that
everyone wants out.Copy !req
1144. I don't believe that's true.Copy !req
1145. I believe that
my team needs me.Copy !req
1146. And I think that I help my team.Copy !req
1147. Your team needs you?Copy !req
1148. They've just put you
up for elimination.Copy !req
1149. There's no closeness.Copy !req
1150. I don't feel
an affection with food.Copy !req
1151. - I love food.
- When you dropped that salmon,Copy !req
1152. there wasn't
an ounce of expression.Copy !req
1153. Where's the salmon?Copy !req
1154. - Ready, Chef.
- Oh,Copy !req
1155. I would've
been mortified.Copy !req
1156. But for you it was like,
"Oh, it."Copy !req
1157. I don't believe that.
I am passionate about food.Copy !req
1158. You are soulless.Copy !req
1159. I am not soulless.
There is so much in here.Copy !req
1160. I left my
PhD program to cook.Copy !req
1161. I had a full ride,Copy !req
1162. but I gave that all upCopy !req
1163. and made $10 an hour
for two years.Copy !req
1164. Busted my hump
because I love to cook,Copy !req
1165. and that is why I'm here.Copy !req
1166. I love food.Copy !req
1167. Me being soulless,
that's just not true.Copy !req
1168. A person doesn't
give up everythingCopy !req
1169. to follow their dreams
because they have no soul.Copy !req
1170. Scott.Copy !req
1171. You were
on a shovel tonight.Copy !req
1172. I cooked like a
tonight, Chef.Copy !req
1173. You didn't cook at all.Copy !req
1174. I had one bad performance
up to this date.Copy !req
1175. This is the first time
I'm up for elimination.Copy !req
1176. I am the strongest leader
you have here by far.Copy !req
1177. I'm a leader,Copy !req
1178. maybe to my detriment.Copy !req
1179. I'm too concerned about
helping everybody else outCopy !req
1180. as a team effort.Copy !req
1181. I learned
my lesson tonight.Copy !req
1182. I'm gonna
everyone else nowCopy !req
1183. and think about myself.Copy !req
1184. You talk like a politician.Copy !req
1185. - No, Chef.
- You're full of.Copy !req
1186. No, I'm not
full of, Chef.Copy !req
1187. Let me tell you something
quite interesting.Copy !req
1188. You're not as good
as you think you are.Copy !req
1189. Pipe down.Copy !req
1190. And have a little bit
more of a humble approach.Copy !req
1191. My decision is...Copy !req
1192. Both of you.Copy !req
1193. Take your
jackets off.Copy !req
1194. Let's go.Copy !req
1195. Autumn, listen to me.Copy !req
1196. You are in the blue team.
Get in there.Copy !req
1197. You, get in
the red team. Now.Copy !req
1198. You got a new chance
with a new team.Copy !req
1199. - Chef.
- Yes, Chef.Copy !req
1200. Make it count.Copy !req
1201. Good night. Get out.Copy !req
1202. (Jason) I mean, what else
can we say but "Wow"?Copy !req
1203. Scott should have
got eliminated.Copy !req
1204. I don't even know
why he's still here.Copy !req
1205. Good riddance.Copy !req
1206. Take your ass over there
on the red team.Copy !req
1207. (Autumn)
I'm here to win.Copy !req
1208. No more silly mistakes.Copy !req
1209. My game face is gonna be on
from here on out.Copy !req
1210. But the red team's gonna be
sorry they let me go.Copy !req
1211. (Scott)
Switching to the red team,Copy !req
1212. I'll be energized and just
as excited to be in the kitchenCopy !req
1213. working with the ladies
as I was to be with the guys.Copy !req
1214. Now I'm gonna
come out to play.Copy !req
1215. (Gordon)
After our best service yet,Copy !req
1216. I've decided to give
Autumn and Scott another chance.Copy !req
1217. But they'd better excel
or they'll both be gone.Copy !req
1218. Captioning by captionmax
www.Captionmax.ComCopy !req
1219. (announcer) Next time
on Hell's Kitchen...Copy !req
1220. Let's go.Copy !req
1221. (Announcer) The competition
turns deadly.Copy !req
1222. Pigs, they don't know
they gonna die today.Copy !req
1223. Oh, my God.Copy !req
1224. (Announcer) The chefs are
at each other's throats.Copy !req
1225. - Okay, well...
- Don't "Mmm" me!Copy !req
1226. - So answer me!
- I didn't hear you!Copy !req
1227. Shut the up
and cook.Copy !req
1228. (Announcer) And both teams
turn to sabotage.Copy !req
1229. Are you trying
to screw the blue team?Copy !req
1230. No. Not intentionally.Copy !req
1231. (Announcer)
All hell breaks loose.Copy !req
1232. (Gordon) Tables are starting
to complain!Copy !req
1233. I can't take it.Copy !req
1234. (Announcer)
All next time...Copy !req
1235. (Gordon) Listen to me,
you idiots.Copy !req
1236. (Announcer)
on a Hell's Kitchen...Copy !req
1237. I need
the entrees!Copy !req
1238. (Announcer)
that pushes Chef Ramsay...Copy !req
1239. Stop!Copy !req
1240. (Announcer)
to his limit.Copy !req
1241. - Listen to me, Jason!
- I'm listening, Chef!Copy !req
1242. Then do it, then!Copy !req
