Directed by Yuya Horiuchi

Shinra and Arthur compete in the Rookie Fire Soldier Games, a contest to test the abilities of each year’s newest recruits. However, they are interrupted at the goal by the mysterious man who created explosions at their last fire scene.

14. the perpetual thermal energy plant.

36. magnetism and strength of character.

313. All the equipment we Fire Soldiers use is made by Haijima.

314. They're more than just some corporation.

315. We need them to operate.

316. They have interests throughout the nation, and lots of capital,

317. so they've become our sole supplier.

318. It's true that each company does its duty

319. to fight for the people and put Infernals to rest,

320. while seeking the cause of spontaneous human combustion.

321. However, the companies see each other as rivals

322. and keep what knowledge they gain to themselves.

323. Nothing is shared between them.

324. Not even information about the truth behind human combustion.

325. I believe in this organization, but some companies

326. may have their own dubious motives.

327. Since I can't trust all its members,

328. I'm forced to be suspicious of the larger group.
