131. The Emperor named him a traitor, and two months later, he was killed.

132. His head was brought to Kyoto and put on display,

133. but before long, anger and hatred corrupted his soul, and he became a vengeful spirit.

134. His head flew towards Tokyo, seeking out his body to continue his war,

135. and this is where the head landed- or so the story goes.

139. but the same grave is said to be cursed and haunted, too.

140. After the war, the occupying government tried removing the grave during reconstruction,

141. but when a frightening number of workers died at the site,

142. rumors began to swirl about the ghost exacting its vengeance upon them,

143. and the project was eventually halted.

144. That's why now, even though Otemachi is home to so many skyscrapers,

145. this plot of land still houses the grave of the great samurai.

146. Some people say their shoulders hurt and their head aches when they visit this spot.
