Doctor Who 3x11

The Doctor infiltrates the Daleks' conference to try and discover their plans, leaving Steven, Katarina and Bret to find a way off the planet.

70. Bret says the time is 4000, and he came here and only just got away from the evil ones.

71. He gave Steven some white tablets, and he's almost well again.
