1. Greetings.

2. I welcome you...

3. to the house of evil waves.

4. Motoko! What are you screaming about this early in the morning?

5. Get up or you'll be late for school!

6. She's a Demon Queen.

7. "Fruits Basket"

8. Hey, look, Tohru.

9. Huh?

10. Hanajima's chatting with Kinoshita and Yamagishi.

11. Oh, she is!

12. Perhaps they've become friends?

13. Not a chance. Doesn't she hate their kind?

14. Hey, Hanajima.

15. Oh, you were watching?

16. What happened? They have a problem with you?

17. They're writing a special article on waves for the next school paper

18. and asked if they could come to my house for it.

19. What? Why'd they wanna do an article on that?

20. I'm not sure.

21. Though, I certainly felt unpleasant waves.

22. And you said okay?

23. Of course I did.

24. I never back down from a wave fight.

25. Now that's what I'm talking about!

26. They sound so shady, I've gotta get in on this.

27. Can I come, too?

28. Yes, of course.

29. Tohru-kun, are you coming, too?

30. Oh, sorry. Um, I have work again today.

31. And Kisa-san and Hiro-san are coming over later.

32. I see. Oh, well.

33. Let's go to class.

34. Man, I'm excited.

35. Oh,

36. why?

37. Yuki is shining more brightly than usual today.

38. Why is it?

39. Is the dignity of being the next president exuding from him?

40. No... No, it's something else.

41. It's the brilliance of a prince. Yuki's natural brilliance!

42. Motoko-sempai! We got the invite to Wave Girl's house!

43. You did it. You actually did it, Minami-san!

44. Did Wave Girl suspect anything?

45. Not a thing! She was okay with it right away.

46. Wonderful! Now we just need to stick to the plan.

47. Prince Yuki's first-year representative, Mio Yamagishi!

48. Yes!

49. Second-year representative, Minami Kinoshita!

50. Yes!

51. And me, third-year representative, Motoko Minagawa.

52. The three of us will definitely succeed in our plan...

53. to get rid of Tohru Honda!

54. Yes, ma'am!

55. "Prince Yuki" is Yuki Soma's fan club at Kaibara High School.

56. Its membership includes over half of the female students.

57. They are dedicated to praising, loving, and protecting the prince

58. who has graced their school with his presence.

59. In other words, "Don't secretly get close to him, tramp!"

60. "1. Never steal the prince's personal effects. 2. Never invade the prince's home. 3. Never speak to the prince without someone else present.

61. The club's core principles are strictly enforced.

62. Those who go against the principles, even non-members,

63. may be painfully punished. Or not.

64. I cannot allow this.

65. After our unpredictable sempai graduated,

66. I thought our club would finally be able to function properly.

67. But then Tohru Honda comes along and makes countless grievous offenses.

68. What right does she have to smile by Yuki's side,

69. or accompany him to and from school?

70. She even seems close to Yuki's relative!

71. Tohru Honda is a witch!

72. If as a result of that witch's deception, our magnificent Yuki falls in... l-l-love,

73. what shall I do?

74. Please, stop!

75. We must protect him from that witch!

76. Yes, you're absolutely right, Minami-san!

77. However... However, the witch is under the protection of a powerful Demon Queen.

78. Yes, that Demon Queen who controls evil waves.

79. Right... those were some strong evil waves.

80. —That's all right, then. —It's her!

81. I stayed in bed for a week straight. I could hear voices in my head.

82. They were forever making a racket as I laid on my pillow.

83. Who's "they"?

84. I understand what you went through, Minami-san!

85. Arisa Uotani is a delinquent, but still human.

86. We still stand a chance against her.

87. But that Hanajima!

88. She's not even human!

89. Her powers are way stronger than a normal human's!

90. Yes, that's absolutely true.

91. However, to get rid of the witch,

92. we must drive away the Demon Queen first.

93. Which is why our plan to infiltrate Wave Girl's home must succeed!

94. We must find the Demon Queen's weakness at all costs,

95. and use that to seal away the evil waves!

96. This is also to protect our innocent Yuki's heart.

97. Let's give it our all! In the name of Prince Yuki!

98. Yeah!

99. Yes, Prince Yuki! Go, go!

100. We turn here.

101. Huh? Oh, okay!

102. S-So you go to school by train, Hanajima-san?

103. We mustn't be afraid. Stand strong.

104. We must stand strong against this Demon Queen.

105. Okay.

106. But I wonder what Hanajima-sempai's house is like.

107. I-I mean, I imagine it to be...

108. an old European building with graves surrounding it,

109. under a constantly dark sky,

110. with overgrown vines all over.

111. In her room, there'd be a mysterious magic circle or fallen statues.

112. And she might even perform rituals there.

113. Sempai, what should we do? What if it's actually like that?

114. We'll run away at the speed of light.

115. We're here.

116. Right here.

117. Huh? That was fast.

118. It's a normal house!

119. O-Oh, Mio-san, you really scared us there.

120. The real battle starts now!

121. Yeah!

122. Let's enter.

123. Th-Thanks for having us.

124. It's quite a spacious home.

125. I'll go make some tea.

126. My room is down the hall on the second floor.

127. Oh, and...

128. For your own sakes, it's better not to say your names in this house.

129. Why not?

130. Her room's normal, too. What a relief.

131. There's a lot of black, though.

132. Motoko-sempai, I don't want to drink...

133. tea made by Wave Girl!

134. Minami-san, Mio-san! Stay strong!

135. Stay strong and drink it!

136. More importantly, now's our chance, while the Demon Queen isn't here!

137. Oh, right!

138. We must find the Demon Queen's weakness.

139. Th-They're all black.

140. Find a weakness...

141. Whoa, i-it's all black.

142. Find a weakness...

143. Huh?

144. She likes shojo manga? I didn't expect that.

145. It doesn't really scream "weakness," though.

146. Oh, I have this series, too.

147. We need to find something! A diary, a picture, or even a poem!

148. A poem?

149. Those are embarrassing!

150. "Apparently, they have personal experience."

151. Yes, that's right.

152. When it comes down to it, anything— even underwear—will work.

153. We'll use any...

154. thing.

155. —Thanks for waiting— —Hanajima-san!

156. There's something behind that door!

157. Oh, is it Megumi?

158. Me-Me-Me...?

159. My younger brother.

160. I saw his shoes, so I knew he was home from school.

161. A little brother?

162. She has a little brother?

163. Megumi? Stop hiding and come introduce yourself.

164. Hello.

165. Come all the way out!

166. You're not Tohru-san and Arisa-san.

167. Are you Saki's new friends?

168. No. They're strangers that happen to go to the same school

169. and be the same gender as me.

170. Is that sarcasm?

171. Y-You look a lot like your sister.

172. That's not true.

173. —You look the same! —Like two peas in a pod!

174. Um, Megumi-kun? Can you use waves, too?

175. I don't have that power.

176. The only power I have...

177. is to curse people.

178. My specialty is to counter a countered curse.

179. Pretty cool, huh?

180. He's a strange kid.

181. —You're not one to talk! —You're not one to talk!

182. You're not one to talk!

183. H-How do you curse people?

184. Their names.

185. As long as I know a person's name, I can easily put any curse on them.

186. Oh, yeah. You haven't told me what your names are yet—

187. Come, now! It's rude to overstay our welcome.

188. Let's finish our business here,

189. and we'll be here and gone like a sudden downpour.

190. —But your names... —Yes, how right you are!

191. We'll ask and leave, just like that!

192. Yeah, we really will!

193. Sempai! I want to leave now!

194. You mustn't. Remember why we came here!

195. Yeah! We have to at least find out what we came here to ask!

196. But...

197. Not yet!

198. Not until we ask what her weakness is, even if we get c-c-cursed!

199. Hanajima-sempai, do you have a weakness?

200. That's too blunt, dummy!

201. Yes, I do.

202. What? What is it?

203. I see.

204. You girls must dislike that Yuki Soma has become close to Tohru-kun recently.

205. And you want Tohru out of the picture?

206. But I'm in your way.

207. Are you afraid?

208. Trying to figure out my weakness is a childish way to go about it.

209. Th-That's cheating! You're using your waves to read our minds!

210. I'm not reading your minds.

211. You're so obvious, there's no need to.

212. L-Liar!

213. Stop, it's no use.

214. If she knows, we can get straight to the point.

215. Yes. We utterly despise that witch— I mean, Tohru Honda.

216. Well? Will you tell her for us?

217. Tell her to keep her distance from Yuki.

218. They can do what they want.

219. Actions brought on by jealously are simply ugly.

220. We're not jealous! We're just mad!

221. Yeah, who does she think she is?

222. What does she know about Yuki-kun? Pisses me off!

223. That's what people call "jealousy."

224. And what do you know about Tohru-kun?

225. You disparage her so much, I feel sorry for her.

226. And over someone as trivial as Yuki Soma.

227. T-Trivial? You dare say he's trivial?

228. Did you hear? Did you hear that, you two?

229. Yes, I heard very clearly!

230. It's because you disparage Tohru-kun.

231. You're disparaging Yuki—and us!

232. Your sleepy looking eyes prove you're mocking us!

233. My eyes are always like this.

234. I— We truly like Yuki. We love him.

235. Do you understand how much Tohru Honda's actions trample over our feelings?

236. She acts as if she's the only one Yuki likes...

237. You mustn't assume...

238. that liking him gives you license to say whatever you want.

239. You should think again if you believe that you can do whatever you want

240. just because you like him.

241. Don't forget that forcing your intense love on someone

242. can burden them or hurt them.

243. Don't forget to respect their feelings and be considerate of them.

244. Or else they might end up hating you.

245. Minami-san...

246. Mio-san...

247. Motoko-san...

248. Did I overstep?

249. No.

250. How did you learn their names, though?

251. It was easy.

252. —Motoko-sempai, I don't want to drink...

253. —They said each other's names when you were making tea. —Motoko-sempai, I don't want to drink...

254. —They said each other's names when you were making tea. —... tea made by Wave Girl!

255. Minami-san, Mio-san! Stay strong!

256. Stay strong and drink it!

257. I was actually a little jealous myself.

258. And Kisa-san and Hiro-san are coming over later.

259. I felt like Tohru-kun was being taken by the Somas, and I felt a little lonely.

260. But...

261. and be considerate of them.

262. You're right.

263. I mustn't let that make me selfish.

264. I shouldn't be like those three, right?

265. A good example of what not to do.

266. Hello.

267. Hey.

268. Hana-chan!

269. Tohru-kun?

270. Ran into her at the station.

271. Hana-chan, u-um, where are Kinoshita-san and the others?

272. It's been a while, Tohru-san, Arisa-san.

273. —Hey. —Oh, yes!

274. It has been a while, Megumi-san.

275. She got permission to go in later for work.

276. Sounds like she was worried about you.

277. Everybody left already.

278. Oh! U-Um, was there any trouble?

279. No, it was fine.

280. Aw, they left already?

281. —When you cherish someone, there may be times when it gets hard,

282. —Megumi, did they pick a fight with you? —When you cherish someone, there may be times when it gets hard,

283. —No, it was okay. —or when you get lonely.

284. But it brings joy as well.

285. My weakness will always be...

286. Tohru-kun.

287. Tohru-kun needs to go to work.

288. Want to escort her with us, Megumi?

289. Yeah.

290. We'll all go together!

291. My heart pounds as I'm surrounded by older women.

292. You act nothing like a middle schooler.

293. Wh-What's happening? My body won't move!

294. Wh-What do you two think you're doing?

295. Hey, are you listening?

296. Answer me! Hey!

297. Hey! Hey, are you listening to me?

298. —Docus patzul. Docus patzul. —What? What are you doing?

299. —Docus patzul. Docus patzul. —What are you doing to me?

300. —Docus patzul. Docus patzul. —Stop it! Hey, stop this right now!

301. —Yoljo mare. Yoljo mare. —I said stop, you two!

302. —Yoljo mare. Yoljo mare. —Stop right now!

303. —Docus patzul. Docus patzul. —Stop right now!

304. —Docus patzul. Docus patzul. —Please, stop this!

305. —Docus patzul. Docus patzul. —Stop, please!

306. —Docus patzul. Docus patzul. —Please, I b-beg you!

307. —Yoljo mare. Yoljo mare. —Please, I b-beg you!

308. —Yoljo mare. Yoljo mare. —No!

309. —Docus patzul. —No!

310. Motoko! Stop screaming in the morning!

311. Get up or you'll be late for school!

312. Last night was terrible.

313. Yeah...

314. I woke up scared stiff this morning from a nightmare.

315. What? You, too, Kinoshita-san?

316. I-I did, too!

317. Were we actually c-c-curs—

318. Ah.

319. Hello.

320. Hello!

321. H-Hello.

322. We may have blundered and run off yesterday,

323. but Prince Yuki will never yield to your group!

324. Huh?

325. Do as you like.

326. Oh, the curse takes effect after three days.

327. H-H-Hanajima-san!

328. Y-Y-You mean the curse really...

329. Well, you'll find out in three days.

330. Let's go.

331. D-Demon Queen!

332. You truly are a Demon Queen through and through!

333. Sorry for the insult earlier.

334. Huh?

335. You have it rough, too, now that I think about it.

336. Huh?

337. "Because I Was Happy"

338. Because I was happy.
