a line.Copy !req
20. - You're giving me a line?
- Joel: It's a small line,Copy !req
21. four or five words,
but it's pivotal to the story.Copy !req
22. Mr. Cousineau,
what do you say?Copy !req
23. Thank you.Copy !req
24. Look at this place.
Shit everywhere!Copy !req
25. We were hit. We were hit!Copy !req
26. Thank God we were on that
tour bus! You know, man,Copy !req

36. No, no, no, no, no. Clearly,Copy !req
37. Cristobal sent
his goons after us!Copy !req

66. he's not even mad at you
anymore. I just saw him.Copy !req
67. - You saw Barry?
- NoHo Hank: Yeah, and TBH,Copy !req
68. you're not even on
his mind anymore.Copy !req
69. You're not a blimp
on his radar, okay?Copy !req
70. He is total basket case,
and he looks like shit.Copy !req
71. Well...Copy !req
72. I'm not interested, Hank.Copy !req
73. No need to contact me anymore.Copy !req
74. Well, now we have no choice

79. - The cancer kind!
- Sally,Copy !req
80. just be yourself.
You're gonna be great.Copy !req
81. Okay, thank you.
That's fine.Copy !req
82. Oh, um, do you think they're
gonna ask about my childhood?Copy !req
83. Shit, I hope they don't
ask about Sam, but, I mean,Copy !req
84. I'm sure they've
done their research.Copy !req
85. Oh, do you want some
Vaseline for your teeth?Copy !req
86. Alexis Kaplan has
a daughter on "Pam!"Copy !req
87. and in real life.
I don't have one in real life.Copy !req
88. Is that bad?
You think they're gonna
call me inauthentic?Copy !req
89. I mean, should I say that
I'm considering adoption?Copy !req
90. No. I-I think they'll seeCopy !req
91. how authentic your passion
for the show is.Copy !req
92. Just don't be too
passionate, you know?Copy !req
93. You don't wanna be
the real you
in the wrong way.Copy !req
94. By the way, I love
this romper. It says,Copy !req
95. "I'm a woman, but don't
treat me like one."Copy !req
96. That's what we were going for.Copy !req
97. Oh my god!
Oh, you look so cute!Copy !req
98. Oh, thank you. I mean,
this is all so exciting!Copy !req
99. - You are going to have so much fun, sweetie.
- Oh, yeah.Copy !req
100. - I'm just really nervous.
- Sally: Oh, don't be. Oh my god.Copy !req
101. Just be yourself.
You'll be fine. You'll be great.Copy !req
102. - Yeah.
- No, no reason to be nervous.Copy !req
103. Okay. You all set? Okay, great.Copy !req
104. Just go in.
You have five minutes.Copy !req
105. Ask a few questions.
You're talking to Sally Reed.Copy !req
106. It's spelled R-E-E-D.
The show's called "Joplin."Copy !req
107. Talking to Sally Reed.
You all set? Alright. Mm!Copy !req
108. Hey, Sally.Copy !req
109. - Sally: Hey!
- Publicist: Here's Madeleine from "E! News."Copy !req
110. Sally Reed!
How you doin', girl?Copy !req
111. - I'm good.
- Now, the show takes place in Joplin,Copy !req
112. - and you were raised there.
- Mm-hmm, that's right.Copy !req
113. Is that really
what Joplin's like?Copy !req
114. Well, it's a lot
less freezing on set.Copy !req
115. Okay, great. Thanks.Copy !req
116. Here's Mike from "Access Hollywood."Copy !req
117. Sally Reed!
How ya doin', girl?Copy !req
118. - I'm good.
- This is a show about a woman trying to help her daughterCopy !req
119. leave an abusive relationship
in Joplin, Missouri.Copy !req
120. - Yes, that's right.
- Was that tough?Copy !req
121. - Yes?
- Mike: Alright, great. And who do you thinkCopy !req
122. should be the next Spider-Man?Copy !req
123. Uh...Copy !req
124. Ben Mendelsohn?Copy !req
125. Okay...Copy !req
126. - Publicist: Here's Taylor from "Screen Nerd."
- Taylor: There she is,Copy !req
127. - Sally Reed. Girl boss.
- Hi.Copy !req
128. Hashtag "you go, girl!"
You feeling 100, yeah?Copy !req
129. They let me keep my beard.Copy !req
130. Yeah, they said some pharma guys
actually have a beard like this.Copy !req
131. Ah!Copy !req
132. Wanna run lines?
Yeah? Alright.Copy !req
133. What I did was terrible,Copy !req
134. and I'm truly sorry.Copy !req
135. I accept your apology.Copy !req
136. That was great.Copy !req
137. Oh, man.Copy !req
138. This trailer is nice.Copy !req
139. Might go over to the
"Wheel of Fortune" building,Copy !req
140. - take some pictures—
- Did she suffer?Copy !req
141. But she figured out
that it was you
she was looking for.Copy !req
142. And I invited you to my cabin.Copy !req
143. Who was that guy that
took me into the woods?Copy !req
144. He's nobody.Copy !req
145. Actually, you know what?
That's not true.Copy !req
146. I want to be honest with youCopy !req
147. because I think we have
a good thing going here.Copy !req
148. Um...Copy !req
149. He's a family friend.Copy !req
150. - He's actually kinda like a—
- An uncle?Copy !req
151. He got you into
this line of work?Copy !req
152. So that monologue
that you gave meCopy !req
153. when I first met you,
that was fuckin' true?Copy !req
154. And then I said it again
at the dinner table.Copy !req
155. - And she knew it was you.
- Hey, we don't need to rehash all this.Copy !req
156. If I didn't say anything...Copy !req
157. - she'd be alive today.
- Ah, no, don't put that on yourself,Copy !req
158. Mr. Cousineau.Copy !req
159. No, she was good at her job.Copy !req
160. The whole thing's just
really unfortunate, you know?Copy !req
161. Look, I believe,Copy !req
162. and some of this I got
from your teachings, that...Copy !req
163. th-that you can be the version
of yourself that you want to be.Copy !req
164. I never said that to you.Copy !req
165. What I'm saying is...Copy !req
166. is that I never
would've learned that
if it wasn't for you.Copy !req
167. So, I'm responsible
for who you are?Copy !req
168. The positive side. Yeah.Copy !req
169. I mean, meeting you
changed my life
for the better, you know?Copy !req
170. Look, we've both done
terrible things in our lives,Copy !req
171. but we're helping
each other...Copy !req
172. make up for it.
You know?Copy !req
173. I mean, you got a line.Copy !req
174. You're welcome.Copy !req
175. Hey, Cristobal!Copy !req
176. We're heading back
to the nursery!Copy !req
177. To hit the Chechens during
regular business hours.Copy !req
178. Huh.Copy !req
179. Suegro...Copy !req
180. I want the revenge
just as bad as you do,Copy !req
181. but, as you saw,Copy !req
182. uh, we were shooting
at empty tents.Copy !req
183. They're on the run.Copy !req
184. I've been here,Copy !req
185. working this territory, a...Copy !req
186. and I'm good at my job.Copy !req
187. And I'm telling you,
th-there is nothing for us here.Copy !req
188. Cristobal.Copy !req
189. You're right.Copy !req
190. You are good at your job.Copy !req
191. We'll cut our losses
and head back home.Copy !req
192. We gave LA a shot,
didn't work out.Copy !req
193. Win some, lose some.Copy !req
194. - It's all about perspective.
- Mm-hmm.Copy !req
195. So, we'll head back to Bolivia?Copy !req
196. Yes.Copy !req
197. How do I break it to the guys?Copy !req
198. They're ready to go.Copy !req
199. Maybe take them to lunch first.Copy !req
200. I know what I'll do.Copy !req
201. I'll take them
to Johnny Rockets.Copy !req
202. And then after,
in the parking lot,Copy !req
203. I'll say, "Hey. We aren't
attacking the Chechens.Copy !req
204. We're heading back to Bolivia."Copy !req
205. Thanks for helping me
figure that out.Copy !req
206. Fuck.Copy !req
207. What's that?Copy !req
208. I bought bomb on dark web.Copy !req
209. Jesus Christ! What the fuck
did you do that for?Copy !req
210. We use this to blow up
Cristobal's house.Copy !req
211. No.Copy !req
212. We want Fernando dead,Copy !req
213. okay?Copy !req
214. He is head of whole
Bolivian operation.Copy !req
215. He ordered the hit on us.Copy !req
216. How do you know it is this...Copy !req
217. Fernando?Copy !req
218. I just know. I...Copy !req
219. Cristobal is a nobody, okay?Copy !req
220. He's, like, fourth, fifth
in command. Fernando...Copy !req
221. is the real threat here, okay?Copy !req
222. Trust me.Copy !req
223. Hm. Just blow up
the fucking house.Copy !req
224. - Good luck, Akhmal.
- What? What the fuck does it have to be me?Copy !req
225. - Can't we draw straws?
- Who are you?Copy !req
226. - Bruce Willis in "Armageddon"?
- I don't wanna do this. This is crazy.Copy !req
227. I know someone crazy.Copy !req
228. Jesus fucking Christ...Copy !req
229. Hank, I said no.Copy !req
230. Fuches
Barry?Copy !req
231. Fuches?Copy !req
232. Where are you?Copy !req
233. Heaven, Barry.Copy !req
234. Seriously, where are you?Copy !req
235. Why?
You gonna come find me?Copy !req
236. No.Copy !req
237. Hank said that you
cooled off a bit,Copy !req
238. said you were on hard times.
I-I'm sorry to hear that.Copy !req
239. - I'm fine.
- Fuches: I wanna sayCopy !req
240. I'm sorry...Copy !req
241. for whatever it is
you think I didCopy !req
242. to hurt your relationship
with Mr. Cousineau.Copy !req
243. Okay.Copy !req
244. Okay, good. Good.Copy !req
245. Uh, now in the spirit
of that comment,Copy !req
246. is there something
you'd like to say to me?Copy !req
247. No.Copy !req
248. I'm dying, Barry.
I'm in the hospital.Copy !req
249. Yeah, doctors are being cagey.
Not a lot of eye contact.Copy !req
250. So, if there ever
was a time you did wanna
say something to me,Copy !req
251. - now would be that time.
- Are those goats in the background?Copy !req
252. I could give you
some apology optionsCopy !req
253. off the top of my head, Barry.Copy !req
254. "I'm sorry I shot at you!Copy !req
255. I'm sorry for ruining your
heroin deal with the Burmese!"Copy !req
256. Alright, I don't have
time for this, okay?Copy !req
257. Me and Mr. Cousineau are fine.Copy !req
258. Please don't
call me again, alright?Copy !req
259. - Yeah?
- What the fuck do you mean you and Cousineau are fine?Copy !req
260. I mean, we're fine.
We worked our shit out together.Copy !req
261. Actually, we're working
together today.Copy !req
262. - Oh, you're working.
- Yeah. On a show called "Laws of Humanity."Copy !req
263. - That's a great show.
- Barry: And I knowCopy !req
264. you told him I killed Janice,Copy !req
265. but we hashed it out, like adults.Copy !req
266. So, there's no need
to apologizeCopy !req
267. 'cause your little
fucking plan didn't work.Copy !req
268. Oh, you're good, are you?Copy !req
269. You're never going
to move past that!Copy !req
270. You destroyed that guy's life!Copy !req
271. Yeah, well now, I'm making
it up to him. By acting.Copy !req
272. - How the fuck do you do that!
- Why do you care?Copy !req
273. - I don't care!
- Well, you obviously fuckin' care. You called me.Copy !req
274. - You called me.
- You are fuckin' nuts, man.Copy !req
275. Also, I know you're on a farm or somethingCopy !req
276. because I can hear goats
in the background.Copy !req
277. Maybe I'm at the zoo
with my new best friend!Copy !req
278. Thought you said you were at a hospital.Copy !req
279. I never answered the same
question so many timesCopy !req
280. in my whole life.Copy !req
281. Did they ask you who
the new Spider-Man should be?Copy !req
282. - Yeah, I think I said Harry Styles or something.
- Shit, that's good.Copy !req
283. Did they ask you
about "Cake Boss"?Copy !req
284. Yeah, is he one of
the new Avengers?Copy !req
285. No, it's, um—
that's a baking competition.Copy !req
286. Shit, that's embarrassing.Copy !req
287. Hey, do you have a date
for the premiere tomorrow?Copy !req
288. Not unless you
count my parents.Copy !req
289. Well, you're welcome to ride
with me and Barry, if you want.Copy !req
290. - We have a limo.
- Um...Copy !req
291. Yeah, um, no,
th-that's okay. Yeah.Copy !req
292. Hey, Sally, they're
ready for you again.Copy !req
293. - Ugh.
- I know. You got this.Copy !req
294. Hi Sally, follow me.Copy !req
295. - Hey, can I give you a word of advice?
- Mm.Copy !req
296. When your boss invites you
to the premiere with her,Copy !req
297. - you don't say no.
- Uh...Copy !req
298. Yeah, no.
Um, it's— I, um, I...Copy !req
299. I-I don't really feel, uh,
comfortable around Barry.Copy !req
300. Why?Copy !req
301. Um, well, uh...Copy !req
302. The other day in
the writer's room, he, like,Copy !req
303. screamed at her
in front of everyone,Copy !req
304. and it was...
it was really bad.Copy !req
305. Oh, yeah.
No, I've seen him
do that before.Copy !req
306. He's totally harmless.
I'm sure he was
having a bad day.Copy !req
307. I was in an acting class
with Barry,Copy !req
308. and he's a really
good guy.Copy !req
309. He yelled at us
a few times, and,Copy !req
310. you know, he told us that
he killed a few people in...Copy !req
311. some war, and that it
really messed him up. But,Copy !req
312. I don't think that makes
him violent.Copy !req
313. I feel like he's
gonna do something.Copy !req
314. To Sally?
No, no, no, no, no, no.Copy !req
315. He treats Sally like a star.Copy !req
316. That's why she keeps
him around.Copy !req
317. - So, you were a Marine?
- Barry: Mm-hmm.Copy !req
318. - I do CrossFit with a lot of Marines.
- Oh, that's cool.Copy !req
319. They're always telling me
like, "Dude,Copy !req
320. you totally could've
been a Marine."Copy !req
321. And I thought about joining,
but, you know,Copy !req
322. I guess I had too many
other options.Copy !req
323. - Barry: Huh.
- Director: Going on a bell!Copy !req
324. Oh yeah, thanks.Copy !req
325. Alright, here we go.
Excuse me.Copy !req
326. Crew 1: ... settle!Copy !req
327. Crew 2:
Lock it down!Copy !req
328. And we're rolling...Copy !req
329. And... action!Copy !req
330. As you know,
I got you the full amountCopy !req
331. on the wrongful death
of your dear wife.Copy !req
332. But no amount of money
can make this right.Copy !req
333. They need to come here,
look you in the eye,Copy !req
334. and apologize.Copy !req
335. Bring him in!Copy !req
336. Thank you for teaching me
how to right my wrongs.Copy !req
337. Mr. Manity.Copy !req
338. Please, call me Hugh.Copy !req
339. Sir, my, uh,Copy !req
340. company knowingly
hiked the prices of a drugCopy !req
341. that would've saved
your wife's life.Copy !req
342. What I did was terrible,Copy !req
343. and I'm truly sorry.Copy !req
344. I want you to stay away from my family!Copy !req
345. Fuck you, and don't talk to
me anymore, you piece of shit!Copy !req
346. Shit...Copy !req
347. This show deals with abuse
and is so personal.Copy !req
348. What's it like
being a part of that?Copy !req
349. Yeah. I mean, it's, it's
really amazing, honestly.Copy !req
350. And, like, Sally's so, just,Copy !req
351. inspiring with the way
she talks about it all,Copy !req
352. and is so open about it. Um...Copy !req
353. Yeah, it-it's really cool.Copy !req
354. I was just speaking with her,
and it's so good to hearCopy !req
355. that she's in
a healthy relationship now.Copy !req
356. Yeah. Um...Copy !req
357. Her boyfriend...Copy !req
358. Um...Copy !req
359. He's great. He's—
Yeah, he's, um, he's awesome.Copy !req
360. - This is Hank.
- Barry I'm in.Copy !req
361. Are you fucking serious?
Barry's back.Copy !req
362. - Yes!
- This one's a doozy. He's head of Bolivian crime—Copy !req
363. Just tell me how much
and, uh, where I'm going.Copy !req
364. - And I'll be there.
- NoHo Hank: Barry, you are a real one, okay?Copy !req
365. You're doing me such
a solid, you have no idea.Copy !req
366. Okay, um...
It-it's very complicated.Copy !req
367. There's lots of ins and outs
to it, but thank you.Copy !req
368. Thank you. Thank you.
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.Copy !req
369. Okay, I'll talk to you tomorrow.Copy !req
370. So, you are giving
this job to a madman...Copy !req
371. who killed most of our men
at the monastery?Copy !req
372. Yes, but (laughs)...Copy !req
373. don't we want a madman?
I mean, Barry is...Copy !req
374. Greek Freak of assassins, okay?Copy !req
375. The monastery?Copy !req
376. He was just having a bad day.Copy !req
377. Oh...Copy !req
378. But, I wanted to
get rid of Barry,Copy !req
379. and you insisted
that we use Fuches,Copy !req
380. which was bust.Copy !req
381. And now,Copy !req
382. you want to stop me
going after Cristobal.Copy !req
383. I hate seeing you like this.Copy !req
384. So riled up about Barry,Copy !req
385. when he's not even
thinking of you.Copy !req
386. That's exactly why
I wanna kill him.Copy !req
387. You don't.
Vengeance is likeCopy !req
388. drinking poison, hoping
the other person will die.Copy !req
389. Well, at least he'd be dead.Copy !req
390. Aren't you happy here?Copy !req
391. If you knew everything
