The Doctor and Harry head to the Kaled city to alert the authorities to Davros' plans while Sarah Jane and Sevrin are forced to work on the completion of the Thals' rocket.

80. But for a thousand generations, it is a name that will bring fear and terror.

81. Now, undoubtedly, Davros has one of the finest scientific minds in existence.

82. But he has a fanatical desire to perpetuate himself and his machine.

83. He works without conscience, without soul, without pity,

84. and his machines are equally devoid of these qualities.

128. What they don't know is that no matter how powerful their rocket,

129. it cannot penetrate our protective dome.

131. which has the strength of 30-foot thick reinforced concrete.

133. One of my agents could lead you into the service shaft underneath the Thal city.

134. - But after that, you're strictly on your own. - Fair enough.

135. Right, I'll give you a map showing how to reach the rocket silo area.

162. The Council has signed the death warrant of the whole of the Kaled people.
