The time travellers have escaped from the Daleks, but left a vital piece of the TARDIS behind. Getting it back will mean pushing the Thals to mount a dangerous operation.

202. In the city is enough food for all of us and all of the Daleks, a hundred times over.

203. My conclusion is this.

204. There is no indignity in being afraid to die.

205. But, there is a terrible shame in being afraid to live.

206. If none of you agree with my reasons,
