1. Aristotle! This is Wasp Delta.Copy !req
2. Do you hear me?Copy !req
3. Stay with me, Kai! Stay with me, please!
Ripped By mstollCopy !req
4. Aristotle!Copy !req
5. We have been hit! Major damage!Copy !req
6. Aristotle!Copy !req
7. Aristotle!Copy !req
8. The enemy are right on top of us!Copy !req
9. I'm sorry!Copy !req
10. Exterminate!Copy !req
11. You'll probably feel a bit sick.
Please, don't be.Copy !req
12. Where's my brother?Copy !req
13. Hello, I'm the Doctor.Copy !req
14. He was right beside me.Copy !req
15. Where's Kai?Copy !req
16. How did I get here?Copy !req
17. I materialised a time capsule
exactly around youCopy !req
18. and saved your life one second
before your ship exploded,Copy !req
19. but do please keep crying.Copy !req
20. My brother just died!Copy !req
21. His sister didn't. You're very welcome.Copy !req
22. - Put the gun down.
- Or what?Copy !req
23. Or you might shoot me.
Then where will you be?Copy !req
24. In charge of your vessel.Copy !req
25. You'd starve to deathCopy !req
26. trying to find the light switch.
Who are you?Copy !req
27. I'm Lieutenant Journey Blue
of the Combined Galactic Resistance.Copy !req
28. I demand you take me back
to my command ship,Copy !req
29. the Aristotle,
which is currently located...Copy !req
30. No. Hey, not like that.Copy !req
31. You will take me back
to my command ship,Copy !req
32. - which is currently positioned...
- No, no. Come on, not like that.Copy !req
33. Not like that. Get it right!Copy !req
34. Will you take me back to my ship?Copy !req
35. Please?Copy !req
36. The Aristotle's the big fella
parked in the asteroid belt, yeah?Copy !req
37. It's shielded.Copy !req
38. More or less.Copy !req
39. Dry your eyes, journey Blue.Copy !req
40. Crying's for civilians.Copy !req
41. It's how we communicate with you lot.Copy !req
42. But it's smaller on the outside.Copy !req
43. No, it's a bit more exciting
when you go the other way.Copy !req
44. This isn't a battleship.
Medical insignia. It's a hospital.Copy !req
45. We don't need hospitals now.
The Daleks don't leave any wounded.Copy !req
46. And we don't take any prisoners.Copy !req
47. I saved your little friend here,Copy !req
48. if that's in anyway
relevant to mention.Copy !req
49. That's true, sir. He did.Copy !req
50. - Thank you.
- You're welcome.Copy !req
51. - I wish I could've done more.
- Then you should have.Copy !req
52. - Okay.
- But you did save journeyCopy !req
53. and for that I am personally grateful.Copy !req
54. - Well...
- However,Copy !req
55. the security of this base is absolute.Copy !req
56. So we're still going to kill you.Copy !req
57. Oh, it's a rollercoaster with you,
isn't it?Copy !req
58. Shoot him, bag him
and throw him outside.Copy !req
59. No! Stop!Copy !req
60. I'm sorry! He might be a duplicate.Copy !req
61. He's a doctor.Copy !req
62. And we have a patient. Don't we, Uncle?Copy !req
63. Why does a hospital need a doctor?Copy !req
64. The Aristotle wasn't always hidden.Copy !req
65. The Daleks got here before us.Copy !req
66. You don't like soldiers much, do you?Copy !req
67. You don't need to be liked.
You've got all the guns.Copy !req
68. Wow!Copy !req
69. A moleculon nanoscaler!Copy !req
70. You know what it does, then?Copy !req
71. It miniaturises living matter.
What's the medical application, though?Copy !req
72. Do you use it to shrink the surgeonsCopy !req
73. - so they can climb inside the patients?
- Exactly.Copy !req
74. Fantastic idea for a movie.Copy !req
75. Terrible idea for a proctologist.Copy !req
76. Are you going to miniaturise me?Copy !req
77. You're a doctor, aren't you?Copy !req
78. And this is your patient.Copy !req
79. No, you don't understand.Copy !req
80. You can't put me in there!Copy !req
81. Doctor?Copy !req
82. Attention!Copy !req
83. Look at you lot!Copy !req
84. I've never seen such a miserable bunch!
What are you? Children?Copy !req
85. Yes, sir.Copy !req
86. - You think you're funny, Fleming?
- Yes, sir.Copy !req
87. All right, me too. Dismissed!Copy !req
88. What are you doing, Fleming?Copy !req
89. So, Mr Pink, did you have
a good weekend?Copy !req
90. Yeah, I did, thanks.Copy !req
91. Yes, I'll bet you did.
What did you get up to?Copy !req
92. Urn... You know. A bit of reading.Copy !req
93. Oh, I bet you were reading.Copy !req
94. - I was, yeah.
- Yeah, I bet you were.Copy !req
95. Well, yeah, I was.Copy !req
96. I know your type.Copy !req
97. She wishes.Copy !req
98. Be quiet, you.Copy !req
99. So that's all the questions on page 32,
except the last one,Copy !req
100. and then everything on page 33.
All that in for Thursday.Copy !req
101. - Any questions?
- Sir?Copy !req
102. Have you ever killed a man?Copy !req
103. I was a soldier.Copy !req
104. There were other soldiers
and some of them weren't on our side.Copy !req
105. I shall leave the rest
to your imagination.Copy !req
106. And, please, think of another question.Copy !req
107. Okay. Have you ever killed anyone
who wasn't a soldier?Copy !req
108. Just to repeat, that's all the questions
on page 32,Copy !req
109. except the last one,Copy !req
110. and then everything on page 33.
All that in for Thursday.Copy !req
111. Is everyone clear?Copy !req
112. Yes, sir.Copy !req
113. Fine, I'll take that class and
then you can do some of the testing.Copy !req
114. I know.Copy !req
115. Oh, Clara, urn,
you've not met Danny Pink yet, huh?Copy !req
116. New fella, maths. Danny?Copy !req
117. Clara Oswald.Copy !req
118. - Hey.
- English.Copy !req
119. - Hey, nice to meet you.
- You, too.Copy !req
120. Want to watch yourself
around him.Copy !req
121. Bit of a lady-killer
but always denies it.Copy !req
122. - I am not a lady-killer.
- See what I mean?Copy !req
123. - Oh, Beth, can I have a word?
- Yeah, yeah, sure.Copy !req
124. Uh... Was it you that I saw outside
doing the soldiery thing?Copy !req
125. Ah, yeah, probably.
The Coal Hill Cadets.Copy !req
126. Just a bit of fun.Copy !req
127. What, teaching them how to shoot people?Copy !req
128. There's a bit more to modern soldiering
than just shooting people.Copy !req
129. I like to think
there's a moral dimension.Copy !req
130. Ah, you shoot people
and then you cry about it afterwards?Copy !req
131. Ah.Copy !req
132. Something wrong?
- Nothing, no.Copy !req
133. Sorry, no, nothing. I just...Copy !req
134. I didn't think they'd say anything,
that's all.Copy !req
135. - Sorry?
- Have they told everyone?Copy !req
136. No, no, no. As far as I know,
nobody has told anybody anything.Copy !req
137. What... What are you talking about?Copy !req
138. Why did you just say the crying thing?Copy !req
139. - I was being funny.
- Why?Copy !req
140. I just do that.Copy !req
141. - Why?
- I don't know.Copy !req
142. Anyway, I, um...Copy !req
143. - I've left some stuff in my class...
- Okay.Copy !req
144. - Um...
- See you.Copy !req
145. See you.Copy !req
146. Uh, are you going to the, um,
leaving thing tonight for Cathy?Copy !req
147. Um...Copy !req
148. Yeah! I wasn't going but I am now,Copy !req
149. because you're going to be thereCopy !req
150. and suddenly it seems like
the best idea ever.Copy !req
151. No, I'm not.Copy !req
152. Oh, okay. Never mind.Copy !req
153. Goodnight.Copy !req
154. Change your mind!Copy !req
155. - Excuse me?
- I'm going.Copy !req
156. Uh, I'll give you a lift. Why not?Copy !req
157. Actually, now that you mention it,Copy !req
158. seems like the best plan ever.
Thank you.Copy !req
159. No, I've got some reading.Copy !req
160. Oh, okay. Maybe some other time, then.Copy !req
161. Thank you!Copy !req
162. ls the wooden sound you or the desk?Copy !req
163. - How long have you been there?
- Longer than you would like.Copy !req
164. Okay.Copy !req
165. Are you going to look that terrified
when you take me out for a drink?Copy !req
166. I... I ab... Absolutely promise I won't.Copy !req
167. Play your cards right and you might.Copy !req
168. Where the hell have you been?Copy !req
169. You sent me for coffee.Copy !req
170. Three weeks ago. In Glasgow.Copy !req
171. Three weeks, that's a long time.Copy !req
172. In Glasgow! That's dead in a ditch!Copy !req
173. It's not my fault, I got distracted.Copy !req
174. By what?Copy !req
175. You can always find something. Come on!Copy !req
176. - Why were you smiling?
- Was I?Copy !req
177. No, I wasn't!Copy !req
178. You were smiling at nothing.
I'd almost say you were in love,Copy !req
179. - but to be honest...
- Honest?Copy !req
180. - You're not a young woman any more.
- Yes, I am!Copy !req
181. - Well, you don't look it.
- I do look it!Copy !req
182. Oh, that's right. Keep your spirits up.Copy !req
183. Clara, Clara, Clara,
Clara, Clara, Clara.Copy !req
184. Clara, Clara.Copy !req
185. I need something from you.Copy !req
186. I need the truth.Copy !req
187. Okay.Copy !req
188. Right, what is it?Copy !req
189. What's...Copy !req
190. You're scared.Copy !req
191. I'm terrified.Copy !req
192. Of what?Copy !req
193. The answer to my next question,
which must be honest,Copy !req
194. cold and considered,
without kindness or restraint.Copy !req
195. Clara, be my pal and tell me...Copy !req
196. am I a good man?Copy !req
197. I... don't know.Copy !req
198. Neither do I.Copy !req
199. Uh, hey, no offence, but I've got plans.Copy !req
200. I need you.Copy !req
201. Right!Copy !req
202. Where are we going?Copy !req
203. Into darkness.Copy !req
204. Doctor!Copy !req
205. - How do you know who I am?
- He doesn't.Copy !req
206. We promised him medical assistance.Copy !req
207. Are you my doctor?Copy !req
208. We found it floating in space.Copy !req
209. We thought it was deactivated
so we tried to disassemble it.Copy !req
210. You didn't realise
there was a living creature inside?Copy !req
211. Not till it started screaming.Copy !req
212. Help me.Copy !req
213. Why would I do that?Copy !req
214. Why would any living creature help you?Copy !req
215. Daleks will die!Copy !req
216. Die all you like. Not my problem.Copy !req
217. Daleks must be destroyed!Copy !req
218. Daleks must be de...Copy !req
219. What did you just say?Copy !req
220. All Daleks must die!Copy !req
221. I will destroy the Daleks!
Destroy the Daleks!Copy !req
222. Destroy the Daleks!Copy !req
223. A good Dalek?Copy !req
224. There's no such thing.Copy !req
225. That's a bit inflexible, not like you.Copy !req
226. I'd almost say prejudiced.Copy !req
227. Do I pay you?Copy !req
228. I should give you a raise.Copy !req
229. You're not my boss,
you're one of my hobbies.Copy !req
230. Come on.Copy !req
231. That was quick!Copy !req
232. This is gun girl.
She's got a gun and she's a girl.Copy !req
233. This is a sort of boss one.
Are you the same one as before?Copy !req
234. - Yes.
- I think he's probably her uncleCopy !req
235. but I may have made that up to pass
the time while they were talking.Copy !req
236. This is Clara, not my assistant,
she's, uh, some other word.Copy !req
237. - I'm his carer.
- Yeah, my carer.Copy !req
238. She cares so I don't have to.Copy !req
239. Doctor!Copy !req
240. Hello again.Copy !req
241. Will you help me?Copy !req
242. Will you?Copy !req
243. A Dalek so damaged, it's turned good.Copy !req
244. Morality as malfunction.Copy !req
245. How do I resist?Copy !req
246. Daleks must die. Daleks must die.Copy !req
247. So, what do we do
with a moral Dalek, then?Copy !req
248. - We get into its head.
- Hmm.Copy !req
249. - How do you get into a Dalek's head?
- That wasn't a metaphor.Copy !req
250. These are nano controllers.Copy !req
251. Once we're miniaturised,Copy !req
252. they take over
the molecular compression.Copy !req
253. When the mission's over, hit the button.Copy !req
254. Are you sure you understand?Copy !req
255. Why wouldn't I?Copy !req
256. Because this is a dangerous missionCopy !req
257. and you look like a schoolteacher.Copy !req
258. I am a schoolteacher.Copy !req
259. Still didn't catch your name.Copy !req
260. - Journey Blue.
- Blue?Copy !req
261. Blue, yes, problem?Copy !req
262. No, uh...
I just met a soldier called Pink.Copy !req
263. Lucky fella.Copy !req
264. Lucky?Copy !req
265. From the way you smile.Copy !req
266. So, uh, who makes you smile
or is nobody up to the job?Copy !req
267. My brother, but he burnt to death
a couple of hours ago,Copy !req
268. so he's really letting me down today.
Excuse me.Copy !req
269. What are those ones for?
I don't need armed babysitters!Copy !req
270. We're not babysitters.Copy !req
271. We're hereto shoot you dead
if you turn out to be a Dalek spy.Copy !req
272. Well, that's a relief.
I hate babysitters.Copy !req
273. Okay, listen up.Copy !req
274. Now, remember, do not hold your breathCopy !req
275. when the nanoscaler engages.
You'll feel like you want to,Copy !req
276. but you must keep breathing normallyCopy !req
277. during the miniaturisation process.Copy !req
278. - Why?
- Ever microwaved a lasagneCopy !req
279. without pricking the film on top?Copy !req
280. It explodes?Copy !req
281. Don't be lasagna.Copy !req
282. Nanoscaler engaging in five,
four, three, two...Copy !req
283. Nanoscaler engaging... now!Copy !req
284. Nanoscaling in progress.Copy !req
285. Nanoscaling complete.Copy !req
286. Nanoscaling successful.
Everyone okay in there?Copy !req
287. We made it. Nobody popped.Copy !req
288. Whoa. I can't believe this!Copy !req
289. No, neither can I.Copy !req
290. We'll be following you all the way,
Rescue One.Copy !req
291. - Integration complete.
- Good luck, all of you.Copy !req
292. Dalek levels steady.Copy !req
293. That was, uh, weird.Copy !req
294. You've seen nothing yet.Copy !req
295. What are the lights?Copy !req
296. Visual impulses
travelling towards the brain.Copy !req
297. Beautiful.Copy !req
298. Welcome to the most
dangerous place in the universe.Copy !req
299. Entering the cranial ledge now.Copy !req
300. Here!Copy !req
301. Oh, my God!Copy !req
302. Behold the belly of the beast.Copy !req
303. It's amazing.Copy !req
304. It's huge.Copy !req
305. No, Ross. We're tiny.Copy !req
306. So how big is it, that living part
compared to me and you right now?Copy !req
307. You see all those cables?Copy !req
308. - Yeah?
- They're not all cables.Copy !req
309. Does it know we're here?Copy !req
310. It's what invited us in.Copy !req
311. New, this is the cortex vault,
a supplementary electronic brain.Copy !req
312. Memory banks. But more than that.Copy !req
313. This is what keeps the Dalek pure.Copy !req
314. How are Daleks pure?Copy !req
315. Dalek mutants are born hating.
This is what stokes the fire,Copy !req
316. extinguishes even the tiniest
glimmer of...Copy !req
317. of kindness, compassion.Copy !req
318. Imagine the worst possible thing
in the universeCopy !req
319. and then don't bother
because you're looking at it right now.Copy !req
320. This is evil refined as engineering.Copy !req
321. Doctor?Copy !req
322. Oh, hello, Rusty!Copy !req
323. You don't mind if I call you Rusty?Copy !req
324. We're going to need to come
down there with you.Copy !req
325. Medical examination and all that.Copy !req
326. What? With all those tentacles
and things?Copy !req
327. How close do we have to get?Copy !req
328. Well, you know, we're never going
to insert a thermometer from up here.Copy !req
329. No. No, no, no, no!
Stop! Stop! Stop, you idiot!Copy !req
330. We need to find a way down
and the only way...Copy !req
331. This is a Dalek, not a machine!Copy !req
332. It's a perfect analogue
of a living being and you just hurt it!Copy !req
333. So what's going to happen now?Copy !req
334. Oh, God!Copy !req
335. What? What is it?Copy !req
336. Antibodies?Copy !req
337. Dalek antibodies!Copy !req
338. Nobody move!Copy !req
339. Any attempt to help him or attack,
those things will identify youCopy !req
340. as a secondary source of infection.
Stay still!Copy !req
341. But the Dalek wants us in here.
Why is it attacking?Copy !req
342. Can you control your antibodies?Copy !req
343. Ross, stay calm.
We're going to get you out of this.Copy !req
344. Can you?Copy !req
345. Ross, swallow that!Copy !req
346. - What is it?
- Trust me.Copy !req
347. Now what?Copy !req
348. Ross!Copy !req
349. Oh, my God! What's it doing?Copy !req
350. The hoovering.Copy !req
351. - Gotcha!
- What did you give him?Copy !req
352. Oh, it's just a spare power cell
but I can track the radiation signature.Copy !req
353. I need to know where
they dump the bodies.Copy !req
354. I thought you were saving him!Copy !req
355. He was dead already!
I was saving us!Copy !req
356. - Follow me and run!
- Run!Copy !req
357. They've dumped him in here.
Organic refuse disposal.Copy !req
358. - We need to get in there.
- Why?Copy !req
359. Those antibodies won't give up
until we're inside!Copy !req
360. I'd rather go in alive than dead.Copy !req
361. You don't know where it goes!Copy !req
362. Yes, I do! Away from here!
Now, in! In! In!Copy !req
363. - I can hold them oh?
- No, you can't!Copy !req
364. Pull back!Copy !req
365. Down! jump, everyone, jump!Copy !req
366. Ugh!Copy !req
367. What is this stuff?Copy !req
368. People.
The Daleks need protein.Copy !req
369. Occasionally, they harvest
from their victims.Copy !req
370. This is a feeding tube.Copy !req
371. Is Ross here?Copy !req
372. Yeah, top layer,
if you want to say a few words.Copy !req
373. A man has just died.
You will not talk like that!Copy !req
374. A lot of people have died.Copy !req
375. Everything in here is dead
and you know why that's good?Copy !req
376. There is nothing good about that!Copy !req
377. Nothing is alive in here, so logically,Copy !req
378. this is the weakest spot
in the Dalek's internal security.Copy !req
379. Nobody guards the dead!Copy !req
380. Mortuaries and larders.
Always the easiest to break out of.Copy !req
381. I've lived a life!Copy !req
382. Tell Uncle Stupid that we're in.Copy !req
383. A-ha! A bolt-hole!Copy !req
384. He'll get us out of here.Copy !req
385. The difficult part is not killing him
before he can.Copy !req
386. Bolt-hole.Copy !req
387. Actually a hole for a bolt.Copy !req
388. Does nobody get that?Copy !req
389. Also, there's the puns.Copy !req
390. Watch it, decontamination tubes
are hot.Copy !req
391. Anomaly threat displaced.Copy !req
392. Dalek levels returning
to normal parameters.Copy !req
393. Rescue One to Mission Control.Copy !req
394. This is Blue, Rescue One. Report.Copy !req
395. The Dalek has an internal
defence mechanism.Copy !req
396. We've lost Ross.Copy !req
397. What kind of defence mechanism?Copy !req
398. That thing knows you're in there
to help it.Copy !req
399. Yeah, well, who knows? It's a Dalek.Copy !req
400. We're going to continue the mission.Copy !req
401. Are you all right back there?
It's a bit narrow, isn't it?Copy !req
402. Any remarks about my hips
will not be appreciated.Copy !req
403. Oh, your hips are fine,
you're built like a man.Copy !req
404. Thanks.Copy !req
405. What's that noise?Copy !req
406. Are you wearing a Geiger counter?Copy !req
407. Standard battle equipment.
That's just low-level radiation.Copy !req
408. It's stronger down here,
for some reason.Copy !req
409. Give me it.Copy !req
410. Was that him?Copy !req
411. How's he working out?Copy !req
412. - It's hard to say. He's...
- I've got it!Copy !req
413. - I know what's wrong with Rusty.
- Okay, that's good.Copy !req
414. - Is that good?
- Well, you know how I saidCopy !req
415. this was the most dangerous place
in the universe?Copy !req
416. I was wrong.Copy !req
417. It's way more dangerous than that.Copy !req
418. Colonel, we have radiation
indicators red-lining in here.Copy !req
419. Could be that the Dalek is more
badly damaged than we thought.Copy !req
420. Copy that.Copy !req
421. Old Rusty here is suffering
a trionic radiation leak.Copy !req
422. It's poisoning the Dalek and us.Copy !req
423. Just as well we're here.Copy !req
424. Really? Perhaps we should
get out while we can.Copy !req
425. Why should we trust a Dalek?
Why would it change?Copy !req
426. Good question. Rusty?
What changed you?Copy !req
427. I saw beauty.Copy !req
428. You saw what?Copy !req
429. In the silence and the cold.Copy !req
430. I saw worlds burning.Copy !req
431. That's not beauty.
That's destruction.Copy !req
432. I saw more.Copy !req
433. What?Copy !req
434. What did you see?Copy !req
435. The birth of a star.Copy !req
436. Stars are born every day.Copy !req
437. You've seen a million stars born,
so what?Copy !req
438. Daleks have destroyed
a million stars.Copy !req
439. Oh, millions and millions.
Trust me, I keep count.Copy !req
440. And yet, new stars are born.Copy !req
441. Every time.Copy !req
442. Resistance is futile.Copy !req
443. Resistance to what?Copy !req
444. Life returns.Copy !req
445. Life prevails.Copy !req
446. Resistance is futile.Copy !req
447. So you saw a star being bornCopy !req
448. and you learned something.Copy !req
449. Oh, Dalek, do not be lying to me.Copy !req
450. Come on!Copy !req
451. Heading for the trionic
power cells, Colonel.Copy !req
452. Radiation approxing 200 rads.
Danger levels.Copy !req
453. Radiation levels increasing.Copy !req
454. - We're at the heart of the Dalek.
- Oh, it's incredible!Copy !req
455. Geiger counter's off the scale.Copy !req
456. Looks like it's about to blow.Copy !req
457. - Good.
- How is that good?Copy !req
458. Well, I like a bit of pressure. Oh!Copy !req
459. - Rusty? Can you hear me?
- Doctor?Copy !req
460. Rusty, we've found the damage.Copy !req
461. I'm sealing up the breach
in your power cell.Copy !req
462. No more radiation poisoning.
Good as new.Copy !req
463. There. Job done.Copy !req
464. That's it? just like that?Copy !req
465. An anti-climax once in a while
is good for my heart.Copy !req
466. Rusty?Copy !req
467. How do you feel?Copy !req
468. Rusty?Copy !req
469. Rusty?Copy !req
470. Rusty...Copy !req
471. The malfunction is corrected.Copy !req
472. - What happened?
- I'm not entirely sure.Copy !req
473. It's like he's waking up.Copy !req
474. Rusty, come on, talk to me.
What's going on?Copy !req
475. The malfunction is corrected.Copy !req
476. All systems are functioning.Copy !req
477. Weapons charged.Copy !req
478. Oh, no, no, no...Copy !req
479. Exterminate!Copy !req
480. Exterminate!Copy !req
481. - No, no, no!
- Exterminate!Copy !req
482. Exterminate!Copy !req
483. - The Daleks will be victorious!
- No!Copy !req
484. The rebels will be exterminated!Copy !req
485. Colonel? What's happening out there?Copy !req
486. Exterminate! Exterminate!Copy !req
487. Exterminate! Exterminate!Copy !req
488. Exterminate!Copy !req
489. Exterminate! Exterminate!Copy !req
490. Exterminate!Copy !req
491. Pull back, pullback!Copy !req
492. Dalek fleet!Copy !req
493. Communications open!Copy !req
494. The rebel ship
has been identified!Copy !req
495. Prepare porting Daleks!Copy !req
496. Doctor, what happened?Copy !req
497. Do you see?Copy !req
498. Do I see what?Copy !req
499. Daleks don't turn good.Copy !req
500. It was just radiation affecting
its brain chemistry,Copy !req
501. nothing more than that. No miracle.Copy !req
502. Let me get this straight.
We had a good DalekCopy !req
503. and we made it bad again?
That's all we've done?Copy !req
504. There was never a good Dalek.Copy !req
505. There was a broken Dalek
and we repaired it.Copy !req
506. You were supposed to be helping us.Copy !req
507. I gave it a shot. It didn't work out.
It was a Dalek, what did you expect?Copy !req
508. No more talking, you are done!Copy !req
509. Okay, new objective.
We are taking this Dalek down.Copy !req
510. Exterminate! Exterminate!Copy !req
511. What's that look for?Copy !req
512. That's the look you get
when I'm about to slap you!Copy !req
513. Oh! Clara!Copy !req
514. We're going to die in here.Copy !req
515. And there's a little bit of you
that's pleased.Copy !req
516. The Daleks are evil after all.
Everything makes sense.Copy !req
517. The Doctor is right!Copy !req
518. Daleks are evil, irreversibly so.
That's what we just learned!Copy !req
519. No, Doctor.
That is not what we just learned.Copy !req
520. - Exterminate! Exterminate!
- Secure the door!Copy !req
521. Wasp fighters to action stations!Copy !req
522. The security systems
have been hacked.Copy !req
523. We don't have access to the Wasps.Copy !req
524. Then God save us all.Copy !req
525. We need to place these charges
for maximum effect.Copy !req
526. I'm going to scan the rest
of the architecture for weaknesses.Copy !req
527. - One question.
- No time.Copy !req
528. Why did we come here today?
What was the point?Copy !req
529. You. You thought there was
a good Dalek.Copy !req
530. What difference would
one good Dalek make?Copy !req
531. All the difference in the universe
but it's impossible.Copy !req
532. Is that a fact?Copy !req
533. Is that really what we've learned today?Copy !req
534. Think about it!Copy !req
535. Is that what we learned?Copy !req
536. Journey, what the hell's happening?Copy !req
537. That thing's set the Daleks on usCopy !req
538. and it's locked us out of our defences.Copy !req
539. Journey, you're the Aristotle's
only hope.Copy !req
540. I need you to destroy that Dalek.Copy !req
541. The rebels will be exterminated!Copy !req
542. Whatever it takes.Copy !req
543. Understood, Uncle.Copy !req
544. I'm sorry.Copy !req
545. Yeah. Me, too.Copy !req
546. Clara Oswald, do I really not pay you?Copy !req
547. You couldn't afford me.Copy !req
548. Whatever you're going to do,
don't do it!Copy !req
549. This Dalek must not be destroyed,
we can do better!Copy !req
550. Are you out of your mind?Copy !req
551. No, I'm inside a Dalek!Copy !req
552. I'm standing where I've never been.Copy !req
553. We cannot waste this chance.
It won't come again.Copy !req
554. What chance? have my orders!Copy !req
555. - Soldiers take orders.
- And I'm a soldier.Copy !req
556. A Dalek is a better soldier
than you will ever be.Copy !req
557. You can't win this way.Copy !req
558. So what do we do?Copy !req
559. Something better.Copy !req
560. Prepare to board the rebel ship!Copy !req
561. We must find our comrade Dalek!Copy !req
562. Spare no humans!Copy !req
563. Exterminate them all!Copy !req
564. Exterminate!Copy !req
565. Exterminate! Exterminate!Copy !req
566. The Dalek isn't just some angry blob
in a Dalekanium tank.Copy !req
567. If it was, the radiation would have
turned it into a raging lunatic.Copy !req
568. Uh, it is a raging lunatic.
It's a Dalek.Copy !req
569. But for a moment, it wasn't.Copy !req
570. The radiation allowed it
to expand its consciousness,Copy !req
571. to consider things
beyond its natural terms of reference.Copy !req
572. It became good.
That means a good Dalek is possible.Copy !req
573. That's what we learned today.
Am I right, teach?Copy !req
574. Top of the class.Copy !req
575. But now it's back
to how it was.Copy !req
576. But what it saw, what it felt,
is still there.Copy !req
577. Yeah, I'm not really seeing that.Copy !req
578. Not here.Copy !req
579. There!Copy !req
580. - You mean in the cortex vault?
- The evil engineering?Copy !req
581. Every memory recorded.Copy !req
582. Some suppressed but all still intact.Copy !req
583. We need to show the Dalek
that star being born again.Copy !req
584. Recreate that moment.Copy !req
585. You need to get up there,
find that moment and reawaken it.Copy !req
586. - Me?
- Yes, you. Good idea.Copy !req
587. How?Copy !req
588. Haven't the foggiest. Do a clever thing.Copy !req
589. And then once you've done it,Copy !req
590. the Dalek will be suggestible
to new ideas.Copy !req
591. It will be open again.Copy !req
592. And I will show it something
that will change its mind forever!Copy !req
593. - What?
- Not a clue.Copy !req
594. Docking initiated,
pressure equalised!Copy !req
595. Boarding corp, begin attack!Copy !req
596. Advance! Exterminate the humans!Copy !req
597. Seek, locate, destroy!
Surrender is not accepted!Copy !req
598. This is crazy. There is no way
that we can get back up there in time!Copy !req
599. - Yes, there is.
- No, Gretchen.Copy !req
600. It'll bring the antibodies
back down on us.Copy !req
601. Tell me the truth.
Is he mad or is he right?Copy !req
602. I've come this far.Copy !req
603. I'm probably going to die anyway.Copy !req
604. Wouldn't mind something to do
for the rest of me life.Copy !req
605. Is he mad or is he right?Copy !req
606. Hand on my heart,Copy !req
607. most days he's both.Copy !req
608. One question, then. Is this worth it?Copy !req
609. If I can turn one Dalek,
I can turn them all.Copy !req
610. I can save the future.Copy !req
611. Gretchen Alison Carlisle.Copy !req
612. Do something good and name it after me.Copy !req
613. I will do something amazing, I promise.Copy !req
614. Damn well better.Copy !req
615. No, Gretchen!Copy !req
616. Go!Copy !req
617. They're coming. They're coming!Copy !req
618. Grab hold of the rope.Copy !req
619. - Don't look down.
- Good luck!Copy !req
620. Hello. I'm Missy.Copy !req
621. Welcome to heaven.Copy !req
622. Would you like some tea?Copy !req
623. Little splosh?Copy !req
624. Lovely.Copy !req
625. Fire!Copy !req
626. Exterminate! Advance!Copy !req
627. Seek, locate, destroy!Copy !req
628. Exterminate!Copy !req
629. Advance! Seek, locate!Copy !req
630. Exterminate! Exterminate!Copy !req
631. Oh, Rusty!Copy !req
632. Here we are.Copy !req
633. Eye to eye!Copy !req
634. You cannot save the humans.Copy !req
635. They will be exterminated.Copy !req
636. I shall join the Dalek units
in the final attack!Copy !req
637. - So what do we do?
- Ah...Copy !req
638. A clever thing, quickly.Copy !req
639. Think, think, think, think think.Copy !req
640. Some of the lights are out.Copy !req
641. Yeah, we got a damaged Dalek,
you want to complain to someone?Copy !req
642. - But it's not damaged. Look at them.
- So?Copy !req
643. So the Doctor said that
this was a memory bankCopy !req
644. and some of the memories
were suppressed.Copy !req
645. What if... What if the dark spots
are hidden memories?Copy !req
646. What if one of those is the Dalek
seeing a star?Copy !req
647. Seriously?
- Yeah.Copy !req
648. Well, maybe.Copy !req
649. It's either that
or the bulbs need changing.Copy !req
650. It really could be the bulbs.Copy !req
651. Got a better idea?Copy !req
652. - Really wish I had.
- Yep. Me, too.Copy !req
653. A-ha. Watch out for antibodies.Copy !req
654. Let's see if there's an on switch.Copy !req
655. I saved your life, Rusty.Copy !req
656. Now I'm going to go one better.Copy !req
657. I'm going to save your soul.Copy !req
658. Daleks do not have souls.Copy !req
659. Oh, no?Copy !req
660. Well, imagine if you did.
What then, Rusty?Copy !req
661. What would happen then?Copy !req
662. I'm in the cortex!Copy !req
663. If there's a pack of spare bulbs,
break it to me gently.Copy !req
664. Ah!Copy !req
665. Your memories!Copy !req
666. I'm about to give some back to you.Copy !req
667. Are you okay? Clara!Copy !req
668. Yeah. I think there was
some sort of energy charge.Copy !req
669. You got the first lights on.Copy !req
670. Of course, it's a brain.Copy !req
671. Brains work with electrical pathways
linking up memories!Copy !req
672. It's working! It's working,
we're turning the memories back on!Copy !req
673. See, all those years ago, when I began,Copy !req
674. I was just running.Copy !req
675. I called myself the Doctor
but it was just a name.Copy !req
676. And then I went to Skaro.Copy !req
677. And then I met you lot and I understoodCopy !req
678. who I was!Copy !req
679. The Doctor was not the Daleks!Copy !req
680. Exterminate!Copy !req
681. Fall back!Copy !req
682. All of you, fallback!Copy !req
683. Exterminate!Copy !req
684. Exterminate! Exterminate!Copy !req
685. You'd better get a move on.
There's company coming!Copy !req
686. Exterminate!Copy !req
687. - Exterminate!
- Fall back, fall back!Copy !req
688. Exterminate! Exterminate!Copy !req
689. Hurry up!Copy !req
690. Show me a star, Rusty!Copy !req
691. Oh!Copy !req
692. Oh, look. It's your memories again.Copy !req
693. It's like somebody's
mucking about up there.Copy !req
694. Memories, all those memories.Copy !req
695. Do you remember the star
you saw being born?Copy !req
696. Almost done!Copy !req
697. - One more to go.
- Hurry up, Clara! Hurry up!Copy !req
698. Clara, you did it! It's rebooting.Copy !req
699. The antibodies have reset!Copy !req
700. I... I remember.Copy !req
701. You saw the truth, Rusty.Copy !req
702. Remember how you felt!Copy !req
703. You saw a star being born!Copy !req
704. The endless rebirth of the universe!Copy !req
705. - No!
- And you realised the truthCopy !req
706. about the Daleks!Copy !req
707. Truth? What is the truth?Copy !req
708. Let me show you the truth!
I've opened your mindCopy !req
709. and now I'm coming in.Copy !req
710. That door is never going to hold.Copy !req
711. But I'm damned if I'm going
to make it easy for them!Copy !req
712. I'm part of you.Copy !req
713. My mind is in your mind.Copy !req
714. I see your mind, Doctor.Copy !req
715. I see your universe.Copy !req
716. And isn't the universe beautiful?Copy !req
717. I see beauty.Copy !req
718. Yes, that's good. That is good.
Hold on to that.Copy !req
719. I see endless divine perfection.Copy !req
720. Make it a part of you.
Remember how you feel right now.Copy !req
721. Put it inside you and live by it.Copy !req
722. I see into your soul, Doctor.Copy !req
723. I see beauty.Copy !req
724. I see divinity.Copy !req
725. I see hatred.Copy !req
726. Hatred?Copy !req
727. I See your hatred of the Daleks
and it is good!Copy !req
728. No, no, no.Copy !req
729. No, you must see more than that,
there must be more than that!Copy !req
730. Death to the Daleks.Copy !req
731. Death to the Daleks!
Death to the Daleks!Copy !req
732. No, there must be
more than that.Copy !req
733. There must be more than that! Please!Copy !req
734. Daleks are evil!Copy !req
735. Daleks must be exterminated!Copy !req
736. Daleks are evil.Copy !req
737. God save us all!Copy !req
738. Daleks must be exterminated!Copy !req
739. Exterminate!Copy !req
740. Under attack from a Dalek!Copy !req
741. The Daleks are exterminated!Copy !req
742. Of course they are.Copy !req
743. That's what you do, isn't it?Copy !req
744. - Journey!
- Uncle Morgan.Copy !req
745. I have transmitted a retreat signal.Copy !req
746. The Daleks will believe
the humans have initiatedCopy !req
747. the ship's self-destruct.Copy !req
748. What about you, Rusty?Copy !req
749. I must go with them.Copy !req
750. Of course you must.Copy !req
751. You've unfinished work, haven't you?Copy !req
752. Victory is yours.Copy !req
753. But it does not please you.Copy !req
754. You looked inside me
and you saw hatred.Copy !req
755. That's not victory.Copy !req
756. Victory would have been a good Dalek.Copy !req
757. I am not a good Dalek.Copy !req
758. You are a good Dalek.Copy !req
759. Till the next time.Copy !req
760. Is he leaving?
Isn't he going to say goodbye?Copy !req
761. I think that was it.Copy !req
762. Yep, that was it.Copy !req
763. Sorry, gotta run!Copy !req
764. I'm sorry.Copy !req
765. Sorry?Copy !req
766. Doctor!Copy !req
767. Take me with you.Copy !req
768. I think you're probably nice.Copy !req
769. Underneath it all, I think you're kindCopy !req
770. and definitely brave.Copy !req
771. I just wish you hadn't been a soldier.Copy !req
772. How do I look?Copy !req
773. Sort of short and roundish
but with a good personality,Copy !req
774. which is the main thing.Copy !req
775. I meant my clothes. I just changed.Copy !req
776. Oh, good for you.
Still making an effort.Copy !req
777. Okay, right.
You're back in your cupboardCopy !req
778. 30 seconds after you left.Copy !req
779. When will I see you again?Copy !req
780. Oh, soon, I expect.Copy !req
781. Or later. One of those.Copy !req
782. I don't know.Copy !req
783. I'm sorry?Copy !req
784. You asked me if you're a good manCopy !req
785. and the answer is I don't know.Copy !req
786. But I think you try to beCopy !req
787. and I think that's probably the point.Copy !req
788. I think you're probably
an amazing teacher.Copy !req
789. I think I'd better be.Copy !req
790. - Ah, hey.
- Hey! Danny.Copy !req
791. Have you changed your clothes?Copy !req
792. Yes.Copy !req
793. Yes, I... I have. Well noticed.Copy !req
794. - Okay, good.
- Yes, good. Very good. Good work.Copy !req
795. You've passed the test.Copy !req
796. Are you really going to go
for a drink with me?Copy !req
797. Yeah, course I am. Why wouldn't I?Copy !req
798. - I just thought...
- Thought what?Copy !req
799. I thought you might have a...
a rule against soldiers.Copy !req
800. No.Copy !req
801. No, not at all.Copy !req
802. Not me.Copy !req
803. There is someone that I always
wanted to meet.Copy !req
804. It's Robin Hood!Copy !req
805. No damsels in distress!Copy !req
806. Seize him!Copy !req
807. No pretty castles.Copy !req
808. No such thing as Robin Hood.
