6. In 2105, Brad Stegman rolled the dice

20. But as the gaming build was very slow,

21. I had to cut some costs.

23. I have four bartenders here.

24. I have Kim, Belinda, Elizabeth,

25. and a bartender named Megan.

26. My name is Megan Corddry and I'm a bartender here at City Bar.

27. I have a gross misdemeanor on my record.

28. It's for a larceny charge, but I turned it around.

415. we're doing a play on the Tequila Sunrise,

417. U.S. tequila sales have grown about 90% in the last decade,

418. so I just want to teach you guys

419. how to craft this drink that features a popular spirit

420. the locals will want to try.

421. And so we're doing three ounces of orange juice.

422. We're going to do a half-ounce of lime juice.

423. And two ounces of Añejo tequila.

424. So with this one, we're just going to roll it

425. just to mix it up real quick.

426. Now we're just going to strain it.

427. And then we're going to float our raspberry liqueur.

428. We're going to garnish this one with a lime wheel and a mint sprig.

761. Add two ounces of fresh-brewed coffee,

762. one ounce of cinnamon brown sugar simple syrup.

763. and a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

764. Shake and strain into a Collins glass full of fresh ice.

765. Top it with half and half and garnish with biscotti.

766. This cocktail is called the Gold Rum Roast.
