10. (Announcer)
Autumn overpowered Siobhan...Copy !req
11. I asked you
to work on your own.Copy !req
12. I'm so mad at myself
that I didn't.Copy !req
13. (Announcer) ... which resulted in
another loss for the women.Copy !req
14. Congratulations.Copy !req
15. She threw us
under the bus completely.Copy !req
16. Yeah.Copy !req
17. (Announcer)
At dinner service...Copy !req
18. (Nilka)
Keep it upCopy !req
19. (Announcer)
in the red kitchen,Copy !req
20. Siobhan continued
to get pushed around.Copy !req
21. She's cooking it,
yet she's seasoning it.Copy !req
22. She wants to do it.Copy !req
23. Tell her to get lost!Copy !req
24. (Announcer)
And Jamie failed on fish.Copy !req
25. That wouldn't even pass
as cat food.Copy !req
26. I think I have some salmon
in my ear.Copy !req
27. (Announcer)
In the blue kitchen...Copy !req
28. Wake up, Mikey, yeah?Copy !req
29. (Announcer) ... Mikey was
a disaster on fish.Copy !req
30. The rice is bollocks.Copy !req
31. (Announcer)
Jason choked on the chicken.Copy !req
32. That's your best?Copy !req
33. No, Chef.Copy !req
34. (Announcer)
And Andrew...Copy !req
35. You're a ing joke
to the industry.Copy !req
36. (Announcer)
called it quitsCopy !req
37. in the middle of dinner service.Copy !req
38. I'm walking out the damn door.Copy !req
39. What does it look like I'm doing?Copy !req
40. Switch everything off.Copy !req
41. (Announcer)
With no winning kitchen...Copy !req
42. This is not
gonna get any easier.Copy !req
43. (Announcer) ... both teams
were told to nominate...Copy !req
44. The one person
that should go home tonight.Copy !req
45. (Announcer)
And they chose...Copy !req
46. - Autumn.
- And...Copy !req
47. Jason.Copy !req
48. (Announcer) ... for elimination.
- Oh, God.Copy !req
49. (Announcer)
But Chef Ramsay thoughtCopy !req
50. there was someone
more deserving.Copy !req
51. Mikey, get your
ass up here.Copy !req
52. Take your jacket off.Copy !req
53. (Announcer)
And with that,Copy !req
54. Mikey's dream
of becoming head chefCopy !req
55. at Gordon Ramsay's
new restaurantCopy !req
56. in London's Savoy HotelCopy !req
57. went up in flames.Copy !req

no one's going home.Copy !req
61. Welcome to Hell's Kitchen.Copy !req
62. (Benjamin)
I was really upset.Copy !req
63. I think Jason
was the worst cook.Copy !req
64. He segmented us as a team.Copy !req
65. That was intense.Copy !req
66. (Jason) They all threw me
under the bus.Copy !req
67. "You didn't help
in the kitchen,Copy !req
68. "and you're just hard
to work with,Copy !req
69. and we don't know you."Copy !req
70. Get the out of here.
You made a bad decision.Copy !req
71. That
was not cool.Copy !req
72. We up in here
and we 'posed to be crew?Copy !req
73. We 'posed to be
down for each other?Copy !req
74. These my brothers in blue?Copy !req
75. Don't me because
you don't understand me.Copy !req
76. - Don't sit around and plot.
- Mm-hmm.Copy !req
77. We don't do that
where I'm from.Copy !req
78. (Jay)
Jason has a temper,Copy !req
79. and I think it's startingCopy !req
80. to get a little ridiculous.Copy !req
81. You don't think this
carries over to the kitchen?Copy !req
82. Get the
out of here.Copy !req
83. You're ridiculous to work with.
Look at you.Copy !req
84. Am I up front? Outspoken?Copy !req
85. right.Copy !req
86. Mm-hmm.Copy !req
87. You gonna crucify me
for that?Copy !req
88. (Jason)
Get the out of here.Copy !req
89. You with my life,Copy !req
90. my wife's, my kids'...Copy !req
91. all our future.Copy !req
92. I'm not the weakest
up in there.Copy !req
93. I am not.Copy !req
94. That ain't me!Copy !req
95. And they knew it.Copy !req
96. They knew that.Copy !req
97. - Jason.
- Stop.Copy !req
98. (Nilka)
Oh, my God!Copy !req
99. Jason just got
out of control.Copy !req
100. I could break this
chair right nowCopy !req
101. with my hands.Copy !req
102. (Maria) The boys are pretty
screwed up right now.Copy !req
103. And they're all
pissed at each other.Copy !req
104. Like, we have 'em
right where we want 'em.Copy !req
105. There's nothing you can say
to come backCopy !req
106. and make
that gel right.Copy !req
107. You can't. I'm gone.Copy !req
108. (Announcer) After a miserable
dinner service,Copy !req
109. Chef Ramsay is determinedCopy !req
110. to fix the major problemsCopy !req
111. he saw in both kitchens.Copy !req
112. Right.
Good morning.Copy !req
113. (All)
Good morning, Chef.Copy !req
114. Okay, last night
we had some disasters.Copy !req
115. With no communication,Copy !req
116. no camaraderie, and silence.Copy !req
117. What do all those
three situationsCopy !req
118. have in common?Copy !req
119. Teamwork, Chef.Copy !req
120. That's right.Copy !req
121. The only way we're gonna
get better from now on inCopy !req
122. is working as a team.Copy !req
123. Got it?Copy !req
124. Yes, Chef.Copy !req
125. So today Hell's Kitchen
is open for lunch.Copy !req
126. The menu's very basic,Copy !req
127. very simple...
burgers, salads, fries,Copy !req
128. you name it.Copy !req
129. (Autumn)
Burgers and fries,Copy !req
130. not particularly difficult.Copy !req
131. But then again,Copy !req
132. I'm able to cook on a level
that not many people can.Copy !req
133. Each kitchen will feedCopy !req
134. their side
of the dining room.Copy !req
135. Whoever finishes
the challenge first wins.Copy !req
136. Doors open in thirty minutes.Copy !req
137. Let's go.
In the kitchens. Up.Copy !req
138. Let's go.Copy !req
139. (Announcer)
Chef Ramsay knowsCopy !req
140. that to have more successful
dinner services,Copy !req
141. he needs the teams
to communicateCopy !req
142. and work more efficiently.Copy !req
143. I got the onion rings.Copy !req
144. Okay.Copy !req
145. He's hoping
today's casual lunchCopy !req
146. will get the morale backCopy !req
147. and get both the blue
and the red kitchens movingCopy !req
148. in the right direction.Copy !req
149. Come on, ladies.
We can do it.Copy !req
150. 'Cause I'm cutting onions now.Copy !req

152. I'm gonna start cutting
the stuff for salad.Copy !req
153. We can do this, girls.Copy !req
154. (Nilka) The red team has not
won one challenge,Copy !req
155. so we just have
to stay focused,Copy !req
156. be in sync,Copy !req
157. and just do it.Copy !req
158. We are not losing
another challenge!Copy !req
159. No, we are not.Copy !req
160. - You're gonna do salads?
- Yep.Copy !req
161. Want to do salads together?Copy !req

164. Okay.Copy !req
165. (Jason) I ain't forgot

166. but I asked myself,Copy !req
167. "Jason, do you want
to be at the SavoyCopy !req
168. up under Chef Ramsay?"Copy !req
169. So I got to do whatever
I got to do.Copy !req
170. You know, be a team member,Copy !req
171. but watch your back
at the same time.Copy !req
172. Hot stuff.

188. There's a lot of them.Copy !req
189. The hair on my arms
was standing up.Copy !req
190. I had chills.Copy !req
191. (Jay) I definitely am

889. Mid-rare. Re-fired.Copy !req
890. Urgently.Copy !req
891. - Yes, Chef.
- Come on.Copy !req
892. So you need a medium,Copy !req
893. and you need a medium-rare
right away.Copy !req
894. I had a steak come back,Copy !req
895. and he was getting
agitated with me.Copy !req
896. So I knew after that
that, you know,Copy !req
897. I really had
to watch my meat,Copy !req
898. because if I
thought about my hand,Copy !req
899. it would really screw me up,Copy !req
900. so it's better
just to deal with the pain.Copy !req
901. Halibut, beef, chicken, tag.Copy !req
902. We ready to go
to the window?Copy !req
903. Yes!Copy !req
904. And the beef is medium,
yes?Copy !req
905. Yes, Chef.Copy !req
906. It's beautiful.Copy !req
907. I apologize, Chef.Copy !req
908. Oh, me.Copy !req
909. That's supposed to be
medium, right?Copy !req
910. Ah,Copy !req
911. Come here, all of you.Copy !req
912. Touch that.Copy !req
913. It's a little rare.Copy !req
914. I requested it what?Copy !req
915. Medium-rare.Copy !req
916. So... no, I didn't
request it medium-rare.Copy !req
917. - Medium, Chef.
- Medium!Copy !req
918. It's raw!Copy !req
919. I'll fix it, Chef.Copy !req
920. Send the table back.Copy !req
921. (Autumn)
Fran was getting flustered.Copy !req
922. Some meats are overcooked.Copy !req
923. Some were undercooked.Copy !req
924. And she had no ideaCopy !req
925. which ones
were under or over.Copy !req
926. She just completely
lost control of the station.Copy !req
927. I'm not sending it.
Then it's gonna come back.Copy !req
928. Sorry, Chef.
Won't happen again.Copy !req
929. All right, Fran, right now
you need a medium rare.Copy !req
930. Do you have it working?Copy !req
931. - I need some help right now, okay?
- Okay.Copy !req
932. (Announcer)
While the women come togetherCopy !req
933. to help Fran
on the meat station,Copy !req
934. the blue team
is looking to JasonCopy !req
935. to get ahead
on their entrees.Copy !req
936. How long?
How long?Copy !req
937. On what?Copy !req
938. I need the halibut set up.Copy !req
939. The halibut?
Uh, give me one minute.Copy !req
940. Okay, that's dragging
the whole table,Copy !req
941. so you got to go
as fast as you can.Copy !req
942. Where's the halibut?Copy !req
943. Halibut's right here, Chef.Copy !req
944. Where's the garnish?Copy !req
945. That's who I'm waiting.Copy !req
946. Oh, come on.Copy !req
947. Come on, Jason.Copy !req
948. Jason, how long?Copy !req
949. Twenty seconds.Copy !req
950. - Twenty seconds.
- Yeah.Copy !req
951. Garnish, you know,
you're reheating stuff.Copy !req
952. You want me
to hold your hand?Copy !req
953. Like,
how hard can it be?Copy !req
954. - Go. Come on.
- Okay.Copy !req
955. (Jay)
It's ridiculous.Copy !req
956. Like,
I can bring my mom in,Copy !req
957. and my mom
will do this for you.Copy !req
958. You're doing anything
pureed,Copy !req
959. - use the spatula, all right?
- I got you.Copy !req
960. - Okay?
- I'm all right, though. I'm all right.Copy !req
961. I know,
but I want to help you,Copy !req
962. 'cause I want
to put out.Copy !req
963. - We'll be fine.
- No matter what,Copy !req
964. we're gonna in'
get this out, all right?Copy !req
965. Scott came over
and tried to, you know,Copy !req
966. uh, uh, uh, uh, uh.Copy !req
967. And I'm like,
"Get the out of here."Copy !req
968. Salsa, deep pearl onions,
and oil.Copy !req
969. I got it.
I been doing it.Copy !req
970. I know, I know.Copy !req
971. - I'm just here to help you.
- I know. Relax.Copy !req
972. - I don't want us to get yelled at.
- Okay.Copy !req
973. Inside, I feel like taking
one of them in' hot-ass pansCopy !req
974. and slapping him upside
his in' face.Copy !req
975. No. Go.
Watch out. Watch out.Copy !req
976. I got it. Go.Copy !req
977. (Announcer) It's three hours
into dinner service,Copy !req
978. and Holli
is doing her bestCopy !req
979. to please some
very hungry customers.Copy !req
980. I'm just kidding.
I'm kidding.Copy !req
981. (Announcer)
While Holli tries to stall,Copy !req
982. back in the red kitchen,Copy !req
983. - Chef Ramsay...
- Jamie.Copy !req
984. is desperate
to get food out.Copy !req
985. But only if it meets
his standards.Copy !req
986. It's burnt.Copy !req
987. If that's burnt there,Copy !req
988. what is that?Copy !req
989. Okay, Chef.
I got it.Copy !req
990. If that's burnt there,Copy !req
991. what's that there?Copy !req
992. Then it's scorched here, Chef.Copy !req
993. No, I didn't...
this was the first one.Copy !req
994. So then you reheat it.Copy !req
995. come on.Copy !req
996. I'll start over, Chef.Copy !req
997. Jamie definitely was in need
of some help tonight.Copy !req
998. Come on, Jamie,
you can do it.Copy !req
999. Butter, parsley,
a little veg stock.Copy !req
1000. Don't let
those carrots burn.Copy !req
1001. - You got it, you got it.
- I got it.Copy !req
1002. She was not able to control
her station herself.Copy !req
1003. Tasty, right?Copy !req
1004. (Gordon) Why's Siobhan
doing Jamie's garnish?Copy !req
1005. Yes, Chef.Copy !req
1006. You're leaving your post,Copy !req
1007. which tells me something
really nerve-racking.Copy !req
1008. - No, Chef.
- Leave her!Copy !req
1009. Yes, Chef!Copy !req
1010. You're doing sides.Copy !req
1011. Let her run her section.Copy !req
1012. Yes, Chef.Copy !req
1013. You don't hand herCopy !req
1014. your reins of the section.Copy !req
1015. - No, I don't, Chef.
- Never.Copy !req
1016. Carrots are burning.Copy !req
1017. How can we burn a carrot?Copy !req
1018. Chef, I... I'm not
gonna say anything.Copy !req
1019. For me to explain myself
in front of Chef Ramsay,Copy !req
1020. like, during service,
will not happen.Copy !req
1021. He was just
all over my ass tonight,Copy !req
1022. and, uh,
not in a good way.Copy !req
1023. Let's get it rolling,
ladies!Copy !req
1024. All right,
to the window, ladies.Copy !req
1025. Where's the halibut?Copy !req
1026. Right here, Chef.Copy !req
1027. Let's push!Copy !req
1028. Dear, oh, dear.Copy !req
1029. Siobhan.Copy !req
1030. There you go.Copy !req
1031. Come here.Copy !req
1032. Just touch in there.
All of you.Copy !req
1033. Yeah, you as well, Jamie.Copy !req
1034. That's my fault.
Touch that.Copy !req
1035. So you waste all this timeCopy !req
1036. wiping her,Copy !req
1037. and making yourself
look stupid.Copy !req
1038. Now I've got raw halibut.Copy !req
1039. Yes, Chef.Copy !req
1040. (Announcer)
While the red kitchenCopy !req
1041. is sinking...Copy !req
1042. Re-fire two halibut.Copy !req
1043. the blue kitchen
has rallied,Copy !req
1044. and is now
pushing out entrees.Copy !req
1045. Service.Copy !req
1046. Go, please.Copy !req
1047. Yes. Thank you.Copy !req
1048. One halibut, one chicken,Copy !req
1049. one Wellington,
one beef away, yes?Copy !req
1050. Yes, Chef.Copy !req
1051. - How long?
- Two minutes, Chef.Copy !req
1052. You got the garnish, right?
You got it?Copy !req
1053. I got you.Copy !req
1054. Where's the beef, please?Copy !req
1055. Beef coming right now,
Chef.Copy !req
1056. This is your medium-well?Copy !req
1057. - It's ready, right?
- That's a medium-well...Copy !req
1058. get the
out of here, please.Copy !req
1059. Okay, dude. All right.
Handle it, then.Copy !req
1060. (Benjamin) Uh, I'm here to work
for Chef Ramsay, not Scott.Copy !req
1061. You know, I'm here to cook.
I'm here to bust my ass.Copy !req
1062. And I think if Scott
did the same thing,Copy !req
1063. we'd have better services.Copy !req
1064. - Ben?
- Yes, Chef?Copy !req
1065. That's nicely cooked,
that beef.Copy !req
1066. - Thank you, Chef.
- Service, please.Copy !req
1067. - Good job, man.
- Thanks.Copy !req
1068. - There you go, madame.
- Thank you.Copy !req
1069. Mm.Copy !req
1070. (Announcer) Ben's beef
has proven to be a hitCopy !req
1071. with both Chef RamsayCopy !req
1072. and the blue diners.Copy !req
1073. Now Fran has a chance
to redeem herself.Copy !req
1074. Beef, mid-rare.
How long?Copy !req
1075. I'm checking, Chef.Copy !req
1076. Just give me a time.Copy !req
1077. All right, I'm bringing
this one up.Copy !req
1078. Chef, steak's up.Copy !req
1079. Sorry, Chef.Copy !req
1080. Dear, oh, dear.Copy !req
1081. That's medium.Copy !req
1082. Fran!Copy !req
1083. Everybody, come here.Copy !req
1084. What's the matter?Copy !req
1085. Here we go. Yeah.Copy !req
1086. Right.Copy !req
1087. Touch that one then.Copy !req
1088. How's that cooked?Copy !req
1089. That's medium.Copy !req
1090. I want mid-rare.Copy !req
1091. That's medium.Copy !req
1092. One was medium
and one was mid-rare in there.Copy !req
1093. I might have pulled
the wrong one.Copy !req
1094. I'll go check, Chef.Copy !req
1095. Oh, hell.Copy !req
1096. Fran up
on all her meat.Copy !req
1097. She didn't know
what temperature.Copy !req
1098. Everything she got
was sent back.Copy !req
1099. She seemed very nervous.Copy !req
1100. She let her nerves
get in the way.Copy !req
1101. I can't send it
as are-fire.Copy !req
1102. Overcooked now.Copy !req
1103. Yes, Chef.Copy !req
1104. Undercooked, overcooked.Copy !req
1105. I just want it
cooked, woman.Copy !req
1106. Yes, Chef.Copy !req
1107. Come on, girls.
Let's get it together.Copy !req
1108. This one's like...Copy !req
1109. All right, Autumn,
I need a load of help.Copy !req
1110. I burned my hand really bad.Copy !req
1111. Calm down.Copy !req
1112. Is your... do you need
to see a medic?Copy !req
1113. - No, I'm not going.
- No.Copy !req
1114. My arm's throbbing.Copy !req
1115. I thought I had the pain
under control,Copy !req
1116. and then when I stuck
my arm in the oven,Copy !req
1117. the pain is excruciating
at that point.Copy !req
1118. But, um, I knew
I could suck it up.Copy !req
1119. I'm a strong enough person.Copy !req
1120. So I just kept a straight face.Copy !req
1121. - She's burnt.
- Where's you burned at?Copy !req
1122. I can't look at it.Copy !req
1123. Pull yourself together.Copy !req
1124. You can do it.Copy !req
1125. You are not weak.Copy !req
1126. - I am fine.
- Okay.Copy !req
1127. - You're burnt, Fran. Let me see it.
- No.Copy !req
1128. Let me see it.Copy !req
1129. Just shut your
mouth, and don't.Copy !req
1130. Let me see...Copy !req
1131. - Leave her alone.
- Leave her alone.Copy !req
1132. Stop about it.
Just stop.Copy !req
1133. Just leave me alone.Copy !req
1134. (Announcer)
It's three and a half hoursCopy !req
1135. into dinner service,Copy !req
1136. and Fran's injury has
the red team in turmoil.Copy !req
1137. You're burnt, Fran.
Let me see it.Copy !req
1138. - No.
- Let me see it.Copy !req
1139. Just shut your
mouth, and don't.Copy !req
1140. Let me see...Copy !req
1141. - Leave her alone.
- Leave her alone.Copy !req
1142. Stop about it.
Just stop.Copy !req
1143. Just leave me alone.Copy !req
1144. It's bad.Copy !req
1145. You need
to go see a medic.Copy !req
1146. What do we
got going on, guys?Copy !req
1147. Fran's hand is burnt badly,
and she won't see a medic.Copy !req
1148. Show me your hand.Copy !req
1149. I want you
to show me your hand.Copy !req
1150. I'm not
showing you my hand.Copy !req
1151. You don't want to see it.Copy !req
1152. - Yes, I do.
- I'm fine.Copy !req
1153. Fran.Copy !req
1154. - Yes, Chef.
- Come here.Copy !req
1155. Yes, Chef.Copy !req
1156. Show me your hand.Copy !req
1157. Oh, that's a serious burn.Copy !req
1158. Go see the medic.Copy !req
1159. (Fran) I didn't want out
of the kitchen.Copy !req
1160. I wanted to stay
in the kitchen.Copy !req
1161. Can't believe I burnt
my arm like this.Copy !req
1162. I don't care
if my hand falls off.Copy !req
1163. I... I just wanted to finish.Copy !req
1164. Let me know
if it stings too bad.Copy !req
1165. I think it's worse there.
See?Copy !req
1166. I had a rubber band,Copy !req
1167. so it kind of
got stuck on it.Copy !req
1168. Away next, two halibut,Copy !req
1169. one beef, one Wellington.Copy !req
1170. Two halibut,
one beef, one Wellington.Copy !req
1171. Yes, Chef.
One beef, one Wellington.Copy !req
1172. What's the temp
on the meat?Copy !req
1173. Temp on the beef?
I don't know.Copy !req
1174. Oh,Copy !req
1175. Look at the state of this.Copy !req
1176. You okay to go on?Copy !req
1177. Yes.Copy !req
1178. Just wrap it up, okay?Copy !req
1179. We're almost done.Copy !req
1180. Aah!Copy !req
1181. One beef medium,
one normal.Copy !req
1182. - Yes, Chef.
- How long?Copy !req
1183. One and a half.Copy !req
1184. One and a half, Chef.Copy !req
1185. (Announcer)
It's almost four hoursCopy !req
1186. since the doors
to Hell's Kitchen opened,Copy !req
1187. and Chef Ramsay is hoping
that tonight's serviceCopy !req
1188. can end with a strong finish
by both kitchens.Copy !req
1189. - Let's go!
- We're almost there, yeah?Copy !req
1190. - One more table. One more.
- Go, please.Copy !req
1191. I think it's
the last ticket, ladies.Copy !req
1192. Let's push it.Copy !req
1193. Okay, ladies.
To the window.Copy !req
1194. (Fran)
If we lose,Copy !req
1195. and if they think
I should be the easy outCopy !req
1196. because of this...Copy !req
1197. Come on.
Give me a break.Copy !req
1198. - Ladies, are we in synch?
- Yes.Copy !req
1199. We're in synch.
It's almost over.Copy !req
1200. Come on, guys,
let's go.Copy !req
1201. Move it out.
Good finish.Copy !req
1202. Salmon, where is it?Copy !req
1203. Coming up here, Chef.Copy !req
1204. Service, please.Copy !req
1205. Switch off.Copy !req
1206. Whew. Oh, dear.Copy !req
1207. Yes,
we completed service,Copy !req
1208. but does it have to be
this painful?Copy !req
1209. Ladies,Copy !req
1210. you clearly got off
to a much faster start.Copy !req
1211. That's because Scott
wanted to serve crap potatoes.Copy !req
1212. Fran, stop panicking.Copy !req
1213. Tonight, the winning team...Copy !req
1214. The blue team.Copy !req
1215. Just thank your lucky starsCopy !req
1216. there's someone
called Benjamin on there.Copy !req
1217. Ladies, get upstairs
to the dorm,Copy !req
1218. put your heads together,Copy !req
1219. and come up with a consensusCopy !req
1220. of two individuals
for elimination.Copy !req
1221. off.Copy !req
1222. (Nilka)
We lost. Again.Copy !req
1223. So now we got to put
two womenCopy !req
1224. back on the chopping block,Copy !req
1225. and it sucks.Copy !req
1226. It really, really does.Copy !req
1227. All right, you guys.Copy !req
1228. I'll put it out there
right now.Copy !req
1229. The main things
that I brought back,Copy !req
1230. to be honest with you,
were meats.Copy !req
1231. Those re-fires
were killing us on meats.Copy !req
1232. That's what it was.Copy !req
1233. It was my fault for not telling
yous I burnt my hand.Copy !req
1234. (Nilka) It's pretty clear
Fran is up for elimination,Copy !req
1235. but the second person,
that's the question.Copy !req
1236. If I have to vote someone
for elimination,Copy !req
1237. it's a choice between
Maria for the Risotto,Copy !req
1238. or Jamie.Copy !req
1239. I'm so frustrated right now.Copy !req
1240. I really don't thinkCopy !req
1241. I did second worst today.Copy !req
1242. I started
getting in the weeds,Copy !req
1243. and it was hard for me
to recover.Copy !req
1244. I asked you plenty of times,
"Are you good?"Copy !req
1245. "Yeah, I got it. It's coming.
I got it. It's coming."Copy !req
1246. - Jamie, those are your famous last words.
- Yes.Copy !req
1247. "I got it."Copy !req
1248. I was like, "Listen,
the only thing you haveCopy !req
1249. is an excess amount
of weight."Copy !req
1250. You know, my first vote
would be for you.Copy !req
1251. Of course.Copy !req
1252. The Risotto
was inconsistent,Copy !req
1253. and it got sent back.
You know?Copy !req
1254. I don't feel for any reasonCopy !req
1255. that that would put me up
for elimination.Copy !req
1256. How could they put me
up for eliminationCopy !req
1257. when I got us out of the gateCopy !req
1258. with all the appetizers?Copy !req
1259. I didn't burn anything.Copy !req
1260. Plain and simple.
Nothing.Copy !req
1261. Risottos, I know Chef
was sending 'em back.Copy !req
1262. I don't think I had
the second-worst food tonight,Copy !req
1263. and I don't think that I
really deserve to be up there.Copy !req
1264. Right.Copy !req
1265. Ladies, have you reached
your decision?Copy !req
1266. Yes, Chef.Copy !req
1267. Nilka?Copy !req
1268. First nominee
and why please.Copy !req
1269. Chef,
I have to nominate Fran.Copy !req
1270. Fran.Copy !req
1271. Why?Copy !req
1272. Because she had
so many re-firesCopy !req
1273. that hurt our team
completing service,Copy !req
1274. and she couldn't
get it together.Copy !req
1275. Like, she lost her composure
on the line, Chef.Copy !req
1276. So second nominee and why?Copy !req
1277. Chef...Copy !req
1278. I have to nominate...Copy !req
1279. (Announcer) The red team has
nominated Fran for elimination,Copy !req
1280. and she's about to get company.Copy !req
1281. Chef,
we have to nominate...Copy !req
1282. Jamie as well.Copy !req
1283. Jamie.Copy !req
1284. Why?Copy !req
1285. Because she burned
the mashed potatoes,Copy !req
1286. and she burned the carrots.Copy !req
1287. You know, we just all
came to the conclusion.Copy !req
1288. Jamie, Fran, let's go.Copy !req
1289. Jamie, seriously, straight up,Copy !req
1290. why should you stay
in Hell's Kitchen?Copy !req
1291. I know I'm a strong chef.Copy !req
1292. My flavor profile
is always spot on,Copy !req
1293. and I'm a very big
team player.Copy !req
1294. That much of a team playerCopy !req
1295. that you hand your section
over to Siobhan?Copy !req
1296. Okay, Fran.Copy !req
1297. Why should you stay
in Hell's Kitchen?Copy !req
1298. I have a drive
like no other.Copy !req
1299. Because if I didn't,Copy !req
1300. why would I burn my hand
and not leave?Copy !req
1301. I just wanted to prove so much,Copy !req
1302. even to myself,Copy !req
1303. that I'm supposed
